      • 유전적 알고리즘을 이용한 근거리 통신망의 위상 설계

        최근에 많은 기업체에서 네트워크 설계 분야에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 논문에서 Star-Ring LAN(Local Area Network)상에서 허브(HUB)의 할당과 경로 선택 문제를 취급한다. Star-Ring LAN의 설계는 1)허브들과 사용자 노드 즉, 컴퓨터들간의 연결,2)허브들간의 경로 선택 문제로 나눌 수 있다. 여기서 제안한 수학적 모델은 허브의 설치 비용과 각 노드에서 트래픽의 전송 지연 시간을 고려한다. 그리고, 최적 해를 탐색하기 위하여 경험적 탐색 방법의 하나인 유전 알고리즘(GA:Genetic Algorithm)을 설계한다. 끝으로 본 논문에서 제안된 유전 알고리즘의 성능을 검증하기 위하여 하나의 수치 예를 보인다. Recently, many people are interested in the field of network design again as we know that Intranet environment based on LAN(Local Area Network) is often implemented at many companies. In this paper, we deal with HUB allocation and routing problem on Star-Ring LAN. The design of Star-Ring LAN is divided into two level problems; 1) connecting between HUBs and user nodes(i.e,computers), and 2) routing between HUBs, and delay time due to communication traffic at each node should be considered as the important factors. Also, we investigate GA(genetic Algorithm) as heuristic method to search the optimal solution. Lastly we suow a numerical example to demonstrate good performances of tje proposed method.

        최근에 많은 기업체에서 LAN(Local Area Network)을 기반으로 하는 인터넷 환경을 구축하는 예가 종종 보고되어 지는 것을 보면 네트워크 설계분야에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 논문에서, Star-Ring LAN상에서 HUB의 할당과 경로 선택 문제를 취급한다.       • 솔-젤법에 의한 Nb_2O_5-Fe_2O_3 혼합산화물의 제조 및 산 특성조사

        In this study, some of results from a study conducted on the preparation of niobium coated hematite particles to be used as a catalyst are presented.α-Fe_2O_3 (hematite) particles obtained by aging an acidic solution of ferric(Ⅲ) ions at high temperature were first prepared as core particles and synthesised by hydrolysis at high temperature with layers of amorphous niobium pentaoxide (Nb_2O_5) deposited by the hydrolysis of niobium pentachloride. The effects of varying molecular ratio of Nb/Fe (10/1, 5/1, 1/2, 1/5, 1/10) were studied. The synthesised particles were characterized for their physical and chemical properties using XRD, SEM, TPD, BET etc. The process of the surface coating showed heterocoagulation rather than surface nucleation and growth. A preliminary investigation of the acidic characterization and specific surface area of the synthesised particles showed that these particles can achieve an acidic characteristic changed and enhanced specific surface area of that of pure niobia and α-Fe_2O_3 prepared here.

        적조생물구제농도의 Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl)의 노출에 따른 조피볼락 및 바지락의 조직학적 영향

        In a previous study by Kim et al. (2000), sodium hypochlorite (NaOCI) has been demonstrated to be effective against algae that cause red tides. To secure the environmental safety of the chemical in practical use, effect of NaOC1, at concentrations. required for algicidal activity, on the histology of rockfish and little neck clam was examined. When the animals were exposed to NaOCI at concentrations of 0.5 or 2 ppm for I hr, there was no exposure-associated histological change in either animal. As the experimental exposure condition was set in consideration of the use, our results provide safety information necessary for practical application to marine fields.

      • 벼 자동화 육묘시설에서 적정 파종기와 묘대기간의 선정

        The purpose of this study was carried out to determine the optimum sowing date and days after sowing (DAS) in automatic facility located at Uiseong of Gyeoungbuk province. The seedling height was rapidly increased with a delay of sowing time from April to May. The 10-day old seedlings with suitable plant height(>10cm) for machine transplanting in the facility were obtained when the seeds sowed after May 20 at Uiseong in Gyeoungbuk province. The dry weight-height ratio of 10-day old seedlings was significantly decreased when the seeds sowed after June 20, and 15-days old seedlings did after May 10. No. of panicles/hill was reduced with increasing of days after seeding. But there were no significant difference among other yield components such as no. of grains/panicle, ratio of ripened grains, and 1,000 grain weight. The highest grain yield, 748kg/10a, was attained from the 10-day old seedlings transplanted at May 27 in comparision with those of 15-day and 20-day old seedlings. The grain yield of 10-day old seedlings transplanted at June 26 was also higher than that of 15-day old seedlings.

        The aluminum nitride was synthesized by the self-propagating high temperature synthesis(SHS). The synthesis was used Aluminum powder mixed with AIN power as reactant and the control factors affected to synthesis were considered compect density, pressure of reaction gas, AIN diluent content and aluminum powder size. In this study, the formation mechanism of AIN synthesized by SHS was studied on order to obtain uniform AIN powder size and morpholigy. Based on the morphology of AIN synthesized and the calculation of the temperature of Al Powder as a function of AlN layer thickness, the formation mechanism of AlN was proposed.

      • 急性骨髓性 白血病에서의 試驗管內 集落細胞 形成에 관한 연구

        To evaluate the in vitro granulocyte-macrophage colony formation in acute myfloblastic leukemia and the prognostic implications of these results, the author performed the in vitro agar culture of bone marrow cells in 10 patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) and 5 control subjects. Culture medium was composed of 20% fetal calf serum(FCS), 50% Iscove's medium, 0.3% agar, 10% colony stimulation factor (CSF), and 2 × 10 exp (5) cells/ml. Human placental conditioned medium (HPCM) and phytohemagglutinin-leukocyte conditioned medium (PHA-LCM) were used as colony stimulating factor. Colony counting was done on 7th day of culture. Colony was defi ned as containg 20 or more cells, and cluster was defined as containing 3-19 cells. The results were as followings, 1. In control subjects, the number of clusters formed was 3-47/2 × 10 exp (5) cells (20±19)and that of colonies was 5-24/2 × 10 exp (5) cells (14±9) when stimulated with HPCM. When stimulated with PHA-LCM, the number of clusters formed 5-39/2 × 10 exp (5) cells(18±16) and that of colonies was 6-13/2 × 10 exp (5) cells (9±3). 2. In AML patients, 3 groups were recognized according to pattern of colony formation: 1) non-forming 2) cluster forming 3) both cluster and colony forming. Of 10 cases, 5 cases Were `non-forming', 2 cases were `cluster forming'; and 3cases wer cluster and `colony forming'; 3. All 5 cases 'non-forming' cases, one of 2 cases of `cluster forming'; and none of 3 cases of `cluster and colony forming' achieved complete remission. So, there was significa nt difference in remission rate in the different growth types. These results suggest that granulopoiesis in AML patients is impaired and the pattern of in vitro CFU-L(colony forming unit-leukemia) formation has prognostic significance.
