      • 중등학생의 구강보건에 대한 의식행태 조사연구

        The enlightenment by means of the dental health education is important in the prevention and control of the dental disease, and it is directly related to the prolonged dental health that the dental health education and effective dental hygiene control in the period of dental caries and periodicities are progressing. So, To offer the frame of education course and goal setting in the make-up of planning school dental health project, the knowledge and attitude to the dental health in the middle and high school student, male and female, 600, are surveyed. The result is as following. 1. The 71.8% students of the participants have toothbrush in a day, two times, and the female to male, the high school students to middle school students have many. 2. The periodicities factor(30.3%) is first problem in the chief complaints and following dental caries (16.0%) is trauma(7.3%). The 76.5% of all participants had experienced dental caries, especially female high school students as first(82.7%). Also, the 16.0% of all participants have experienced dental caries. 3. The ratio of periodical dental examination is higher, middle school student than high school student, and the ratio of dental caries and periodicities, vice versa. Middle school students have more dental health education in school, and high school students have more insight the education necessity from the school dental health specialist. 4. The chief purpose of sustaining dental hygiene is preventing dental caries and periodicities, the next is preventing foul breath and saving expense. And have statistical significant difference between male and female in high school students. 5. Middle school students think that the best important factor to sustaining dental health is tooth brushing, but high school students think that the periodical dental examination is first. 6. They have the correct knowledge that to preventing dental caries, periodical dental examination and proper tooth brushing. But the less than half of them did not know fact that the use of fluorine is effective in preventing dental caries, and have statistical significant difference between male and female in middle school studnets. 7. The 70.0% of the participants have the insight that scaling is effective to preventing periodicities, but the 84.2% of the participants have the wrong knowledge that the side effect of scaling is problematic. 8. All of the participants have no information that the use of floss is helpful to preventing periodicities. 9. The more than half have low dental health score, statistical difference and interaction effect is appeared in the degree between degree and sex.

      • 표고버섯의 저장성 연장에 관한 연구

        저농도의 산소를 함유한 기체조성(G108)과 고농도의 이산화탄소를 함유한 기체조성(G604)을 이용하여 표고버섯의 저장성 연장 효과를 평가하였다. 표고버섯을 실온(22°C)과 냉장저장(4°C)으로 나누어 저장하면서 중량감소율, pH 변화, 색도(L값), PPO 활성, 유리아미노산 함량을 측정하였다. 실온저장 대조군은 7일 경과 후 중량이 6.3%까지 감소하였으나, G108군과 G604군은 각각 3.0%, 3.2% 감소하였다. pH는 실온저장 대조군에서는 저장 3일째 급격히 감소하다가 7일에는 크게 상승하였다. 반면에 G108과 G604군에서는 pH 변화가 3일까지 변화가 없다가 7일에는 감소하였다. L값은 실온저장 3일에 대조군이 46.4인 반면, G108과 G6O4군은 7일에 각각 76.1, 76.6이었다. 냉장저장 시 대조군의 중량은 7일부터 감소하기 시작하여 35일에는 39.0%까지 감소하였으나, G108과 G6O4군에서는 42일까지 각각 3.1%, 3.0% 감소하였다. 대조군의 pH는 저장 21일까지 크게 감소하다가 증가하기 시작하여 저장 35일째에는 크게 상승하였다. 반면에 G108과 G604군에서는 저장 42일까지 pH변화가 거의 일어나지 않았다. 냉장저장 시 대조군의 L값은 14일 경과 후 큰 폭으로 떨어졌지만, G108군과 G6O4군은 42일까지 별로 감소하지 않았다. PPO 활성은 대조군에서는14일부터는 크게 증가하였으나 G108과 G604 모두 저장 42일까지 거의 증가하지 않았다또한 유리 아미노산 함량도 대조군에서는 크게 감소하였으나 기체치환군에서는 그 감소율이 크게 지연되었다. 이상의 결과로 표고버섯의 저장 시 기체치환으로 버섯의 호흡을 억제함으로써 버섯의 저장성을 연장시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 실온저장 시 대조군은 1일부터 각종 품질 변화가 일어나는 반면에, 기체치환저장은 3일까지 변화가 일어나지 않았으며, 냉장저장 시에는 대조군이 3일경부터 품질 변화가 일어나는데, 기체치환저장은 14일까지 품질의 큰 변화가 없음을 알 수 있었다. The prolongation of shelf-life of oak mushroom(Lentius edodes) using low oxygen concentration(G108) and high carbon dioxide concentration(G604) was evaluated. The weight loss, pH change, colour(L value), PPO activities and free amino acid contents were measured during 7 days at 22"C or during 42 days at 4'c storage. During 22"C storage the weight loss rate of control was 6.3% at 7 days, but that of G108 and G6O4 were 3.0% and3.2% at 7 days respectively. The pH of control was decreased at 3 days, but increased thereafter, However The pH of G108 and G6O4 were not changed during 3 days and were decreased thereafter. The colour (L value) of control was 46.4 at 3 days, but that of G108and G604 were 76.1, 76.6 during 7 days respectively. During 4"C storage the weigh loss rate of control was 39.0% at 35 days, but that of G108 and G6O4 were little changed during 42 days. The pH of control was decreased at 21 days, but increased after 35 days. The pH of G108 and G604 were not changed during 42 days. The colour (L value) of control was highly decreased at 14 days, but that of G108 and G6O4 were little changed during 42 days. Also, PPO activities of control were continually increased from 14 days, that of G108 and G6O4 however were little changed during 42 days. The contents of free amino acids of control were decreased continuously, but their decreasing rate was delayed in the groups of modified atmosphere packaging. These results suggested that the shelf-life of oak mushroom was prolonged by inhibiting the respiration of that using the modified atmosphere packaging. During 22'c storage the qualities of control were not changed at 1 days, but that of G108 and G6O4 were not changed during 3 days. Also during 4f storage the qualities of control were not changed at 3 days, but that of G108and G6O4 were not changed during 14 days.

