        설계 문제의 해결 과정에서 나타나는 공과대학생의 문제해결 특성 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 공과대학생의 설계 문제에 대한 문제해결 특성을 확인하는 것이다 . 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 공과대학생을 대상으로 설계 문제 해결 과정을 심층적으로 분석하고 문제해결 결과에 따라 구분된 효율적인 문제해결자와 비효율적인 문제해결자 간의 문제해결 과정을 비교 분석하였다 . 이 연구를 통하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다 . 첫째 , 설계 문제의 해결 과정은 비선형적 형태로 수행되며 개인에 따라 다양한 형태를 보인다 . 둘째 , 각 단계별 소비 시간의 차이보다 각 단계 수행의 질적 수준에 따라 문제해결 결과에 차이가 발생한다 . 셋째 , 설계 문제의 해결 과정에서 설계 개요 확인하기 활동과 요구사항 확인하기 활동 , 해결 방안 모색하기 활동과 아이디어 모델링하기 활동이 주된 활동이다 . 넷째 , 설계 문제의 전체 해결 과정에서 만들기 활동이 가장 빈번히 발생하며 가장 많은 시간을 소비하며 , 해결 방안 모색하기 활동은 문제해결 결과와 관련성이 있다 The purpose of this study is to identify characteristics which are related with design problem solving . For this , an effective problem solver and an ineffective problem solver have been compared and analyzed in terms of the process of design problem solving with a population of students who are enrolled in College of Engineering . This study can be concluded as follows . First , the process of design problem solving was performed in non - linear form and it was varied depending on individuals . Second , the results of problem solving could be varied according to the qualitative level of performance in each stage rather than according to the differences of consumption time by each stage . Third , the main activities in process of design problem solving were identifying a design brief , identifying requirements , exploring a problem solution , and idea modeling . Fourth , the making activities took place most frequently and the longest time in the entire process , meanwhile exploring a problem solution was related to the results of design problem solving .

        산업 유형별 저출산 대응 정책 조합(combination)에 관한 연구

        The study was conducted to find optimal policy combinations that can effectively increase fertility rates, while considering the industry structures of different regions. The study used a Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (Fs/QCA) method, which allowed for the identification of various policy combinations that were found to effectively promote fertility rates in specific industries. The results showed that there were differences in the policy combinations that were effective for increasing fertility, depending on the industry types. The study emphasizes the importance of tailoring low fertility countermeasures to the specific regional characteristics, rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all policy approach. The findings suggest that collaboration between central and local governments is necessary to address low fertility rates, and that tailored policy support at micro-levels can help combat such rates.

        지방자치단체의 공공요금 결정에 관한 연구 - 정치적 요인을 중심으로 -

        본 연구에서는 지방자치단체가 공공요금을 결정하는 과정에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 정치적 요인을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 공공요금은 서비스 공급 비용을 요금으로 충당해야 하는 총괄원가주의가 지켜져야 하지만, 지속된 낮은 요금으로 인해 지방공기업의 경제성과 운영에 있어 여러 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 지방상수도 요금을 이용해 지방 공공요금 결정 과정에서 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 전국 151개 지방상수도 사업자를 대상으로 10년간의 패널데이터를 활용해 분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 직접적인 영향을 미치는 원가적 요인뿐만 아니라 정치적 요인과 사회경제적 요인과 같은 간접적인 요인들 또한 지방상수도 요금 현실화율에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지방선거의 주기에 따라 요금 현실화율이 다르게 나타났으며, 주요 요금 결정 권자인 지방자치단체장의 선수 또한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 정치적 요인 외에도 지방자치 단체의 고령인구 비율과 인구밀도와 같은 사회경제적 요인과 지방상수도 규모 및 재정적 요인들의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 합리적인 공공요금 결정과 연구가 이루어질 수 있도록 정치적 요인을 비롯한 간접적 요인들의 영향에 대한 고려가 요구된다. This study analysed the influential factors in the process of determining public utility rates in local governments, focusing on political factors. Regarding public utility rates, the "full-cost principal" should be requested, but the low rates are causing problems in the management of economic and operation results. Therefore, we would like to identify the factors that affect the local utility rates decision process by using local water supply rates. This study conducted an analysis using panel-data for local water supply operators nationwide. According to the analysis, not only cost factors that directly affect but also indirect factors such as political and socioeconomic factors affect the rates of recovering costs of local water supply rates. Among the political factors, the rates of recovering costs were the highest at a time when it was away from the local elections, and the tenure of the chief of local government, who are the major decision makers, was also influencing. In addition to political factors, socioeconomic factors of local governments and financial factors related to local water supply were affected. Discussions will be needed on the impact of indirect factors, including political factors, so that reasonable utility rates decisions can be made.

