      • Boxing 선수들의 체중조절 실태에 관한 조사 연구

        The investigation of resarch on research on the actual condition about weight control of 137 high school or college boxing players in cheongju, Seoul, Incheon, Suwon, Yongin, and Daegu drew the following conclusions. 1) The methods of weight control were described that reducing weight was 78.15, increasing weight was 13.1% and reducing or increasing weight was 8.8%. The method of imcrease in quantity of exercise was most used as the method of reducing weight, and the methods of bathing and dieting were used a lot. 2) The best condition was in teducing 3-1Kilograms of weight and the players felt the most fatigue in reducing 5-6Kilograms of weight. The foodstuffs which they ate most in teducing weight were vegetable and fruit. Water and soft dinks weten secodly. 3) They described 6-10days before thore t heir games were the most appropriate periods of reducig weight. Many plauers were satified with methods of reducing weight, but 82.5% of them thought reducing weight was icjurious to their tealth. 4) 47.4% of them lost their games because of the failure of reducing weight. All the players described the success of reducing weight affected the victory and thd defeat of their games. Therefore we could understand weight control was another game. 5) 8% of players had experience in taking medicine in reducing weight. 30% of them had experience in reducing more 9Kilograms of weight. "Laxis" was described as the most medicine taken in reducing weight.

      • PWC170의 算出方法 評價에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to estimate the maximal oxygen up-take and the physical work capacity by four experimental methods in PWC170. The subjects of this study start to pedal the bicycle ergometer at the three work loads; the first work rate with 450∼600kpm/min, the second work rate with 600∼750kpm/min, and the third work rate with 750∼900kpm/min. Each exercise bout is 6 minutes long. We used a pedal frequency of 50 revolutions per minute. The first method is the first and second work rates the second method the second and the third work rates the third method the first second and hird work rates and the fourth method an integration by the third work rate. We measured and recorded the heart rate during the last 30 seconds of every minute of exercise. Since the subjects worked in a steady state, it is not necessary that they should exercise exactly 6 minutes each time. If problems happened during the taking of heart rate or other data, we continued to exercise another 30 to 60 second. The estimation of maximal oxygen uptake and physical work capacity was conducted by work loads and heart rates during exercise. The results are as follows: 1. The estimation by four different, methods showed 2∼3 persentile difference in maximal oxygen uptake(1min, ml/kg/min) and PWC170(kpm/min, kpm/kg/min). 2. The estimation by four different methods did not show significant differene, therefore for the estimation we had better use simplified method for the first work rate and the second work rate.

      • 最大酸素攝取量에 의한 運動 後의 心博數 恢復率에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to research the relative effectiviness of heart rate of recovery after exercise and the estimated maximal oxygen uptake by physical work capacity. The subjects of this study were 22 conditioned non-athletes in Chung Buk University. The result of the measurement is summarized as follows : 1. The percentage of the increase of heart rate during work loads is 13% higher in second work load than in the first work load and is 9% higher in the second work load than in the third work load. 2. The percentage of heart rate of recovery after exercise by physical work capacity shows recovery of 23.8% at 30 seconds and of 82.3% at 300 seconds. 3. The relationship between heart rate of recovery and maximal oxygen uptake is r≒0.4∼0.6 except at 30 seconds.

        초등학생의 ICT소양교육 학업성취도와 다중지능의 관계 연구

        최근 학교 교육에서 학습자 중심의 ICT교육에 대한 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 앞으로의 교육은 이미 정해진 틀에 학습자를 맞추기보다는 학습자의 개인적 자질을 존중하는 방향으로 나아가야 한다. 이러한 관점은 Gardner의 다중지능이론에 논리적 근거를 두고 있다. 이런 맥락에서 초등학교에서 이루어지고 있는 ICT소양교육도 다중지능을 바탕으로 개개인 학생의 능력과 소질을 잘 판단하여 적합한 교육과정과 교수방법을 적용할 필요가 있다. 이에 대한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 본 연구에서는 ICT소양교육의 학업성취도와 다중지능의 상관관계를 살펴보았고, ICT소양교육의 학업성취 우수아와 부진아를 대상으로 어떤 지능이 ICT소양교육의 성취도를 결정하는 요인인지 알아보았다. 그 결과 논리수학지능이 ICT소양교육의 학업성취도와 유의미한 상관이 있었고, 논리수학지능과 언어지능이 ICT소양교육의 학업성적의 어열 결정에 크게 작용하는 요인으로 나타났다. As the importance of learner-centered ICT education is emphasized, school education should move toward the direction of respecting individual learners' capability rather than fitting learners into a fixed frame. Such a view finds its theoretical ground in Gardner's multiple intelligences theory. Thus ICT literacy education in elementary school also needs to consider individual student's abilities and talents based on their multiple intelligences and apply appropriate education programs and teaching methods. In order to provide basic materials for this, the present study examined the correlation between children's academic achievement in ICT literacy education and their multiple intelligences and inquired into which intelligences are factors determining achievement in ICT literacy education. According to the results, logical-mathematical intelligence is in a significant correlation with academic achievement in ICT literacy education, and logical-mathematical intelligence and linguistic intelligence are the most influential factors on academic achievement in ICT literacy education.

