        학습장애인의 은유능력

        일반적으로 은유는 수사학에서 사용되고 있는 언어의 한 표현방식 정도로 인식되어져오다가,1960년대,Black 이 은유에 대해 새로운 철학적 이론으로서의 견해를 제시함으로써 비로소 철학적 입장으로서의 언어 즉,언어철학의 한 중요한 이슈가 되어지고 있다. 은유에 대한 그러한 연구들은 지시적,기호적으로 언어를 이해하는 것으로부터,확장 성장적, 실존적으로서 언어를 이해하는 것이 가능하도록 하였다. Ricocur의 주장에서 보는 바와 같이 은유는 자기 창조적 언어이자,상상적 그리고,역동적 언어이다. 이러한 기능을 가진 은유는 인간으로 하여금 실존으로 나가게 하는 언어로서의 기능을 하게될 수 있다. 또한,이 은유는 초인지적 도구로서 언어와 사고를 연결해 주는 역할을 하게 한다. 이를 연구자는 암묵적 지식으로 보았다. 인간은 자가가 표현할 수 있는 것보다 더 많은 것을 알고 있다는 폴라니의 말파 같이,은유는 현상적,표면적,과학적으로 측정할 수 있는 영역 그 이상의 언어이다. 앞으로 언어장애연구에 있어서,지금까지 해왔던 것처럼,표현된 언어이기는 하지만 알아듣기 어렵고,일반적 언어규칙을 따르지 않는 것에 대한 원인과 그것에 근거한 치료 방법을 모색하는 것도 중요하지만,나아가 드러나지 않는 아동의 언어와 사고에 대해서도 관심을 두고 연구한 필요가 있다. 특히 은유에 대한 연구는 이러한 암묵적 지식 연구의 대표적인 방법으로서,언어학적 측면은 물폰 철학적,심리학적 측면에서 중요한 기능을 할 것으로 판단된다. 마지막으로,이러한 은유적 능럭을 학습장애인도 소유하고 있을 것이라는 주장을 하면서,그들에 대한 고전적인 전통적인 지능에 입각한 시각을 비판하고자 하였다. This short essay attempts to approach metaphor as a multidisciplinary subject across different school. Although the issue is wide-ranging and complex, the growing philosopruca1 significance of metaphor parallels its increasing ìn educational and psychological significance. This essay provides the groundwork, context and locus for the following discussion, seeking to elucidate and criticÎze various different views on metaphor, and attempting to explore and develop the nature of metaphor. lVletaphor understood as a cognitìve event opens up a new phìlosophical paradigm in the study of language. Metaphor is then irreducible and, to an extent, inexplicab1e. This essay also suggest the ro1e of metaphor. Finally, it is hied to argue that people with 1eaming difficulties also have the metaphorical competence.

      • 터널내 자연환기력 변화에 따른 오염물질 거동특성

        Because of a sudden increase of vehicles, the limit of road capacity occurred. We are, therefore, constructing the road tunnel over l㎞ for the maximization of land use. To supply safe driving conditions in the road tunnel, we are controlling the exhaust emissions with a forced ventilation facility. The purpose of this study is to investigate the ventilation efficiency and the characteristics of tunnel on the change of natural ventilation force. To carry out this study, Sola program is transformed to fit for the road tunnel and it was simulated. The tunnel with ventilation system of transverse type is used as a objective tunnel. The results of this study are as follows; 1. The larger a natual ventilation force, the better a ventilation efficiency. 2. It is required the ventilation system dealing with quickly a change of the tunnel surroundings because of accumulation of 5m/sec. 3. The contaminant distributions in the near of ventilation system are highly stagnant in the left-below parts of tunnel, the below parts of air supply system and the below parts of ventilation system.

