The possibility that conflicts and disputes surrounding the NIMBY facility construction among local governments related to the adjacent boundary areas which are rising as important policy issues is growing with the boundary expansion of traffic and life zones and spatial developmental expansion of cities. Conflicts in the formative project on the NIMBY facilities between Bucheon city and Guro-gu are also a case for conflict among fundamental(lower level) local governments appearing out of the difficulty of site selection in the perspective of spatial limitations in the restricted land use aspect. This research hopes to understand the NIMBY facility construction implementation project within the fundamental local governmental relations on the local governmental level while, also finding out how objective resolutive conditions are dealt with in the negotiation mechanism among actual fundamental local governments. It is hoped to examine through which strategies such cooperation/conflict strategies discussed in such negotiation mechanisms are useful for cooperative agreement extractions among local governments. Besides, this research is on the stance that it is most desirable for each strategy used in cooperative mechanisms to be actively understood through spontaneous negotiation courses by fundamental local governments which are the concerned party of conflicts; however, in cases not adjusting or solving conflicts independently, it cannot but help to depend on the adjustable role of regional council or the central government who are in the position of a 3rd party. However, in order to establish a negotiation culture such as the discussion of reinvigoration for the formation of mutual trust and conflict remedy among local governments, it is seen that the construction and practice of creative negotiation strategies that fundamental local governments, the concerned party, intend to solve spontaneously on their own are very important. 본 연구는 지방정부 수준에서의 비선호시설 건립 추진사업을 기초자치단체간 관계 속에서 파악하고자 하 며, 또한 객관적인 해결조건들이 실제 기초자치단체간의 협상기제에서 어떻게 다루어질 수 있는지를 알 아보고자 한다. 이러한 협상기제에서 논의되는 협력・갈등전략이 과연 지방자치단체간의 협력적 합의도출 을 위해 어떠한 전략이 유용한지를 살펴보고자 한다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 협상기제에서 구사되는 각각 의 전략들이 갈등의 당사자인 기초자치단체에 의한 자율적인 협상과정을 통해 적극적으로 모색되는 것이 가장 바람직하다는 입장이며, 다만 자율적으로 갈등을 조정 및 해결하지 못한 경우에는 제3자의 입장에 있는 광역지방정부나 중앙정부의 조정적인 역할에 의존할 수밖에 없다고 본다. 하지만 기초자치단체 간 또는 광역자치단체 간의 상호신뢰 형성과 갈등해결을 위한 토론 활성화 등의 협상문화가 정착되기 위해 서는 당사자인 지방자치단체가 자발적으로 해결하려는 창조적 협상전략의 구축과 실천이 매우 중요하다 고 본다.

Melt viscosity of the SAN copolymer added stearate type and amide type lubricant was measured at two different temperatures and at 10²∼ 10⁴sec¹ shear rate. The result was decrease of melt viscosity according to lubricant, but the behavior of melt viscosity at 1wt% content and or more addition of lubricant was same. And amide type lubricant was observed to affect shear stress, melt viscosity of the SAN copolymer more deeply then stearate type and 1wt% content was observed as enough amount.

This experiment was tried for the measurement of the acceleration of gravity "g" with air track. Therefore, it was required to take a photograph of the slider motion on the air track in order to measure the acceleration with the poloride camera used stroboscope in dark room. After that, The data of the mean value of the accelertaion was measured by the film analysis. The experimental result is showed as the following; experiment 1 A measuremental value of "g" in the case of inclined plane of air track is; g=9.93m/sec^2 experiment 2 A measuremental value of "g" in the case of horizontal plane of air track by method of freely falling bodies used the weight is; g=9.75m/sec^2

In this study, the curriculum of department of csience education of teachers college in Korea is analyzed and discussed. Because of the rate of the credits of major subjects of the department of science education of teachers college in Korea is poorly 15% fo the total credits,compared with that those of the developed counties, such as, U.S.A., England, West Germany, and Japan, is about 36%-50% of the total credits, many problems are anticipated when the students, who studied in the department of science education, become elementary school teachers, and when they want to learn the essentials of the specialized field of science. Therefore,to solve these problems under present curriculum, we suggest some new ideas to recorgnize the curriculum of teachers college.

I have up to now observed the consonants cluster script at the Final of a word-stem dividing the voiceless sound model and the voiced. There are ㄵ, ㄶ, in ㄴ model, meanwhile ㄺ, ㄻ, ㄼ, ㄾ, ㄿ, ㅀ in ㄷ model. However among these models ㅅㄱ has instead been eliminated and newly added ㄽ in modern Korean. The stem of a word has usually been declared in front of a vowel sound and it has also been marked as a unit of a detachment or as a split consonant in preceding consonant. On the other hand such stems of a word as ㄺ, ㄹㅂ in consonanst cluster has not only been marked as a unit of split, but it has been declared as ㄺ, ㄼ as well. These stems of words and consonants clusters include modified variations accompanying components of phonetic circumstances, but only ㄺ, ㄼ shows irregular and primary shifting. Accordingly the consonant cluster showing irregular substitution at the stem of a word has been marked as a unit of detachment, regardless of the phonetic circumstances. Besides the stem of a word and sequence of the consonants has frequently shifted in the wrong order. Meanwhile pause or modified variation particularly demonstrating irregular substitution at a word's ending has been marked as a unit of coalition, but it has also been scripted either in detachment or as the second consonant cluster as ㄻ has been elimintated at the preceding a consondnt-ending and pause. In case of the elimination, a consonant at a word's ending has as a usual been occurred at the circumstances of voiced sound. Especially the consonant cluster in the voiceless at the Final of a word-stem eliminate the second consondnt or pause, in which the preceding consonant still firmly remained.
카드뮴 첨가된 α형 산화철에 의한 일산화탄소의 촉매산화 반응연구

