F2C 환경에서 도커 레지스트리를 이용한 서비스 상호운용 구현

F2C(Fog-to-Cloud) 환경에서 클라우드와 포그는 긴밀하게 협업하여, 동적으로 작용하며 서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 클라우드/서버 컴퓨팅에서 클라우드 서버 중심의 단방향 서비스 이미지 배포 대신에 레지스트리를 이용하여 클라우드, 포그, 그리고 에지까지 서비스 이미지를 배포 가능하게 하여, 동적인 서비스 상호운용이 가능한 시스템을 제안하였다. 또한, 클라우드, 포그에 레지스트리 이미지를 설치하고, 서비스 이미지 등록을 통해 서비스 배포, 실행되는 시스템을 구현하였다.

<P>Schizophrenia is a hereditary disease that approximately 1% of the worldwide population develops. Many studies have investigated possible underlying genes related to schizophrenia. Recently, clinical studies suggested sterol regulatory element‐binding protein (SREBP) as a susceptibility gene in patients with schizophrenia. SREBP controls cellular lipid homeostasis by three isoforms: SREBP‐1a, SREBP‐1c and SREBP‐2. This study used SREBP‐1c knockout (KO) mice to examine whether a deficiency in SREBP‐1c would affect their emotional and psychiatric behaviors. Altered mRNA expression in genes downstream from SREBP‐1c was confirmed in the brains of SREBP‐1c KO mice. Schizophrenia‐like behavior, including hyperactivity during the dark phase, depressive‐like behavior, aggressive behavior and deficits in social interaction and prepulse inhibition, was observed in SREBP‐1c KO mice. Furthermore, increased volume of the lateral ventricle was detected in SREBP‐1c KO mice. The mRNA levels of several γ‐aminobutyric acid (GABA)‐receptor subtypes and/or glutamic acid decarboxylase 65/67 decreased in the hippocampus and medial prefrontal cortex of SREBP‐1c KO mice. Thus, SREBP‐1c deficiency may contribute to enlargement of the lateral ventricle and development of schizophrenia‐like behaviors and be associated with altered GABAergic transmission.</P>

인공지능(AI)이 산업 분야를 막론하고 차세대 시장을 주도할 핵심 키워드로 평가받게 되면서 인공지능 개발에 필수적인 데이터의 중요성도 함께 부각되고 있다. 데이터를 바탕으로 스스로 학습을 거듭해 진화하는 인공지능 모델에 있어 양질의 데이터셋 확보는 학습 효율을 결정짓는 요소이기도 하다. 데이터 어노테이션(Data Annotation)은 기본적으로 이미지 처리에서, 훈련할 수 있게 라벨링 하는 것을 뜻하지만, 단순 라벨링 뿐만 아니라 이미지를 세분하여 박싱(boxing)을 하고 각각에 대한 어노데이트 하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 학습데이터를 검수하고 데이터 라벨링을 딥러닝 기술을 활용해 개선된 학습데이터 구축 시스템을 제안한다. AI is considered the main key to lead the next-generation markets order regardless of industries and also the data became the main factor to develop AI solutions. Securing high-quality datasets in artificial intelligence models that are evolving by self-learning based on data is also a factor that determines learning efficiency. Data Annotation basically means labeling to train in image processing, however, not only simple labeling but it is necessary to box and annotate images by segmenting them. In this paper, we propose an improved learning data construction system by examining the learning data and using deep learning technology for data labeling.

Background: The recent COVID-19 pandemic is one of the worst disease outbreaks of the 21th century. Due to a lack of reliable antiviral therapeutics, wearing face masks is recommended to prevent airborne infection originating from virus-contaminated bioaerosols. Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate the filtration efficiencies of face masks that are commercially available in South Korea for a biological aerosol of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and murine coronavirus, a well-known surrogate for human coronaviruses. Methods: We collected six different kinds of commercial masks: two Korea Filter (KF)94 (KF94-1, KF94-2) masks, one surgical (Surgical-1) mask, one anti-droplet (KF-AD-1) mask, and two dust (Dust-1, Dust-2) face masks. S. aureus (ATCC 6538), a well-performing test bacteria and murine coronavirus (ATCC VR-764) were prepared under a suitable culture condition. Then, a mask biological filtration tester was used to examine the microbial filtration efficiencies of masks. Test microorganisms were quantitatively measured via cultivation methods and microbial filtration efficiencies were calculated appropriately. Results: All face masks showed over 99.6% filtration efficiency for S. aureus or murine coronavirus. There were no significant differences among the bacterial filtration efficiencies of the face masks. KF94-1 (99.97±0.08%) and Dust-1 mask (99.97±0.07%) showed the highest (over 99.9%) filtration efficiency for murine coronavirus. KF94-1 or Dust-1 masks showed a significant virus filtration efficiency compared to Surgical-1 mask (p<0.05; Mann-Whitney U test). Conclusions: All the commercially available face masks used in this study can filter S. aureus or murine coronavirus in bioaerosols efficiently, regardless of the mask type. Therefore, our results suggest that wearing a certified face mask is a reliable means to prevent the transmission of infectious airborne diseases via biological aerosols.
숙의를 통한 비판과학 관점의 통합 지향적 가정교과 교육과정 개발

