        This stduy carried out to investigate the precipitating loss amount und energy by structural polarity of electrostatic precipitator at the different conditions of precipitatation time, high voltage and gas speed. As part of this wark was the dependence of the amount in the collector zone of a one- and two stage set up feld by precipitating time and gas speed. This advanced Model1 is developed by Research of the different parameter as the conventionnal study of modell. In order to investigate Opeartion efficiency of electrostatic precipitator, the amount of knocking losss was measured with concentration-Measuring of Monitik-treubung.

      • Plyometric 트레이닝이 하지근의 등속성 근기능과 수직도에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the effects of 8-week plyometric training on isokinetic muscle function and vertical jump in the lower limb. These parameters were compared before and after training. The subjects of this study were participated in plyometric training calss who were physically trained university students. Plyometric training was performed at 5 exercise type for 30minutes per day, three days per week. The results of repeated measurement t-test showed that knee flextion and extension of CON were not significantly changed. However, knee flextion of ECC were incresed significantly for 120°/sec and 180°/sec, respectively. Knee extension of ECC were increased significantly for 60°/sec and 120°/sec, respectively. There were significant differences between pre and post tests on vertical jump. The results suggest that plyometric training was effective for increasing vertical jump.

        葦莖湯·加味葦莖湯의 A549에 對한 細胞毒性과 S-180에 對한 抗癌效果

        연구배경 : 폐암은 최근 암사망률 중 17%로 위암과 간암에 이어 3위를 차지하고 있어 이의 치료와 연구는 중요한 과제로 등장하고 있다. 따라서 한의학적 측면에서 폐암에 해당되는 문헌을 찾아보아 이중 폐옹에 사용되는 길경탕과 최근에 각종 암에 다용되는 어성초, 白花蛇설초를 가미한 가미길경탕의 항암 효과 및 항암제와의 병용효과등을 현대적인 실험을 통하여 규명, 폐암에 대한 치료법을 제시하고자 함 방법 : in vitro에서 사람의 肺癌株인 A549에 對한 抗腫瘍效果와 cyclophosphamide(CPM), cisplatin(CPT), adriamycin(ARM), 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) 등의 4種 抗癌劑와의, 相乘作用을 살펴보고, ICR생쥐에 S-180을 腹腔 注射한 後 實驗 藥物을 口腔 投與하여, 生命延長率, 體重變化 및 血液檢査 등을 실시하였다. 결과 : 葦莖湯, 葦莖湯加魚腥草, 葦莖湯家伯花蛇舌草는 모두 肺癌에 對한 抗腫瘍效果가 認定되며, cyclophosphamide나 cisplatind을 倂用하거나 魚腥草나 白花蛇舌草를 加味하였을 경우 보다 效果的인 것으로 나타났다. In order to prove the antitumor effect of Wekyungtang(WKT) that was originated in Bigeubchunkeumyobang(備急千金要方), Wekyungtang with Houttuyniae Herba(WKT-I) and Wekyungtang with Oldenlandiae diffusae Herba(WKT-Ⅱ) on human pulmonary tumor cells experimentally, the studies were done. We evaluated the cytotoxic activity against A549 as well as the synergistic effects with anticancer drugs such as cyclophophamide(CPM), cisplatin (CPT), adriamycin (ARM) and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) in vitro, and measured body weight, survival time, hematological changes in ICR bearing S-180. The results were obtained as follows: 1. IC50 against A549 was 16.24ug/ml in cyclophophamide (CPM), 8.01ug/ml in cisplatin(CPT), 8.39ug/ml in adriamycin(ARM) and 3.13 in 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) respectively. 2. Inhibitory effect on the adhesion of A549, the ratio of No. of antiadhesive cells to adhesive cells was 26.8/73.2 in WKT, 30.42/69.58 in WKT-Ⅰ and 35.12/64.88 in WKT-Ⅱ at the concentrations of 10-³g/ml, which indicates that antiadhesive effect was shown in the order of WKT-Ⅱ, WKT-Ⅰ, WKT. 3. In vitro the concentrations showing inhibitory growth rate below 55% of control against A549 was recognized in concentration of 10-³g/ml of WKT, the synergistic effect with CPM was shown in the concentration of 10-5 g/ml above of WKT, concentrations of WKT-Ⅰ, 10-³g/ml of WKT-Ⅱ, the syneristic effect with CPT was shown in the concentration of 10-5 g/ml above of WKT-Ⅱ, the synergistic effect with ARM was shown in concen -tration of 10-³g/ml of WKT-Ⅰ, WKT-Ⅱ, the synergistic effect with 5-FU was shown in concentration of 10-³g/ml WKT, WKT-Ⅰ, which indicated that CPT, CPM had the synergistic action with WKT. 4. In vivo, the gaining of body weight was significantly suppressed in all groups as compared with control group bearing S-180 and ILS was 10.45% in WKT, 16.43% in WKT-Ⅰ, 21.82% in WKT-Ⅱ respectively. 5. The number of platelet was significantly increased in WKT, WKT-Ⅰ and platelet aggregation was significantly increased in all roup as compared with control group. From the above results it was concluded that Wekyungtang and Kami-Wekyungtang had antitumor effect against A549 and wekyungtang combined with Houttuyniae Herba or Oldenlandiae difusae Herba was more effective than wekyungtang only, also cyclophophamide(CPM), cisplatin(CPT) exerted the more synergistic effect in the anticancer drugs.

