        전기저항식 로드셀을 이용한 균등긴장시스템 개발 및 성능실험

        MS(Multi-Strand) 케이블은 여러 개의 강연선으로 이루어져있어, 케이블 시공시 각 강연선을 차례대로 개별적으로 긴장한다. 그리고 마지막 강연선이 정착되었을 때, 모든 강연선에 동일한 장력이 도입되어야하며, 이것이 MS 균등긴장의 핵심기술이다. 본 연구에서는 엑스트라도즈(Extradosed)교 및 사장교의 사재케이블(Stay Cable)에 적용되는 2,200MPa 초고강 도 강연선들을 균등하게 긴장, 제어할 수 있는 MS 케이블 균등긴장시스템을 개발하였다. 개발한 균등긴장시스템은 전기저항 식 로드셀, 유압잭, 유압펌프 그리고 통합제어기로 구성되며, Master 강연선과 Slave 강연선의 장력변화를 실시간으로 예측하 며 제어하는 알고리즘을 탑재하였다. 개발시스템의 기능과 성능을 검증하기 위해 균등긴장 실험을 수행한 후, 광양 태인2교 (ED교)의 사재케이블 가설긴장에 성공적으로 적용하였다. Because MS(Multi-Strand) cables consist of many strands, a jacking force is applied to each strand one by one for cable construction. All strands should have an equal tensile force when the last one is wedged. This is the core technology for MS iso-tensioning. In this study, a new MS cable iso-tensioning system was developed for controlling and jacking the high-strength strands, with an ultimate tensile strength of 2,200MPa, for a stay cable of extra-dosed/cable-stayed bridges. The newly developed iso-tensioning system consists of electrical resistance load cells, hydraulic jacking devices, hydraulic pumps, and integrated controllers. Moreover, it is embedded with an algorithm that can control and predict the variations in tensile forces of the Master and Slave strands in real time. Actual experiments were carried out to verify the function and performance of the newly developed system. This system was applied successfully to the stay cable construction of 2nd Tae-in extra-dosed bridge in Gwangyang.

        1. The purpose of study ; The purpose of study is The New Sasang Constitution Questionnaire to improve clinical right, as the person takes off uncomfortable to must use both Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution ClassificationⅡ(QSCC) and Questionnaire of Sasang Classification (Ⅰ). 2. The method of study ; We made the judgmental equation, increasing ability of judgment to give thinking importance among each subjects about a Clinical study of judgment and the method of using. I investigated which Equation is better by a Clinical Study of the judgment. We made Equation, 9 and examine the Accuracy rate of the judgment through patients, student of University formal peoples and peoples taking the drugs 304 member totally. 3. The result of study ; We made 9 Equation of The judgment. The Equation of the judgment (Ⅰ-2) is the highest ability of the judgment, the diagnostic accuracy is 60.53% about Soeum, 52.78% about Taeeum, 48.39% about Soyang.

      • 위암세포주에서 Recombinant Human Interferon-r와 Adriamycin의 투여순서가 항암효과에 미치는 영향

        Numerous previous studies, both in vitro and in vivo, have demonstrated that the cytotoxicity can be enhanced by the combination of chemotherapeutic agent and interferons(IFNs) in various types of cancer cells. We have previously reported that combined treatment of MKN-45, human gastric adenocarcinoma cells, with adriamycin(ADM) and recombinant human interferon-r(rh-IFN-r) increased in the cytotoxicity. In this study, the effects of combination timing of rh-IFN-r and ADM on the cytotoxicity against MKN-45 were investigated using MTT assay. MKN-45 was treated with rh-IFN-r and ADM in vitro on three schedules : Treat A ; rh-IFN-r and ADM were treated simultaneously, Treat B ; rh-IFN-r was treated 24 hours after the treatment with ADM, Treat C ; rh-IFN-r was treated for 72 hours and followed by the treatment with ADM. The survival of MKN -45 was inhibited by ADM dose-dependently. 102 and 103U/ml of rh-IFN-r significantly inhibited the survival of MKN-45(% survival : 35.1 ±-1.2% and 34.4 ±1.1% in Treat A and 42.5 ± 2.1% and 45.9-±2.5% in Treat C, respectively). However no difference in the survival was observed between 102 and 103U/ml of rh-IFN-r. Combined treatment with rh-IFN-r and ADM significantly augmented the cytotoxicity at low concentrations of ADM. Combined effects of rh-IFN-r and ADM were evaluated using IC30(,ag/ml) to ADM. IC30s of MKN-45 in Treat A, B and C at 102 U/ml of rh -IFN-r _ were 0.019 -?- 0.003, 0.045 :I:0.001 and 0.054 ± 0.012, respectively, while IC30 of MKN-45 treated with ADM alone was 0.052±0.004. IC30s of MKN-45 in ADM alone group, Treat A, Treat B and Treat C at 103U/ml of rh-IFN-r were 0.047 ±0.003, 0.004 -±0.001, 0.031 ±0.004 and 0.056 0.008, respectively. These results indicate IC30s of Treat A and B were significantly lower than those of ADM alone(p<0.05) and IC30s of Treat A was significantly lower than those of Treat B(p <0.01). IC30s of Treat C, however, were not different from those of ADM alone. From these results demonstrating that cytotoxic effects were increased by the combination of rh-IFN-r and ADM in the order, Treat A > Treat B> Treat C, it can be concluded that the simultaneous administration of rh-IFN-r and ADM may be the most effective method to combine these two therapeutic modalties.

