ABSTRACT The trapezoidal drive DC brushless motor has the merits of high power rate and low cost over the sinusoidal drive one. The controller of trapezoidal drive DC brushless motor consists of the converter, in which the firing angle of SCR is controlled by the microprocessor, and the Inver- ter, in which the driving pulse are generated by the revolving shutter. This paper presents the microprocessor-based controller design which has the merits of high precision control, flexibility, and stability. 전 세계의 환경문제인 기후변화에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해 새로운 국가 비전인 저탄소 녹색도시을 견인할 수 있는 지역·권역별 녹색도시화 특성화 방안을 제시함으로서 기후변화에 대응할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 부산 원도심인 서구 충무동·남부민동의 풍부한 자연자원과 다양한 역사·문화자원을 활용한 저탄소 녹색성장과 환경보호를 양립시켜 새로운 성장동력과 지역경제 활성화로 도시재생방안을 마련한다. 녹색기술을 활용한 경사지 주거재생, 도심형 항만재생, 원도심 상권재생의 3대 목표를 설정하고 6대 핵심 전략을 중심으로 지속가능한 녹색도시를 조성한다. 서구 저탄소 녹색도시 선도사업에서 노후화된 주거시설을 개선하기 위한 하우스 프로젝트을 통해 지역성에 맞는 주거모델을 제시하고 친환경 기술요소를 이용하여 자체에너지 생산, 그린 인프라를 이용하여 생태복원 및 바람길을 연결하여 미기후 조절을 가능하게 한다. 그리고 도심형 항만재생에서는 공동어시장에 발생하는 유기성폐기물을 바이오매스시스템 구축을 통하여 바이오에너지를 생산하며 해양친수공간 조성과 천마산을 연결하는 그린네트워크를 형성하여 부산의 대표적인 저탄소 녹색성장 명품도시로 조성한다. By suggesting the green city characterization measure for each region and zone that can lead the low carbon green city which is a new national vision in order to actively cope with the climate change, the global environment issue, we aim to seek for the measure to build up low carbon green city suitable for local characteristics. With low carbon green growth and environment protection by using abundant natural resources and various historical/cultural resources in Seo-gu Chungmu-dong and Nambumin-dong, the old downtown of Busan, the city reclamation measure can be prepared based on a new growth driving force and local economic vitalization. It is a general measure related to easing and adapting to climate change like water circulation, including setting up the three main goals like reclamation of residence on slopes, urban ports and business districts in old downtown based on green technology, and the six core strategies like establishing system of carbon reduction through using low carbon energy, improving the transportation structure through introducing green traffic system, having water/resource circulation system through low carbon circulation resource, having green construction system through applying green technology and environmentfriendly materials, building up ecotype greens based on the carbon absorption system through management of greens and urban forest and creating green community through private and public green partnership. It is possible to control microclimate by connecting wind ways, restoring ecology through using green infrastructure and producing its own energy based on environment-friendly technical elements as also suggesting residental models suitable for local characteristics based on the house project to improve obsolete residential facilities with low carbon green city leading project in Seo-gu. For the urban port reclamation, bio-energy is produced by building up biomass system through organic waste generated in the joint fish market. As also forming waterfront and green network connecting with Mt. Cheonma, it can be the representative low carbon green growth city in Busan.

Goldman's Algorithm을 이용한 비외상성 흉통 환자의 분석

Back ground : It is important to evaluate the patient presenting with non-traumatic chest pain in emergency department, and it is also difficult to classify appropriately. The purpose of this study is to predict probability of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and assess the group for low probability of AMI that is target for observation-unit of chest pain in emergency department. Methods : A prospective, clinical study was performed from March 1998 to August 1998 at the department of emergency medicine, Ewha Womans University Mokdong hospital. We classified high-probability group and low-probability group of AMI according to Goldman's algorithm and then compared with the final diagnosis. Results : The study included 218 patients. 84 patients(39%) was the high-probability group and 134 patients(61%) was the low-probability group of AMI. As compared with final diagnosis, AMI was 47 patients(56%) among the high-probability group and 1 patient(0.7%) among the low-probability group. We observed sensitivity of 98%, specificity of 78% in predicting AMI. Conclusion : The classification according to Goldman's algorithm may be useful predictor of AMI and improve triage for emergency department patients with chest pain. It is also helpful for management of observation-unit of chest pain in emergency department.

