Influence of Core Stress on Performance of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

        Haidong Cao,Surong Huang,Wenmin Shi 한국자기학회 2019 Journal of Magnetics Vol.24 No.1

The motor core stress produced during the manufacturing process and motor operation changes the electromagnetic characteristics of the iron core. Thus, research on electromagnetic calculations under the condition of stress is one of the key challenges to achieve more efficient designs of permanent magnet motors. In this paper, the stress equations of a rotor centrifuge and stator interference assembly are studied, and the changing regularity of stress and magnetic properties of electrical steel and its causes are analyzed theoretically. A device for measuring the stress and magnetic properties of electrical steel is designed and tested. Then, a model for iron loss calculations that includes stress is proposed for improved design. The effects of stress on loss, d-q axis inductance, and torque are simulated and compared using an IPMSM as an example. The feasibility and accuracy of this method are verified by comparing the simulation and prototype test results.

      • Sliding Mode Control of A Newly Designed Cable-Driven Manipulator with Time Delay Estimation

        Yaoyao Wang,Surong Jiang,Fei Yan,Bai Chen 제어로봇시스템학회 2017 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2017 No.10

To ensure satisfactory control performance for the newly designed cable-driven manipulator with complex unknown lumped disturbance, a sliding mode control (SMC) method based on time delay estimation (TDE) is proposed and investigated in this paper. The proposed method mainly has two elements, the TDE element used to properly estimate and compensate the lumped unknown dynamics of the system, and the SMC element used to ensure satisfactory control performance under complex disturbance. The proposed method is model-free and easy to use in practical applications thanks to TDE, and has good robustness benefiting from SMC. Corresponding stability of the closed-loop control system is analyzed using Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the effectiveness of our proposed control method was demonstrated by some experiments.

Effects of CYP1A enzyme specific inhibitor on pharmacokinetics of para-acetaminophen in Bactrian camel

        Ren San,Weidong Yue,Surong Hasi 대한수의학회 2019 Journal of Veterinary Science Vol.20 No.2

The effects of CYP1A enzyme on the pharmacokinetics of p-acetaminophen were studied in Bactrian camel. Twelve Bactrian camels were divided into 2 groups, then given a single dose of p-acetaminophen only or with the enzyme inhibitor lomefloxacin. Blood samples were collected after different intervals, and p-acetaminophen concentration was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography. Pharmacokinetic parameters were analyzed by Phoenix WinNonLin v.7.0. The results show that lomefloxacin can significantly inhibit Bactrian camel CYP1A enzyme, as evidenced by the prolonged elimination halflife, increased maximum plasma concentration and area under the curve values and the shortened time to peak concentration for p-acetaminophenol in the substrate with inhibitor group. The results lay a foundation for revealing the particular characteristics of the CYP1A enzyme in Bactrian camels.

      • A Comparative Analysis of Molecular Diversity and Population Structure of Hemarthria compressa (whipgrass) in South China Using ISSR and SRAP markers

        Linkai Huang,Xinquan Zhang,Surong Shuai,Fang Li 한국초지조사료학회 2009 한국초지조사료학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.2009 No.08

Genetic variation within and among 12 populations of whip grass in south China were investigated using inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) and sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP). High genetic diversity was found in whipgrass by two molecular makers (PPB=86.21%, I=0.357 based on ISSR; PPB=82.21%, I=0.352 based on SRAP). However, there was relatively low genetic diversity at population levels. A high degree of genetic differentiation among populations was detected based on different measures and different molecular markers. We also found that SRAP markers were more efficient than ISSR markers in this species. Based on these findings, sampling strategy was proposed for successfully utilizing the genetic resource of this species.

Thermal Analysis of High Density Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Multi Physical Domain Coupling Simulation

        Chen, ShiJun,Zhang, Qi,He, Biao,Huang, SuRong,Hui, Dou-Dou The Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers 2017 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.12 No.1

In order to meet the thermal performance analysis accuracy requirements of high density permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a method of multi physical domain coupling thermal analysis based on control circuit, electromagnetic and thermal is presented. The circuit, electromagnetic, fluid, temperature and other physical domain are integrated and the temperature rise calculation method that considers the harmonic loss on the frequency conversion control as well as the loss non-uniformly distributed and directly mapped to the temperature field is closer to the actual situation. The key is to obtain the motor parameters, the realization of the vector control circuit and the accurate calculation and mapping of the loss. Taking a 48 slots 8 poles high density PMSM as an example, the temperature rise distribution of the key components is simulated, and the experimental platform is built. The temperature of the key components of the prototype machine is tested, which is in agreement with the simulation results. The validity and accuracy of the multi physical domain coupling thermal analysis method are verified.

Development and characterization of simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers based on a full-length c

        Jia Wang,Yibing Huang,Zhitong Chen,Surong Jin,Zhongli Hu,Ying Diao 한국유전학회 2017 Genes & Genomics Vol.39 No.12

Napier grass (Pennisetum purpureum Schum.) is an economically important species used as a fodder crop, reflecting its high biomass, perennial nature and pest resistance. In order to understand the genomic information and development of this species based on SSR markers, the transcriptome for Napier grass was obtained using nextgeneration sequencing. A total of 117,076 sequence contigs were obtained, with lengths of 201–10,652 bp. Among these contigs, 44,313 (37.85%) sequences were annotated against public protein databases (E-value <10−5). In addition, the contigs generated from the transcript sequencing were also analysed for the presence of simple sequence repeats (SSRs). A total of 12,744 SSR motifs were identified with in these contigs and corresponding primer pairs were designed. Empirical validation of a cohort of 200 SSRs was performed, with 34% being polymorphic for 20 Napier grass accessions. The polymorphic index content values for each primer ranged from 0.105 to 0.749, with an average of 0.409. The development of genetic, genomic resources and EST-SSRs for Napier grass will contribute to novel gene discovery and the marker-assisted selective breeding of this species.

Model Parameter Correction Algorithm for Predictive Current Control of SMPMSM

Li, Yonggui,Wang, Shuang,Ji, Hua,Shi, Jian,Huang, Surong The Korean Institute of Power Electronics 2016 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.16 No.3

The inaccurate model parameters in the predictive current control of surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SMPMSM) affect the current dynamic response and steady-state error. This paper presents a model parameter correction algorithm based on the relationship between the errors of model parameters and the static errors of dq-axis current. In this correction algorithm, the errors of inductance and flux are corrected in two steps. Resistance is ignored. First, the proportional relations between inductance and d-axis static current errors are utilized to correct the error of model inductance. Second, the flux is corrected by utilizing the proportional relations between flux and q-axis static current errors under the condition that inductance is corrected. An experimental study with a 100 W SMPMSM is performed to validate the proposed algorithm.