      • 통합형 햅틱 디스플레이 개발

        This paper presents a new miniature integrated haptic device consisting of a cutaneous, a thermal and a kinaesthetic module. To convey realistic tactile sensation in compact size, the cutaneous module is designed to contain a 3x3 miniature pin-array tactile device and amplitude-modulated vibration generator. The pin-array mimics from small-scale shape to rough surface, and the amplitude-modulated vibration replicates continuous texture feeling of the virtual object. The vibration generator is fabricated using a stack multilayer piezo actuator and a flexure structure. To further enhance the sense of reality, the thermal module including a peltier element and a cooling jacket is integrated to the cutaneous module. In addition to tactile information, the kinesthetic information is equally important in perceiving objects. Thus, two kinaesthetic actuators operated by MR fluids are inserted to the whole device by supporting the cutaneous module and the thermal module. Therefore, when users explore over virtual environments, they can simultaneously feel a cutaneous, a thermal and a kinaesthetic sensation by using the developed compact integrated haptic device.

      • Electrostatic Resonance 초박형 햅틱 액추에이터 어레이 개발

        Vibrotactile feedback is a key feature of modern touch displays, greatly improving the user's operability and immersion when interacting with the on-screen interface. In this study, we intend to propose a vibrotactile actuator suitable for mounting on the back of a medium or large display because it can generate strong vibration output by applying an electrostatic force-based mechanism and can be manufactured in a thin flat panel type. The proposed actuator has been developed in a structure that can amplify the vibration force by alternating the electrically grounded mass with electrostatic force by the upper and lower electrodes spaced apart from the radial plate spring. As a result of the performance evaluation, the developed bar-type module with two built-in actuators showed excellent vibration output of up to 14 g at 135 Hz, confirming the possibility of providing haptic feedback in medium and large-sized touch displays.

      • 요골동맥 혈압파형 재현을 위한 의료로봇 시뮬레이터 개발

        Radial pulsation waveforms in human is a surrogate maker of estimating the central versus arterial pressure waveforms that are clinically essential for predicting cardiovascular disease. Due to technical limitations, the ability to transfer between central and radial pressures has not been reliably proven. Therefore, to verify the mathematical function between the central pressure and the radial pressure, we developed a prototype radial pulsation simulator that mimics the real human cardiovascular system. The proposed simulator consists of a ventricle, an atrium, arteries and precision sensing equipment. When viscous fluid is injected into the ventricles, the resulting forward wave encounters a unique fluid at the branch of the artery. The reflected wave from the branch propagated backwards, increasing the pressure. The resulting central pressure waveform with extended shoulders was delivered to the radial and ulnar arteries. As a result of the experiments, the developed radial pulsation simulator can now produce radial pressure waveforms like humans. The results suggest that the developed simulator is likely to generate several pressure waveforms representing cardiovascular disease, and that the proposed simulator can be applied to verify the generalized transfer function between the central and radial pressure waveforms.

      • 캠기반 요골동맥 펄스 시뮬레이터 개발

        The goal of this study is to develop a small and economical pulsation simulator that can generate various radial artery pressure waveforms. For this, many pulse waveforms were collected from the subjects using a robotic pulse pressure measurement system, and standard pulse waveforms of the subjects were defined from the data collected using a mathematical model. This standard pulse waveform was used to design and fabricate the cam profile. Using the fabricated cam, a pneumatic pulse waveform generating system based on DC motor and cam-follower mechanism was developed. The developed pulsation simulator was developed to include a mechanism to control the magnitude of the pulse pressure and heart rate, and a real-time pulse display. To verify the performance of the developed pulsation simulator, a series of tests were performed on the waveform generated by the pulsation simulator while varying the pressure level and heart rate using a robotic pulse pressure measurement system. As a result of the radial augmentation index (AI) and phase analysis between the human standard pulse waveform and the waveform generated by the simulator, it was confirmed that the error ratio was small enough that the proposed simulator can generate a human pulse waveform.

