        This paper presents the photovoltaic(PV) water pumping system with a maximum power point tracking(MPPT). The water pumping system uses a variable speed single phase induction motor(SPIM) driven a centrifugal pump by field oriented control(FOC) inverter. The MPPT using a DC-DC converter controlled the duty cycle to track maximum power from PV under different insolation conditions. The duty cycle directly relate with a flux producing current control(i<SUB>ds</SUB>). The FOC inverter uses a current control voltage source inverter(CC-VSI). The simulation results are shown that the characteristics and performance of drive system, which varies as each conditions of light by expresses in voltage(V<SUB>dq</SUB>), current(I<SUB>dq</SUB>), speed of motor and torque.

        The automatic/driverless operation which are great important techniques in metro railway are required to increase higher safety, greater reliability, and transport capacity. To satisfy such demands, we must have the system design and testing technique for the railway system operation. These techniques are related to the onboard train control and communication systems which include TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System), ATO(Automatic Train Operation), ATC(Automatic Train Control), and TWC(Train to Wayside Communication). These sub-systems must be interfacing with not only each others but also the signal system on the ground. We tested the train control system on Test line that has been developed on the basis of the standardized type EMU for korea railway systems. This test line which is located in Sangju, have been constructed for testing 7 & 8 line of Seoul Metro railway.

        Inkjet‐Printable Nanoporous Ag Disk Arrays Enabling Coffee‐Ring Effect‐Driven Analyte Enrichment Towards Practical SERS Applications

        To make surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sensors more practical, we propose nanoporous Ag disks as SERSactive plasmonic structures that can be readily inkjet-printed just before use to avoid degradation of SERS enhancement. Together with the aid of the enhanced plasmonic fi elds from the nanoporous Ag (confirmed by electromagnetic simulation), we utilize a coffee-ring effect to concentrate target analytes, which is demonstrated by confocal Raman measurements. By using the proposed SERS sensor, Raman signals of TiO 2 nanoparticles with a concentration of ppm to sub-ppb have been successfully measured. TiO 2 in commercial consumables has been also detected by distinguishing its crystalline phase.

        특수체육 전공자들의 윤리적 민감성에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

        이 연구는 특수체육 전공자들의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 윤리적 민감성의 차이를 분석하고, 특수체육 전공자들의 개인적 요인과 조직적 요인이 윤리적 민감성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상자는 2011년 현재 한국특수체육학회에 등록된 특수체육 전공자들을 모집단으로 하여 유목적 표집법(purposive sampling method)에 의해 추출된 특수체육 전공자 200명 이었다. 이에 수집된 자료 중조사내용 일부가 누락되었거나 불성실하게 답변한 23부를 제외한 총 177부의 자료를 최종 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 이 연구의 조사도구로는 선행연구에서 조사된 설문지를 수정 및 보완하여 사용하였고, 조사절차는 연구자가 직접 기관을 방문하여 연구대상자들에게 설문에 대한 충분한 안내와 함께 설문참여에 대한 동의를 구한 후, 설문지를 배포하여 자기평가기입법으로 작성하게 한 후 현장에서 즉시 회수하였다. 조사된 자료의 분석방법은 SPSS WIN Ver 18.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 독립 t-검증(independent t-test), 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA), 상관관계분석(correlation analysis), 위계적 다중회귀분선(hierarchical multiple regression) 등을 활용하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다. 첫째, 특수체육 전공자들의 인구사회학적 변인 중 연령, 직업 경력, 윤리교육 유/무는 윤리적 민감성에 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 특수체육 전공자들의 개인적 요인과 조직적 요인은 윤리적 민감성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 개인적 요인으로는 통제위치에서 정(+)적으로 마키아벨리즘에서 부(-)적으로 윤리적 민감성에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직적 요인은 윤리풍토의 하위요인 중 하나인 원칙주의에서 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors that affect ethical sensibility of adapted physical education majors. The population of this study was set to be apecial physical education majors who are registered in Korean Society of Adapted Physical Activity and Exercise (KOSAPE) in 2011. Data collection was done by using widely-used purposive sampling method, from non-probability sampling methods to extract 200 copies in total from adapted physical education majors who have participated in spring and autumn symposium and who are currently working in Korea Sports Association for the Disabled (KOSAD) or related institutions. Here, 177 copies were used as the final valid samples for quantitative research, disregarding 23 incomplete copies. As the research methods, surveys that are revised and complemented ones from the previous researches, research procedures included visiting institutions and asking for agreement after explaining about surveys, and then distributing surveys to be completed by self- administered method and taking them back at sight. For the data analysis of this study, SPSS WIN Ver 18.0 was used with independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression, to reach the following conclusion. First, age, job experiences, and whether they received ethics lessons out of variables of population sociology for Special Physical Education majors have shown meaningful differences on ethical sensibility. Second, individual factors and institutional factors were found out to be affecting ethical sensibility. Upon the individual factors, while locus of control was affecting ethical sensibility positively and Machiavellism was affecting ethical sensibility negatively. And on the institutional factors, principlism, one of the sub-factors of ethical climate, was influencing ethical sensibility.

