        U-Home Healthcare를 위한 분산객체 미들웨어의 설계 및 구현

        의료서비스 분야에서 의료와 컴퓨터 기술을 결합하여 온라인상에서 언제, 어디서나, 휴대 가능한 헬스케어(Healthcare) 장비와 유 무선 인터넷을 통해 실시간으로 환자의 생체정보 데이터를 수집하고, 이를 이용하여 진단 및 응급상황 인지가 가능한 U-헬스케어(Ubiquitous Healthcare) 시스템이 생겨났다. U-헬스케어 시스템은 기존의 의료 환경에서와는 달리, 사용자(환자, 보호자, 의료인등)들은 다양한 의료서비스를 요구하게 되고, 당연히 헬스케어 장비들은 통합된 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 연동되어져야 한다. 본 논문에서 홈 네트워크(Home Network) 환경에서 사용자들의 다양한 요구를 처리하기 위해 분산 객체를 이용한 U-홈 헬스케어 미들웨어를 설계하였고, 다양한 헬스케어 장비들로부터 발생되는 생체 데이터를 통합하기 위한 데이터 변환 객체를 구현하였다. This paper proposes the U-healtcare middleware that is based on mininumCORBA. Ubiquitous healthcare system is generated by combining the technologies of computer system and medical system. This makes available that the person can receive medical treatment anywhere, anytime at on-line. The Healthcare devices are connected to network system as wire or wireless internet. So, the computer system can gather the vital information from the person at the real time and transfers the information to the server system that processes the medical information. When a medical doctor makes a diagnosis they can get more information about the patient by using the information within the server. Users would like to receive more services in the ubiquitous healthcare system than the traditional medical system. And in U-healthcare system, every healthcare devices and the users have to be connected to network system and the information from them has to be integrated. U-Home Healthcare middleware I proposed in this paper will do everything that I mentioned above.

        황연해독탕(黃連解毒湯)과 건강부자탕(乾薑附子湯)이 LPS유도에 의한 마우스 혈중 IL-6와 $TNF-{\alpha}$ 변화에 미치는 영향

        Objective : This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Hwangryunhaedok-Tang and Geongangbuja-Tang on the change of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}$ ($TNF-{\alpha}$) level induced by LPS I.C.V. injection in mice. Method : We devided group into 6 mice and 6 mice were assingned to each group. In the normal group only saline was administered intragastrically, and in the control group LPS was injected intracerebroventricularly 1 hr after intragastric administration of saline. In the experiment groups Hwangryunhaedok-Tang(0.5g/kg, 1.0g/kg, 3.0g/kg) was administered intragastrically to mice 1 hr prior to LPS(100mg/mouse) I.C.V. injection.. Also Geongangbuja-Tang (0.5g/kg, 1.0g/kg, 3.0g/kg) was administered intragastrically to mice 1 hr prior to LPS(100mg/mouse) I.C.V. injection. To measure the plasma IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ level of mice, their blood samples were collected from retro-orbital plexus, immediately centrifuged at $4^{\circ}C$, and plasma was removed and stored frozen at $-83^{\circ}C$ for later determination of IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$. The level of IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ production was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the plasma. Result : Regarding IL-6 level, The 0.5g/kg and the 1g/kg groups of Geongangbuja-Tang decreased IL-6 level. Especially the 3g/kg control group decreased IL-6 level significantly than the normal group(p<0.01). Regarding $TNF-{\alpha}$ level, the 3g/kg group of Geongangbuja-Tang decreased it significantly(p<0.05). Conclusion : These data revealed that Hwangryunhaedok-Tang might not have the anti imflammatory effect and Geongangbuja-Tang(3g/kg)might have the anti imflammatory effect by reducing the plasma IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ level in mice LPS Injection.EIM (Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments) is an important component in Oriental pharmacology and is directly related to clinical prescriptions. Medical practitioners argued that the definite cause and meaning of EIM was ambiguous and therefore debated the issue of clinical application of the EIM. This study conducted an in-depth literary research on the origin, meaning and contents of EIM with the purpose to contribute in its efforts to be used clinically. Even after thousands of years have past since establishment of Oriental medicine, EIM is still tabooed and was an obstacle that hindered ideologies. Modern herbal medicine texts claim that the use of EIM can reduce treatment effects and promote poisoning and side effects. However, since long ago, there has been medical practitioners who reject this as false. Recently, poisoning caused by EIM has been claimed to be from the toxicity of the drug itself, rather than the result of interaction between the drugs, and therefore they suggest that EIM is not a forbidden domain. In addition, EIM showed a difference in number depending on the era. However, this can be understood not as a definite number, but instead as a warning to be careful during combination of drugs for use as clinical medicine. Historically, there were very few cases in which EIM was used for clinical tests and thus, the clinical value is not, while others applied EIM directly to their bodies, which showed signs for the usefulness and potential of EIM for us. A more concrete and in-depth study must be made on EIM.