        응급센터내에서의 Do-Not-Resuscitate Order

        Do-not-resuscitate(DNR) decision in certain patients is a important part of patient management. The use of DNR order has been widely recognized in hospitalized patients, but there has been little discussion of the use of DNR order in emergency department. DNR decision in emergency department is difficult because there is no previous contact between physician and patient. To identify the medical reasons of the DNR decision and the process of the DNR in the emergency department, 293 DNR patients in emergency department during 1 year and 36 physicians having experienced DNR decision were studied. Reasons for DNR are irreversible states from brain damage or acute illness(63%), chronic irreversible illness(15%), prolonged cardiac arrest over 30 minutes(16%), physical injuries including decapitation(1%) and family's hope(5%). Almost DNR(72%) were decided by physicians. 72% of DNR decision were not documented. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation was attempted before DNR decision in 38% of the patients and 17% of CPR attempts were unnecessary. Almost physician(88%) replied that physician should discuss resuscitation with family and process of DNR decision should be documented.

      • 干拓地에 대한 耕耘 및 施肥方法이 機械移秧 벼 生育 및 除鹽에 미치는 영향에 관한 硏究

        新干拓地 벼機械移秧栽培에 알맞은 耕耘 및 施肥方法을 究明하므로씨 유휴干拓地의 效果的인 利用과 單位面積當 收量增大로 農業所得增大에 기여코자 1981年度 實施하여 얻어진 試驗結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 排水로인한 窒素의 流失은 深耕과 全層施肥를 하므로써 약간 減少되었다. 2. 牛耕區에서 排水中 NaCI含量은 耕耘직후에는 약간 높았으나 生育後期에는 낮았음은 深耕을 하므로써 除鹽을 촉진시킬 수 있으리라 思料된다. 3. 耕作期間이 경과됨에 따라 士壞中加里 Mg. SiO_2은 減少되었으나 Ca. N의 含量은 增加되었다. 4. 水稻莖葉中氷 K_2O MgO SiO_2 Fe Mn의 吸收는 一般陸畓보다 많았지만 N. CaO는 적었다. 5. 干拓地에 있어서 N의 利用率은 一般陸畓에 比해 減少되었다. 6. 窒素無施用區에서는 深耕을 하므로써 收量이 減少되었으나 室素施用刷區에서는 深耕區에서 收量이 增收되었다. Through the examination of prowing and application method Suitable for the mechanically transplanted paddy cultivation in newly reclaimed paddy land, in order for farmhouses to increase their income by the effective utilization of unused reclaimed paddy fields and by increasing quantity per unit area, the results of the experiments performed in 1981 are summarized as follows; 1. The loss nitrogen by draining decreased slightly through deep plowing and whole layer fertlization. 2. NaCl content while draining in ox-drawn plowing plot is high immediately after deep plowing, but it is low in the latergrowth period. 3. Asthe growth period progressed, the content of K.Mg.SiO_2 in the soil decreased but that of Ca. N increased. 4. In reclaimed rice fields, the absorption of K.Mg.SiO_2 Fe.Mn in paddy sclerophyll is higher than in general rice fields but that of N. CaO is lower. 5. The coefficient of N utilization in reclaimed rice fields decreased more than in general rice fidlds. 6. The quantity in rice is decreased in N non-application plots, but increased in Napplication plots, due to deep plowing.

