This study was planned to analyze amino acids in the entorhinal cortex of dorsal and ventral hippocampectomized rats by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Male albino rats were used. Under chloral hydrate anesthesia (20%, 2 ㎖/㎏ body weight), a hole was made in each parietal bone about 4 mm lateral to the sagittal suture, and 4 mm rostral to the lambda suture. The cortical tissue on each side was removed and, through this opening, the hippocampal tissue anterodorsal and posteroventral to the hippocampal flexures on both sides was removed by aspiration. This preparation served as the dorsal and the ventral hippocampal animals, respectively. The cortical control animal received the same surgery short of hippocampectomy. The normal rats served as normal control animal. One week later, the animals were sacrificed by decapitation in the cold room. Two to three milligrams of tissue was obtained from the entorhinal cortex in one side of the brain. The tissue samples were homogenized and centrifuged. Then content of each amino acid was measured by HPLC from the brain tissue. 1) The contents of aspartate were decreased significantly more in the dorsal and ventral hippocampal groups than in the normal and the cortical control groups, while there were no significant differences between the 2 hippocampal and 2 control groups. 2) The contents of glutamate were decreased significantly more in the dorsal hippocampal group than in the normal and the cortical control groups. The contents of glutamate were increased significantly more in the ventral hippocampal group than in the dorsal hippocampal, the normal control, and cortical control groups. while there was no significant difference between the 2 control groups. It is inferred from the above mentioned results that glutamate and aspartate of many amino acids may he used as a excitatory transmitter in entorhinal cortex, and that the dorsal hippocampus may be facilitatory to the entorhinal cortex, but the ventral hippocampus would be inhibitory/facilitatory to the cortex.

This study developed of contents that divide application of sport for all to prevent juvenile delinquency through records consideration. These contents arrived at the conclusion like that, throughout first, the function and the part of sport for all, second, the present condition of Korean teenagers, third, the actual condition of juvenile delinquency, forth, the meaning of teenagers sports activity, fifth, the part that sport for all have effect on teenagers, sixth the preventation of juvenile delinquency an the analysis of device through sport for all. An adolescent period is the most important time that make sure physical strength for life and base of health like an aspect of mental and physical development. It cannot expect such a strong physical desire to only activity of school physical education. It is very desirable that practice sound physical education for mental and physical development. Therefore, they can arrange the foundation that carry on rich life and feeling diversion-throughout solution of lack of exercise, improvement of physical strength, strengthening of relationships among human beings, cultivation of positive and progressive attitude, social participation as taking part in physical activityspontaneously. Therefore, these are preventation of juvenile delinquency and plan of guiding aright through sports activity of sport for all.

Recreation and leisure participation has been measured by time, Inpenditure, and value. Each measure has been weighted to yield at least ordinal camparison among leisure activities. These measures appear to have been developed for particular research enterprises without having been subjected to systematic camparison. ZnSe 단결정에 대한 열자극 발광과 열자극 전류의 동시측정

두 종류의 ZnSe 분말을 사용하여 sublimation 방법으로 성장한 ZnSe 단결정(as grown)에 대하여 TSC와 TSL을 동시 측정하였으며, PL과 DLTS를 측정하였다. PL 측정으로 I_1, I_2와 DAP 발광을 관측하였으며 DLTS에 의한 깊은준위를 관측하였다. TSL과 TSC의 동시 측정으로부터 얻은 그로우 곡선을 점근 해법으로 분해하여 세개의 준위를 얻었으며 그들의 활성화에너지값은 0.22 eV, 0.30 eV, 0.39 eV이었다. PL spectrum과 열자극 완화과정의 동시 측정 결과로부터 0.22 eV 근방에 impurity에 의한 주게준위와 native defect에 의한 받게준위가 각각 전도대의 아래와 가전자대의 위에 존재하는 것으로 판명되었다. DLTS 측정과 동시측정 결과로부터 0.30 eV와 0.39 eV의 준위는 V_se vacancy와 관련되는 주게 준위임을 알았다. Simultaneous measurements of TSL were carried out on ZnSe single crystals grown by high pressure Bridgman technique and the PL and DLTS signals were observed. Photoluminescence spectrum at 10 K on the ZnSe crystal reveals I_1 and I_2 lines, as well as DAP emission line. DLTS spectrum on the ZnSe crystal show electron trap at 0.33 eV. Two TSC and TSL peaks were observed near 215 K and 230 K, which are identified as having originated from two donor trap levels at 0.30 eV and 0.39 eV, respectively, below the bottom of the conduction band. We also observed single TSL and TSC peaks at 150 K which were identified as having originated from a donor and acceptor trap levels at about 0.22 eV below the conduction band and over the top of the valence band, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to compare the characterists and change in physique and physical function by college student of physical education major(287males and 40 females of age groups ranging from 18 to 26). The results were as following; 1) The characteristics of physique and physical function by sex and age. ① The male group of 18yrs old showed higher values in Height, Weight, Upper Limb Length, Strength, Flexibility, and Vital Capacity than any other groups, but female group showed lower values in Height, Weight, Chest Girth, Lower Limb Length, Thigh, Girth, Calf Girth and all of the Physical function. ② The male group of 19yrs old showed high values in power and Agility, then female group showed in Strength and Flexibility. ③ The male group of 20yrs old showed the lower values in Weight, Waist Girth, Upper Limb Length, Fore Arm Girth, Thigh Girh.Calf Girth, Vital Capacity, and female group are very lowed in Upper Arm Lenght, Fore Arm Length, Skin Fold Thickness and 5 minute Run. ④ The male group of 23yrs old showed the high values in Upper Arm Girth, Fore Arm Girth and Balance, and then female group higher in Weight, Chest Girth, Waist Girth, Upper Arm Girth, Fore Arm Girth, Thigh Girth, Power, Shuttle Run, Balance and vital capacity than any other age Groups. ⑤ In male group, Chest Girth, and Blood Pressure were significantly related, and Side Step and Trunk Extension were nagatively related to the age at 0.1% level, and then in female group, Sargent Jump, Standing Long Jump and Vital Capacity were showed a significantly related at 0.5% level. 2) The difference of physique and physical function between male and female by age. ① Everage difference in whole physique items except skinfold thickness was 9.8%, and that 21.1% in all of physical function except Trunk Flextion between male and female group subjects. ② About the ages, the 18yrs old male group showed the 22.8% higher values of 26 items, but 22yrs old male group were about 12.2% in 23 items, thus it is very lower than any other groups. 3) The difference of physique and physical function between General group and physical education group in age-matched. ① In the physique male physical education groups showed about 7% higher in Weight, Chest Girth, Upper Limb Length, Upper Arm Girth, Thigh Girth, and female group showed about 7% higher in Weight and Upper Limb Length. ② In the physical function, Trunk Flextion, 5 minute Run, and Blood Pressure(Diastolic) were about 8% high values in whole group, and female group showed about 8% higher in Standing Long Jump, Shuttle Run, and Trunk Extension. ③ In 22yrs old male and female physical education group were very dominated in physique and physical function than the other age group against the general group.
