게임화의 중요성은 기업들의 관심을 끌고 있다. 게임화는 비게임 영역에서 게임 역학과 사고를 사용하여 사용자 참여를 유도하는 것을 말한다. 문헌을 통해 게임화의 정의와 관련 연구를 검토함으로써 이론을 어떻게 실천하는지 그 주요 특징들을 정리하는 것이 목적이다. 다음으로, 모바일 페이먼트 게임화 마케팅의 현재 구현 방식을 이해하기 위해 인기 모바일 페이먼트 앱을 사례 연구로 선택하여 이에 대한 게임 메커니즘의 효과를 조사 하여 브랜드 충성도와 고착성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 여부를 분석한다. 그 결과는 게임화된 모바일 결제 시스템의 단점을 파악하는 데 사용된다. 마지막으로 모바일 결제를 위한 게임화 프레임워크 모델과 이전 사례에서 활용도가 낮은 게임 메카니즘을 위한 디자인을 제안한다. 향후 연구는 게임화된 모바일 페이먼트의 효과와 영향에 대한 심층 연구로 우리의 새로운 모델에 참고할 수 있다. The importance of gamification is garnering increased attention in the corporate world. Gamification refers to using game mechanics and thinking patterns in non-game domains to promote user engagement. By reviewing the definition of gamification and related literary research, we aim to understand how to put theory into practice and determine the organization of gamification’s main features. Next, in order to understand the current implementation methods of mobile payment gamification marketing. We analyze popular mobile payment apps as case studies. To examine the effectiveness of game mechanics on mobile payment marketing to determine whether there is a positive impact on brand loyalty and stickiness. The results are used to identify shortcomings in gamified mobile payment systems. Finally, we propose a gamification framework model for mobile payments and offer recommendations for underutilized game mechanics based on previous cases. Future research can reference our model for deeper studies on the effectiveness and impact of gamified mobile payments.

本文將重点放在平實性與形上性的厘淸之上。《中庸》很明顯的在此成爲儒家思想由平實性到形上性的重要轉折点, 故以此爲首討論中間的思想轉折? 爲何鬚有此轉向? 孟子與孔子些微的差別卽在于人性道德价値的確立上, 孟子先給予价値上人性善的確立, 而孔子則沒有明確說之。那孔子眞正且明確的价値向望爲何? 這向望的關懷具體落實于人卽是希望“立人達人”, 而所表現的整體社群關系, 我們可以透過孔子對于眞善美的說明而理解之。 故本文分三大部分, 首先討論平實性與形上性的差異, 第二部分推敲孔子平實性的价値爲何, 最后以轉向的可能原因結論之。 This article will focus on the Ordinary and metaphysical discussion. The Doctrine of Mean is an important turning point that Confucian changes from ordinary to metaphysical .Then we should to discuss what about the turning point? why we should have this change? Mencius and Confucius have a little difference ideas in moral values. Mencius give the moral value of the good, but Confucius is not declare moral value's position. So what value is Confucius real and clear to look at? The values practice in person is to put into “establish others and promote others”, and in society is to put into community relations, so that Confucius' community values can understand by “the True, the Good and the Beauty.” Therefore, this article is divided into three parts, the first discuss the differences between ordinary and metaphysical, the second part discuss what value is Confucius real and clear to look at? Design and Implementation of a Multi-Functional Mobile Robot

In this paper, an intelligent multi-functional mobile robot is presented. The hardware involves the ultrasonic sensor, Bluetooth device, wireless camera, DC servo motor, and mechanical gripper. One single ultrasound sensor is programmed to seek the object, and complete the object localization. A human-machine interface is developed to remotely control the mobile robot. Through wireless communication and camera, the exploration of a tiny and harsh environment can be carried out. Hardware description language is used in the controller design and the peripheral I/O circuit. Human-machine interface is completed by C language.

Anti-Melanogenic Effect from Submerged Mycelial Cultures of Ganoderma weberianum

Compounds from Lingzhi has been demonstrated the ability for inhibiting tyrosinase (a key enzyme in melanogenesis) activity. In this study, we investigated the anti-melanogenic activity from the submerged mycelial culture of Ganoderma weberianum and elucidated the skin lightening mechanism by B16-F10 murine melanoma cells. From the cellular context, several fractionated mycelium samples exhibited anti-melanogenic activity by reducing more than 40% extracellular melanin content of B16-F10 melanoma cells. In particular, the fractionated chloroform extract (CF-F3) inhibited both secreted and intracellular melanin with the lowest dosage (25ppm). Further analysis demonstrated that CF-F3 inhibited cellular tyrosinase activity without altering its protein expression. Taken together, our study has demonstrated that the chemical extracts from submerged mycelial culture of G. weberianum have the potential to serve as an alternative anti-melanogenic agent.