      • Ni 치환에 따른 TiV-based 합금의 수소저장 특성

        체심입방구조를 갖는 TiV_1.4합금의 V성분을 Ni금속으로 부분치환하여 얻은 TiV_0.9Ni_0.5 삼원계합금의 미세 구조와 조성변화를 조사하여 얻어진 branch 합금들의 수소저장 특성에 대하여 검토하였다. TiV_0.9Ni_0.5 합금은 BCC결정구조의 TiV_2.1Ni_0.3 고용체와 (FCC+BCC) 혼합결정구조를 갖는 TiV_0.2Ni_0.8의 금속간화합물로 구성된 multi phase합금이고 수소저장량은 H/M=1.69(P_Eq=0.5 Mpa)로 나타났다. TiV_0.9Ni_0.5 합금을 구성하는 주상조성으로 제조한 TiV_2.1Ni_0.3 고용체의 수소저장량은 H/M=1.99(P_Eq=0.5 MPa)로 상당히 많은 양의 수소를 저장하는 것이 확인되었으며, 고용체합금을 포함하지 않는 금속간화합물 TiV_0.2Ni_0.8의 수소저장량은 고용체나 고용체를 포함하는 합금보다 적은 것이 확인되었다. Hydrogen storage properties of branched alloy determined analysis of microstructure and composition variation for TiV_0.9Ni_0.5 alloy with BCC crystal structure obtained partial Ni substituted V of TiV_1.4 alloy was investigated. Multi phase TiV_0.9Ni_0.5 alloy was consisted TiV_2.1Ni_0.3 solid solution with BCC crystal structure and TiV_0.2Ni_0.8 intermetallics with complex (FCC+BCC) crystal structure and stored hydrogen concentration was H/M=1.69(E_Eq=0.5 MPa). Higher hydrogen storage capacity(H/M=1.99) for TiV_2.1Ni_0.3 solid solution prepared main phase composition of TiV_0.9Ni_0.5 alloy was identified and lower hydrogen storage capacity was observed for TiV_0.2Ni_0.8 intermetallics than solid solution or alloy with solid solution phase.

        간척지 중염답에서 유수형성기 염처리에 따른 벼 생육 및 수량 변화

        본 연구는 새계화벼를 공시하여 간척지 중염답(0.3~0.4%)에서 관개수 염농도에 따른 생육 및 수량성을 검토하고자 유수형성기에 5일간 염수를 처리하여 시험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 관개수 염분농도가 높을수록 벼 출수는 1~2일 지연되었고, 출수기 지상부건물중은 가벼워졌다. 2. 간장과 수장은 관개수 염분농도가 높을수록 짧아졌다. 3. 관개수 염분농도가 높을수록 수당 립수가 적어 ㎡당 립수가 적었으며, 등숙비율이 낮고 현미 천립중이 가벼워, 쌀 수량은 민물 관개(무처리)의 330㎏/10a에 비해 관개수 염분농도 0.1%는 94%, 0.3%는 85%, 0.5%는 76%, 0.7%는 71%의 수량을 얻었다. 4. 관개수 염분농도가 높을수록 완전립 비율은 낮아졌다. 따라서 간척지에서 중염도 토양(0.3~0.4%)에서 벼를 재배하여 유수형성기에 한발이 닥쳐 저류지 등 염분 농도 0.7%의 물로 5일간 담수하여도 쌀 수량은 29% 정도 감수되고 쌀의 품위도 저하되지만 어느 정도 수량은 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This experiment was conducted at the Kyehwado Substation of the National Honam Agricultural Experiment Station(NHAES) RDA, Korea. The experimental field contained 0.38% NaCl in soil solution. The experiment was involved five treatments (control, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7%) in a randomized complete block design with three replicates, saline solution was applied only one time at panicle formation stage for 5 days. Saegyehwabyeo, a japonica rice variety was used in this experiment. In yield components, Spikelets number per ㎡ decreased with increasing salinity level, particularly in the 0.7% of saline solution water. This factor affected the most yield reduction among the components. The percentage of ripened grain was inclined to decrease with increasing salinity level. 1,000 grain weight decreased with increasing salinity level but it was lest affected by salinity among yield components. The reduction of milled rice yield decreased significantly with increased saline water level, in detail 6% of yield reduction at the 0.1% saline solution, 15% at the 0.3%, 24% at the 0.5%, and 29% at the 0.7% saline solution level compared with control respectively. Results indicate that the gaining of rice yield could be reliable performance in terms of economical benefit for rice production even though high reduction of yield occurred at high salinity levels on a reclaimed saline soil in Korea.

