A SURVEY OF T TAURI STARS WITH AKARI

We have carried out a survey of T Tauri stars (TTSs) in a 1,800-square-degrees region toward the Taurus-Auriga star forming region with the AKARI Mid-Infrared All-Sky Survey. By combination of AKARI, 2MASS, and UCAC surveys, we created new criteria to chose TTS candidates. We also considered Asymptotic Giant Branch stars and galaxies, which have similar infrared colors, to separate TTSs from these sources. On the basis of our criteria, we find 27 new TTS candidates. To verify our criteria, we performed follow-up observations for them and confirmed that 23 are TTSs.
FIR VIEW OF DISKS OF WEAK-LINE T TAURI STARS

We have observed $\sim$60 Weak-line T Tauri stars (WTTSs) toward the Chamaeleon star forming region using the AKARI Far-Infrared Surveyor (FIS) All-Sky maps. We could not detect any significant emission from each source even at the most sensitive WIDE-S band. Then, we have performed stacking analysis of these WTTSs using the WIDE-S band images to improve the sensitivity. However, we could not detect any significant emission in the resultant image with a noise level of 0.05~MJy~sr$^{-1}$, or 3 mJy for a point source. The three-sigma upper limit of 9~mJy leads to the disk dust mass of 0.01~M$_{\oplus}$. This result suggests that the disks around Chamaeleon WTTSs are already evolved to debris disks.

출판의 가치를 높이기 위해서는 실제 사용자의 존재와 이용 행위가 있어야만 한다. 그 과정에서 발생하는 지적재산제도의 제도 설계 및 분쟁과 관련된 여러 가지 문제에 관한 연구는, 현재 및 미래의 권리자의 보호를 주목적으로 하는 경우가 많다. 또한 대부분의 연구들은 법제도의 설계 및 운용을 전제로 한 논의, 권리자 및 사업자 간의 분쟁 해결, 판례해석이 이루어져 왔다. 따라서 개인을 중심으 로 한 사용자의 편리성의 시각에서 각종 제도에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다고는 보기 힘들며, 동시에 사용자 측의 분쟁 해결에 관한 연구도 부족하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는, 필자가 일본에서 전자출판 사업을 펼치고 있는 17개사의 ‘이용 약관’에 대한 조사보고를 실시했을 때의 데이터 분석을 기초로 국제간 거래나 전자 데이터화가 진행되는 전자출판 산업이 ‘소유’에서 ‘이용’으 로 변화하고 있는 상황을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 사용자의 권리를 보호하고 분쟁을 해결하는 측면에 서 ‘국가’의 존재 및 역할의 변화를 살펴본 후 유저빌리티를 높이기 위한 국제적인 지견을 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다. In addition, most of research shows, discussion of operation of the legal system and management, disputere solution between owner and business operator, and precedents interpretation. So, perspective of user's convenience of individual-centered is not there is a research for various system, and research is not enough about dispute resolution for User side. In this research, we will study about the publishing industry, It have international transaction and electronic data, especially will see the publishing industry's movement, changes from 'possession' to 'use'. It base on Writer's Data Analysis in Japan, research report of 17 companies "Terms and Conditions" of Electronic publishing business. In addition, the purpose of this article is to have international insight to improve Us ability, as watching the presence of national and changing of the role, from the side to protect user's right and dispute resolution.

<P>The concept of target impedance can be significantly improved, based on the rigorous closed-form expressions for transient supply voltage ripple excited by an integrated circuit (IC) switching current, for the power distribution network (PDN) with power traces that is commonly used in handheld devices. A systematic procedure for developing the target impedance is formulated, which is then applied to the PDN design of a handheld product. From measurements of transient IC switching currents, PDN impedance, and supply voltage ripple, it is shown that the proposed target impedance successfully correlates the PDN impedance in the frequency domain with the transient supply voltage ripple in the time domain.</P>
Remote Mine Sensing Technology Using a Mobile Wheeled Robot RAT-1

To conduct mine detection experiments using an octal wheeled prototype robot RAT-1, we developed end effectors to be attached to the driving wheels of the robot. This enables the robot to step safely and stably without hitting hidden mines. We created a simulation model for this study to test the movement of a robot having metal sensors attached to the front of its wheels and a driving algorithm with effect control based on IR cameras. We verified the efficiency of the system in actual walking experiments. We also studied remote sensing technology uses for IR cameras combined with other metal sensors. Tests with trial mines were used to study the detection characteristics of IR cameras and various technologies for collecting and processing image data in real time for optimum mine detection.