      • Pseudomonas sp. TPP 63을 이용한 PVA 폐수의 생물학적처리에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is increasing the microbiological treatment efficiency of PVA wastewater using selected bacteria. The bacteria which showed high decomposition rate of PVA was separated as TPP 63 bacteria decomposing PVA of 91.3% when the bacteria have cultured at 0.5% PVA minimum culture medium for 5 days. This bacteria was identified as Pseudomonas putida. It showed a maximum decomposition rate of PVA at culture temperature of 37℃ and pH 7.5-7.8. In case 0.2% PVA wastewater was treated with this culture of 3500 mg/L MLSS, the efficiency was improved with increasing HRT. At HRT of 5 days and 0.4% PVA concentration, the treatment efficiency was dropped down more seriously when the culture medium was not supplied.

      • Triton WR-1339 주사에 의한 고지혈증 유발 생쥐 신장에 미치는 참홑파래 추출물의 지방축적 억제 영향

        본 실험은 참흩파래 추출물의 항고지혈증 효과의 조사를 위해 시행된 것으로 ICR 생쥐에 Triton WR-1339(TX) 복강주사로 고지혈증을 유발시킨 후 참흩파래 추출물(30mg/kg)를 복강주사하여 시간의 경과에 따른 신장조직의 일반적인 형태변화와 콜레스테롤을 비롯한 지방입자 축적양상 변화를 관찰하였다. TX 주사 후 신장조직에서 나타나는 일반적인 형태변화는 콩팥소체의 혈관극과 요세관극 모두에서 단층편평상피인 보우만주머니의 외벽이 비후되어 단층입방상피의 형태로 바뀌었으며 요세관 공간도 확장되었다. 지방입자는 사구체 전지역, 근위곱슬세관, 원위곱슬세관 그리고 헨레고리에서 침착이 증가된 것으로 나타났으며, 지방입자의 크기도 증가하였다. 또한 콜레스테롤 입자도 전 지역에서 월등하게 증가한 분포양상을 보였다. 그러나 TX 주사 후 참흩파래 추출물 처리군에서는 보우만주머니 외벽세포의 비후와 요세관공간의 확장을 일부 콩팥소체에서만 관찰할 수 있었으며, 대부분은 정상적인 신장형태를 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 지방입자는 TX 주사군에 비해 그 분포와 크기가 감소한 것 나타났으며, 또한 콜레스테롤입자도 일부 지역에서 나타나 그 분포가 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 참흩파래 추출물은 TX 주사로 고지혈증이 유발된 생쥐에 대해 콜레스테롤을 비롯한 지방축적을 억제하는 항고지혈증 효과를 하는 것으로 사료된다. Renal tissues of ICR mouse were intraperitoneally injeced with Monostroma nitidum extract(ME) after Triton WR-1339(TX) injection were observed to investigate the lipid accumulation suppressive effect of ME. The renal tissues were obtained at hour 24, 48, and 72 after TX injection that were fixed in fromol-calcium solution and were cryocut. The tissue stained by H&E for general morphology, sudan black B for lipid and perchloric acid-naphthoquinone method for cholesterol. The parietal layer of Bowman's capsule is swelled as cuboidal type at hour 48 after TX injection and the lipid blot and cholesterol particle were noticeably increased in glomerulus than control of group and these appeared in convoluted tubule, collecting tubule, and Helen's loop. But the parietal layer of Bowman's capsule was shaped as squamous type that was looked like as normal morphology in ME treated group after TX injection and the lipld blot and cholestero1 particle were considerably decreased in glomerulus than TX group. As results indicated that the accumulation of lipid including cholesterol caused by TX injection were mitigated in renal tissues by the antihyperlipidermic effect of ME.

