In this study, we investigated PM_(10), NO₂, and 1-hydroxypyrene(1-OHP) in urine at indoor environments which are 35 houses and 20 hospitals for using air cleaner and non-using air cleaner in Seoul metropolitan area and Kyoung-gi province from April, 2003 to February, 2004. Moreover, we examined effect of improvement for indoor air quality and health effect by concentration of 1-OHP also we investigated removal efficiency by air cleaner for PM_(10), NO₂, and 1-OHP that were 28.5%, 27.4%, and 42.1% respectively. Concentration of PM_(10), NO₂, and 1-OHP were 19.02±18.14μg/m³, 8.66±3.06ppb, and 0.19±0.18μg/g creatinine when air cleaner was no worked. The concentration for PM_(10), NO₂ and 1-OHP were 13.60+10.79μg/m³, 6.29±2.71ppb, and 0.11±0.10μg/g creatinine, respectively. It was significant statistically. Therefore, it is considered using the air cleaner to remove the partial pollutants in indoor environment and is positive effect for health.
조르주 바타유의 비정형 개념을 통한 물의 디지털이미지 정형화 연구

본 연구는 조르주 바타유의 ‘비정형’ 개념을 디지털이미지에 도입해 물이라는 소재가 정형화될 수 있는지 그 가능성과 작품사례를 통해 분석해 본 연구이다. 논리적 근거를 제시하기 이전에 바타유 사상의 기저가 되는 유물론과 거기에서 연결되는 비정형의 작동기제 중 ‘저급유물론’과 ‘엔트로피’의 속성을 바타유의 비정형 개념으로 타진해 보았다. 바타유의 비정형 개념은 부아와 크라우스의 「비정형: 사용자 안내서」에 수록된 내용과 크라우스의 해석, 그리고 바타유의 철학적 사유와 함께 분석해 보았으며, 바타유에 의하면 비정형이란 현실을 추상적 개념들에 따라 재조직하고 작은 의미의 단위들로 분해하는 범주들과 형태적 경계들을 파기해버리는 것이며, ‘의미 없는 비개념’이 곧 비정형이다. 따라서 비정형은 스스로는 아무 의미도 갖지 않으면서 기존하는 형태들이 지닌 의미들, 형식적 범주들의 작동을 와해시키는 ``임무``만을 가진 개념이다. 그러한 분석으로 비정형 개념은 디지털이미지와 자연스럽게 연결되고 구동될 수 있는 개념이다. 이러한 비정형의 물은 정형의 대상이 아니므로 디지털매체를 통해 정형화될 수 있는 소지를 내포하고 있는 소재이며, 디지털이미지작업을 통해 독창적인 형태를 구현할 수 있다. 그 예로 작품분석을 통해 각각 획득하고자 하는 이미지를 위해 일련의 설정된 환경과 정형화된 도구들을 수용하였음을 알 수 있었으며, 오태원의 미리 계획된 실험을 통해 투명한 수조와 LED조명이라는 정형화된 도구 사용이 물의 디지털이미지 형태를 훨씬 선명하게 하며 물 이미지를 더욱 부각 시킬 수 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구가 기존의 디지털 아트 작업을 통한 이미지는 유동적, 가변적, 비정형적일 것이라는 관념을 깨고 오히려 비정형의 매체를 통해서 비정형의 소재가 정형화된 형태를 구축할 수 있다는 새로운 패러다임을 제시한다. A Study on Digital Image Formalism of Water Through the Formless Concept of Georges Bataille This study aims to analyze the possibility of applying the ``formless`` concept of Georges Bataille to digital images and formalizing water as a material, based on the cases of related works. Prior to presenting a logical basis, materialism, which is a base of Bataille thoughts, and the properties of ``base materialism`` and ``entropy`` out of the formless mechanisms connected with materialism were considered as formless concepts. Bataille``s formless concept was analyzed along with the concepts included in the 「Formless: A User’s Guide」 written by Bois and Krauss, Krauss``s interpretation and Bataille``s philosophic thoughts. According to Bataille, ``formless`` is to re-organize the reality depending on abstract concepts and to destroy the categories and morphological boundaries subdivided into small semantic units, and ``meanless non-concept`` is exactly formless. Thus, formless does not have any meaning itself and its concept only performs the ``duty`` to collapse the meanings of the existing forms and the operation of formal categories. Based on that analysis, the formless concept can be naturally interlinked with digital images and operated. In other words. This formless water is not subject to formalism and thus this contains the possibility of being formalized through digital media and can create its own unique form through digital imaging. As an example, it was found that for images to obtain, individual works accepted a series of set environments and standardized tools, and Oh, Tae-won``s previously planned experiment showed that using the standardized tools like transparent water tank and LED lighting could make the digital image of water much clearer, or emphasize the image of water more. In conclusion, this study breaks the idea that digital art images would be fluid, variable and formless and presents a new paradigm that formless materials can create formalized forms through formless media.