        벼 밭재배에 따른 수량 및 미질

        벼 밭재배시 논벼 품종들의 적응성을 검토하기 위하여 마늘 간작으로 벼를 건답점파하여 재배한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 입모율은 밭벼에 비해 논벼 품종이 낮았는데 그 순서는 상남밭벼〉동진찰벼〉신선찰벼〉진부찰벼 순이었다. 2. 출수기는 상남밭벼에 비해 진부찰벼는 3일 빨랐고 신선찰벼는 9일, 동진찰벼는 12일이 늦었다. 3. ㎡당 수수와 등숙비율은 밭벼에 비해 논벼품종들이 높았다. 4. 쌀수량은 상남밭벼에 비해 신선찰벼는 12%가 많았고 동진찰벼는 같았으며, 진부찰벼는 18%가 적었다. 5. 완전립비율은 진부찰벼에서 높았고 그 외는 비슷하였으며, 식미지수는 상남밭벼에 비해 동진찰벼는 높았으나 진주찰벼와 신선찰벼는 낮았다. To identify the rice varieties adaptable for upland cultivation, a series of experiments was carried out at the field(Chonnam series) of the Muan. Cheonnam province during 1999 - 2001. Four varieties, Jinbuchalbyeo(early-maturing variety), Sinseonchalbyeo (medium-maturing variety), Dongjinchalbyeo(medium-late maturing variety), and Sangnambatbyeo as a standard variety for upland were used in this experiment. Seedling establishment of the varieties was the highest in Sangnambatbyeo and followed by Dongjinchalbyeo under upland condition. Heading date in general delayed ranges from 9 to 12 days, while early-maturing variety, Jinbuchalbyeo was faster for 3 days compared with Sangnambatbyeo. Number of panicle per square meter was similar in both lowland and upland rice but percentage of ripened grain was high in lowland rice. Milled rice yield was high as of 12% in Sinseonchalbyeo compared with Sangnambatbyeo. Head rice ratio showed also the highest in Sinseonchalbyeo. The results indicate that Sinseonchalbyeo as glutinous rice variety could adapt well in this upland condition, and have good milling recovery as head rice as well as yield advantage.

      • ESPI 기법을 이용한 폴더식 정보 통신기기의 힌지부 내구 수명 평가

        Folder type electronic devices have hinge to support the rotational motion of folder. This hinge is stressed by the rotational inertia moment of folder at the maximum open limit position of folder. This stress is repeated whenever the folder is open, and it is a cause of hinge fracture. In this paper, the reliability evaluation for the hinge fracture in the folder type cellular phone is discussed. For this, the durability testing machine using crack-rocker mechanism is developed to evaluate the life cycle of the hinge, and the degradation after repetitions of opening and shutting is evaluated from the deformation around the hinge, where the deformation is measured by ESPI (electronic speckle pattern interferometer). Experimental results showed that ESPI was able to measure the deformation of hinge precisely, so we could monitor the change of deformation around the hinge as the repetition number of folder open is increased.

      • 生理活性物質의 生産 : Ⅰ. 枸杞子로부터 callus 및 multiple shoot의 誘起

        본 硏究에서는 藥用植物인 구기자의 大量增殖을 통한 藥用成分의 大量生産 및 藥理效果의 臨床的 適用 可能性을 조사하고자 구기자葉으로부터 shoot를 大量增殖 시킬 수 있는 方法과 캘러스를 誘導하는 方法을 調査하고자 하였다. 구기자葉으로부터 캘러스의 誘導는 0.001㎛의 BA와 5㎛의 2,4-D 濃度에서 가장 좋았다. 대량증식을 위하여 구기자葉으로부터 multiple shoot를 誘起시킨 결과, 2㎛의 BA와 0.2㎛의 NAA, 4%의 sucrose, pH 5.6, 그리고 0.2% casein hydrolysate를 첨가시 葉조직 切片당 약 40.6개의 shoot가 誘起되었다. 그리고 배양 6주후 대량증식된 2cm 크기의 shoot는 截取하여 MS배지 농도를 1/4-8/4로 稀釋한 培地에 移植한 결과, 줄기의 伸長은 6/4MS 그리고 뿌리의 발근율은 7/4MS에서 가장 양호하였으며, 재분화된 소식물체들은 5주간의 순화과정을 거쳐 일반토양에 活着시킬 수 있었다.