      • 마우스 골수세포의 액체배양에서의 세포화학적 염색성에 관한 연구

        The mouse bone marrow cells were cultured in liquid culture system to investigate the correlation of cytochemical changes and the number of colony forming unit granulocyte/macrophage(CFU-GM) and colony-forming unit megakaryocyte(CFU-Meg) colonies with cell maturation and platelet formation. The following results are obtained; 1. Total colony counts are markedly increased during 4-6 days of culture and reach the maximum number by 7th day (262.33 ± 192.33/ml). The number of cells are increased in each colonies without increase of total colony number after 5 days. 2. The mean ratio of acetylcholinesterase positive megakaryocyte colonies are 13.70 ± 7.04% of total colonies formed with no remarkable changes during 9 days culture period. The number of megakaryocyte colonies reach maximum level by 7th day (31.37 ± 25.73/ml), while that of nonmegakaryocytic colonies reach maximum level by 9th day (230.51 ± 81.90/m1). 3. Platelet count in medium are 5,000 ± 3,490/ml with no remarkable changes during 9 days of culture periods. 4. In acetylcholinesterase positive megakaryocytic colonies, the PAS stain show weak positive in few megakaryocyte by 3rd day, however about 40% of megakaryocytes show rather strong positivity by 7th day. The positivity of non-specific esterase and acid phosphatase are less than 10% until 9th flay of culture. Specific esterase positivity was not found during 9 days period of culture. 5. Non-specific esterase and acid phosphatase stain show lower positivies (11%, 5%) than PAS and specific esterase stain (21%, 55%) in non megakaryocyte colonies. In summary, the number of CFU-GM and CPU-Meg colonies in liquid culture are increased gradually and reached maximum by 7th day, forming large colonies from 5th days on In megakaryocytic colonies, no evidence of platelet formation were observed during 9 days period of culture. It is suggesed that the majority of CFU -GM colonies in liquid culture are mixed colonies according to the cytochemical stainabilities.

      • ISC모델을 이용한 폐기물 소각시설의 영향평가에 관한 연구

        Effect of air pollution on environment must be predicted accurately in order that air pollution may be solved and effective management plans established. Recently, air pollution models are used to predict the effect of emission source on air pollution and manage air environment. And these are useful to assess the effect of air pollutant. In this paper, air pollution model(ISCST) was applied to identify the effects of incineration plant on air quality in around area. Emission rates of CO, NOx, SOx, HCl, dust, dioxin and operation condition of incineration plant were investigated for the purpose of the model simulation. And computational domain with a grid of 0.5㎞ × 0.5㎞ was 15㎞ × 15㎞. Meterological data for the last 5 years(’97.’01) were used as input data.

      • 광양지역의 강수중 이온성분에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to survey rainwater to investigate the causes of acidification of rain. Rainwater samples were collected at 4 sites in the Kwangyang area from spring to winter, 2002 by dividing the precipitation into 3 stages. The major ions( SO^(2-)_(4), Cl^(-), NO^(-)_(3), Ca^(2+), Na^(+), Mg^(2+) were determined by Ion Liquid Chromatography and ICP. From the results, the following conclusion were derived; 1. The highest concentrations of anion( Cl^(-) 5.06㎎/ℓ, SO^(2-)_(4) 8.03㎎/ℓ) were observed at the Geumho-dong-2 site and anion( NO^(-)_(3) 4.21㎎/ℓ) were observed at the Jungma-dong site. Also, in case of cations, the highest measurements of Na^(+)(㎎/ℓ) and Mg^(2+)(㎎/ℓ)ion, Ca^(2+)(㎎/ℓ)ion were observed at the Geumho-dong-2 site. 2. The average anion concentration showed in the following order of SO^(2)_(-4)(6.43㎎/ℓ), Cl^(-) (4.29㎎/ℓ), and NO^(-)_(3) (3.71㎎/ℓ), while those of cations ; Na^(+)(2.23㎎/ℓ), Ca^(2+)(2.2㎎/ℓ), and Mg^(2+)(0.4㎎/ℓ). From the results, total concentration of measured anions appeared to be higher than that of cations. 3. Cl^(-) were correlation with SO^(2-)_(4) and Mg^(2+), NO^(-)_(3) respectively. Besides, correlations existed between Mg^(2+) and SO^(2-)_(4), and also between Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) However a correlation was not recognized between pH and ions measured in rainwater. 4. From the beginning to succeeding period of precipitation variation of ion concentration and pH of rainwater did not show a consistent trend for different precipitation. 5. The lowest of pH values was observed at the Geumho-dong-2 site and the highest of those was 5.56 at Geumho-dong-1 site. 6. SO^(2-)_(4) was found out ti be the main factor which contributed to the rainwater acidification.

        안면부 총상으로 인한 하악과두 골절 환자의 치험 예

        Today, with the development of modern civilization, the change of industrial structure and the increase of traffic volume and population make the number of maxillofacial injury patients also increase. Especially, the fracture possibilities of mandibular condyle have been increased because of mandibular position and shape. I experienced the case that mandibular condyle fracture caused by gun-shot injury(Bullet had been packed at the opposite condyle of input site) was treated by foreign body removal and condyle open reduction. I will represent that case with the journal review.

