      • Interleukin-5 저해 활성 chalcone 화합물의 유효 입체 구조

        Interleukin(IL)-5 appears to be one of the main proinflammatory mediators among the growing number of cytokines and chemokines that induce eosinophilic inflammation. Previously, our group synthesized a number of chalcone derivatives to determine their inhibitory activity against IL-5. However, the structure-activity relationship (SAR) of these chalcones was somewhat unclear, robably due to presence of three free rotatable bonds. To further, explore the SAR of these chalcones, we synthesized eight 2-(benzylidene)-2,3-dihydroinden-1-ones and 2- benzylidene)-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-ones 6 and evaluated for their inhibitory activity against IL-5. These rigidified chalcones 6 exhibited very weak inhibitory activity against IL-5 compared to chalcones 2. The structures of 6 closely resemble to the stretched conformations of chalcone 2, not effective conformation for the inhibition on IL-5 function.

        무용사 서술의 새로운 모색

        This study is concerned with the act of writing dance history. to write is just one ? of creating and communicating since dance history commentary or outcomes may ? take other forms such as oral or video itself a written text on the study of dance ? it is processes culminating in writing, together with the presentation of the ? written forms, which are discussed here. Even so, much of what is stated is ? relevant to otehr modes of communicating about dance history. Outcomes may after but most of the procedures for dealing with dance history are common. There are many ways of writing dance history, probably at least as many as there ? writers of dance history. Each topic area will suggest different approaches to different people. But among the great diversity are discernible common features and it is these ? are the concern of this study. The procedures discussed are not immutable either in themselves or collectively, however, they constitute many of the elements of good practice and it is to this that hte ? writing of dance history aspires. High-calibre dance history writing cannot be ? but the rudiments of it can be learned and hones, and individual styles developed.

      • 豚肉 통조림과 Retort Pouch의 品質安定性에 관한 比較硏究

        食肉加工産業에서 많은 비중을 차지하는 豚肉(pork)을 原料로 하여 통조림을 對照區로 하고 retort pouch를 比較區로 하여 容器의 適性, 內容物의 安定性 加溫 및 微生物檢査, 官能檢査를 貯藏溫度(37℃, 20℃, 10℃, 4℃), 貯藏期間(30days, 120days)을 變化시켜 그 安定如否를 檢討한 結果 다음과 같다. 1. Pork retort pouch가 pork can보다 容器의 安全함을 보이고 殺菌期間은 pork can보다 비교하여 pork retort pouch-vacuum이 2배, pork retort pouch-none vacuum 이 1.5배의 效果가 있었다. 2. 粗蛋白質은 pork can<pork retort pouch-vacuum<pork retort-none vacuum의 順으로 變化直가 적었으며, 貯藏期間 120일구에서 有意差가 認定되었다(P>0.05). 3. 組脂肪質의 變化는 溫度가 높은 곳에서 安定하지 못하였고, 容器區間에서 30일간 저장구는 5%수준, 120일 저장구에서는 1%의 水準에서 有意差가 있었다. 4. Pork can 粗灰分의 增加를 보였고, 容器區間에서 有意差가 認定되었다.(P> 0.05). 5. 糖度는 全區에서 微微한 變化를 보이고 PH는 120일 구간에서 initial의 測定値와 近似하였다. 溫度區間에서 (P> 0.01)과 容器區間(P>0.05)에서 有意差가 認定되었다. 6. 加溫 및 微生物檢査 結果는 pork retort pouch가 有利하였다. 7. 嗜好性은 貯藏溫度區에서 37℃<20℃<10℃<4℃의 順으로 접수가 좋았으며 容器區間에서는 pork retort pouch-vacuum<pork can<pork retort pouch-none vacuum의 順이나 有意差가 認定되지 않았다.(P<0.05). This includes such experiments with comparsion between canned food and foods, of retort pouch, designating former group, as reference and the latter group as standard sample to examine the relvency of application with purpose of substitution retort pouch for the cans, property and general characteristics are tested for sterilization time, pH, concentration of sugar, crude protein, crude fats and crude ashs, package stability, panel test and micro-organisms, the results obtained were as follows; 1. Package suitability; pork retort pouch better than pork can for package stability, sterilization time was 2 times as effectives for pork retort pouch-vacuum in comparsion, to pork can and 1.5 times effective for retort pouch none-vacuum. 2. The change of crude protein showing pork can, pork retort pouch-vacuum, pork retort pouch-none vacuum on ranking of stability, and a significate difference was at storage period 120 days(P>0.05) 3. The change of crude fats at higher temperature range 37℃, 20℃was unstability, also a significant difference was at package sect of storage 30 days (P>0.05) and at the storage period 120 days (P>0.01) 4. The degree of change in the crude ash contents at the entire temperature range was exhibiting increasing for reference group and for sample group was showing stability:, but no significant difference was at the level 5% 5. Sugar 'contents' and the characteristics of pH with the result of 'reduction to the initial value' arid a significant defference was at the storage, temperature sect (P>0.01) and a, significant defference was at the package section (P>0.05) 6. For the heating and microbilogical was sample group better than reference group. 7. At the panel test are in comparsion to less flavorable for 37℃ while increase was from the 4℃,and no significant. defference was at level 5%.