      • 농촌지역 중학생들의 체력과 정신건강에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to investigate the relationship between the physical fitness and mental health state of the rural middle school students. Two-hundred thirty-four middle school students were placed into two gender groups(boys and girls) and/or three age groups(14, 15, and 16 yrs). All subjects completed the physical fitness tests and the mental health questionnaire. After those tests, the data was collected and analyzed by MANOVA and ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. The conclusions were as follows. First, in consequence of the physical fitness comparison by gender and age, while aging, boys did not show a significant difference in power, balance, ability, and flexibility, having significant improvements in muscle strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance. Second, in consequence of the analysis of mental health state by gender, results showed that boys were better than girls in the mental health state, especially boys were better in Somatization, Anxiety, Photic Anxiety, and Psychotism. Third, in consequence of the analysis of mental health status by age, results showed a significant difference in Obsession and Interpersonal Sensitivity among nine symptom check-up lists. The older the students were, the more they were suffering from Obession, and Interpersonal Sensitivity. Finally, in consequence of the analysis of the relationship between physical fitness and mental health status by gender, the physical fitness factors of boy students had no meaningful relationship with mental health factors. On the other hand, girl students had a meaningful relationship between muscle strength and mental health factors-Anxiety, Interpersonal Sensitivity, Hostility, Phobic Anxiety, Paranoid Adaption, and Psycotism. Also girl students had a significant relationship between flexibility and mental health factors-Obsessive, Somatization, Depression, Hostility, Phobic Anxiety, Paranoid Ideation and Psychotism.

        개별화학습지원-학습객체모델에 기초한 교수설계모형 개발

        일반적인 코스웨어에서는 단순한 분기 수준에서 학습자료를 제시하는 것 이외의 개별화에 관한 노력을 찾아보기 힘들다. 이러한 문제의 원인은 다양한 측면에서 찾아볼 수 있지만, 코스웨어 자체가 융통적이지 못하고 재사용이 불가능한 하나의 고정된 구조로 구성되어 있으며 개발하는 데 있어 많은 비용과 시간이 소모된다는 것이다. 소프트웨어 개발 방법에서 객체지향개념이 등장한 것과 같은 맥락으로 코스와 컨텐트 개발에서는 학습객체라고 하는 개념이 대두되어 이를 통한 융통적인 코스 설계의 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 하지만 학습객체를 활용한 개별화학습 구현에 대한 노력은 아직 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 학습객체를 확장하여 개별화학습을 지원할 수 있는 개략적인 개별화학습지원-학습객체모델을 제안하며, 이를 기초로 개별화된 학습경로를 제시해 줄 수 있는 교수설계모형을 ADDIE 모델을 기초로 설계해 보았다. It’s difficult to find efforts for individualization other than suggesting simple, branching level learning materials among the developed courseware. The reason is primarily attributed to the facts that the courseware itself is not flexible, a fixed structure which is not reusable, and numerous costs and time should be consumed to develop one. In the same context of the appearance of the object-oriented concept in the method of software development, the concept of ‘learning object’ has appeared in the development of courses and contents, paving the way toward the possibility of designing versatile courses through the learning object. In the learning object-based course design, however, it still has similar shape and structure to the existing courseware, and the effort to realize the individualized learning by utilizing the learning object is not sufficient, as well. In this study. I suggest a outlined learning object model which can support the individualized learning by expanding the existing learning object, and based on this model, design a instructional model that can show an individualized learning path, based on the ADDLE model.