This paper describes the highly-sensitive magnetic sensor which can measure the weak magnetic field. Generally, the most important parameters in Hall device which degrade the ability of magnetic detection are the variation of offset according to the variation of temperature and the noises of Hall device and the amplifiers. In this paper, we use a Hall element and compensating circuits to reduce the offset and to make operation of Hall device independent on temperature. The Hall element itself has showed the value of 0.857mV of offset voltage. But we have lowered the offset voltage to 14.34 μV with the compensating circuits. In practice, we have realized the highly-sensitive magnetic sensor for low magnetic field. As a result, the constructed magnetic sensor has showed the magnetic sensitivity of the value of 100 mV/G. The minimum detectable magnetic field of this system with highly-sensitive magnetic sensor is as possible as 0.1 mG.
동종 골수이식 후 만성 이식편대숙주질환과 동반되어 신증후군으로 발현된 IgA 신병증 1예

동종 골수이식 후 발생하는 신기능부전은 원인이 다양하여 감별에 어려움이 있다. 만성 GVHD는 흉선의 기능저하에 따른 면역관용의 실패로 발생되는 자가면역현상에 의해 발생되는 것으로 알려져 있으며 드물게 신장을 침범하여 신증후군을 일으키기도 한다. CaA의 용량을 줄이거나 투약중지 후 발생한 만성 GVHD에 동반된 신증후군의 경우 조기에 신조직검사를 시행하여 감별진단하고 CsA의 용량을 증량하거나 재투약하여 좋은 치료 결과를 보일 것으로 기대된다. 저자들은 문헌고찰을 통해 동종 골수이식 후 발생된 신증후군이 유사한 임상양상을 보이며 발생기전에 만성 GVHD와 자가면역현상이 연관되어 있음을 확인하였으며 동종 골수이식 후 신증후군의 임상양상을 보이는 환자에서 병리조직학적으로 lgA 신병증을 진단하고 이러한 lgA 신병증이 발생기전에 만성 GVHD와 자가 면역현상이 연관되어 있을 가능성을 최초로 확인하였으며 CsA를 이용하여 성공적으로 치료한 경험을 하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Renal insufficiency is occasionally encountered in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation and its cause is difficult to ascertain. Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) related to thymic dysfunction is immune-mediated and involves autoreactivity of T-lymphocytes derived from donor marrow to recipient's major histocompatibility complex(MHC) minor antigens. The clinical mainifestations of chronic GVHD are similar to those of autoimmune disease but kidney involvement is rare. Few cases of nephrotic syndrome with membranous nephropathy or minimal change nephrotic syndrome have been reported to be associated with chronic GVHD in allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipient especially after cyclosporine A(CsA) withdrawal, and these cases have responded well to CsA. Therefore, it is prudent to differentiate the cause of post-transplant renal insufficiency using renal biopsy and to start CsA in a case of nephrotic syndrome associated with chronic GVHD as early as possible. We report a case who had a massive proteinuria during the post-allogeneic marrow transplantation period. The cause of nephrotic syndrome was diagnosed as IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy. The patient was successfully treated with reintroduction of CsA.
영도구 지역의제사업 추진을 위한 모범적 방안과 장기적 전망

The local agenda 21 is at the beginning stage at the district of the islet Youngdo in Busan metropolitan city. Some important points should be considered when the district government carries on the local agenda 21. Although it is important to produce a concrete document for local agenda, before the district government pushes for the visible result in administration, the district government should wait and encourage the community to build up the capacity in social and environmental movement. Local enterprises and citizens are equally important components to process local agenda 21 with the district government. Also the individual agenda should be drawn carefully in premise of practical application by and for community, rather than for impractical but fashionable sentences. Several steps and perspectives were discussed and provided as a modest model for the district government to benchmark between practice and model.
과도한 운동으로 발생한 횡문근융해증에 의한 급성신부전증 1예

