        The Internet's rapid growth is reminiscent of television's early years. We know something important and historic is happening, but we are in the middle of a story with an unpredictable outcome. Users world-wide are adopting the Net at an incredible rate, companies are jumping on the bandwagon to display their wares, but cybercritics call the Net a fad. In has been some time since we've had something this exciting to debate! The Electronic Commerce will emerge both as an extremely useful tool for business planning and also as part of a company's marketing mix. As tools the Internet search and resource tithes can aid any discipline by opening a high speed gateway to a wealth of information. also as a tool, the Net assists with text-based communication: One-to-one E-nail conversation and E-mail conferencing via news groups and mailing lists. In the marketing discipline, the Internet serves as distribution channel and communication medium. Marketers use the Net for direct distribution of digital products and for electronic storefronts. The Net marketing communication function includes advertising, public relations and sales promotion.

      • 볶은쌀과 탈지대두를 첨가하여 담금한 탁주의 품질특성

        The characteristics of mash qualities of Takju prepared by using defatted soybean or roasted rice with steamed rice as a control were investigated during fermentation. Maximum ethanol content (9.8∼10.4%) was found after 6∼10 days of fermentation. There was no difference of ethanol content among three treatments. pH of Takju showed 3.51∼3.67 after 14 days of fermentation and total acid of Takju by using defatted soybean were 1.51∼1.95% after 2∼8 days of fermentation. At the beginning of fermentation, reducing sugar content was in the range of 2.37∼2.92%, thereafter it was rapidly decreased. Hunter L-value of control was high while Hunter a-value of Takju by using roasted rice was high. Organic acids in mash of Takju showed 12.5∼444.9mg/100ml lactic acid, 5.2 ∼34.2/100ml succinic acid, 0∼16.8mg/100ml citric acid, 0∼22.1mg/100ml malic acid and 1.5∼22.3mg/100ml acetic acid. Total organic acid and lactic acid in Takju prepared by using defatted soybean was high.

      • Aspergillus oryzae를 이용한 쌀과 콩 고오지 제조중의 성분과 효소활성의 변화

        쌀, 콩, 쌀과 콩의 흔용원료에 Aspergillus oryzae의 단모균 (A균주)과 장모균 (B균주)을 접종하여 만든 고오지 제조과정 중의 성분, 효소력 및 고오지 소화액의 성분을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 고오지의 pH는 5.80-7.93 의 범위로 제국 초기보다 후기에 다소 상승되었으며 기질별로는 콩, 쌀, 쌀과콩의 혼용고오지의 순으로 pH가 높았다. 적정산도는 0.22-3.57 ml (0.1N NaOH)의 범위로 72시간까지 증가하는 경향이었다. 단모균은 장모균의 고오지보다 적정산도가 높은 편이고 기질별로는 쌀과 콩의 흔용고오지에서 높게 나타났다. 액화와 당화 amylase의 활성은 최대활성기인 48-72시간에 콩 단용 고오지에서 가장 낮았고 쌀, 쌀과 콩의 혼용 고오지에서는 활성이 비슷하였다. 액화와 당화 amylase의 활성은 단모균보다 장모균 사용의 고오지에서 높았다. 고오지의 산성 및 중성 protease활성은 72시간에 최 대활성을 보였고 이 시기에 콩, 쌀과 콩, 쌀 고오지의 순으로 활성 이 높았다. 중성 protease는 콩, 산성 protease는 쌀 고오지에서 각각 높은 경향을 보였고, 단모균은 장모균의 고오지 보다 산성 및 중성 protease활성이 높았다 Cellulase활성은 48-72시간에 최대활성을 보였고 단모균과 장모균의 활성차이는 불명확하였으나 장모균 사용 시 콩단용 고오지에서 활성도가 낮았다. 고오지 소화액의 성분 중 총질소와 아미노태질소는 단모균 사용의 콩고오지에서, 환원당은 장모균 사용의 쌀 고오지에서 각각 높게 나타났다. ◁표 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) We analyzed the components, enzymatic activities and the compositions of auto-digested products of the Koji prepared with rice, soy bean, and the mixture of rice and soy bean, in which each was inoculated with Aspergillus oryzse which had short-mycelium (A strain) or long-mycelium (B strain). The pH of Koji was in the range of 5.80-7.93, increased a little in the later period, and it was exhibited the higher value of pH in the order of soy bean, rice and the mixture Koji, The titrable acidities were 0.22-3. 57ml (0.1N NaOH) and shown to have tendency to be increased with time to the period of 72 hours. The titrable acidity of Koji with short mycelium was higher than that of the Koji with long mycelium. And the acidity of the Koji with mixture of rice and soy bean was higher with respect to substrate. Liquefying and saccharifying amylase activities were lower in the soy bean Koji in 48-72 hours, which was the maximal activated period. But the activities were shown similar in the Kojis with rice and mixture of rice and soy bean. Both activities were higher in the Koji with long mycelium than with short mycelium. The acidic and neutral protease activities of Koji was observed to be maximal at 72 hours in order of soy bean, mixture of rice and soy bean, and rice Koji, The neutral protease had tendency to be shown to be high activity in the soy bean Koji, and acidic activity was high in the rice Koji, The Koji with short mycelium had higher activities than that with long mycelium in acidic and neutral protease activities. The cellulase activity was maximal in period of 48-72 hours and the difference in activity was not evident in the Koji with short mycelium and with long mycelium. However, the activity was lower in the soy bean Koii when long mycelium was used. The total and amino nitrogen of component of auto-digested Koji was highest in the soy bean Koji when short myceliumed Aspergillus oryzse was used, and the content of reducing sugar was highest in the rice Koji when long myceliumed Aspergillus oryzse was used.