        Erick Hawkins Technique의 특성과 교육적 가치

        The aims of this study was to find out the educational value of Erick Hawkins' theory and technique. This study is an examination and description of the art and philosophy of Erick Hawkins, an evaluation of his contribution to the development of new modern dance method. The study is divided into two parts: theory and technique. In order to describe and evaluate Hawkins' contribution to dance, the study focuses on three areas of concern. The first part of present study concerned with the development of Erick Hawkins' aesthetic philosophy. An artist's principle are useful to know his preferences, goals and intellectual interests. The second area of concern is principles of movement and the specific exercises of Hawkins' dance technique. The Introduction on characteristics of Hawkins' technique is followed by review of his classes and by a consideration of theory and method. The last area of concern is describe the educational value of Erick Hawkins' met.

        Shoreline area as part of the coastal zone is a region of transition between the land and the sea. Such major activities as urban development, recreation and fishing are heavily taking place in the shoreline area of Cheju with increasing intensity. They may affect the shoreline area with different consequences for the future course of Cheju development. Similarly, shellfishing, shipping and pollution also may influence the shoreline area's usage. Finally, there are numerous activities within the area itself such as the development of large resort complex, reclamation and the enclosure of private premises along shoreline from access to the general public. The Province of Cheju as an island has to give great attention to the uses of shoreline area and coastal zone in general where many conflicting activities are underway in sporadic manner. In the course of Cheju development, developmental activities including the distribution of population tend to move from inland to shoreline area to take advantages of water resource and easy accessibility to the coastal ring road. Urban expansion like frog- leaping development of Shin Cheju mainly took place in the coastal area. Major urban districts have been designated beyond immediate needs for urban growth, resulting in the alteration and encroachment of most scenic shoreline area which must be great asset for the future development of Cheju. While legal and administrative provisions for the preservation or conservation of shoreline. area are not f·ell prepared to withstand increasing development pressure, over-expanded urban districts or urban planning jurisdictions tend to accelerate urban sprawl and to work deterimental to overall management of shoreline area. The reclassification of urban districts has to be made to induce more intensive land use. A new land use and building control system is urgently needed. Shoreline in the Province of Cheju is becoming less accessible to the public due to land ownership, natural terrain and cliff or other factors. Appropriate measures should be introduced to help to remain open to the public and to guide the location of public accesses. The concept of urban design is also introduced in the shoreline area in urban districts in order to find better solution between the preservation of shoreline area and development pressure. The designation of special district in and around harbor and fishing village is highly recommended to preserve vernacular architecture and scenic beauty. The depletion of shellfishing resources and high-value fish for tourist is posing one of most serious economic problems for the economy of shoreline area. Potentials for aquaculture of abalone, lobster, scallop and hard c·lam is known very high in the shoreline area of Cheju. Considerable research and development will be necessary before aquaculture can be materialized into Cheju economy. However. the preservation of possible site for aquaculture is urgently needed in terms of marine pollution mainly originated from inland domestic sewerage, which is also seriously contaminating water resource tapped in t he shoreline area. The State of Hawaii has accumulated great experience in this regard and can surely give immediate lessons for the future development of Cheju. Further collaboration in terms of technical and practical issues of shoreline area management has to be continued.

