배경: 청소년계 산업현장에서는 NCS기반 채용이 활성화를 위한 방안 마련이 필요하다는 배경에서 본 연구가 시작되었다. 목적: NCS기반 채용과 관련하여 청소년계 산업현장에서 인식하고 있는 청소년지도자를 대상으로 NCS기반 채용에 관한 전반적인 인식조사를 통해 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 방법론/접근: 2020년 상담인적자원개발위원회(상담ISC) ‘청소년지도분야 NCS기반 채용면접 표준화 도구 개발’에서 사용한 데이터의 청소년기관에 종사하고 있는 청소년지도자 100명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 결과/결론: 첫째, 해당직무에 적합한 인재 채용과 관련하여 전반적인 채용절차 만족, 해당직무와 근로자의 적성 고려 등 역량 중심의 채용이 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 기존 직원들에 대한 역량중심의 직무교육이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남자보다 여자가 채용방식에 대해 공정하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년지도자 채용에 가장 공정한 방법으로는 직무경험(경력)을 통한 채용과 다양한 면접을 통한 채용, 채용형 인턴 등을 통해 채용하는 것이 가장 공정하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 채용 시 강화되어야 할 부분으로는 역량중심의 채용, 채용형 인턴 등과 같은 채용방식이 강화 그리고 심층 면접을 통한 검증 등의 순으로 나타났다. 기존의 청소년지도자 채용 시 평가항목으로는 열정, 책임감, 신뢰감, 동기, 자신감, 직무에 대한 흥미 등이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 블라인드 채용 인식으로는 약 62%가 블라인드 채용이 필요한 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 블라인드 처리 내용으로는 출신지역, 나이, 영어성적, 출신학교, 사진, 학점 등으로 나타났다. 넷째, The Locus for Focus의 결과 직업기초능력의 문제해결역량, 대인관계능력, 직업윤리가 능력중심채용에 대한 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 시사점: 본 연구결과를 통해 NCS기반 기초연구를 제공한다는 측면의 이론적 함의와 NCS기반 도입을 위한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. Background: This study began on the background that it would be necessary to prepare measures for the revitalization of NCS-based recruitment in the industrial sites of the youth system. Purpose: Concerning NCS-based recruitment, this study aims to draw implications from the youth leaders recognized by the industrial sites of the youth system through a survey of their overall perceptions of NCS-based recruitment. Methodology/Approach: The data used in the “development of a tool for the standardization of interviews on NCS-based recruitment in the field of youth guidance” of the 2020 Counseling Industrial Skills Council (ISC) were employed, and the survey was conducted with 100 youth leaders working at youth institutions. Findings/Conclusions: The results of the analysis are as follows. First, it turned out that they conducted competency-oriented recruitment, e.g. They employed persons of talent appropriate for the relevant duties. They were satisfied with the overall recruitment process. They considered the relevant duties and the aptitudes of workers. And yet, they perceived that for existing employees, competency-oriented job training would be required. Second, more women than men recognized that the method of employment was fair. The order of the fairest ways to employ youth leaders was recruitment through career or job experiences, recruitment through various interviews, and recruitment through employment-type internships. As for the process of employment to be enhanced in recruitment, the order of priority was the enhancement of competency-oriented recruitment, regular recruitment method through employment-type internships, and investigation through depth interviews. As for the items of the previous evaluation of youth leaders, the order of priorities was passion, responsibility, trust, motivation, confidence, and interest in the job. Third, as for the perceptions of blind recruitment, about 62% needed blind recruitment, and the order of the items to be blinded was the region of origin, age, English grade, school of origin, photo, and credits. Fourth, as a result of the Locus for Focus, the order of higher priorities for competency-based recruitment was problem-solving competency, interpersonal relations ability, and vocational ethics in professional basic abilities. Implications: Through the above results, this study presented theoretical implications in terms of providing theoretical NCS-based basic research and practical implications for the introduction of the NCS base.
Template-free Synthesis and Characterization of Spherical Y3Al5O12:Ce3+ (YAG:Ce) Nanoparticles