Rhabdomyolysis may be defined as a clinical and laboratory syndrome which releases muscle cell contents into the plasma, such as creatine phosphokinase, due to skeletal muscle injuries. It can be the result of many diverse causes including muscle disease, ischemia, genetic disorder, metabolic disorder, infectious disease, drugs, comatose state, trauma or vigorous exercise that can lead to acute renal failure as a complication. Since first reported in 1941, rhabdomyolysis-induced acute renal failure has been documented many times, and the major causes of this disease are carbon monoxide poisoning, snake bites, and etc in Korea Reports of acute renal failure after exercise-related rhabdomyolysis with myoglobinemia are rare. We report a case of acute renal failure caused by exercise-related rhabdomyolysis in a 20 year old man.
PelB Signal Sequence로 유도된 제조합 인간 상피세포 증식인자 분비 발현 벡터의 제조

전사개시 단계중에 삽입되는 N말단의 methionine이 제거되고 pelB signal sequence를 삽입하여 인체 epidermal growth factor (hEGF)가 직접 분비발현 되도록 고안된 T7과 tac promoter에 의하여 각각 발현되는 pYHB101과 pYHB2를 제조하였다. 또한 T7 promoter에 의하여 발현되지만 signal sequence를 삽입하지 않은 pYHB1도 제조하여 각각 제조된 재조합 plasmid들의 발현 및 분비효율을 비교하였다. pelB signal sequence hEGF 유전자를 갖도록 제조된 pYHB101을 포함하고 있는 균주가 pYHB1보다 균체 성장속도는 낮았지만 pYHB101을 1 mM IPTG로 5시간 induction 하였을 때 13 mg/l의 rhEGF가 분비발현되어 T7 promoter의 발현 체계를 갖는 경우가 tac promoter보다 높은 발현 효율을 보였다. 이때 pYHB101에서 발현되는 rhEGF의 발현량은 준최적 조건에서 14 mg/l이었다. We have designed nucleotide sequences of hEGF structural gene to eliminate the N-terminal methionine residue incorporated during the translation initiation step, and constructed recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) secretion plasmids pYHB101, and pYHB2 in which pelB signal sequence-hEGF gene was expressed under the control of the T7, and tac promoter, respectively. We also constructed pYHB1 vector which contains rhEGF gene controlled by T7 promoter. The transformant with pYHB101 showed relatively slow growth pattern compared to the transformant with pYHB1. However, we observed that the transformant with pYHB101 secreted rhEGF of 13 mg/l significantly after 5 hr induction with 1 mM IPTG and that the T7 promoter was more effective than tac promoter when connected to pelB signal sequence. The amount of rhEGF was 14 mg/l under the sub-optimized condition.
다층 구조를 이용한 PCS용 위상배열 안테나에 대한 연구

본 논문에서는 PCS 주파수대(1.8~2.0 GHz)에서 사용하기 위한 4-bits 위상천이기를 이용한 다층구조형 슬롯결합 능동 위상배열 안테나를 설계 ·제작하여 그 특성을 고찰하였다. 4-bits 위상천이기는 PIN다이오드를 이용하여 30˚ 및 60˚ 부하선로형 위상천이기와 90˚ 및 180˚ 반사형 위상천이기로 구성되었다. 안테나의 효율 및 대역폭을 개선하기 위하여 슬롯결합형 급전구조를 사용해 방사소자인 4개의 마이크로스트립 구형 패치 안테나와 이에 대한 위상천이기를 서로 다른 기판에 설계하여 -25˚~+25˚까지 빔의 주사를 확인하였다. 다층구조형 슬롯결합 급전구조는 가역정리를 이용한 full-wave모멘트법을 이용하여 해석하였다 . In this paper, the slot-coupled active phased array with the multilayer structures for the PCS frequency band(1.8-2.0GHz) is designed and fabricated by using the 4-bits phase shifters and its operating characteristics are analyzed. The 4-bits phase shifer with PIN diodes consists of 30˚ and 60˚ loaded-line phase shifters and 90˚ and 180˚ reflection type phase shifters. The 4-element microstrip rectangular patch antennas and the phase shifters are printed on the separate dielectric substrates by using the slot-coupled feed structure to improve the bandwidth and the efficiency of antenna. The designed phased array antenna shows the scanning angle in the range of ±25˚ The slot-coupled feed structure on the multilayers in analyzed with the full-wave moment method by using the reciprocal theorem.