        Contact Improvisation에 관한 연구

        The main orientation of my study of Contact Improvisation is qualitative, interpretive and descriptions of a contact Improvisation classwork. In the process of writing this paper, I studied the techniques of contact Improvisation by taking Sara Pearson's class and participating in other workshops in New York. Contact improvisation is a technique in itself, yet allows one to free oneself from technique. By allowing the body this freedom, unexpected and excited results may occur. Contact improvisation may be enjoyed by all ages and all levels of technical experiences. Contact improvisation may be done for the pure enjoyment of uninhibited movement, as a performance piece or for supplying movement ideas for a piece of choreography. Contact improvisation is exciting to the performers as well as to the audience, for at any moment the unexpected may occur. Aside from the fear that injury may occur from dangerous contact from hitting another body, or from lifting the weight of another body, very little injury actually occurs, once the dance learns how to take the weight of another body and how to distribute his own weight by giving into the floor. Even if one is not really interested in performing contact improvisation or following that path solely, it is still an excellent way of discovering choregraphic ideas and for a highly technically trained dancer to "let go". Contact improvisation also serves as a valuable therapeutic tool. A therapist may set up a "problem" which may in turn be directly related to the psychological problem of the patient. For those of you who not really suffering from a mental illness, it is still a way to get in touch to that lost child within us, but overall the close sociological contact with a compatible group of people will provide the participator with an overall feeling of well-being.

        접촉즉흥(Contact Improvisation) 교육적가치와 순환구조에 관한 연구

        The pace of changes in all disciplines is accelerated to respond and adapt to radical social changes in the 21st century. Dance education is no exception to those changes. Dance education has been treated as a professional education that selective few receive as non-major or that special groups to be professional dancers can get. There have been significant changes in dance art during last decade: increased interactivity due to emergence of new media, pursuit of interactivity through leveraging digitalized multimedia in dance discipline, blurring and collapse of disciplinary boundaries due to disintegration of genre striving new communication, de-authoritarianism and inducing audience participation by narrowing the distance between audience and dancers, narrowing the distance between audience and dancers by utilizing every space as stages and so on. Under the logic of deconstruction and reconstruction, those changes in dance arts are rapidly flowing to somewhere else. Today, it does not make any sense to differentiate pure arts from popular arts. Arts and everyday life coexist today. In this context, dance art seems to be making a huge progress. In the 21st century, cultural competitiveness has emerged as a significant agenda and it is required that artists and creators in art fields have innovative mind based on imagination and creativity. The purpose of this study is divided in to two category; First, identifying implications and educational values of contact improvisation. Second, formulating a model of recursive structure of contact improvisation based on the author7 s teaching experience in the educational field.

      • 소집단운동놀이활동이 자페성정신지체아의 집단활동 적응력에 미치는 효과

        본 연구에서는 소집단운동놀이활동을 통하여 자폐성정신지체아의 사회적 활동에 필요한 집단 활동 적응력을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구에 참여한 자폐성정신지체아의 나이는 9세에서 15세이며, 그 지능과 정신연령은 6세 2월이며, 사회 연령은 5세 3월이었다. 본 연구의 방법은 단일집단 사전사후 검사법(the one pretest post-test design)으로 연구대상 학생들에게 대인관계 능력에 대해 소집단 운동놀이 프로그램에 적용하기 전에 사전검사를 한 다음, 연구대상 학생들에게 본 연구자가 구안한 단체 운동놀이 프로그램을 26주 동안 투입 · 적용하고 사후 검사로는 영역별로 대인관계 능력을 측정하여 그 결과를 비교. 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 소집단 운동놀이가 자폐성정신지체아 학생들의 다른 아동과의 관계, 집단적응력, 가족간의 관계, 형제, 자매와의 관계, 성인과의 놀이에서 대인관계 능력을 향상시키는 데 효과적이었다. 그러나 다른 성인과의 관계에서는 효과를 보지 못하였다. 2. 소집단 운동놀이가 자폐성정신지체아 학생들의 상호작용 능력 신장에 매우 효과적이었으며, 가장 많이 나타난 사회적 행위는 나누기이며, 가장 적게 나타난 사회적 행위는 활동조직이었다. 3. 소집단 운동놀이가 자폐성정신지체아 학생들의 자리이탈 행동의 감소시켜 집단활동참가 능력을 향상시키는 데 매우 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과를 볼 때 소극적인 참여의식, 자신감 부족 등 열약한 특성을 가지고 있는 자폐성정신지체아의 집단활동 참가능력을 향상시키는 한 방안으로서 소집단 운동놀이를 실시하는 것은 매우 가치 있는 일이라 할 수 있다.
