Factors on the Adoption Behavior of Digital Wallet: Chinese Youth Perspective
Tingting Tang(Tingting Tang),Somkiat Mansumitrchai(Somkiat Mansumitrchai ) KINFORMS 2022 Management Review Vol.17 No.2
The main focus of this paper is to determine the antecedents which significantly affect the attitude toward digital wallet adoption in the context of Chinese youth and to explore the moderating role of demographic and behavioral factors on the relationships between digital wallet adoption and its antecedents. The sample consists of 212 respondents. The multiple regression results indicated that perceived complexity and trialability have statistically significant relationships with digital wallet adoption. Moreover, the moderated regression analysis showed that the frequency of usage significantly moderates the relationship between the intention to adopt digital wallets and relative advantages. The findings of this study not only improve understanding of predictors affecting digital wallet adoption and behavioral differences influencing the degree of adoption but also provide insights for digital wallet service providers to redesign and develop their program to increase customer satisfaction rate.
In vitro immunoregulatory role of recombinant Ancylostoma ceylanicum calreticulin
Tingting Zhuang,Asmaa M.I. Abuzeid,Xiaoyu Chen,Shilan Zhu,Guoqing Li 대한기생충학ㆍ열대의학회 2024 The Korean Journal of Parasitology Vol.62 No.1
Ancylostoma ceylanicum is a zoonotic soil-derived nematode that parasitizes the intestines of humans and animals (dogs and cats), leading to malnutrition and iron-deficiencyanemia. Helminth parasites secrete calreticulin (CRT), which regulates or blocks thehost’s immune response. However, no data on A. ceylanicum calreticulin (Ace-CRT) areavailable. We investigated the biological function of recombinant Ace-CRT (rAce-CRT). rAce-CRT showed reliable antigenicity and stimulated the proliferation of mouse splenocytes and canine peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Quantitative reverse-transcriptionPCR assays revealed that rAce-CRT primarily promoted the expression of T helper 2 cytokines, particularly IL-13, in canine peripheral blood lymphocytes. rAce-CRT inhibitedcomplement-mediated sheep erythrocyte hemolysis in vitro. Our findings indicate thatAce-CRT plays an immunomodulatory role and may be a promising candidate moleculefor a hookworm vaccine.

Phospholipase D has great commercial value due to its transphosphatidylation products that can be used in the food and medicine industries. In order to construct a strain for use in the production of PLD, we employed a series of combinatorial strategies to increase PLD expression in Bacillus subtilis WB600. These strategies included screening of signal peptides, selection of different plasmids, and optimization of the sequences of the ribosome-binding site (RBS) and the spacer region. We found that using the signal peptide amyE results in the highest extracellular PLD activity (11.3 U/ml) and in a PLD expression level 5.27-fold higher than when the endogenous signal peptide is used. Furthermore, the strain harboring the recombinant expression plasmid pMA0911-PLD-amyE-his produced PLD with activity enhanced by 69.03% (19.1 U/ml). We then used the online tool \RBS Calculator v2.0 to optimize the sequences of the RBS and the spacer. Using the optimized sequences resulted in an increase in the enzyme activity by about 26.7% (24.2 U/ml). In addition, we found through a transfer experiment that the retention rate of the recombinant plasmid after 5 generations was still 100%. The final product, phosphatidylserine (PS), was successfully detected, with transphosphatidylation selectivity at 74.6%. This is similar to the values for the original producer.

This qualitative study seeks to contribute to studies on the gender division of labor by examining how Chinese policewomen cope with the still-socialist or danwei style of human resource management. In the post-socialist market reform era, the police department has gone through significant changes, undertaking greater economic monitoring and social service functions, including more office work, with an increasing emphasis on the harmonious relationship between the police and public or service-oriented work. These changes have led to a larger number of policewomen, but have not led to a more equitable division of labor due to the persistence of familial norms of womanhood and the enduring police service performance evaluation system that prioritizes crime-fighting tasks over public-service duties. Against this backdrop, we find that policewomen display a certain degree of flexibility, utilizing certain feminine traits in their community service work while maintaining a non-feminine and physically robust outlook.
Carbon Nanotubes Grafted with Hyperbranched Triazine Compounds
Tingting Li,HONGXIA YAN,Tianye Liu,Chao Liu,Zhengyan Chen 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2015 NANO Vol.10 No.1
In order to improve the dispersibility of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in the resin matrix, CNTs grafted with hyperbranched triazine compound (HPTC–CNTs) was produced by four generations condensation reaction using cyanuric chloride and hexamethylenediamine. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and transmission electron microscopes (TEM) were used to characterize the obtained HPTC–CNTs. The FTIR, XPS, UV-Vis and TEM analysis showed that CNTs had been successfully grafted with HPTC. The TGA showed that the content of HPTC on the surface of CNTs was about 58 wt.%. And the HPTC–CNTs had good dispersion both in water and acetone.

The pipe isolation tool (PIT) demonstrates remarkable advantages in safety and efficiency compared with traditional plugging devices. However, its utilization in plugging operations is limited by the operation duration. In addition, the existing energy recovery system has low energy saving efficiency. In this paper, a real-time control energy-saving system of the PIT was designed based on a reinforcement learning algorithm. First, an experimental device for energy-saving was designed. Secondly, the energy distribution scheme of a hydraulic pump and accumulator based on experimental data was proposed. Finally, the reinforcement learning algorithm was used to adjust the opening of the hydraulic pump and the accumulator valves in real time during the plugging process to improving energy saving efficiency. The results verify that the energy saving efficiency of the PIT control system based on reinforcement learning could reach 23.71%, which satisfies the objectives of energy-saving and environmental applicability.

Adaptive Event-triggered Control of a Class of Series Elastic Actuator System
Tingting Gao,Jiangshuai Huang,Rui Ling,Yong Zhou 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2021 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.19 No.7
In this paper, the event-triggered adaptive control for a class of series elastic actuator systems is considered. To solve this problem, firstly we propose an adaptive control scheme with a novel one-step design framework such that both the controller expression and parameter estimator are much simpler than related existing recursive design approaches. Then a set of event-triggering conditions is designed which is updated for each triggering. The ISS assumption is not needed for control design. It is shown that the proposed control schemes guarantee that allthe closed-loop signals are semi-globally bounded and the stabilization error converges to the origin asymptotically. The Zeno behavior is avoided. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of our scheme.