      • 半夏白朮天麻湯과 半夏白朮天麻湯加味方의 抗癌效果와 免疫反應에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        In order to investigate the effects of Banhabaekchulcheonmatang and Banhabaekchulcheon-matanggamibang on antitumor effects after Sarcoma -180 cells transplantation into the peritoneal cavity or left groin in mice, and immune responses in mice induced by methotrexate, the extracts of its herbal medicines were orally administered for 14 or 21 days. Experimental studies were performed for measurance of mean survival days, tumor and body weight for antitumor effects, and delayed type hypersensitivity, hemaglutinin titer, hemolysin titer, rosette forming cells, natural killer cell activity and phagocytic activity for immune responses in ICR mice. Following results were obtained : 1. Mean survival time in Banhabaekchulcheonmatang and Banhabaekchulcheonmatanggamibang -treated group was significantly prolonged, as compared with the control group (P<0.010, P<0.005). 2. Tumor weight in Banhabaekchulcheonmatang and Banhabaekchulcheonmatanggamibang-treated group was significantly depressed, as compared with the control group(P<0.050, P<0.050). 3. Body weight in Banhabaekchulcheonmatang-treated group was significantly increased(P<0.050), but in Banhabaekchulcheonmatanggamibang-treated group was slightly increased with no effectiveness, as compared with the control group. 4. Delayed type hypersensitivity in Banhabaekchulcheonmatang and Banhaekchulcheonmatanggamibang-treated group was significantly increased, as compared with the control group(P<0.010, P<0.050). 5. HemagglutinintiterinBanhabaekchulcheonmatangandbanhabaekchulcheonmatanggamibang-treated group was significantly increased, as compared with the control group(P<0.050, P<0.050. 6. Hemolysin titer in Banhabaekchulcheonmatanggamibanga-treated group was significantly increased(P<0.050), but in Banhabaekchulcheonmatang-treated group was slightly increased with no effectiveness, as compared with the control group. 7. Rosette forming cells in Banhabaekchulcheonmatang and Banhaekchulcheonmatanggamibang-treated group was slightly increased with no effectiveness, as compared with the control group. 8. Natural Killer cell activity in Banhabaekchulcheonmatang and Banhabaekchulcheonmatanggamibang-treated group was slightly increased with no effectiveness, as compared with the control group. 9. Phagocytic activity in Banhabaekchulcheonmatang-treated group group was significantly increased(P<0.050), but in Banhabaekchulcheonmatanggamibang-treated group was increased with no effectiveness, as compared with the control group. According to the above results, it could be suggested that Banhabaekchulcheonmatang and Banhabaekchulcheonmatanggamibang have prominent antitumor effects, and enhance both cellular and humoral immunity.

      • 中小都市의 都心再開發 對象區域 選定 : 晋州市 都心部를 中心으로 Focused on Chinju City

        The latest amendment of the urban renewal law makes urban renewal possible for all cities. So local cities like Chinju can make urban renewal plan. But the present law have no detail standards and can't select renewal zone. And one more problem that the present law has is that some standards ca be applied to large cities only. Therefore a case study was performed on Chinju City. From these view points, the purpose of this study is to designate appropriate urban renewal zone and suggest designation standards which reflects the characteristics of local cities. The procedure is as follows. Data was collected. Variables related with urban renewal were investigated. And thirteen physical variables were selected. Then urban renewal zone was designated by statistical analyses. Urban renewal zone was designated by the results of factor analysis and cluster analysis. Through the field survey, zones including public facilities and undevelopable areas were excepted. As result, nine urban renewal zone were designated. And this study is expected to help establishing the redevelopment master plan and renewal guideline(code) in local cities.

        The results of this study are summarized as follows' The traffic of link and emission of air pollutant described using GIS. And thus, it enables to analysis transport and air pollution system more powerfully in terms of graphics and data management. Applying graphic ability in GIS to analysis and describe, the results are expressed graphically easily understood. This study was carried on traffic system of Daejeon. First, network of road constructed in Daejeon using roads data. And then, network was inputed data of traffic and emission of air pollutants in links. The results of a test study on realistic network and emission shows various ways of representation of output data. Therefore, it is essy to traffic management and pollutants anlysis.
