        The use of the series equation developed by Chang and Park into Werynski equation is examined for dialyzer clearance with use of ultrafiltration. This method does not require data of concentration of solute in blood at the outlet of dialyzer which has been so far predicted to use the Werynski equation. The deviations of predicted clearnace from experimental data was within 0.5% with low molecular weight solute(below M. W. 200). Therefore, dialyzer clearance due to ultrafiltration can be accurately predicted, without experiments, from known diffusive clearance, using the formulation developed in this study.

      • 영산호로 유입되는 8개 소하천의 어류상에 대하여

        The freshwater fish fauna was investigated from August 17, 1993 to December 7, 1995 at 46 stations of 8 streams flowing into Yongsan Lake. Total fishes collected from them were 13 families, 34 genera, 45 species and subspecies, 11,098 individuals including 26 species belonging to Cyprinidae, and among them, 9 species were known as Korean endemic species. In those eight streams, the abundant species were Rhodeus ocellatus, Zacco platypus, Pseudorasbora parva, Microphysogobio yaluensis. Squalidus gracilis majimae and Zacco temmincki, and the rare species were Macropodus chinenesis, Gnathopogon strigatus, Aphyocypris chinensis, Cobitis longicorpus, Pseudobagrus koreanus and Monopterus albus. According to the number of species collected from each streams, 20 species were from Munpyong-chon, 32 species were from Gomakwon-chon, 33 species from Hampyong-chon, 15 species from Daechi-chon, 13 species from Wol-chon, 30 species were from Sampo-chon, 26 species were from yongam-chon and 13 species were from Namchang-chon.

      • 全南 珍島의 淡水漁類

        1987년 6월과 8월 2회에 걸쳐 珍島內의 7개 調査地点에서 淡水魚類의 분포, 生態 및 形態등을 조사하였다. 총 採集個體數는 2,753個體로 同定 결과는 9科 24屬 30種으로 밝혀졌으며 Pseudorasbora parva, Hemiculter eigenmanni, Abottina rivularis, Aphyocypris chinensis, Acanthorhodeus gracilis, Misgurnus mizolepis 등 6種의 1次 淡水魚와 Trachydermus faciatus, Tridentiger obscurus, T. trigonocephalus, Acanthogobius elongata, A. hasta, A. lactipes, A. flavimanus, Acentrogobius pflaumi, Pseudogobius masago, Mugilogobius abei, Chaenogobius annularis, C. mororanus, Periophthalmus cantonensis, Fugu niphobles 등14종 2次 또는 周綠性 淡水魚가 珍島에서 처음으로 그 분포가 확인되었다. 본 지역에서 採集된 1차 담수어 중 Abottina rivularis, Acanthorhodeus gracilis는 지금까지 어느 島嶼地方에서도 分布가 확인된 적이 없는 種이며, Cobitis longicorpus, A. gracilis는 韓國特産種으로 그중에 C. longicorpus는 珍島가 육지로부터 분리되기 전에 分布되었던 種으로 그리고 A.gracilis는 2次的인 이동에 의해 분포된 種으로 생각된다. 쌍계천 상류지역인 st.1(쌍계천계곡)과 st.3(창포교 일대)에서는 섬의 상류ㅣ지역의 전형적인 특징종인 M.oxycephalus, O. latipes가 st.4(송정저수지)와 st.7(둔전저수지)에서는 혼탁한 수질상태에서 주로 서식하는 H.eigenmanni, P.parva, C.auratus, A.rivularis 등이, st.6(금갑리)와 st.7(벽파리)에서는 汽水域에서 주로 서식하는 망둥어科 어류들이 서식하고 있는 특징을 보였다. 우점종인 M.oxycephalus와 H.eigenmanni의 全長組成과 分布上 特異한 種인A.gracilis, A.rivularis, C.longicorpus의 生態와 측정치 등을 밝혔다. Distributional, morphological and ecological characters of the freshwater fishes were investigated at the seven stations in Jin-do on June and August, 1987. In this survey, 9 families, 24 enera and 30 species (totally 2753 individuals) were collected and indentified. Among them, Pseudorasbora parva, Hemiculter eigenmanni, Abottina rivularis, Aphyocypris chinensis, Acanthorodeus gracilis, Misgrurnus nizolepis were primary freshwater fishes, and Trachydermus fasciatus, Tridentiger obscurus, T. trigonocephalus, Acanthogobius elongata, A. hasta, A. lactipes, A. flavimanus, Acentrogobius pflaumi, Pseudogobius masago, Mugilogobius abei, Chaenogobius annularis, C. mororanus, Periphthalmus cantonensis, Fugu niphobles were pheripheral fishes. It was remarded in the view point of zoogeography of island freshwater fish of Korea that A. rivularis and A. gracilis were observed in the present studied areas for the first time. Two endemic species of C. longicorpus and A. gracilis were found in the present studied area and the former was belived to be the originally distributed species, however the latter might be considered secondary distributed species originated from elsewhere. The abundant species of this studied area were M. oxycephalus, O. latipes at st.1 and st.3, and H.eigenmanni, P. parva, C. auratus, A. rivularis at st. 4 and st. 7 and the gobiid fishes were at st.5 and st.6. The total length of M. oxycephalus and H. eigenmanni, the dominant species of present studied area, were measured and analyzed. Morphological and ecological characters of A. rivularis, A. gracilis and C. longicorpus which were the characteristic species of the distribution were compared with those species reported previously by others.