체육교사의 교수전문성 리더십 개발

교육개혁에 대한 일련의 논의들은 교육개혁의 중요한 요소로 교사의 리더십을 지적하고 있다. 전통적으로 교사리더십은 효율적인 교수-학습과정에 초점을 맞춰 이해된 경향이 있다. 그러나 학교체육의 위기를 경험하고 있는 체육교사들에게는 더욱 다양한 영역에서의 리더십 발휘가 요구되어진다. 체육교사의 교수전문성 리더십이 중요하며 다음과 같은 리더십의 개발이 필요하다. 첫 번째는 초임교사를 위한 멘터 (mentor) 역할을 위한 리더십이다. 많은 초임교사들이 현실과 이론의 차이로 인해 현실충격 (reality shock)을 경험한다. 동료교사가 체계적으로 초임교사를 지원하는 프로그램을 운영하기는 어럽지만 학교 상황을 잘 아는 선임교사들이 초임교사의 적응과 교수전문성의 개발을 지원하는 리더십 발휘가 필요하다. 두 번째는 예비교사들을 위한 교사교육자 역할을 위한 리더십이다. 교육실습에 참여하는 예비교사들은 학생신분에서 교사신분으로 전환되는 과정 겪는 어려움 극복을 도와주어 잘 준비된 교사로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하는 교사의 리더십은 매우 중요하다. 세 번째는 교사연구자 역할을 위한 리더십이다. 지식 소비자로 인식되었던 교사가 현장 개선을 위한 지식 생산 연구자 역할을 하는 리더십이 필요하다. 체육교사가 발휘해야 할 리더십의 영역 확대에 대한 이해와 함께 리더십을 적절하게 발휘할 수 있는 능력을 개발하기 위한 교사교육 프로그램의 변화에 대한 진지한 고려가 필요하겠다. The discussion about educational reform point out continuously that the critical component of educational reform is the teacher leadership. Traditionally, teacher's leadership was understood on the focus of effective implementation of teaching and learning process. However, more utilization of teacher's leadership are required to physical educators who face the crisis of school physical education. The leadership of physical educator's teaching expertise is critical to the reform of school physical education Physical educator have to exert more leadership to playas mentor for beginning teachers. large portion of beginning teachers have experienced the gap between theory and practice which Veenman coined term as reality shock. Physical educator also playa role of school based teacher educator for student teachers to help them to become well prepared teachers. The last is that physical educator should exhibit leadership as researcher. Physical educators are not just consumer of knowledge from university researcher, but are important producer of knowledge. The more understanding about leadership roles of physical educators also call for more consideration about revision of teacher education program.

J. M. 쿳시의 소설에 나타난 공동체의 정치학 : 인종주의와 자유주의를 넘어 Beyond Apartheid and Liberalism

J. M. Coetzee is often blamed for his alleged adoption of a liberal aesthetics, which, according to critics, has caused his novel to represent "a retreat from a commitment to political solutions." The diverse accusations against Coetzee are summed up in Nadine Gordimer's criticism that Coetzee excludes "social destiny" from his work of art. This study, however, directs attention to the critique of both Afikaner regime and white liberals embedded in Waiting for the Barbarians and Age of Icon. Coetzee uses liberal whites as the protagonists of his works; however, this employment of a white liberal voice is intended as exposing the inadequacy of white liberalism as an alternative to racism. For instance, in Waiting for the Barbarians, Coetzee, through the perspective of his liberal white hero, brings to the fore the inadequacy of liberal whites as an agent of bringing forth substantial changes against the naked militancy of an imperial regime. In Age of Iron, Coetzee, through the political awakening of Mrs. Curren, exposes liberal whites' complicity in racial crimes and highlights the need for their sacrifice and negation of a white identity. For instance, Mrs. Curren, bravely abandoning the comforts of bourgeois life, puts her life in danger in protest against police violence. This call for sacrifice is what, this study asserts, distinguishes Coetzee's political stance from liberalism. As Wolfgang Palaver argues, liberalism, which "can be characterized by its rejection of sacrifice," prioritizes the inviolability of the individual over anything, including the communal good and justice. The conclusion of this study is that Coetzee's novel has a vision going beyond liberalism and towards a genuine community which the author once called "a pool in which differnces wash away."
