국내 자생하는 야생버섯 추출물의 생리활성 성분을 평가하기 위하여 각지에서 수집된 야생버섯 70% 에탄올추출물에 대한 DPPH 라디컬 소거능, 총 폴리페놀 및 총 플라보노이드 함량, 철 환원 항산화능, 환원력의 항산화 활성, 아질산염 소거능 및 야생버섯의 건조시료를 이용하여 베타글루칸 함량을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 10종의 야생버섯류 중에서 영지(OK1362) 에탄올추출물의 DPPH 라디컬 소거능(73.2%), 총 폴리페놀 함량(28.9 mg GAE/g) 및 총 플라보노이드 함량(10.0 mg QE/g)철 환원 항산화능(0.134), 환원력(0.155), 아질산염 소거능(56.3%)이 다른 버섯류에 비하여 유의적으로 가장 높았다. 그 이외에도 아까시흰구멍버섯(OK1360), 광대버섯속의 A. lanigera (OK1398), 졸각무당버섯(OK1406)이 높은 항산화능 및 아질산염 소거능을 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 베타글루칸 함량은 영지(OK1362)가 25.2%를 나타내며 가장 높았으며, 그 외에 구름버섯속의 T. lactinea (OK1457)가 24.5%로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 자생하는 야생버섯류 중 새로운 천연물 유래 생리활성 물질을 탐색하기 위한 기초자료로서 활용 가능성을 기대한다. The aim of the study was to obtain the extracts of various native wild mushrooms and select the useful resources though biological activity evaluation. The anti-oxidant potential, nitrite scavenging activity, and -glucan content of wild mushrooms collected from Eumseong and Bonghwa in Korea were investigated. Based on the results of this study, Ganoderma lingzhi (OK1362) showed the highest DPPH radical scavenging activity (73.2%), ferric reducing anti-oxidant power (0.134), reducing power (0.155), nitrite scavenging activity (53.6%), total polyphenol content (28.9 mg GAE/g), flavonoid content (10.0 mg QE/g), and -glucan content (25.2%) when compared to other wild mushrooms sampled in this study. In addition, it was confirmed that Perenniporia fraxinea (OK1360), Amanita sp. (OK1398), and Russula sp. (OK1406) had relatively high anti-oxidant and nitrite scavenging potentials. In conclusion, our results can provide fundamental data for extracting beneficial compounds from wild mushrooms.

Laser induced surface hardening of Tool steel(STC5) can be achieved either with or without surface melting. In trans-formation hardening, as the surface is heated to a temperature below its melting point and is rapidly cooled, solidified microstructures are usually much finer and stronger than those of the base matals. For this reason, surface modification of tool steel by YAG laser irradiation has been studied as a fuction of processing parameters such as, power density, pulse width, defocusing distance, and molten depth. The high energy density changes and refines the microstructure of the near surface layer. In the case of beam passes, martensite formed in the melt zone exhibited very high vickers hardness values. Molten depth and width depend on defocusing distance, and energy of black color painting is more absorptive than other color painting.

This study is aimed to find out the effective method to guide students at industrial colleges on the ways to write. First, the discussion starts with identifying what your student's status is and diagnosing what level his or her writing ability is. For example, the students in the evening class usually have their jobs. It means that they may need to learn about practical writings. When it comes to their writing ability, we note in their writing assignments that they hardly ever have a basic training for composition. Considering these points, I tried to offer guidance suited to these students. Guidance to writing has three stages : first, encouraging learners to get over the feelings of fear in writing, secondly inspiring them to generate and organize ideas about topics, and lastly training them to present their thoughts and points. Through presentation training, students learn about writing process, preparing an outline, organizing paragraphs, and developing sentences step by step. We need to make sure the skills for composition are developed by practicing writing more often, not by learning mere theories. Accordingly, the instructor should have correct knowledge of teaching composition, and provide his or her students with as many opportunities to write as possible. These days, composition has become a part of our lives, not only for people of fantastic tastes. In this respect, I think everyone needs to have basic composition education for their daily uses.
SM45C의 Laser 표면개질 조건에 따른 마멸특성에 관한 연구

Surface modification of plain carbon steel (SM45C) by Laser are usually much finer and stronger than the base metals. Nd-YAG laser source changes and refines the microstructure of the near surface layer, leading to enhanced hardness and wear resistance. The present study was undertaken to investigate the wear behavior and a processing parameters such as, power density, pulse width, defocusing distance, and molten depth for surface modification. The wear test was carried out under different experimental condition using the wear test device and the annular surfaces of wear test specimens as well as mating specimen of alumina ceramics(Al_2O_3) was rubbed in dry sliding condition. The results show that molten depth and width depend on defocusing distance. The wear loss was much in lower speed range below 0.2m/sec and in higher speed range above 0.7m/sec, but It was little in intermediate speed range. It depends on oxidation and wear speed.

The determination of surface topography is believed to be extremely important in the areas of contact mechanics, adhesion and friction. In order to describe topography of various frictional surface, the harding test was carried out under different experimental conditions in dry friction. And fractal descriptors was applied to frictional surface of laser modified steel with image processing system. These descriptors to analyze surface structure are fractal dimension. Surface fractal dimension can be determined by sum of intensity difference of surface pixel. Topography of frictional surface can be effectively obtained by fractal dimensions.
工具刃先의 損傷에 미치는 構成刀先의 生成 및 脫落擧動에 관한 硏究

This study was attempted to investigate the effect of the behaviour of built-up edge on tool failure of high speed steel (SKH55) cutting with SS41. The cutting test was carried out with various experimental conditions. The specific cutting force K_(c) and K_(t) (the vertical and radial cutting force) had small values owing to the enlargement of the rake angle below 40m/min of the cutting velocity. The enlargement of the built-up edge affected directly the crater ratio C. The crater wear in the neighbourhood of cutting tool had nothing to do with cutting time and flaten region which had 4㎛ of depth and 0.4㎜ of width was in existence. The micro-hardness distribution in the deepest part of crater was not affected by nearly the cutting time. Through this cutting experiment it is appeared 4 kinds of tool failure according to behavior of the built-up edge in combination of cutting speed and feed.