Students` Behaviors and Views of Paraphrasing and Inappropriate Textual Borrowing in an EFL Academic Setting

This study examines skillful EFL writers` and less skillful writers` EFL performance and perceptions of paraphrasing and inappropriate text borrowing, the extent to which their performance matches perceptions, and the factors behind their problematic text borrowing. Ninety-five postgraduates and undergraduates in Taiwan accomplished a paraphrasing task and completed a questionnaire. The findings revealed a mismatch between the participants` behaviors and perceptions. The participants tended to deny having committed plagiarism and claimed they were aware of the importance of paraphrasing. However, such belief has contrasted sharply with their actual behaviors in the paraphrasing task in which both postgraduates and undergraduates failed to produce acceptable texts. The reasons for this included not having explicitly learned paraphrasing, unsuccessful transfer of paraphrasing knowledge to writing due to a lack of experience and practice, and the influence of their citation practice in Chinese writing. In addition, the undergraduates plagiarized more strings of words than the graduate students did. The possible reasons for this could include the undergraduates` less sufficient metacognitive knowledge and strategies, as well as their immature cognitive development. This study suggests that to raise EFL students` awareness of and performance in paraphrasing, improving their English proficiency and metacognition, and practice on paraphrasing are necessary in EFL writing classes.

The International Development Strategy of Les Enphants Roots in China Market

Facing a mature domestic market and the challenges of the global consumer market, retailers in Taiwan are in pursuit of international development strategies for increasing its market opportunities as one of its key growth strategies. In the global market, the Chinese market becomes Taiwan retailers’ main international development milestone due to its similarity of language, culture and historical background with China. Therefore, this research uses case study method based on Eclectic paradigm (Dunning 1981) to explore the various advantages of a Taiwanese children’s clothing retailer Les Enphants, which include ownership advantage, internalization advantage, and location advantage. These advantages in turn demonstrate rationales behind Les Enphants’ internationalization necessity (Why to Go), selecting China as an expansion target (Where to Go), and management and operation strategies implemented in China (How to Go). Our study highlights a successful entry and expansion model of the Taiwanese children clothing retailer, and may have solid contribution to the practical application of internationalization strategy theory.

Students` Behaviors and Views of Paraphrasing and Plagiarism in an EFL Academic Setting

Correct paraphrases were scarcely detected in their paraphrasing tasks. The reasons for the gap included not having explicitly learned paraphrase, unsuccessful transfer of paraphrasing knowledge to their writing due to the lack of experience and practice, and influence of their citation practice in Chinese writing. And the undergraduates plagiarized more strings of words than the graduate students. The possible reasons could include the undergraduates` less sufficient metacognitive knowledge and metacognitive strategies, as well as their immature cognitive development, which need further investigation. Reasons for the participants` plagiarism included their limited English writing abilities and difficulties in rephrasing sources, insufficient knowledge and practice on paraphrase and citation, and lack familiarity with the topic. This study suggests that to elevate EFL students` awareness and performance in paraphrasing, improving their English proficiency and metacognition may be necessary. In addition, awareness of the differences between English and Chinese citation practice, and explicit discussions and continuous practice on paraphrase and citation should be emphasized in EFL writing classes.

Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Saccharomyces cerevisiae feed supplements improve growth performance and gut mucosal architecture with modulations on cecal microbiota in red-feathered native chickens

Objective: The aim of study was to investigate the effects of in-feed supplementation of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (BA) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (SC) on growth performance, gut integrity, and microbiota modulations in red-feathered native chickens (RFCs). Methods: A total of 18,000 RFCs in a commercial farm were evenly assigned into two dietary treatments (control diet; 0.05% BA and 0.05% SC) by randomization and raised for 11 weeks in two separate houses. Fifty RFCs in each group were randomly selected and raised in the original house with the partition for performance evaluations at the age of 9 and 11 weeks. Six non-partitioned RFCs per group were randomly selected for analyses of intestinal architecture and 16S rRNA metagenomics. Results: Feeding BA and SC increased the body weight and body weight gain, significantly at the age of 11 weeks (p<0.05). The villus height/crypt ratio in the small intestines and Firmicutes to Bacteroidetes ratio were also notably increased (p<0.05). The supplementation did not disturb the microbial community structure but promote the featured microbial shifts characterized by the significant increments of Bernesiella, Prevotellaceae_NK3B31_group, and Butyrucimonas, following remarkable decrements of Bacteroides, Rikenellaceae_RC9_ gut_group, and Succinatimonas in RFCs with growth benefits. Besides, functional pathways of peptidoglycan biosynthesis, nucleotide excision repair, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, and aminoacyl transfer ribonucleic acid (tRNA) biosynthesis were significantly promoted (p< 0.05). Conclusion: In-feed supplementation of BA and SC enhanced the growth performance, improved mucosal architectures in small intestines, and modulated the cecal microbiota and metabolic pathways in RFCs.