        This paper is proposed a novel method to approximate the maximum power for a photovoltaic inverter system and tracking method. It is designed for power systems application and utilities. The proposed Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT) control has the advantage to provide a new simple way to approximate the optimal or rated voltage, the optimal or rated current and maximum power rating produced by a solar pane1 and the photovoltaic inverter. And this straightforward method will be named linear reoriented coordinates method(LRCM) with the advantage that Pmax and V<SUB>op</SUB> can be approximated using the same variable as the dynamic model without using complicate approximations or Taylor series. Furthermore tracking method is improved over 50% photovoltaic efficiency. This paper is proposed MPPT using LRMC and tracking method using weather condition of domestic moderate program technique. This paper is proposed the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the new methods.

        2,4-bis (p-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butenal (HPB242) induces apoptosis via modulating E7 expression and inhibition of PI3K/Akt pathway in SiHa human cervical cancer cells.

        <P>The Maillard reaction is a chemical reaction occurring between an amino acid and a reducing sugar, usually requiring thermal processing. Maillard reaction products (MRPs) have antioxidant, antimutagenic, and antibacterial effects, and although 2,4-bis (p-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butenal (HPB242), a fructose-tyrosine MRP, appears to inhibit proliferation of cancer cells, its mechanism of action has not been studied in detail. We found that HPB242 treatment modulated expression of cyclins and tumor suppressor genes in SiHa human cervical cancer cell lines: cyclins and phospho-pRB were downregulated, whereas the expression of CDK inhibitors and p53 was enhanced. HPB242 induced apoptosis dose-dependently by suppressing E7 expression and leading to sub-G1 cell-cycle arrest in SiHa cell lines; treatment also led to the proteolytic cleavage of caspase-3, -9, and poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase. Moreover, HPB242 upregulated Fas expression, altered expressions of pro- and antiapoptotic factors, and also inhibited nuclear translocation of nuclear factor κB and phosphorylation of IκB. HPB242 treatment decreased phosphatidyl inositol-3 kinase and p-Akt expression levels, demonstrating that this survival pathway may also be inhibited by HPB242. Cumulatively, HPB242 promotes apoptosis by influencing E7 expression, inducing cell-cycle arrest at sub-G1 phase, and promoting both intrinsic (mitochondrial) and extrinsic (Fas-dependent) apoptosis in SiHa human cervical cancer cells.</P>

        Anti-Cancer Effect of Ginsenoside F<sub>2</sub> against Glioblastoma Multiforme in Xenograft Model in SD Rats

        The glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most common malignant brain tumor in adults. Despite combination treatments of radiation and chemotherapy, the survival periods are very short. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the potential of ginsenoside $F_2$ (F2) to treat GBM. In in vitro experiments with glioblastoma cells U373MG, F2 showed the cytotoxic effect with $IC_{50}$ of 50 ${\mu}g/mL$ through apoptosis, confirmed by DNA condensation and fragmentation. The cell population of cell cycle sub-G1 as indicative of apoptosis was also increased. In xenograft model in SD rats, F2 at dosage of 35 mg/kg weight was intravenously injected every two days. This reduced the tumor growth in magnetic resonance imaging images. The immunohistochemistry revealed that the anticancer activity might be mediated through inhibition of proliferation judged by Ki67 and apoptosis induced by activation of caspase-3 and -8. And the lowered expression of CD31 showed the reduction in blood vessel densities. The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 for invasion of cancer was also inhibited. The cell populations with cancer stem cell markers of CD133 and nestin were reduced. The results of this study suggested that F2 could be a new potential chemotherapeutic drug for GBM treatment by inhibiting the growth and invasion of cancer.