      • 지석강 수계의 저서성 무척추동물의 분포 특성

        1996년 8월부터 1997년 5월까지 지석강과 지석강으로 유입되는 지천의 28개 조사지점에서 저서성 무척추동물의 분포에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 채집된 저서성 무척추동물의 분류군은 총 4문 7강 17목 35과 53속 66종으로 그중 수서곤충이 48종으로 중요 분류군이었다. 종수에서는 하루살이류가 18종으로 가장 많았으며, 연체동물류가 12종, 강도래류가 7종, 잠자리류, 노린재류, 날도래류가 각각 6종, 뱀잠자리류, 파리류가 각각 1종, 편형동물류, 줄새우류, 딱정벌레류가 각각 1종이었다. 개체수는 하루살이류가 48.6%로 가장 많았고, 파리류가 19.3%, 연체동물이 15.3%, 환형동물이 8.4%이었다. 조사지점별로 채집된 종수는 본류의 st.3에서 35종으로 가장 많았고, 대촌천의 st.27에서 10종으로 가장 적었다. 우점종은 파리류의 Chironomus sp., 하루살이류의 Baetis nla, Chroterpes trifurcata, Epeorus latifolium, Serratella rufa, 연체동물의 Radix auricularia coreana, Semisulcospira libertina 등이었다. The benthic invertebrates was investigated from August, 1996 to May, 1997 at 28 stations in Jisuk river water system. The taxa of benthic invertebrates in the Jisuk river was composed of 66 species, 53 genera, 35 families, 17 orders, 7 classes in 4 phyla. Among them, aquatic insects containing 48 species were the major group. According to order, Ephemeroptera containing 18 species was abundant, and Mollusca containing 12 species, Plecoptera 7 species and Odonata 6 species were the major taxa. On comparing individual numbers in this survey. Ephemeroptera were the highest(48.6%), and Diptera and Mollusca were 19.3% and 15.3%, respectively. The comparison of species at each site revealed the largest number of 35 species at st.1 and the smallest was 10 species at st.27. Dominant species were Chironomus sp. belonging to Diptera, Baetis nla, Choroterpes trifurcata, Epeorus latifolium, Serratella rufa belonging to Ephemeroptera, Radix auricularia coreana, Semisulcospira libertina belonging to Mollusca.

