      • 우리 나라 해사중재의 현황과 개선 방안

        해운, 무역, 보험과 관련한 분쟁은 법원보다는 중재에 회부되는 경우가 일반적이다. 그러나 국내 해운선사들이 해운 분쟁을 대한상사중재원에 회부하는 건수는 갈수록 줄어들고 있고, 대부분은 런던해사 중재에 회부되고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 해운선사의 해사중재현황을 5개 선사를 중심으로 조사하였다. 조사결과 용선분쟁의 90% 이상이 런던해사중재에 회부되고 있고, 대한상사중재원에 회부되는 중재는 2.2%에 불과했다. 이는 해사 분쟁의 당사자가 국내 선사와 제3국 기업이 주류를 차지하고 있는 것이 가장 큰 원인인 것으로 파악된다. 그밖에 해운과 관련한 영국의 판례가 용선계약서 해석의 원칙이 되고 있는 것이 해운업계의 오랜 관행으로 자리잡고 있는 것도 주요한 원인으로 작용하였다. 해운과 관련한 계약은 대부분 국제간에 이루어지기 때문에 해상법이 발달한 영국법에 기초한 런던중재조항이 분쟁 당사자들에게는 공평하게 느껴질 수 있다. 하지만, 국내 선사들간의 해사 분쟁 중 다수가 런던중재를 이용하고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 현재 대한상사중재원에서 취급하고 해사중재제도가 갖고 있는 문제점을 파악하고, 그 개선방안을 모색해 보았다. It is quite general that a dispute concerned with shipping, trading and insurance is referred to the arbitration panel instead of court. But, the number of case referred to the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board in respect of shipping become fallen every year. Instead, most disputes are referred to the London Maritime Arbitrators Association. The focus of this research is to investigate the current situation of arbitration cases in Korean shipping companies in more details. In the result of the research, it shows that more than 90% of charterparty dispute is referred to the London Maritime Arbitrators Association and only 2.2% is referred to the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board. That is why many leading cases under English law has become a principle of interpretation of the shipping contracts and become a custom in the shipping area. The contributory cause of the above situation is that the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board has a systematic problem. As many contracts concerned with shipping is internationally made, many people in the shipping area might feel that the London Arbitration Clause based on English law would be fair and reasonable. Nevertheless, we should recognize the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board's systematic problem and grope for a method of improving the systematic problem.

        Cyber-attacks are evolving into a form of a long-term continuous attack by forming a dense group. However, there are cases of being defenseless against hacking attacks due to the lack of information on vulnerabilities exposed to security threats. In addition, organizations and companies with limited assets and response capabilities are often unable to take action due to the lack of measures to respond to such attacks. To solve this problem, we create a shared dataset by collecting various vulnerability information that has been disclosed, and after learning AI, we intend to present information on security vulnerabilities and effective detection and response methods for hacking attacks targeting vulnerabilities. 사이버 공격은 치밀하게 집단을 구성하여 장기간 지속적인 공격을 하는 형태로 진화하고 있다. 하지만 보안위협에 노출된 취약점들에 대한 정보 부재로 해킹공격에 무방비로 당하는 사례도 발생하고 있다. 또한 자산 및 대응역량이 제한된 기관 및 기업들은 이러한 공격에 대응할 수 있는 방안 부재로 조치를 할 수 없는 경우가 상당히 많다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 공개되어있는 각종 취약점 정보들을 모아 공유 데이터셋을 만들어 AI 학습 후 보안취약점에 대한 정보와 취약점을 노린 해킹공격에 대한 효과적인 탐지와 대응하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

      • 7, 12-Dimethylbenzanthrancene로 유도된 햄스터의 협낭암모델에서 p53 변이 단백의 발현과 Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen에 의한 세포증식능의 변화

        사람의 구강암의 발생기전을 밝히고자 햄스터의 협낭암모델을 이용한 연구가 광범위하게 이루어지고 있다. 두경부의 편평세포암종을 예방하고 조기 발견을 위해서는 이런 종양의 병인을 좀더 깊이 이해하고 위험도를 인지하기 위한 생화학적 또는 유전학적 표지자의 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 본 실험의 결과를 종합해 보면 DMBA도포로 인하여 햄스터 협낭에 정상점막부터 과형성, 이형성 및 편평세포암종의 발생을 시기별로 관찰할 수 있었다. 이는 두경부암의 '영역 암화'와 '다단계 과정'을 지지하는 소견임을 알 수 있었다. 면역조직학적 기법에 의해 p53 변이는 햄스터의 전기암 병소인 과형성부터 나타난 병변이 이형성를 거쳐 편평세포암종으로 진행될수록 빈도가 증가되어 이 종양의 비교적 초기에 p53 변이가 생겨 DMBA로 유도된 햄스터의 편평세포암종의 발생 및 진전에 p53 유전자의 변이가 관여함을 알 수 있었다. 세포의 증식능을 알 수 있는 PCNA 양성인 세포수는 대조군의 정상조직보다 실험군의 전구암 병소에서 더 많았다. 전구암 병소중 이형성이 중정도 이상인 경우 더욱 많이 염색되었다. 그러나 과형성, 과각화증, 이형성와 유두종에서 매우 다양한 PCNA의 발현을 보였다. 편평세포암종에서 전구암 병소보다 더욱 많은 수의 PCNA 양성세포가 관찰되어 병변이 진행될수록 종양의 증식능도 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같이 햄스터의 협낭암 발생에 p53 변이가 세포증식능의 증가와 수반되어 암발생의 비교적 초기부터 나타나 p53 변이와 증가된 PCNA 증식능은 두경부암의 재발이나 제2원발암의 발생 위험도를 측정할 수 있는 한 중요한 표지자가 된다고 생각되었다. Squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) of Syrian golden hamster buccal pouch is the best animal model that is histogenetically and morphologically similar to events involved in the development of SCC in human oral cavity. Mutation of the p53 gene is a common event in many human cancers and is also found in certain rodent tumors. Thirty-five SCCs of the buccal pouch of Syrian hamster induced by topical treatment of 7, 12-dimethylbenzanthrancene(DMBA) for 16 weeks were sectioned and examined for potential alterations of p53 expression and PCNA by immunohistochemical methods. Twenty normal control hamsters without DMBA treatment and 25 each hamsters with DMBA treatment for 4 and 8 weeks were also examined. In the mucosa of normal control animals, there was no p53 expression. In hyperplastic mucosal lesions(4 weeks DMBA exposure), the p53 positivity was limited to the basal cell layer and in dysplatic lesions(8 weeks DMBA exposure), the p53 positivity was expanded to the parabasal and superficial layers. In SCCs, p53 staining was diffusely positive in all 35 hamsters. The staining patterns and distribution for p53 protein immunostaining were similar to those of the PCNA staining. These results suggest that p53 and PCNA alterations occur in a multistep fashion during Syrian hamster oral cavity carcinogenesis. Since mutation of the p53 gene and increased PCNA activity appear to be an important step in the pathogenesis of DMBA-induced hamster cheek pouch SCC, one may surmise that similar pathogenetic changes may occur in hauman oral cavity SCC. Therefore, p53 alteration and PCNA positivity can be utilized for risk assessment and may serve as biomarkers for oral carcinogenesis in both Syrian hamsters and humans.(Korean J Otolaryngol 38 : 9,1995)