        Mesangial 세포에서 고포도당에 의한 IGFs 분비와 PKC 및 산화성 스트레스와의 관련성에 관한 연구

        The proliferation of mesangial cells has been associated with the development of diabetic nephropathy. The cell proliferation has been regulated by diverse growth factors. Among them, insulin like growth factors(IGFs) are also involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. However, it is not yet known about the effect of high glucose on IGF-I and IGF-II secretion and the relationship between high glucose-induced secretion of IGFs and PKC or oxidative stress in the mesangial cells. Thus, we examined the mechanisms by which high glucose regulates secretion of IGFs in mesangial cells. High glucose(25 mM) increased IGF-I and IGF-II secretion. High glucose-induced increase of IGF-I and IGF-II secretion were blocked by taurine($2{\times}10^{-3}$ M), N-acetyl cystein(NAC, $10^{-5}M$), or GSH($10^{-5}M$) (antioxidants), suggesting the role of oxidative stress. High glucose-induced secretion of IGF-I and IGF-II were blocked by H-7, staurosporine, and bisindolylmaleimide I(protein kinase C inhibitors). On the other hand, high glucose also increased lipid peroxide (LPO) formation in a dose dependent manner. In addition, high glucoseinduced stimulation of LPO formation was blocked by PKC inhibitors. These results suggest that PKC is responsible for the increase of oxidative stress in the action of high glucose-induced secretion of IGF-I and IGF-II in mesangial cells. In conclusion, high glucose stimulates IGF-I and IGF-II secretion via PKCoxidative stress signal pathways in mesangial cells.

        S-100 메타데이터의 OWL기반 온톨로지 변환 구현

        해양 분야에서는 최근 e-navigation 실현을 위한 차세대 표준에 관한 연구가 진행 중이다. IHO(국제수로기구)를 중심으로 전자해도뿐만 아니라 해양의 지리 정보 및 관련 데이터의 교환, 공유, 활용할 수 있도록 S-100기반 다양한 표준에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 다양한 데이터를 통합하여 안전운항을 위한 새로운 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 프로파일링을 통해 S-101, S-102, S-10x 등 다양한 표준 프로파일이 만들어지면 각 표준에서 정의하는 데이터 모델의 요소를 일관성 있고 명확하게 해석하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 S-10x 표준의 기반이 되는 S-100 표준을 일관된 의미 해석과 처리를 할 수 있도록 S-100 표준의 메타데이터를 온톨로지로 변환하는 방안을 제시한다. In the field of maritime transport, various researches on next generation of standards are underway to realize e-navigation. While IHO leading the way, many studies on several S-100 based standards for exchange, sharing and utilizing maritime geographical information and related data are going on. IHO S-100 as a profile of ISO 19100 series of standards. Based on their application and service they provide, there can be different S-10x standards. In order to support the safe operation, various information should be integrated. When integrating a various information, it is crucial to make sure the same data model should be treated consistently and interpreted clearly across different profiles, such as S-101, S-102, etc. in this case. In this paper, I suggested a way to covert maritime metadata of S-100 to ontology so that we can perform consistent semantic analysis and processing of data in S-100 standards, which is the basis of other S-10x standards.

        한국십진분류법 기록관리학 분야 분류체계 개선에 관한 연구

        기록관리학이 독자적인 학문영역으로 발전해가고 있다. 하지만 KDC를 비롯한 기존의 문헌분류표에서는 분류 항목 배열이 기록관리학의 특성을 제대로 반영하지 못하여 분류항목의 전개가 불합리한 부분이 있으며, 주제영역별 세목전개의 재배치가 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 기록관리학의 학문 특성에 따라 주제영역을 기록관리 일반, 기록관리 법 정책, 기록물의 수집 선별 평가, 기록물의 조직, 기록정보서비스, 기록물 관리 및 보존, 기록관 운영, 기록관리 기관 등 8개 영역으로 설정하고, 현대 주요 문헌분류표인 KDC, DDC, NDC, UDC, LCC의 분류체계를 분석한 후, "대한민국 국가서지"의 기록관리학 분야 유별 자료현황 및 주제어 분석 결과를 반영하여 KDC 기록관리학 분야의 분류체계 수정 전개 방안을 제시하였다. 기록관리학 관련 주제영역 8개 분야의 내용은 KDC 028로 통합할 수 있도록 변경하였다. Archives and Records Management Studies is being developed its own independent domains. However, the existing library classification scheme such as the KDC don't properly reflect the characteristics of Archives and Records Management Studies. This classification scheme has the irrational part of the arrangement of the subject items and should be required to rearrange subdivision of the subject areas. In this study, According to the characteristics of Archives and Records Management Studies, It is set up 8 subject areas, Records Management (General), the law and polices of records management, the collection and appraisal of the records, the documentary organization, recording information services, preservation of the records, archives management, archives and records center, etc. After analyzing the major contemporary library classification system such as KDC, DDC, NDC, UDC, LCC, then It is suggested that improvement measures through analyzing classification status and keywords of the Archives and Records Management data contained in Korean National Bibliography. In Archives and records management studies, The contents of the eight subject areas related to the field are changed to allow integration with KDC 028.