This study developed an integrative curriculum design plan for Home Economics through a deliberation method. This study established a research framework to integrate the deliberation models of Schwab, Walker, and Reid that inherited the intellectual tradition of curriculum deliberation along with the practical reasoning process of Brown and Paolucci from a critical science perspective. The practical research problem was formulated as “What should be done to develop a Home Economics integrative curriculum?” To address this practical research problem, deliberation with deliberators of each small, medium, and large groups was processed for the development of integrative curriculum design plans. An initial proposal was developed from small group deliberation processes. An initial proposal was examined and an alternative plan was developed from medium group deliberation processes. An alternative plan and its consequence were re-examined from large group deliberation processes. The authors finalized a proposal organized on four valued ends of self-formation, intersubjectivity, social action, and life skills. A practical problem focused integrative curriculum was developed and proposed to pursue the four valued ends. The suggested final practical problem focused curriculum demonstrates the power of Home Economics to contribute to the advancement of individuals, families, and society as well as the practical empowerment of students.

<P>We report the synthesis of a well-defined hyperbrancheddoublehydrophilic block copolymer of poly(ethylene oxide)-<I>hyperbranched</I>-polyglycerol (PEO-<I>hb</I>-PG) to develop an efficientdrug delivery system. In specific, we demonstrate the hyperbranchedPEO-<I>hb</I>-PG can form a self-assembled micellar structureon conjugation with the hydrophobic anticancer agent doxorubicin,which is linked to the polymer by pH-sensitive hydrazone bonds, resultingin a pH-responsive controlled release of doxorubicin. Dynamic lightscattering, atomic force microscopy, and transmission electron microscopydemonstrated successful formation of the spherical core–shelltype micelles with an average size of about 200 nm. Moreover, thepH-responsive release of doxorubicin and in vitro cytotoxicity studiesrevealed the controlled stimuli-responsive drug delivery system desirablefor enhanced efficiency. 대학에서의 메타버스 플랫폼 활용 가정과 수업 개발 및 운영 사례

본 연구의 목적은 메타버스 플랫폼 활용 가정과 수업을 설계하고 적용하여 예비 가정과교사들의 디지털 리터러시를 향상시키는데 있다. 이를 위해 예비 가정과교사를 위한 ‘가정교재연구 및 지도법’ 수업 중 6차시를 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 수업으로 설계하여 적용하여 효과성을 분석하였다. 먼저 분석단계에서는 메타버스 플랫폼과 연계한 수업 가능성을 탐색하고, 대학에서 적용가능한 메타버스 플랫폼 활용수업 사례를 분석하였다. 설계와 개발 단계에서는 다양한 메타버스 플랫폼에서 가정교재연구 및 지도법 수업의 TBL, 토의수업, 문제해결수업을 운영하였다. 평가 단계에서는 수업만족도에 대한 설문조사 결과를 실시하여 사전 조사와 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대부분의 학습자가 메타버스 플랫폼 활용 수업에 대해 수업 만족도가 높았고, 학습자-교수자 간 상호작용과 실제 수업사례의 실재감 부분에서 수업의 효과성이 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 다양한 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 가정과 수업이 개발되고 학교현장에서 적용되어 수업의 실재성을 높일 수 있는 기회로 확산되길 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to improve the digital literacy of pre-service home economics education teachers by designing and applying ‘teaching materials and methods of home economics education’ class using the Metaverse platform in virtual classes during the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, six lessons of the ‘Teaching Materials and Methods of Home Economics Education’ classes were designed and applied as a class using the Metaverse platform, and the effectiveness was analyzed. In this study, three types of classes(TBL, discussion, and PBL) were developed and evaluated. The results of the study showed that most of the learners were satisfied with the classes utilizing the Metaverse platform, and the effectiveness of the classes was shown in terms of learner-instructor interaction and the realism of actual classroom cases. Based on these results, it is expected that various home economics education classes utilizing metaverse platforms will be developed and applied to school sites to increase the realism of lessons.