      • IPMSM 드라이브의 최대토크를 위한 적응 FNN 제어기

        Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) has become a popular choice in electric vehicle applications, due to their excellent power to weight ratio. This paper proposes maximum torque control of IPMSM drive using adaptive fuzzy neural network controller and artificial neural network(ANN). This control method is applicable over the entire speed range which considered the limits of the inverter's current and voltage rated value. For each control mode, a condition that determines the optimal d-axis current i<SUB>d</SUB> for maximum torque operation is derived. This paper considers the design and implementation of novel technique of high performance speed control for IPMSM using Adaptive-FNN controller and ANN controller. The hybrid combination of neural network and fuzzy control will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. Also, this paper proposes speed control of IPMSM using Adaptive-FNN and estimation of speed using ANN controller. The back propagation neural network technique is used to provide a real time adaptive estimation of the motor speed. The proposed control algorithm is applied to IPMSM drive system controlled Adaptive-FNN and ANN controller, the operating characteristics controlled by maximum torque control are examined in detail. Also, this paper proposes the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the Adaptive-FNN and ANN controller.

        The study was conducted to evaluate the difference of life style, subjective symptoms and health cognition depending on the Sasang Constitution in the industrial workers. The results were as follows ; Constitutional distribution among exposed group were Tae-eum In(38.4%), So-eum In(35.2%), and So-yang In(26.4%) and it was turned out that Tae-eum In took a higher portion of Sasang constitution than other constitutions in technician workers. 'Exercise' and 'Obesity' were found most in Tae-eum In, In So-eum In there were many 'Normal' weight and 'Having digestive disorders' were found most in So-eum In. There were no significant difference in the health cognition among the constitutions. The closer to 'normal' weight, the higher prevalence in 'having' concern about health condition and the more 'normal' condition in sleeping, the higher prevalence of 'having' self-confident in present health.

      • 초음파 기법을 활용한 콘크리트 구조물의 내부 균열 검출

        최근, 콘크리트 구조물(터널, 고가교 등)에서의 박리 및 낙하사고 등으로 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 유지관리시스템의 중요성이 재인식되었다. 콘크리트 구조물의 유지관리 및 보수시 조사·분석해야 할 가장 중요한 결함 요인은 콘크리트의 균열이다. 콘크리트의 균열은 내부에 발생하지만 구조적으로 문제가 없는 경우도 상당수 있으므로 종합적으로 분석하여 상태를 평가해야 하며 균열 상태는 폭, 깊이, 방향, 형상의 측면에서 조사 분석해야 한다. 이중 균열 깊이가 구조물의 안전거동에 미치는 영향이 큰 경우에는 콘크리트에 발생된 균열 깊이를 정확히 측정하여 정도에 따른 적절한 대책을 수립해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 콘크리트에 이미 발생된 균열의 초음파 탐상검사 방법으로 측정된 결과를 이해하기 쉽도록 3차원으로 화상처리 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 서로 다른 균열 형상의 12가지 시험편을 제작하고 초음파 탐상검사 방법으로 균열 깊이를 측정한 후 균열 형상을 화상처리 할 수 있는 프로그램을 작성하였다. Cracks of concrete structure must be analyzed and estimated synthetically in order to have a maintenance and to insure the safety and the durability of structure. Concrete cracks have to be surveyed with respect to depth, width, shape and direction, but crack depth and shape among these items are not measured easily. Occasionally, it needs to measure the crack depth and shape of concrete structure for the purpose of evaulating the safe capacity and the necessity of repair. Therefore, experiments were carried with three-dimensional(3D) Ultra-Sonic Technique to detection and analysis crack shape in concrete and this report is performed to veritf the applicability and the accuracy of Ultra-Sonic Technique in non-destructive testing methods. Moreover, the result shows that the measurement of crack in concrete is related to the shape and angle of inclination of notch.