        『동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)』인용문(引用文) 연구(硏究)에 적용할 수 있는 방법론(方法論)에 관한 고찰(考察)(1)

        Objective : In this study, I would like to emphasize the importance of context in studying quoted verses in Donguisusebowon . Method : First, methodology applied in researches on Donguisusebowon quotations were organized. Next, in order to examine the effects of the aforementioned methodology, several quoted verses were approached in such method. Result : First, the verse, ``In cases of Dry-Feces(大便秘燥), Rheum undulatum Linne(大黃) could be used in the medicinal formulas and treatment, but not Croton tiglium Linne(巴豆)``. In the texts of Shanghanlun(傷寒論), Zhang, Zhongjing(張仲景) prescribed Sammulbaeksan(三物白散) in treating ``Gyeolhyung due to Excessive cold``(寒實結胸), which includes Croton tiglium Linne(巴豆). From this, we can see that Lee, jema`s statement in Donguisusebowon is false. Conclusion : Lee, jema`s mistake was that he accepted Shanghanlun(傷寒論) as quoted in Donguibogam , instead of the original text, accidently quoting Heo, jun`s source of reference.

        『동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)』「소음인위수한리한병(少陰人胃受寒裏寒病)Q」의 적석지우여량탕(赤石脂禹餘糧湯) 조문(條文)에 대한 고찰(考察) (1)

        The Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(赤石脂禹餘糧湯) text of 『Sang-hanron(傷寒Q)』 is adopted in the chapter of So-eumin Interior Disease Pattern in 『Dong-uisusebowon(東醫壽世保元)』. In this study, I have attempted to analyze the Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(赤石脂禹餘糧湯) texts for the purpose of understanding the So-eumin Interior Disease Pattern thoroughly. In specific, Ijema(李濟馬) stated that the Simhabigyeong(心下비硬) symptom of the Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(赤石脂禹餘糧湯) text is identical to the symptoms of other conditions that apply Sasimtang(瀉心湯). Which means that the disease pattern of Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(赤石脂禹餘糧湯) is a intensified condition of that of Sasimtang(瀉心湯). Next, unlike Jang Jung-gyeong(張仲景) and other annotators of 『Sang-hanron(傷寒Q)』, Ijema(李濟馬) did not perceive Ijungtang(理中湯) to manage the central cho(中焦). Instead, he perceived it appropriate for Tae-eumbyeong(太陰病_disease of Tae-eum), bringing the meaning of Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(赤石脂 禹餘糧湯) into the category of Sameumbyeong(三陰病_disease of the three eum). With this, he made it possible to compare and analyze the texts based on the Sameum/Samyang(三陰三陽) theory. Lastly, Ijema(李濟馬) perceived the symptoms of Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(赤石脂禹餘糧湯) as So-eum pattern, and categorized it into Tae-eum pattern. Following this, a comprehensive review of Ijema(李濟馬)`s unique understanding of the Jeokseokji-uyeoryang-tang(赤石脂禹餘糧湯) text and its implications were discussed. This part is not included in this article, however, and will be exclusively dealt with in a subsequent article.

        論文(론문) : 『東醫壽世保元(동의수세보원)』 引用文(인용문) 硏究(연구)에 적용할 수 있는 方法論(방법론)에 寬限(관한) 考察(고찰)(2)

        This paper is the sequel to ‘A study on research methodology of the quoted verses in Dong-uisusebowon(1)’. In this paper, a more detailed discussion on the Shanghanlun lines quoted in the Dong-uisusebowon were carried out based on the aforementioned conclusion, using tao-ren-cheng-qi-tang(桃仁承氣湯) and di-dang-tang(抵當湯) lines related to the tip disease pattern of the So-eum constitution. First in the case of tao-ren-cheng-qi-tang lines, the treatment instructions tell us to use the formula after treating the tip, only when there are root symptoms left. However, in the Dong-uisusebowon, Lee instructed to use tao-ren-cheng-qi-tang when tip symptoms were present. Also, in the di-dang-tang lines, symptoms related to kuang (狂) and stiffening of the lower abdomen which are main manifestations of xu-xue(蓄血) pattern are modified from the Shanghanlun version. The reason behind the difference in contents between the Dong-uisusebowon and Shanghanlun in the mentioned lines is because the lines were already modified in the Dong-uibogam. Heo Jun modified the tao-ren-cheng-qi-tang lines to maintain coherence with the contents of di-dang-tang used in the xu-xue(蓄血) pattern. Another reason for Heo`s modification of the di-dang-tang lines is to correct the incoherence of symptoms listed according to the difference in severity of the two di-dang-tang disease patterns. As we can see, Heo modified these parts in the Dong-uibogam based on logical reasons, which enabled Lee to avoid logical contradiction and suggest the So-eum tip disease pattern naturally, by referencing the lines as quoted in the Dong-uibogam.