α형 산화철에 카드뮴을 4mol%, 8mol% 및 12mol%로 각각 첨가시켜 외성영역의 특성을 갖는 산화물들을 제조하였다. 이 산화물들을 촉매로한 일산화탄소의 산화반응 속도론적 연구를 통하여 본산화물의 결함구조, CO 산화반응에 대한 촉매성 및 불순물 첨가효과등을 조사하였다. 또한 450℃에서 O_2 및 CO를 여러압력으로 도입시켜 Cd-doped α-Fe_2O_3의 전기전도도를 측정하고 이를 반응속도론적 데이타와 결부시켜 본산화물상에서 CO 의 산화반응 메카니즘과 율속단계를 제안하였다. 반응온도범위 350~460℃에서 산출된 활성화에너지는 10.1~11.3kcal.mol^-1이었다. CO_2흡착에 의한 CO산화반응의 억제효과는 본실험의 반응온도 영역인 350~460℃에서는 나타나지 않았으며 CO 산화반응의 전반응속도 차수는 1.5차로서 일산화탄소에 대해서는 1차, 산소에 대해서는 0.5차임이 밝혀졌다. 반응속도론적 데이타와 전기전도도 데이타에 의해 본촉매의 활성은 카드뮴도프로 인해 생성된 산소공위(Vo"-2e^-)에 기인한 것이었다. 카드뮴의 첨가량이 증가할수록 반응속도는 증가하였으나 12mol% 이상의 카드뮴이 첨가된 산화철상에서는 반응속도가 크게 증가하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. CO와 O_2는 근본적으로 화학흡착하며 CO의 흡착자리는 격자산소(O^-2_(latt))와 기흡착원산소 (O^-_(ads)), 그리고 O_2의 흡착자리는 산소공위(Vo"-2e^-)로 밝혀졌다. The α-Ferric oxide containing 4, 8, and 12mol% with cadmium were prepared. The oxidation rates of carbon monoxide in the presence of these oxide systems were measured to investigate the defect structure, the catalytic activity for the oxidation of carbon monoxide, and the impurity effect. The conductivity was also measured at 450℃ under the various pressures of oxygen and carbon monoxide. From the agreement between the kinetic and conductivity data, the oxidation mechanism of carbon monoxide and the rate determining step on this oxide catalyst were suggested. In the temperature range from 350 to 460℃, the calculated activation energy for the CO oxidation over Cd-doped α-Fe_2O_3 systems were 10.1∼11.3kcal·mol^-1. The inhibition by an adsorbed CO_2 during the CO oxidation was not observed in the above temperature range. The overall reaction order for the CO oxidation is 1.5; the first order with respect to CO and the one-half order with respect to O_2. The catalytic activity of this oxide system is due to oxygen vacancies induced by Cd-doping. The oxidation rates increase with increasing the amount of dopant and above 12mol%, however, don't highly increased. CO and O_2 are essentially chemisorbed as ions and the adsorption sites for CO are the lattice oxygens (O^2-_(latt)) and prechemisorbed oxygens (O^-_(ads)), the adsorption site for O_2 is the oxygen vacancies (Vo¨-2e^-).

The Writer has chosen some of the ESS units and carried on an experimental study on this units to find out the most suitable materials for this units for a primary school science education in Korea. C) Experimental and analytical process; (1) Pre-and post-investigation about the ESS class and the counter class has been conducted. (2) Children's reports of experiment and observation have been collected. (3) Children's ability to conduct, by themselves, various method of experiment and observation has been checked. (4) Suitability of the prepared materials has been examined. (5) Change of children's interest and attitude through experiment and observation has been measured. (6) Fitness of the experiment to the year grade has been considered. (7) Finally, teacher's role has been enumerated.
동방결절의 전기적특성에 미치는 Higenamine의 효과

The rabbit sinoatrial node was cut into small pieces which wew 0.5×0.5㎜ in sizes, electrically insulated and could be partitioned into central and peripheral areas. Glass microelectrodes were impaled into both areas and transmenbrane potentials were recorded in order to observe the changes in effects of higenamine on the both areas by the addition of TEA, Cs^+ and Ba^2+ or pretreatment of propranolol. 1. Effects of higenamine were more prominent in high K^+ concentration than those in the low K^+ concentration. 2. TEA induced the decrease in the spontaneous firing rate and the prolongation in the action potential duration which could be reversed by higenamine. 3. Ther were prominent decrease of spontaneous firing rate and the prolongation in the action potential duration in peripheral area with the uncrease of Cs^+ concentration. Higenamine reversed the decrease of spontaneous firing rate in some degree. 4. There were significant decreases of spontaneous firing rate, amplitude of action potential and maximum diastolic potential by the Ba^2+ in peripheral area. Effects of Ba^2+ were reversed by higenamine in central area. 5. The effects of higenamine were completely blocked by the pre-treatment of propranolol. 6. There was no effect of higenamine of the Na-K pump activities. The above results could be interpreted as effects of higenamine were mediated by the chamge of calcium ion current rether than those of the potassium ion current in sinoatrial nodes.
