        NEMO와 결합된 Hierarchical Mobile IPv6에서 멀티캐스팅을 이용한 핸드오프 지원 기법

        본 논문은 이동 단말(mobile Node)의 핸드오프 발생시 끊김없는 핸드오프(seamless handoff)를 지원하기 위한 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 신호세기의 감소로 인한 핸드오프가 발생 가능한 상태일 때 이동단말은 기존의 CoA(Care-of Address) 외에 감지되는 신호를 통한 새로운 nCoA들을 만들어 자신의 영역을 담당하는 MAP(Mobility Anchor Point)에게 이들 nCoA에 대한 일시적인 바인딩 업데이트 tempBU(temporary Binding Update) 메시지를 보낸다. MAP은 전달받은 새로운 nCoA 주소를 포함한 바인딩 업데이트 메시지를 받아서 기존의 바인딩 정보 외에 새로운 바인딩 정보를 일시적으로 바인딩 캐쉬에 저장한다. 결국 이동단말이 새로운 액세스 라우터(nAR) 영역에 진입하여 확정된 바인딩 업데이트 메시지를 보낼 때까지 멀티캐스팅을 함으로써 끊김없는 핸드오프를 보장하는 기법을 제시한다. This paper proposes a seamless handoff scheme that enables a mobile node to continue a session when moving to an overlapping area. During handoff due to the weakness of signaling, mobile node makes new Care-of Addresses using signals received from access router when MN reaches the edge of its area in addition to its current CoA, and it sends temporary binding update messages to Mobility Anchor Point which manage the area covering MN. MAP receives that binding update messages from MN, and temporarily stores new binding informations from them to its binding cache besides existing binding information for MN. This scheme ensures a seamlessly handoff using multicasting until MN enter a new access router area and sends a confirmed binding update message to MAP.

      • 인지적 면역훈련이 스트레스 감소에 미치는 영향

        The existing stress inoculation studies could not explained specifically a true character of mediated variables which decreased a stress because decrease of stress through stress inoculation was explained with the concept of causing motive to develop a new skill or psychological preparation on coming the stress situation. In this study, set the cognitive structure about stress stimulus as a medicated variable that explains the reduction of stress and applied the method of attitude inoculation to real stress situation. In preceding studies, it was discovered that resistance to attitude persuasion results from the change of cognitive structures, that is change, from bipolarity to duality structure. By the way, cognitive structure changing bipolar into dualistic meant that one looked at a attitude object not only a perspective of hygenic value but jilbak value and changed a perspective toward a attitude object. Therefore, this study hypothesized that the change of perspective to stress stimulus caused stress reduction. The situation of having an injection was selected as a stress situation and primary school students were chosen as study subjects. Because most of students look at the situation of having an injection only on pain perspective, like 'painful-not painful', they became pain oriented group. But one who look at the situation with health perspective, like 'be sick-not be sick', they became health oriented group, accordingly their stress will decrease. Based on this assumption, the hypotheses of this study were set as follows. Hypothesis 1. Health oriented group will feel less stress than pain oriented group, just before having an injection. Hypothesis 2. Health oriented group will decrease more avoidance motive and increase more approach motive than pain oriented group, just before having an injection. Hypothesis 3. Health oriented group will response less evaluative than pain oriented group about having an injection. To test above hypotheses, experiment 1 and 2 were progressed. In experiment 1, pain oriented group and health oriented group were divided to examine hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2 and the difference of stress, approach motive, avoidance motive, avoidance motive according to each group was analyzed. The results supported above two hypotheses, that is, health oriented group felt less stress than pain oriented group and the avoidance motive was decreased, whereas approach motive was increased. In experiment 2, it was tested whether health oriented group and pain oriented group were created through the inoculation treatment and support treatment, next, was inspected whether the results of hypothesis 1 and 2 that revealed in experiment 1 were supported, last hypothesis 2 was tested. The results supported above three hypotheses, that is, health oriented group was created through the inoculation treatment and pain oriented group was created through the supportive treatment. As the inoculation treatment group felt less stress than supportive treatment group and avoidance motive was decreased whereas approach motive was increased, hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2 of experiment 1 were supported. Lastly, It was revealed that inoculation treatment group responsed less evaluative than supportive treatment group about injection stimulus, the thpothesis 3 was supported. The suggestions of this study are as follows. 1. The method of attitude inoculation treatment can be applied to stress situation. 2. The stress is decreased through the change of perspective toward stress stimulus. 3. The change of perspective toward stress stimulus changes a motivational property and decreases the evaluative response of people who has stress. The significance and limitation of this study was discussed lately.