      • 황룡강 수계의 어류상에 대하여

        The freshwater fish fauna was investigated from August 1, 1992 to November 6, 1994 at 60 stations of Hwangryong River system. Total fishes collected from 60 stations were 15 families, 36 genera, 48 species and subspecies, 22,993 individuals including 28 species belonging to Cyprinidae, and among them, 12 species were known as Korean endemic species. In this river, the abundant species were Rhodeus uyekii, Phoxinus oxycephalus, Zacco temminckii and Zacco platypus, and the rare species were Pseudobagrus koreanus, Monopterus albus, Coreoperca herzi, Siniperca scherzeri and Lampetra reissneri.

        The freshwater fish fauna was investigated from July 29, 1992 to November 6, 1995 at 66 stations in the upper streams of Yongsan River system. Total fishes collected from them were 11 families, 31 genera, 41 species and subspecies, 20, 404 individuals including 26 species belonging to Cyprinidae, and among them, 10 species were known as Korean endemic species. In this investigation, the abundant species were Rhodeus uyekii, Zacco platypus, Microphysogobio yaluensis, Zacco temminckii, and the rare species were Abbottina springeri, Aphyocypris chinensis, Cobitis longicorpus, Pseudobagrus koreanus, Monopterus albus, and Macropodus chinenesis.

      • Penicillinase Producing N.gonorrhoeae株와 Nom-Penicillinase Producing N.gonorrhoeae株의 약제 감수성에 관한 비교연구

        Studies were carried out to evaluate the actual status of the carriers infected with N. gonorrhoeae among the high-risk populations over the country and to determine the drug resistance patterns of β-lactamase producing N. gonorrhocae isolates, in particular attention to the recent increasing discoveries of Penicillinase producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains this country. The results could be summerized as follows: 1. The isolation rate of N. gonorrhoeae from the suspicious gonorrhoeal patients (men) were 37.5% on the average, out of a total of 817 examined, but from the prostitutes or bar-girls the isolation rate showed 9.4% on the average out of 3.609 examined, of the isolated 644 gonorrhoeal strains, one hundred and fifty-three strains were detected as β-lactamase producing N. gonorrhoeae. The average detection rate of β-lactamase producing N. gonorrhoeae was 23.8%, but the frequency of PPNG detection was much different depening on the areas where the specimens collected ranging from 3.8%(Chun buk do) to 41.2%(Kyung buk do), except the area Jaeju island where on PPNG was detected. 2. Most non-PPNG strains were able to be inhibited at the concentration of the drugs below 32ug/ml of Penicillin G and 8ug/ml of Ampicillin, but nearly half or more than half of the β-lactamase producing N. gonorrhoeae strains were not inhibited at 32ug/ml of the drugs, In other words, β-lactamase producing N. gonorrhoeae had acquired high resistance to Pehicillin G and Ampicillin. 3. In susceptibility of PPNG and non-PPNG to spectinomycin, Kanamycin, Tetracycline, Erythromycin, Cefuroxin, Cefoperazone, it seemed to be no significant diffevence, but some exceptions showing a peculiar drug resistance to 16ug/ml of Cefuroxin, 64ug/ml of Kanamycin, 512ug/ml of Spectinomycin or 32ug/ml of Tetracycline. And also a few multi-resistance like PPNG strains could rarely be detected showing resistance to the concentration of Tetracycline 32ug/ml, Cefuroxin 16ug/ml, Kanamycin 64ug/ml. 4. In the correlation of inhibitory Zone size dise diffusion method on the MICS by agar plate dilution method to 89 N. gonorrhoeae strains with Pencillin G, Ampicillin, Erythromycin, Tetracycline, and chlorampenicol, Ampicillin showed the highest correlation coefficient as an absolute value showing r=-0.7598, which had negative correlation. Through these studies β-lactamase producing N. gonorrhoeae strains were able to be found from the specimens collected through all over the provinces of the country except the Island of Jaejudo hopsitols.