        조직 표면에서의 베타선 흡수선량 측정

        외삽형 전리함을 사용하여 90Sr+90Y(1.65mCi) 베타선원에 대해 교정점 30cm 거리에서 조직표면의 흡수선량을 측정하였다. 이때 흡수선량 측정에 영향을 주는 유효단면적, 입사창 감쇠율, 극성효과, 이온 재결합율 등의 보정인자를 분석하였다. 이들 인자를 보정한 후의 조직표면의 흡수선량은 1.4939μGy/sec(±2.9%)로 평가되었다. Beta ray(90Sr+90Y) absorbed dose at tissue surface was measured from the distance of 30cm by use of extrapolation chamber. In the measurement, following factors were considered : effective area of collecting electrode, polarity effect, ion recombination and window attenuation. The measured absorbed dose rate at tissue surface was 1.4939μGy/sec with ±2.9%.

        The objective of this paper is to derive a philosophy of management to survive in the severe competition. In order to derive this philosophy I drew upon the history of survival in nature. It would be inaccurate to view business corporations as like living creatures in nature. Thus, this paper does not try to make a wholesale analogy from nature to business. This paper only adopts the central ideas from the history of nature, such as the survival of the fittest and the strategies for symbiosis. As for research methodology, this paper relies on logical reasoning and elaborate analysis of cases. Through this methodology this paper developed a formula in the form of mathematical inequalities for business leaders to refer to in order to survive in competition. The inequalities were derived as follows. This paper assumed that a consumer will buy a product only if he or she feels that the value (V) that he or she feels for the product is larger than the price (P) of the product. If this condition is expressed in terms of an inequality, it is as follows: Product Value (V) > Product Price (P) (1) On the other hand, a company can survive and prosper only if the price it charges to the consumer for a product is larger than the cost (C) for producing it. This condition can be expressed as the following inequality: Product Price (P) > Product Cost (C) (2) If we combine the consumer’s position, or Inequality (1), with the company’s position, or Inequality (2), the following is established. Product Value (V) > Product Price (P) > Product Cost (C) (3) Finally, this paper identified three basic traits that managers need to possess in order to satisfy the inequalities.