      • 염분적응에 따른 뱀장어 표피의 미세 구조적 변화 : Ⅰ. 상피세포 Ⅰ. Epithelial Cell

        뱀장어, Anguilla japonica의 표피를 구성하는 주종 세포인 상피세포는 80Å 정도의 많은 당김세사를 함유하고 있어서 표피의 골격 유지에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 회유행동 측성에 의해, 성숙된 뱀장어는 바다로 나가게 되고 표피는 급격한 환경변화를 겪게 되는데 그 현상들을 살펴보면 먼저 상해반응으로 세포 내의 과립 형질내세망의 내강이 확장되는 현상과 다양한 크기의 공포의 증가로 인해 상피세포들 사이의 공간이 확장되며 일부 세포에서는 괴사 또는 변성되는 형태인 다층층판구조를 갖기도 한다. 이에 대한 능동적 대퍼로 부착반쪽으로 모이는 당김세사들이 일정한 방향성을 갖게 되며, 상피세포 사이의 연접부위에 부착반의 수가 증가되며, 미토콘드리아, 형질내세망 등 세포소기관이 발달되고, 분비과립의 증가 등 분비양상이 증가되고, 능동적인 염배출과 연관된 핵상부의 중앙축을 따라 미토콘드리아 및 과립 형질내세망이 풍부한 세포도 나타났다. 이와 같은 변화는 염분농도의 증가에 따른 환경적요인에 의해 일어나는 상피세포의 기능적 방어기작이라고 사료된다. The epidermis of the Korean eel, Anguilla japonicus, was examined for the study of structural and funcional adaptation mechanism by change in external environment during the migration from fresh water to sea water. The epithelial cell which was observed in the eel epidermis is characterized by the presence of numerous cytoplasmic tonofilaments that attributes to the epithelial structures. Many structural changes were occured in the epithelial cell according to adaptation of high concentration of salt solution. First, Structural lesions were observed. The lumen of rough endoplasmic reticulum was dilated and myelin figures which was suspected to necrosis or denaturation were noted. Extensive cytoplasmic vacuolations were appeared, which caused increase of the intercellular space. Second, active responsive mechanism against the structural lesions in high salinity were observed. Cytoplasmic tonofilaments which attached to desmosome have orientation from central to peripheral region and then aggregrated each other. And number of desmosomes was increased between the cells. The cell organelles which contained mitochondria, small vesicles, et al. were more developed and number and amount of secretory granules were increased than fresh water adapted eel epithelial cell. Mitochondria- and rough endoplasmic reticulum-rich cells which related to active salt secretion were appeared.

      • 한국산 시궁쥐(Rattus norvegicus)의 핵형분석

        In this study, we analysed the karyotypes of the Korean brown rat (Rattus norvegicus) collected in Kyungnam Masan and Changwon. The diploid number (2n) was 42 and the fundamental number (FN) was 60. In the autosomes, metacentrics consisted of three pairs of the middle form and two pairs of the small from, submetacentries consisted of two pairs of the middle form and a pair of the small form, subtelocentrics consisted of a pair of the large form and a pair of the middle form, and acrocentrics has 10 pairs of large to small form. In sex chromosomes, X-chromosome was subtelocentrics of the middle form, and Y-chromosome was acrocentrics of the small form.