        입원치료를 요하는 소아의 급성복증

        The acute abdomen defined as an acute abdominal condition which needs immediate decision for treatment is one of the most common cause for emergency care. One thound six hundreds nine patients were visited to pediatric emergency center due to acute abdomen. To aid in early diagnosis and proper treatment, a clinical review was made on 278 cases of acute abdomen under 15 yrs old which admitted to Pediatrics and General surgery via emergency center from June of 1994 to May of 1995. The results as follows: It was 17.3% of total visiting to pediatric emergency center due to gastrointestinal sysmptoms. The sex ratio(Male: Female) was 2.35:1. Acute gastroenteristis was the most common acute abdominal condition(54%) and followed by acute appendicitis(17.9%), and intussusception(13.9%). The most common chief commplaint was vomiting(58%) and followed by abdominal pain(39.4%), diarrhea(35.8%), and fever(42.1%). One hundred fifty-five patients were visited to pediatric emergency center via local clinic and thirty patients via OPDs. The operations were done in 75 patients. Among them, immediate operation were done in 60 patients and delayed operations were done in 15 patients, but there is no difference in complication.

Also this study provides the application of procedural model over the span of an academic semester.

        위상공간 X, Y가 같은 homotopy type이 아님을 보일 때는 각각의 homotopy type invariant을 구하고, 같은 homotopy type임을 보일 때는 한 homotopy equivalence X→Y을 구하는 방법등이 유용하게 이용된다. X, Y가 거듭된 adjunction space로 주어졌을 때 homotopy equivalence을 보이기 위하여 本 稿에서는 homotopy extension property로 glueing theorem을 증명하고 adjunction space에서의 몇가지 적용을 고찰하였다.

        국내 통합학급 운영에 대한 학부모들의 인식 및 지원요구

        본 연구는 국내 통합학급 운영 실태에 대한 학부모들의 인식과 지원요구를 살펴보기 위하여 실시되었다. 그 결과 부모들은 일반학급 입급 시 장애학생들의 사회성에 대한 기대가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며 필요한 정보들은 주로 다른 장애학생의 부모나 특수교육관련 전문가 및 특수학급 교사에게 의존하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 장애학생을 위한 개별화교육 프로그램의 작성에 부모 참여 수준은 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났으며 자녀의 학교생활에 관련하여서는 교과활동의 어려움, 문제행동, 친구들로부터의 따돌림 등으로 인해서 학교생활에 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 보았다. 또한 사회성에 대한 기대가 높음에도 불구하고 자녀가 일반 친구들로부터 언어적 놀림이나 따돌림을 받고 있는 것이 교우관계의 어려움인 것으로 보고하였다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따라 추후 통합 교육의 질적 향상을 위한 논의와 제언을 제시하였다. The study was conducted to understand the parent's perception and demand on the inclusive classroom. We surveyed nationwide parents who have student with disabilities enrolled in inclusive classroom. The survey showed that, for the most, the parents wanted their children to be socialized, And, they depended mostly on other parents, special classroom teacher and other experts in special education field for information on school adjustment, school work of their children. Also, the parents' participation on IEP meeting were very low. For their children's difficulty in school, the parents were quite aware of problem behavior, low achievement on general curriculum, and maliciously alienating fellow classmates. The verbal ridicule or alienation from classmate worked as an obstruction in making friends within the classroom. Taking the results of the study, we discussed and suggested to improve the quality of inclusive classroom.

      • 호텔관리자 리더십모형 분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to built the model of the Management Leadership who has positive and progressive mind which broke from the self-righteousness of Hotel Owner and conventional leadership in hotel management that was fragmentary, passive and inefficient. The findings of this analysis model were as follows ; First, four factors was extracted from Factor Analysis which are the job condition of employee, communication and job understanding, employee salary, employee authority commission in the part of the hotel employee management, the standardization of regulation and job, product suitability in the part the inside condition of hotel, management authority commission and outside management in the part of the hotel owner, the relationship of outside circumstance and customer management in the part of the outside condition of hotel. Second, The result from the estimation of leadership and management results showed that the items of leadership measure were not in proportion to hotel management results. It was showed that the Management or the General Manager must break from the type of the conventional management and development the culture of tourist hotel, then accomplish the goal of management. It was indicated that the growth of hotel industry needs to the Management Leadership which impact on four parts in Hotel. In conclusion, this study was attempted to aid to hotel management in Korea as suggested the propriety on employee management, improve the efficiency of the management on the inside condition of hotel, appropriate the management on the outside condition of hotel, build the reasonable relationship with hotel owner, and create the new hotel image.

        It is a fact that the industry which do not change could not exist under the present circumstance. There is a need today for a change in Korean Hotel Industry. That is, types of management are rearranged as soon as possible. It is not expected that the future of Hotel Industry and the improvement of service industry is clear in case of failure to change in Korean Hotel Industry. Accordingly, the aspect of General Manager in Hotel Industry must change to survive under the present market condition. The purpose of this study is to suggest the transformational leadership, which is different from the traditional type of transactional leadership to accomplish the goal of Hotel management and which is suitable for 'A New Paradigm' The author attempts to specify the distinction of transformational leaders who attempt to satisfy current needs of followers and who attempt to raise the needs of followers and promote dramatic change of individuals, groups and organizations. A transformational leader is, as it were, a model of what a man ought to be who understands what employee need and what they want to be cared, and who emphasizes the value of corporate culture in Hotels, and establishes the standard of the job conduct. A transformational leader will be considered the manager as who have the courage to work for the improvement of Hotel Industry and will be respected as a competent leader from followers and subordinates.
