Red dye DCJTB was doped 2% with thickness 1nm in NPB(40nm)/Alq₃(60nm) bilayer in order to investigate the diffusion of exciton. The location of the dopant layer was varied from the junction of NPB/Alq by 5nm. The emission zone was distributed narrow in Alq side near the junction. The diffusion length of exciton was 15nm ± 5nm which was confirmed from the measurements of Rubrene doped NPB(40nm)/Alq₃(60nm) bilayer system.

I have researched the aspect of manpower of fishermen who boarded in the fishing vessel. The following plan to increase the manpower of fishermen will be provided. 1.The seamen has to hold the stablized vocational sense to raise operational efficiency and safe of life at the sea. 2.Adquate wage policy will be provided in connection with speciality of maritime labor. 3.The social security plan must be provided in order to promote the safe operation. 4.The fishermen's act has to be enacted for the purpose of protection of fishermen. 5.The military exemption system has been applied to near coastal fishermen who boarded in the fishing vessel. 6.The fishermen's immigrant policy and fishermens overseas job has been guarranted by the government unrestrictedly. 7.The practical marine education has been strengthened by developing the sea scout campaign.

In order to develope seamen's temperament who are engaged in coastal fishery, I have suggested some following aspect. 1.To be enacted the seamen's act concerning to the fishermen for protection of basic life in future. 2.To afford the opportunity of the practical education to the most sea men who engaged in fishing 3.To tender the exemption of the military obligation as the seamen who engaged in deep sea fishery. 4.To strengthen service training system during their employment. 5.To simplify the system of the administration to the seamen who served in fishing.

Limb body wall complex(LBWC) has been included in the spectrum of defects seen in early amnion rupture sequence. LBWC is a complicated fetal malformation with essential features of exencephaly or encephaloceles associated with facial clefts, lateral body wall defects with evisceration of organs, and limb defects. Our case is characterized by the absence of craniofacial anomalies and normal development of urogenital system comparing with other repoerted cases. We present a case of LBWC with a brief review of the literatures.

We have investigate following subjects relating to training the ocean -going liscensed officer connecting with improvement of liscense systm. 1)In the merchant marine course, The employment has been increased on acc-ount of national support, cooperation industry connected, increase of domestic vessel, overseas of employment, however, In a fishery course are anticipated producing large number of ocean going licensed offilcer by reason of the depr-essing of deep sea fishery, chang in situation, increase of student capacity. 2)It is important to take clear aim to the student in the fisheries educational facilities and It will profitable the fisheries educational target are composed of practical skill 50%, personality 50%. 3)We must set up the scholorship system, to form connection with affiliated company and strengthen co-operation of enter-prise and educational organization in order to secure the superior ocean-going lescensed officer. 4)The restricted liscense (concerning to the fishing boat) shall be abolished for the sake of eliminate present conflict.

Ordinarily stow net fisheries was used by floater beam and sinker beam for the purpose of spreading the mouth of net. But it was not only iuconvenient and dangerous but much defective. In this thesis, we have studied fundermental experiment of the improved stow net fishing gear using head rope, ground rope and otter sail instead of floater beam and sinker beam. From the result of this experiment, it has been succeeded for fishing work to achieve basically without any difficulty. The results obtained in this study were as follows. 1) The resistance of fishing gear was estimated R≒7V2 as possible as it is taken greatly. (R: Resistance V: the rate of current) 2) The interval of otter sail was spreaded smoothly. Being in normal condition, it was maintamed the width 37-38m. It was heared comparison with net mouth of ordinary gear, and the shearing force was enough. 3) The height of mouth was lower than we have anticipated to and seemed to have the supplement of buoyancy. But according to increasing the rate of current, the lowness of mouth height was little affected. 4) The height of otter sail was decreased at the rate of 30% by the rate of current, on the contrary, the height of wing was not decreased owing to sufficient buoyancy, 5) The adjustment of extention length of hanging wire(connected with fishing boat) and raising wire(with otter sail) was great important problem and it must be dealed with the most moderatly because of a corelation between the spreading of fishing gear and catching ability. 6) On the depth of 30m, it was taken 25 minuits to cast anchor and lines, 20 min cast net, 24 min haul net, 45 min haul lines and heave anchor, respectively. 7) The improved stow net with otter sail was cleared up the defects and difficult problems in ordinary gear using floater beam and sinker beam, and it have more advantages of fishing work than ordinary one. But there were involved in lots of problems in details to solve in the future.