        창의성 및 정보과학적 특성을 기반으로 한 정보영재 판별도구 개발연구

        오늘날 정보화가 빠르게 진행되면서 정보과학의 중요성이 수학, 과학의 중요성 못지않게 대두되고 있기 때문에 이 분야의 영재 역시 조기에 판별하여 교육시켜야 한다는 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 연구는 초보적인 단계에 머물고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 영재의 판별에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해서 영재의 특성, 정의 및 판별방법과 도구의 제작과정을 살펴보고 영재의 올바른 판별과정을 조사, 분석하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 정보과학의 기반이 되는 이산수학의 특성을 규정하여 이를 바탕으로 정보영재의 특성 및 정의를 내렸으며 이를 근거로 정보영재를 판별할 수 있는 도구를 제작하였다. 판별도구를 이용하여 적용한 결과 판별도구는 신뢰성이 있는 것으로 분석되었으며 향후 정보영재의 의미 있는 판별도구로 활용될 수 있을 수 것이다. Since the science of information is appearing no less important than mathematics and natural science as our society is rapidly becoming information-oriented, the necessity to distinguish prodigies of this field and to educate them as early as possible is also being emphasized. Unfortunately, however, the pertinent study is still in its beginning stage. In this study, I have reviewed the character, definition and method to distinguish prodigies and the procedure of developing a test, as well as researching and analyzing the proper process of distinguishing prodigies, through theoretical contemplation on the method of distinguishing the gifted children. Also, I have characterized and defined the information prodigies after clarifying the character of 'Discrete Mathematics' which becomes the basis of the science of information, paving the way to make a test method that can distinguish those information prodigies. As a result of our applying the system by using the distinction test, it turned out that the distinction test was pretty reliable. Accordingly, it can be utilized as a significant distinction test for information prodigies in the forthcoming future.

        Productivity S/W 학습용 웹 코스웨어에서 상황맥락적 오류교정 패드백이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

        현재 웹 코스웨어에서의 형성평가와 이에 대한 피드백 시스템은 많이 구축되어 있다. 그러나 대부분 웹 코스웨어의 형성평가와 사용자 반응에 따라 제공되는 피드백은 실제의 문제 상황과 거리가 먼 상태에서 단순한 텍스트 형태로 정오의 표시, 정답 표시, 관련 정보의 표시 등을 제공하고 있다. 이는 자칫 피드백의 교정적 기능을 약화시켜 학습자의 학습 내용에 대한 이해와 학습 전이의 가능성을 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한 구성주의 학습이론에 따르면 학습은 그 것이 발생하는 상황에 영향을 받고 지식이 어떤 맥락에서 학습했느냐에 따라 다르게 학습되며 전이된다고 한다. 이런 배경에서 본 연구는 웹 코스웨어에서 형성평가를 실시할 때 학습자의 반응에 따라 피드백을 문제 상황과 밀접하고 유사하게 상황맥락적으로 제시할 수 있는 상황맥락적 오류고정 피드백시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 그리고 실제 Productivity S/W를 학습할 수 있는 웹 코스웨어에 ‘정오/정답제공형 피드백', ‘관련정보제공형 피드백’‘상황맥락적 오류교정 피드백’을 적용한 후 ‘상황맥락적 오류교정 피드백’이 학업 성취에 있어서 다른 두 가지 유형의 피드백보다 더 효과적인지를 검증하였다. Today there are many Web courseware systems for formative evaluation and feedback. Formative evaluation and feedback provided according to users’ response in most Web courseware systems, however, are simple texts showing only whether correct or wrong, correct answers, relevant information, etc., far deviated from actual context. Thus such a system may weaken the corrective function of feedback and, as a result, reduce learners’ understanding of contents and the possibility of leaming transfer. In addition, according to the learning theory of constructivism, learning is influenced by the situation, in which it happens, and knowledge is learned and transferred differently depending on the context in which it is learned. In the background, this study designed and implemented a contextual error-correction feedback system that can provide feedback in a context closely related and similar to the relevant situation according to the response of learners when formative evaluation is carried out in Web courseware. In addition, it applied ‘correction/correct-answer-providing feedback’, ‘relevant information providing feedback’ and ‘contextual error-correction feedback’ to Web courseware for learning actual productivity S/W and verified if ‘contextual error-correction feedback’ is more effective than other two types of feedback for learners’ academic achievement.

      • 12주간의 운동프로그램이 노인의 근력과 근지구력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of 12-week exercise program on isokinetic muscular strength and endurance in the elderly women(n=32, age=66.78±4.01). They were tested on their muscular strength and endurance at the beginning and at the end of the 12-weeks study(pre-post tests). Muscle strength was evaluated by peak torque of the knee extensor and flexors at 60 deg/sec(5 repetitions) and Endurance was assessed by total work of the knee extensor and flexors at 120 deg/sec(15 repetions) using isokinetic exercise machine(Biodex system II, U.S.A.). For data analysis, Mean and Standard Deviation scores were calculated, and paird t-test was used. This study resulted in as follow; First, after 12-week exercise program, muscular strength of right and left knee flexors was significantly improved. Second, after 12-week exercise program, endurance of right and left knew flexors was significantly improved. In conclusion, regular exercise delays decline of muscular strength and endurance or improves muscular strength and endurance in elerly. It will have an effect on essential life of elderly, improve quality of life.