        The 21st century has just started. We are living in the days of "brain competition." Moreover. it is centered to "right brain." We have lived in the time of "left brain," however, the age of "right brain competition" is coming on us. We are getting to pay more attention to the managing ways with sense or intuition, which were ignored in rational competition controlled by scientific management. Therefore, I have presented two theses with the title "Business Management Strategies Applying Intuition." This time, I have concentrated on cultivation of intuition by food intake, exercises and effort to improve one's character. In addition, it should happen after understanding and improving one's physical constitution, and determining type of action by "Yin Yang Five Elements Theory." I have suggested the strategy of assigning each staffs duty according to the type of action that is followed by the intuition cultivated in this way, in real business management. I have also proposed the marketing strategy of predicting demand by following the movements of heavenly bodies, such as a change in the weather, and their cycles. Nevertheless, I know that my paper is imperfect and it is only on the first step. I have tried to get out of the only western-centered learning. I have also emphasized that this is an expression of the will to provide the academic grounds that hints at oriental color and suits with the stream of the 21st century. Oriental managing way does not mean that we should completely exclude western scientific managing techniques, however. It means that we should connect both western and oriental techniques and keep trying to create a harmonious and, at the same time, unique managing way.

      • 대퇴골 과상부 골절에 대한 연구 : 과간 골절을 중심으로 Focus on Intercondylar Fractures

        Supracondylar and intercondylar fractures of the femur remain difficult fracture to treat successfully, because of specific anatomical structure and location. There was a controversial in method of treatment, classification, and clinical result. Any mode of classification in intercondylar fracture, which reflects profound relationship of clinical aspects, has not been presented yet. So, a new classification system for fracture of the intetcondylar fracture of the distal femur are presented and clinical results are analyzed, according to type of fracture. The result are as follows: 1. The prevalent age was 3rd and 4th decade, and the sex ratio between males and females was 3.5:1. The mean age was 37.3 years old. 2. The satisfactory result of surgical treatment was 56.3% and conservative treatment was 33.3% respectively. 3. The intercondylar fracture of the distal femur were classified into 4 types, based on state of cortical comminution and involvement of joint surface. Type A (simple intercondylar fracture): there was no or slight comminution. Type B(lateral comminuted intercondylar fracture): there was comminution on lateral side of supracondylar or condylar cortex. Type C (medial comminuted intercondylar fracture) :

      • 液膜法에 依한 Cu(Ⅱ) 이온의 抽出에 關한 硏究

        Water in oil (W/O) emulsion was prepared from aqueous hydrochloric acid solution and xylene containing both benzoyl acetone as a carrier and Span 80 as a surfactant. After dispersing W/O emulsion into a third aqueous phase, external buffer solution dissolving copper ion, water in oil in water (W/O/W) emulsion was manufactured. Copper ion extraction was performed using this W/O/W emulsion system. Effects of characteristic of external aqueous solution on emulsion stability were investigated and optimum extraction conditions were determined using the results of extraction experiment. Optimum conditions were as follows; surfactant concentration was 2wt. %, internal aqueous hydrochloric acid concentration 0.3M, carrier concentration 0.02M, stirring speed 200 rpm, pH of external aqueous buffer solution 5.5 and volume ratio of external aqueous buffer solution to emulsion phase 6. When initial copper concentration of external aqueous buffer solution was 500 ppm, copper ion could be removed to 99% from external solution in 30 min.

        This research features a method that quantitatively evaluates the performance of edge detection algorithms. Contrary to conventional methods that evaluate the performance of edge detection as a function of the amount of noise added to the input image, the proposed method is capable of assessing the performance of edge detection algoritms based on chosen parameters that influence the performance of edge detection. We have proposed a quantative measure, called average performance index, that compares the average performance of different edge detection algorithms. We have applied the method to the commonly used edge detectors, Sobel, LOG(Laplacian of Gaussian), and Canny edge detectors for images that contain. straight line edges and curved line edges. Experimental results show that our method of quantitatively evaluating the performance of edge detection algorithms can facilitate the selection of the optimal edge detection algorithm for a given task.