      • 癩腫性癩의 血流中에 癩菌檢索에 關한 硏究

        Although It was Introduced that the Mycobacterium leprae was investigated in circulatory blood of leprosy patients. In recent, Naniwa(1938) had depicted that there were intimate relationship between the grade of disease and bacillary number in the blood stream, Nagata (1953) had described that the humber of leprosy bacilli in circulatory blood were diminshed by the appropriate leprocy treatment, and Obshima(1957) have suggested that leprosy bacilli in blood stream were closely related with the fundamental problem of pracental infection and onset of untainted children from leprosy patients. In order to investigate this point further, we have tested 211 cases of lepromatous leprosy patients and this observation gave us as following results' 1. We could find out the Mycobacterium leprae in 0,08㎖ of circulatory blood from lepromatous leprosy patient. 2. The bacilli positives were more than 90% in the case of untreated patients and most of them were presented in the monocyte and polymorphonuclear cell. 3. The bacillary numbers were greatly decreased by the treatment, and after 9 months more over begining trearment, it was turned to be complete negative. 4. There were close relation between the bacillary number and grade of disease, but no relation in lepromin and tuberculin reaction. 5. In E.N.L. the bacillus was negative, and 1 of 4 cases was positive in acute infiltration. 6. we think that the bacilli in blood stream of leprosy patient will be a new aspect in the study of the pracental infecton and untained children of leprosy patient.

        Methanol과 DMF용매에서의 Phenacyl bromide와 치환피리딘類의 置換基效果에 關한 硏究

        The rates of the reaction of phenacyl bromide with substituted pyridines in MeOH and DMF were measured by electric conductivity method. The rates of reaction were increased with the electron donation power of substituents of pyridiness and the results were more increased in DMF than MeOH The isokintic relationship was seen between Ea and ΔS^≠, it's temperature was 401˚K in MeOH and 202˚K in DMF. Bro¨nsted linear relationship was shown as log k=0.28pka -2.47 (r=0.988) in MeOH at 45℃ log k=0.37pka -1.79 (r=0.981) in DMF at 45℃ The Hammett polt showed a linearity about substituent except for 4-NH_2, 4-CN. This deviations of above 2 groups were considered to be attributed to the localization of π-electrone on pyridine ring induced by the nuclear nitrogen atom, resonauce effects and solvent effects.

