The information-based age will emerge according to the advancement of the whole society, change from distribution revolution to distribution information revolution has a meaning to facilitate innovation. Such distribution revolution starting with a purpose to provide various goods and competitive price for customers when real mass production, consumption appeared, finally has got to cope with the age of great transition. Distribution of informationalization helps the effectiveness of the whole distribution system by creating information network using various information function, human resources at each stage from to manufacture industry based on customer information. This paper aims to check these conditions, attempt theoretical approaches through existing literature and precedent studies, review application cases currently introduced and enforced, and clarify the fundamental framework of distribution information system available at the distribution information system in our country using the cases of advanced distribution companies. Accordingly, it examined the basic system of bar code, POS and VAN/EDI to be basis in the construction of distribution information system, compared the construction plan through advanced distribution companies and reviewed its direction, furthermore investigated mainly its application system, SCM, ECR/QR and the direction of our country's distribution information system. The limitation of this paper lies with that correct verification in the introduction and utilization of enterprises' distribution system was not performed because it was carried out through consideration by literature. For the time to come, research will be continuously conducted taking into consideration the linkage of our country's distribution information system in growing stage with that of the advanced countries in stable stage.

In order to conduct this research, the paper sampled the customer group residing in Mokpo Area, Chonnam. It carried out the questionnaire survey for collecting data for positive research, the interview survey with personnel in the discount store. A whole based on tangible and intangible attributes recognized many transaction experiences include as significance factions "convenience of parking availability", "return service", "physical service facilities and connection", which can be seen as the purchase acts of Mokpo housewives using cars and the customers in Mokpo where stores are not fully entered show reaction to the discount store on the level of the department store type returns service, so the quick countermeasure policy of the discount store sees to enhance customer satisfactions. the convenience of subsidiary convenience service facilities is interpreted as the part connecting public service and banking service in shopping and convenience due to lack entertainment facilities. The findings of this research should be connected to strategies to secure the parking facilities and strengthen In-Store Merchandising, link the convenience of public traffic with customers preferred location as regionally gathering type. Also as differenced strategies from those of other stores, the following matters are to be considered : consolidating of service and goods training to salespeople service, securing fixed customers by the constructions of DB as a part of credit service, establishing returns service. Also according to the characteristics of Mokpo New Town, the physical service facilities and connection should be combined with shopping, leisure and entertainment in order to gather customers. In order to effectively provide these convenience services, the plans to develop and utilize the convenience service check list, to utilize customer proposal to collect their inconvenience, establish regular training system and standard are to be carried out.
Lidocaine과 Pentotal 전투여가 Propofol 정주 시 발생되는 혈관통에 미치는 영향

Background: Propofol is a good induction agent. But it has a disadvantage of pain on intravenous injection. Pretreatment of lidocaine or pentothal have been reported to reduce pain on injection. Thus we have evaluated the quantity and quality of analgesic effect of lidocaine and pentothal. Methods: Ninety three patients scheduled for general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups. Each patient received one of the pretreatment drugs via 18 G angiocatheter inserted in the antecubital fossa. Control group (n=31) received 2 ml normal saline and lidocaine group (n=31) received 40 mg (2%, 2ml) and petothal group (n=31) received 50 mg (2.5%, 2 ml) followed intravenous injection of 2 mg/kg of propofol at a rate of 1 ml/sec.After 50 mg of propofol were injected, patients were assessed for pain score. The severity of pain was classified as 0,1, 2, 3 (none, mild, moderate, severe) by one observer. Results: The severity and incidence of pain were significantly reduced in lidocaine group and pentothal group compared with control group for intravenous injection of propofol (P<0.05). And the incidence of pain in lidocaine group and pentothal group is similar but severity of pain is more reduced in lidocaine group Conclusions: Lidocaine 40 mg or pentohal 50 mg pretreatment to induction by propofol revealed a good analgesic effect for propofol injection pain. And lidocaine is more effective for iv propofol injection pain.

Kumchon Gu in Seoul : the most famous industrial, in which the industrial complexes #2 and #3 established since 1965. In the present time, 230 of industries such as the metal working industry and the textile industry are located. In order to conduct this research, the paper sampled the customer group using in this area became the key point of industry and distribution which supplies all kinds of industrial products. It carried out the questionnaire survey for collecting data for positive research, the interview survey with personnel in the OPR by K-M project(2000. 10.30∼11.30.). The findings of this research should be connected to strategies to secure the parking facilities and Merchandising, link the convenience of public traffic with customers preferred location as regionally gathering type. Also according th the characteristics of Kuro industrial area, the physical service facilities and connection should be combined with shopping, leisure and entertainment in order to gather family. In order to effectively provide these convenience services, the plans to develop and utilize the convenience service check list, to utilize customer proposal to collect their inconvenience.