        용도지역 배치를 위한 유전자알고리즘 모형과 시뮬레이션시스템 개발

        Though zoning is a fundamental tool for the implementation of land use planning. It still has unclear decision making process on zoning designation. Zoning once applied on site is hardly amendable. Therefore elaborated quantitative models and simulations under possible scenarios and conditions are needed before the decision. Land use models developed however have hardly been applied to real sites, because of their unflexible nature and uneasy programming. No systems has been introduced for the visual simulation. Thus, powerful and user-friendly system is required. For these ends, Genetic Algorithm(GA) is introduced as a decision model. The GA model integrates scenario building and visualization tools to be a ;planning support systems(PSS)', which allows a user to set the sample areas, change their attributes and model parameters through the interfaces constructed by Delphi 5.0. Through the application to Ulsan City, 'GaSim' we developed was proved to carry out simulation effectively under various scenarios and find reasonable solutions easily.

        동서독무역의 경제통합론적 특징과 남북교역에의 시사점

        Diese Arbeit zielt darauf ab, die okonomischen Merkmale und Auswirkungen des innerdeutschen Handels im Rahmen der internationalen Wirtschaftsintegration zu analysieren und daraus Andeutungspunkte fur den innerkoreanischen Handel herauszubringen. Der innerdeutsche Handel wurde von Merkmalen einer Freihandelszone als eine Form der zwischenstaatlichen Wirtschaftsintegration gekennzeichnet. Deshalb ließen sick die wirtschaft-lichen Effekte einer Freihandelszone, also die Zoll- und Abschopfungsfreiheit, handelsschaf-fende Effekte, Konsum- effekte und handelsumlenkende Effekte im innerdeutschen Handel vollziehen. Er wurde vor allem von der zinslosen Uberziehungskredit und dem "SonderkontoS" charakterisiert, die als entscheidende Faktoren zur anhaltenden Entwicklung des innerdeutschen Handels wirkten. Der Abhangig- keitsgrad der DDR-Wirtschaft vom innerdeutschen Handel konnte durch den hohen Anteil am gesamten Aussenhandelsvolumen bewiesen werden. Jedoch ubten die volkswirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen des innerdeutschen Handels sowohl auf die Wirtschaft der DOR, als auch auf die Wirtschaft der BRD eine sinnvolle Wirkung aus. Es wird durch die Produktions- und Beschaftigungseffekte des innerdeutschen Handels nachgewiesen, Insbesondre konnte der innerdeutsche Handel unter volkerrechtlichem Schutz sein, da er von der EWG und GATT international anerkannt wurde. Die Andeutungspunkte des innerdeutschen Handels zur anhaltenden Weiterentwicklung des innerkoreanischen Handels lassen sich wie folgt erwahnen. Erstens ware es von groβer Bedeutung fur die Entwicklung des innerkoreanischen Handels, die begunstigenden Sonderre-gelungen wie z. B. zinslose Uberziehungsedit und "Sonderkonto S" im Fall des inner-deutschen Handels einzufuhren, Zweitens sollten die Maß nahmen der steuerlichen Vergunsti-gungen als wichtigo forderungspolitische Instrumentr fur den innerkoreanischen Handel Schritt fur Schritt ergriffen werden. Drittens muβ to der Sonderstatus des Wirtschaftsverkehrs zwischen Nord- und Sudkorea auch von internationalen Organisationen vo1kerrechtlich anerkannt werden. Hier darf man nicht ubersehen, daβ trotz der starken Kritik einiger EG-Lander der innerdeutsche Handel mil den Volkerrecht im Widerspruch nicht stand.