It was reported that hepatic aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH) activity was depressed in alcoholic liver diseases, however there was few report that explain the reason of depressed ALDH activity. We have attempted to correlate the decrease of hepatic ALDH activity with the active oxygen species which generated at elevated rates in the proliferated microsomes by chronic ethanol feeding. The susceptibilities of the hepatic ALDH activity to active oxygen generated by xanthine-xanthine oxidase system and FeSO₄-H₂O₂ system were studied. Incubation of ALDH with 2×10³ xanthine oxidase for 30 min at 25℃ resulted in the decrease of enzyme activity to 60%, and 55% of ALDH activity was retained after exposure to FeSO₄4-H₂O₂ system for 20 min. Alteration in the ALDH activity after administration of ethanol in rat liver was investigated. Whereas the mitochodrial ALDH activity was increased, the microsomal activity was depressed in ethanol-treated rat. Induced microsomal ALDH activity was observed by treatment of phenobarbital or 3-methylcholanthrene in the liver of rats chronically fed alcohol. Since the ALDH catalyses the oxidation of a wide variety of aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes, it is suggested that the alteration in the ALDH activity by various factors including the active oxygen affects the physiological states of liver administrated ethanol chronically, which may in turn to lead to liver disease.
大學生의 體力에 관한 硏究 : 淸州師範大學 一學年을 中心으로 Based on the Freshman of Cheong Ju College of Education

The purpose of this study was to grasp the status of physical fitness of the college students and to obtain the basic data for the guidance. 303 freshman students(male 140, female 163) of Chung Ju college of education, 1983, were included in this study. The items of measurement were physique(standing hight, body weight) and physical fiftness(100m sprint, standing long jump, throwing, pull-ups, flexed arm hang, sit-ups) The results of this study were as follows: 1) The average standing height of male and female studnets was 168.94㎝ and 157.30㎝ respectively. There was no meaningful difference between standing height and age. 2) The average body weight of male and female students was 58.49Kg and 51.6kg respectively. There was no meaningful difference between body weight and age. 3) The average body weight ratio of male and female students was 34.06 and 32.46 respectively. There was no meaningful difference between body weight ratio and age. 4) The average Kaup`s index of male and female students was 2.05 and 2.09 respectively. There was no meaningful difference between Kaup`s index and age. 5) The average Rohrer`s index of male and female students was 120.89 and 132.43 respectively. 6) The average record of 100m sprint of male students was 14.18 second and that of female female students was 19.22sec. The record of male students increased from the 17 years to the 20 years old with the increase of their age but that of female students reached the top at the age of 17 and after 17 years old decreased with the increase of their age. 7) The average of standing long jump of male students was 243.64㎝ and that of female students was 175.24㎝. There was no meaningful difference between standing long jump and age. 8) The average record of throwing of male students was 53.26m and that of female students was 20.16m. There was no meaningful difference between throwing and age in the case of male students but there was some decrease in the case of female students with the increase of their age. 9) The average record of pull-ups of male students was 10.23 times and that of flexed arm hang of female students was 7.12 second. There was no meaningful difference between pull-ups(flexed arm hang) and age in the case of male students but there was some decrease in the case of female students with the increase of their age. 10)The average record of sit-ups of male students was 43.04 times and that of female students was 26.08 times. There was no meaningful difference between sit-ups and age in the case of male students but the record of female students reached the top at the age of 18 and after 18 years old decreased with the increase of their age. 11)Difference between the able students and poor students in the pull-ups(flexed arm hang)is the heaviest and the most delicate in the 100m sprint.
싱글 튜브 시스템 BTA 工具를 使用한 SM55C 鋼의 深孔 加工 特性에 관한 硏究

The BTA deep hole machining has an increasing demand because of its wide applications and its good productivity. The main feature of the BTA drill is that the tool cutting edges are unsymmetrically located on the boring head. This provides a stabilizing cutting force resultant necessary for self guidance of the boring head. The BTA drills are capable of machining for having large length to diameter ratio in single pass. The study of the accuracy and surface finish of holes produced would reveal quite useful information regarding the process. This thesis deals with the experimental results obtained during single tube system BTA machining on SM55C steel for different machining conditions.

The purpose of this study was to survey the various kinds of cooked beef products focusing on "chim"(a steamed beef recipes) through historical literatures written from 1945 to 1997 in Korea. "Chim" was recorded 96 times in the references and could be classified into 3 groups based on major ingredients such as the cud pouch, liver, spine, tongue, fleshes, beef, rib and tail, and could be classified into 14 groups based on minor ingredients such as vegetables fried beef in egg batter, tomatoes, scallion and rice cake. Among the seventeen cooked recipe of "chim "kalbi chim(rib)" was recorded most frequently and "satae chim(shank)" was the next. Though "yang chim(the cud pouch), salkogi chim(fleshes), sokalbi chim(rib) and sokori chim(tail)" has been used until present day, salkogi chim subdivided into satae chim, udun chim, nubianisam chim, swim chim in the middle twenty centuries. Ribs was most popular ingredient among the major ingredients such as the cud pouch, liver, spine, tongue, tail, fleshes. Decorating ingredients such as sukgi mushroom, minarichodae, pyoko mushroom, gingko nut also come into use subingredients or decorating ingredient in the 1990.