      • 영산호로 유입되는 수개 소하천의 어류상

        1990년 4월, 7월 그리고 10월에 영산호로 유입되는 만봉천, 문평천, 고막원천, 함평천, 사창천과 남천에 대한 어류상에 대한 조사를 하였다. 6개의 소하천에서 채집된 어류는 총 13科 35屬 44種 11,355個體로 그 중 잉어과 26종이었고 한국특산종은 12종이 채집되었다. 만봉천에서는 29종 2,297개체, 문평천에서는 26종, 1,961개체, 고막원천에서는 30종 2,355개체, 함평천에서는 34종 3,334개체 그리고 사창천과 남천에서는 각각 15종 141개체와 27종 1,247개체가 채집되었다. 조사된 6개의 소하천에서 다량 채집된 어류는 Zacco platypus, Rhodeus uyekii Microphysogobio yaluensis 등이었으며 Sarcocheilichthys varigatus wakiyae, Acheilognathus yamatsutae, Pseudobagrus sp. Coreoperca herzi. 등은 일부 하천에서 소수의 개체가 채집되었다. The freshwater fish fauna was investigated from April 29 to October 27, 1990 at six streams which are Manbong-chon, Munpyong-chon, Gomakwon-chon, Hampyong-chon, Sachang-chon and Nam-chon flowing into Yongsan Lake. Total fishes collected from 6 streams were 13 families, 35 genera, 44 species and subspecies, 11,335 individuals including 26 species belonging to Cyprinidae, and among them, 12 species were known as Korean endemic species. In these 6 streams, the abundant species were Zacco platypus, Rhodeus uyekii and Microphysogobio yaluensis, and the rare species were Sarcocheilichthys varigatus wakiyae, Acheilognathus yamatsutae, Pseudobagrus sp. and Coreoperca herzi. According to the number of species collected from each stream, 5 families, 24 genera, 29 species were from Manbong-chon, 8 families, 22 genera, 26 species were from Munpyong-chon, 6 families, 23 genera, 30 species were from Gomakwon-chon, 11 families, 29 genera, 34 species were from Hampyong-chon, 3 families, 13 genera 15 species were Sachang-chon and 7 families 24 genera 27 species were from Nam-chon.

      • 榮山江 上流에서 퉁사리 Liobagrus obesus(Pisces: Amblycipitidae)의 出現

        In order to study the freshwater fish fauna of Yongsangang system, freshwater fishes were collected at 2 stations in Hwangyongang from may, 1988. to June, 1988. Including 9 indviduals of Liobagrus obesus, total of 19 genera, 26 species of fishes were collected. Morphological and karyological characters of these six L. obesus coincided well with those of L. obesus collected previously by son (1987) in Kumgang and Ungeh'onch'on. Therefore it was remarkable that L. obesus was collected for the first time in the upper stream of Yongsangang system.

      • 지석강 수계의 어류상에 대하여

        1992년 7월11일부터 1993년 11월 6일까지 지석강 본류 및 본류로 유입되는 소하천의 67개 지점에서 담수어류에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 67개의 조사지점에서 채집된 어류는 총 14과 34속 48종 및 아종 29,133개체로 그중 잉어과가 29종이었고, 한국특산종은 14종이었다. 지석강 수계에서 다량 채집된 어류는 Rhodeus uyekii, Zacco temminckii Z. platypus 등 이었고, Liobagrus mediadiposalis, L. obesus, Coreoperca herzi Lampetra reissneri 등 은 한두개체가 특정지역에서만 채집되었다. 본 조사에서 L. obesus 3개체가 채집된 것은 담수어의 분포에 있어서 주목할 만한 점이었다. The freshwater fish fauna was investigated from July 11, 1992 to November 6, 1993 at 67 stations of Jisuk River system. The total fishes collected from 67 stations were 29,133 individuals which are included 14 families, 34 genera, 48 species and subspecies. Among them, 29 species are belonging to Cyprindae, and 14 species are known as Korean endemic species. In this river, the abundant species were Rhodeus uyekii, Zacco temminckii and Z. platypus, and the rare species were Liobagrus mediadiposalis, L. obesus, Coreoperca herzi and Lampetra reissneri. It was remarkable point in the distributional study of freshwater fishes of Korea that three individuals of Liobagrus obesus were collected in this river.