      • 기체치환포장을 이용한 팽이버섯의 저장성 연장에 관한 연구

        저농도의 산소를 함유한 기체조성(G108)과 고농도의 이산화탄소를 함유한 기체조성(G604)을 이용하여 팽이버섯의 저장성 연장을 평가하였다. 팽이버섯을 실온(16℃)과 냉장저장(4℃)으로 나누어 저장하면서 중량감소률, pH 변화, 자루 신장률, PPO활성을 측정하였다. 실온저장 대조군은 14일 경과 후 중량이 16.3%까지 감소하였으나, 기체치환 저장군에서는 14일 경과 후 각각 3.5%, 2.0% 감소하였다. pH는 실온저장 대조군에서는 저장 3일째부터 감소하다가 7일째부터 증가하기 시작하여 저장 14일째에는 크게 상승하였다. 반면에 G108과 G604군에서는 pH변화가 거의 일어나지 않았다. 팽이버섯의 자루 신장률은 실온저장 3일에 37.6%, 10일에는 69.5%인 반면, G108과 G604군에서는 14일 기간 동안 신장률이 4.5%, 4.0% 였다. PPO 활성은 대조군에서는 3일째부터 지속적으로 증가하였으나 G108과 G604 모두 7일까지 증가가 일어나지 않았다. 냉장저장 시 대조군의 중량은 3일부터 감소하기 시작하여 28일에는 36.6%까지 감소하였으나, G108과 G604군에서는 28일까지 각각 2.1%, 2.0% 감소하였다. 대조군의 pH 변화는 저장 3일째부터 감소하다가 14일째부터 증가하기 시작하여 저장 28일째에는 크게 상승하였다. 반면에 G108과 G604군에서는 저장 28일까지 pH변화가 거의 일어나지 않았다. 냉장저장 시 자루 신장률은 28일 경과 후 대조군은 5.0%의 신장을 보였지만, G108군과 G604군에서는 각각 1.7%, 1.5% 신장하였다. PPO 활성은 대조근에서는 3일째부터 조금씩 증가하다가 21일부터는 크게 증가하였으나 G108과 G604 모두 저장 28일까지 거의 증가하지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 팽이버섯의 저장시 기체치환으로 버섯의 호흡을 억제함으로써 버섯의 저장성을 연장시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 실온저장 시 대조군은 3일부터 각종 품질변화가 일어나는 반면에, 기체치환저장은 14일까지 변화가 일어나지 않았으며, 냉장저장 시에는 대조군이 7일경부터 품질변화가 일어나는데, 지체치환저장은 28일까지 큰 변화가 없음을 알 수 있었다. The prolongation of shelf-life of winter mushroom(Flammulina velutipes) using low oxygen concentration(G108) and high carbon dioxide concentration(G604) was evaluated. The weight loss, pH change, stipe elongation and PPO activities were measured during 14 days at 16℃ or during 28 days at 4℃ storage. During 16℃ storage the weigh loss rate of control was 16.3% at 14 days, but that of G108 and G604 were 3.5% and 2.0% at 14 days respectively. The pH of control was decreased at 3 days, but increased after 7 days. However the pH of G108 and G604 were not changed during 14 days. The stipe elongation of control was 37.6% at 3 days and to 69.5% at 10 days, but the stipe of G108 and G604 were grown 4.5%, 4.0% during 14 days. Also, PPO activities of control were increased during 14 days, however that of G108 and G604 were not changed during 7 days. During 4℃ storage the weigh loss rate of control was 36.6% at 28 days, but that of G108 and G604 were little changed during 28 days. The pH of control was decreased at 3 days, but increased after 14 days. The pH of G108 and G604 were not changed during 28 days. The stipe elongation of control was 5.0% at 28 days, but the stipe of G108 and G604 were respectively 1.7% and 1.5% during 28 days. Also, PPO activities of control were continually increased during 28 days, that of G108 and G604 however were little changed during 28 days. These results suggested that the shelf-life of winter mushroom was prolonged by inhibiting the respiration of that using the modified atmosphere packaging. During 16℃ storage the qualities of control were not changed at 3 days, but that of G108 and G604 were not changed during 14 days. Also during 4℃ storage the qualities of control were not changes at 7 days, but that of G108 and G604 were not changed 28 days.

      • 出力 時間遲延이 있는 離散時間 線型 시스템의 最適出力 饋還器

        This paper considers the problem of designing optimal output-feedback controller for discrete-time linear time-invariant systems with time delayed output. The new control law is defined by instantaneous output and time delayed output. The output responses were more improved by the new control law than that of the instantaneous output control law. To analyze the systems with time delayed output, the way is presented that transforms output time delayed systems into instantaneous output systems. The algorithm for simulation and a numerical example is presented.

      • 철근콘크리트교의 신뢰성 및 안전도 평가

        본 연구는 총 기대비용 최소화기법에 의한 실용적이고 현실적인 해석모형을 제시하는데에 그 목적이 있으며, 주요목적중에 하나로서 철근콘크리트교량의 현장시험과 조사결과에 의해 도출된 저항계수(RF)라는 평가항목에 의해 현재 철근콘크리트부재들에 안전한 평가와 내하력을 결정하는데에 있다. 총기대비용최소화기법은 가정된 모델들의 신뢰성해석에 사용되며, 가정한 신뢰성모델과 신뢰성해석방법은 철근콘크리트부재들의 안전한 평가와 시스템계수에 적용되어진다. This study is to propose a practical and realistic reliability analysis by ETCM(Expected Total Cost Minimization). One of the main objectives is intended to propose the safety assessment and capacity rating of existing reinforced concrete members by evaluation index, that is RF(Rating Factor) from the results of the field test and inspection for reinforced concrete bridge. ETCM method is used for the reliability analysis of the proposed models. The proposed reliability model and method are applied to the safety assessment and system factors of reinforced concrete members.

      • 제주도 남녀 고교생의 치과 인류학적 분석

        To analysis male and female students of che-ju high school dental anthropologically, cephalometric X-ray and dental casts were obtained of 60 male and 60 female students. The results were as follows : 1. The Mean and Standard Deviation of che-ju school students were obtained from cephalometric X-ray and dental casts. 2. There were no difference in craniofacial morphology between male and female students but the size of craniofacial skeleton of male is bigger than female. The distance from NB line to pogonion is larger in male group, and it meant that symphysis of male is well developed than female. 3. The size of teeth of male is larger than female and is significant in upper and lower canine and first molar. The size of upper arch width, intercanine width, basal arch width and lower basal arch width of male is larger than female, but arch length of male and female showed no significant difference.