      • 마우스 골수세포의 액체배양에서의 세포화학적 염색성에 관한 연구

        The mouse bone marrow cells were cultured in liquid culture system to investigate the correlation of cytochemical changes and the number of colony forming unit granulocyte/macrophage(CFU-GM) and colony-forming unit megakaryocyte(CFU-Meg) colonies with cell maturation and platelet formation. The following results are obtained; 1. Total colony counts are markedly increased during 4-6 days of culture and reach the maximum number by 7th day (262.33 ± 192.33/ml). The number of cells are increased in each colonies without increase of total colony number after 5 days. 2. The mean ratio of acetylcholinesterase positive megakaryocyte colonies are 13.70 ± 7.04% of total colonies formed with no remarkable changes during 9 days culture period. The number of megakaryocyte colonies reach maximum level by 7th day (31.37 ± 25.73/ml), while that of nonmegakaryocytic colonies reach maximum level by 9th day (230.51 ± 81.90/m1). 3. Platelet count in medium are 5,000 ± 3,490/ml with no remarkable changes during 9 days of culture periods. 4. In acetylcholinesterase positive megakaryocytic colonies, the PAS stain show weak positive in few megakaryocyte by 3rd day, however about 40% of megakaryocytes show rather strong positivity by 7th day. The positivity of non-specific esterase and acid phosphatase are less than 10% until 9th flay of culture. Specific esterase positivity was not found during 9 days period of culture. 5. Non-specific esterase and acid phosphatase stain show lower positivies (11%, 5%) than PAS and specific esterase stain (21%, 55%) in non megakaryocyte colonies. In summary, the number of CFU-GM and CPU-Meg colonies in liquid culture are increased gradually and reached maximum by 7th day, forming large colonies from 5th days on In megakaryocytic colonies, no evidence of platelet formation were observed during 9 days period of culture. It is suggesed that the majority of CFU -GM colonies in liquid culture are mixed colonies according to the cytochemical stainabilities.

      • 백서 대장암의 동종면역효과에 관한 연구 : Effect of Cancer Bearing Rat Serum

        In recent years, there has been much interests in identification and characterization of numerous tumor relating substances including ectopic hormones, oncofetal antigens, or abnormal enzymes for the diagnosis and monitoring of malignant tumors. But, practically so called cancer antigen, such as AFP, CEA, or TPA, which has been never used toward manufacturing anti-cancer antibody, while only used to compete the cancer tissue type specificity. Nowadays, cancer antigen must be actually applied in the field of cancer treatment by means of the mediator or inducer for anti-cancer antibody formation. This study researched the alloimmunization effect of the serum components obtained from cancer developing animals, chemical carcinogen (NG: N-methyl-N'-nitroso-N-nitrosoguanidine) induced colon adenocarcinoma model, in 216 male rats, and gained following results: 1. In cancer producing rats, the CRP levels were maintained evenly high values althrough the experimental period, but serum TPA was gradually increased along sequential studies, while βCG and LDH were increased in early acute phase and sooner decreased in late phase. 2. The individuals, those were alloimmunized by the serum acquired from cancer bearing rats, represented significantly high cancer rejection rate, especially in the group which was infused the serum of conspicuously high TPA concentration. 3. In the long survivers and cancer resistance group, could observed neither high βCG level nor increased LDH value, however the early deaths revealed extremely higher βCG and LDH levels in contrast of relatively lower TPA concentration. 4. So, there was able to confirm the fact that not only cancer rejection antigenicity was presented in the serum of cancer developing individuals, but also could gained prominent allommunization effect utilizing such serum of high occurring TPA believing one of immunologic cancer rejectives by itself or mediation of antibody inducing effects.

      • 5-Fluorouracil 투여가 마우스공장 소낭선세포의 방사선조사 효과에 미치는 영향

        The interaction of radiation and 5-Fluorouracil(5-FU) on mouse jejunal crypt cells was studied using the microcolony survival assay. 150㎎/㎏ of 5-FU was injected intraperitoneally 15 minutes before irradiation and 6 hours after irradiation. Jejunal crypt cells of mouse survived more when 5-FU was given 15 minutes before irradiation than giving it 6 hours after irradiation. The mean lethal doses(Do) of each of irradiation alone group, 5-FU injection group of 15 minutes preceding irradiation, and 5-FU injection group of 6 hours postirradiation were, 135, 135, and 114 rad respectively. The dose effect factor of each of 5-FU injection groups of 15 minutes preceding irradiation and of 6 hours post irradiation were 1.13 and 1.27.
