      • Tetrachloro-[bis(2-chloroethyl)ethylene-diamine-N,N']platinum(Ⅳ)와 cisplatin이 마우스의 자연 살해세포 활서능에 미치는 영향

        Effects of tetrachloro-[bis(2-chloroethyl) ethylene-diamine-N,N'] platinum(IV), PtCl₄(2-CEen) and cisplatin on natural killer(NK) cell activity of spleen cells were investigated. To compare NK cell activity by PtCl₄(2-CEen) with that by cisplatin, male ICR mice received a single i.p. injection at the respective LD_(50) of cisplatin and PtCl₄(2-CEen), namely 20% LD_(50)(3.3mg/kg and 24.5mg/kg, respectively) or 40% LD_(50)(6.6mg/kg and 49mg/kg, respectively). Both cisplatin and PtCl₄(2-CEen) showed significant and dose-dependent enhancement of NK cytotoxicity against YAC-1 cells. PtCl₄(2-CEen) enhanced NK cell activity slightly more at low dose than cisplatin, but at high dose cisplatin showed slightly higher cytotoxicity.

      • Thermomicrobium roseum 유래 Alcohol Dehydrogenase의 정제 및 특성

        Alcohol dehydrogenase from Thermomicrobium roseum was purified to electrophoretic homogeneity approximately 77-fold with a 38% activity yield by adenosine 5'-monophosphate and Mono Q column chromatography. The molecular weight of the enzyme was determined to be approximately 43,000 by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and 88,000 by gel chromatography, indicating a homodimeric structure. The Km and Vmax values of the enzyme for ethanol were 24.2 mM and 12.8 ㎛ol/min/mg, respectively. Pyrazole notably inhibited the enzymatic activity. Ca2+ ion activated the enzyme activity, but Cu2+ inhibited. The activity of the enzyme was optimal at pH 10.0 and 60℃.

      • p-Nitrocinnamaldehyde의 가수분해 반응 메카니즘에 관한 반응속도론적 연구

        The rate constants of the hydrolysis of p-nitrocinnamaldehyde were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and a rate equation which could be applied over wide range of pH was obtained. The reaction machanism of hydrolysis of p-nitrocinnamaldehyde especially the catalytic contribution of hydroxide ion, hydroxide ion and water which was not yet studied carefully before in acidic media, could be fully explained by the equation obtained. The rate equation reveals that : below pH 6.0 the reaction is initiated by hydronium ion to p-nitrocinnamaldehyde, at pH 7.0∼9.0 the reaction is initiated by water and hydronium ion competitively and at obove pH 10.0 the reaction is initiated by hydroxide ion to p-nitrocinnamaldehyde.

      • 芳香族 폴리아미드-이미드의 合成과 性狀에 관한 연구

        Aromatic polyamides with imide pendent groups were prepared from 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone or 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane and imide diacid chlorides by low temperature solution polycondensation. Generally, it was found that the solubility of PAIs was enhanced compared to that of the aromatic polyamides and there was no deterioration in thermal stability of Tg, while the effect of solubilization was weaken in case of chlorine containing imide. X-ray diffraction data indicated that PAIs are low degree of the crystallinity.

      • 카본블랙의 종류 및 배합제의 혼합방법에 따른 NR/HNBR 블렌드의 특성

        It was studied how physical properties, heat resistance, oil resistance, ozone resistance of NR(natural rubber)/HNBR(hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber) blends influenced by different mixing methods and various carbon black types. Of the various mixing methods, masterbatch mixing method was better than others in considering the overall stabilities of the compounds. The most important parameter which influenced on heat, oil and ozone resistance was rubber material than sorts of carbon black. The resistance for heat, oil and ozone of NR compounds were improved by blending HNBR and these effects were revealed clearly at elevated temperatures.