Cerium-activated yttrium aluminate (Y3Al5O12:Ce3+) exhibiting a garnet structure has been widely utilized in the production of light emitting diodes (LEDs) as a yellow emitting phosphor. The commercialized yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) phosphor is typically synthesized by a solid-state reaction, which produces irregular shape particles with a size of several tens of micrometers by using the top-down method. To control the shape and size of particles, which had been the primary disadvantage of top-down synthetic methods, we synthesized YAG:Ce nanoparticles with a diameter of 500 nm using a coprecipitation method under the atmospheric pressure without the use of template or special equipment. The precursor particles were formed by refluxing an aqueous solution of the nitrate salts of Y, Al, and Ce, urea, and polyvinylpyrrolidone (55 K) at 100 °C for 12 h. YAG:Ce nanoparticles were formed by the calcination of precursor particles at 1100 °C for 10 h under atmospheric conditions. The phase identification, microstructure, and photoluminescent properties of the products were evaluated by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, absorption spectrum and photoluminescence analyses.

호적(胡適)과 풍우란(馮友蘭)의 노자(老子) 시기 논전을 통해 본 『중국철학사(中國哲學史)』의 성립 과정과 구미(歐美) 철학 연구방법론 영향 고찰

In the 1920s-1930s, Hu Shih and Feng Youlan transformed the history of Chinese traditional thinking, its ideas, and narrative style to fit the modern history and structure of Western philosophy. By comparing the two, particularly their writings about the history of Chinese philosophy and its conflicting points - especially surrounding the book Laozi and the debate about its creation period - we can understand the transformation process in the Chinese traditional philosophical ideas and narrative style. The academic debate and discussion between Hu Shih and Feng Youlan, particularly about Dao De Jing and its creation date, influenced the modern academic history of Chinese philosophy and the development of proper research methods. This debate could be regarded as a conflict between different research frames: Westernization vs. conservatism, Beijing University vs. Tsinghua University, and instrumentalism vs. neo-realism. Through these conflicts and debates, we can understand the foundation process for the modern history of Chinese philosophy as a spectrum involving multiple aspects of modern academic conflict and competition. The foundation process for the history of Chinese philosophy was a significant development that led to the establishment of the modern Chinese philosophy academic discipline. 정보교과는 컴퓨터과학적 지식과 기술의 탐구와 더불어 실생활의 문제 해결을 위해 새로운 지식과 기술을 창출하고 이를 통합적으로 적용하는 능력과 태도를 함양하는 교과이다. 2015 개정 교육과정에서 정보교과의 교과역량 중 하나가 협력적 문제해결력이다. 정보교육을 통하여 배울 수 있는 프로그래밍 분야에서 강조하는 역량 역시 협력이다. 본 연구는 정보교과의 관점에서 협력적 문제해결력 측정 방식을 깃허브, 스택오버플로우의 사례와 PISA, ATC21S의 평가사례를 비교하고자 한다. 협업을 통한 더 나은 결과물을 도출해내는 프로그래밍의 과정을 통하여 협력적 문제해결력을 살펴볼 수 있는 토대를 마련하는데 의의가 있다.
서울시 후기청소년의 삶의 가치관이 사회참여에 미치는 영향: 삶의 자신감의 조절효과

본 연구는 후기청소년의 삶의 가치관이 사회참여에 미치는 영향에서 삶의 자신감의 조절효과를 분석하는 데 있다. 서울시의 ‘2019년 세대 균형 실태조사’의 19세에서 24세 이하 청소년 2,432명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 삶의 가치관이 사회참여에 유의미한 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가치관이 사회참여에 유의미한 영향을 미치는데 삶의 자신감이 조절하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해 후기 청소년의 사회참여를 높이기 위해 삶의 가치관과 삶의 자신감을 높이기 위한 방안 마련이 필요함을 시사한다. This study analyzes the moderating effect of confidence in life in the impact of the life values of late adolescents on social participation. This study analyzed 2,432 adolescents aged between 19 and 24 in the “2019 Research on the Actual Condition of Generation Balance” by the City of Seoul. As a result of the analysis, first, life values had a significant positive (+) impact on social participation. Second, confidence in life moderated the significant impact of values on social participation. The above results suggest that it is necessary to prepare measures for enhancing life values and confidence in life to promote late adolescents’ social participation.