      • 세계산 Rumiceae Dum.족 (마디풀과)의 진화계통학적 연구

        세계산 Rumiceas Dum.족을 구성하는 4속(Rumex속의 4절, Rheum속의 3절, Oxyria속, Emex속) 분류군간의 진화적 유연관계에 대한 가설을 제공하고, 형질진화의 경향을 밝히기 위한 분자분식(cladistic analysis)을 수행하였다. 최소절약의 원리를 이용하여 24개의 두단계 혹은 다단계 형질을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 계통수의 길이는 36, 일관성지수는 0.714, 보존지수는 0.843인 4개의 등가질약 계동수가 산출되었다. Rumex속의 4개 절과 Emex속은 하나의 Clade를 구성하며, 이는 여러 개의 공유파생형질(익상수과, 오용 존서, 만곡의 배, 등)에 의해 지지된다. 결과적으로 Emex속은 Rumex속의 하나의 절(section)로 처리함이 타당하다. 또한 Oxyria속은 3개의 독립파생형질(화사수:2개, 렌즈형의 수과, 4개의 화피핀)에 의해 다른 속과 잘 구별되었다. Cladistic analysis of four genera (4 sections of the genus Rumex, 3 sections of the genus Rheum, Oxyria and Emex) of the tribe Rumiceae Dum. was undertaken to provide hypotheses about evolutionary relationships and to elucidate patterns of character evolution. A set of 24 binary and multistate morphological characters were analyzed using maximum parsimony algorithms. With the given data set. four equally parsimonious trees 36 tree length with a consistency index 0.714 and a retention index of 0.843 were produced. Four sections of Rumex and Emex came together as one clade and was strongly supported by several synapomorphies (e.g.. winged achene. trichome present. curved embryo. etc.). Thus: it is considered that Emex is better treated as one of section in Rumes. Oxyria is also well distinguished by its automorphic characters (by having 2 styles. lenticular achene. 4 perianth segment number).

      • Polymer Concrete의 製造에 關하여 : -2. 配合設計 -2. Proper design of compounding and curing time of polymer concrete

        This paper describes proper design for the preparation of polymer concrete. Sand and unsaturated polyester were used as aggregate and binder for experiment. The experimental results show that compressive strength of the concrete is varied according to particle size of sand, used amount of aggregate and binder and curing time of the concrete. When the particle size of sand is 0.701 mm in dia., mixing ratio of sand and resin is 7:3 in volume and the curing time is 72 hours, the polymer concrete gives better results. Also, the addition of fine filler within the limits of 5 per cent in volume controls not only viscosity of binder, but keeps strength of the concrete to a certain extent.

        Storage stability of UV curable unsaturated polyester was studied in accordance with synthesis process and inhilitor charging. When resin was synthesized at 160∼170℃, storage stability was mainly influencd by reaction time. THQ showed best storage stability among inhibitors. Appropriate charge of THQ was 150ppm in initial of first reaction, 350ppm in initial of second reaction and 350ppm in SM thinning.

      • 熱硬化性樹脂材料의 射出成形에 關하여

        In this report, some problems on mold design and processing factors in injection molding of thermoset materials were investigated. Especially, the effect of residence time at constant temperature on flow at a constant pressure and the effect of injection pressure on flow with a constant residence time at constant temperature were examined. The results were obtained by a special test mold using phenolic, urea, melamine resin prepared by experimental methods. If barrel temperature, injection pressure and speed, and mold temperature are controlled properly, the injection molding can be used itself as a sound economical process.

      • 벽시계틀 소재로 사용되는 목재와 플라스틱의 접착력 향상에 관한 연구

        Wood and plastic were used as elemental materials of the frame of clock. In this research, it was studied to improve adhesive strength between this materials by new adhesion process. Vinyl or acryl emulsion(H-403, H-422, Y-840, Y-850) was used as the adhesive. The adhesive properties was tested experimantally on various partial process including sanding, cleaning of sanded surface and pressing of bonded areas. The results obtained in this experiments were follows : 1) Y-850 represented most excellent adhesive properties. 2) The maximum of adhesive strength could be obtained by sanding with sand paper #600, pressing of 0.3∼0.5kg/㎠, and cleaning with acetone. In that case, increase of 20% in adhesive strength was showed than obtained by traditional process.
