Two new species of the Theridiidae are described from theWuling Mountain, China: Coscinida conicus sp. nov. (_\) and Robertus peregrinus sp. nov. (_\). Photos of the body, copulatory organs, line drawings of copulatory organs, as well as the locality map are provided.

Objective: To study synergistic effects of nedaplatin and cisplatin on three human carcinoma cell lines (esophageal carcinoma cell line Eca-109, ovarian carcinoma Skov-3 and cervical carcinoma Hela). Methods: Inhibition effects were evaluated by MTT assay and cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. In addition, changes of Ki-67, Bax and Bcl-2 at mRNA and protein levels were quantified by RT-PCR and Western blotting. Results: Growth inhibition in each cell lines was dose-dependent after exposure to nedaplatin or cisplatin alone. The interaction of the two drugs was synergistic at higher concentrations according to the median-effect principle. The inhibition rates with nedaplatin, cisplatin and combined treatment were $41.9{\pm}4.1%$, $47.4{\pm}2.9%$, $52.5{\pm}0.9%$(Eca-109), $39.0{\pm}1.26%$, $45.0{\pm}1.45%$, $56.2{\pm}1.44%$ (Skov-3) and $44.8{\pm}2.11%$, $46.9{\pm}0.99%$, $56.6{\pm}1.83%$ (Hela) respectively, with increase in apoptosis. Compared with the nedaplatin or cisplatin alone treatment group, the combinative treatment group's Ki-67 and bcl-2 mRNA (protein) expression was decreased while that of Bax mRNA (protein) was increased. Conclusion: Compared to the effects of nedaplatin or cisplatin alone at high concentrations, combination of nedaplatin and cisplatin at low concentrations proved to be much more effective for inhibition of proliferation and the induction of apoptosis in the Eca-109, Skov-3 and Hela cell lines.
Bacterial Fruit Rot of Apricot Caused by Burkholderia cepacia in China

An unreported disease of apricot was observed in orchards in Zhejiang province, China. Symptoms started as water soaked lesions on the fruit surface. Later, water-soaked areas developed and spread to the entire fruit, resulting in soft rot of the whole fruit. The causal organism isolated from symptomatic fruits was identified as Burkholderia cepacia based on its biochemical and physiological characteristics and confirmed by the cellular fatty acid composition and Biolog data as well as 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. The bacterial isolates caused similar symptoms when inoculated onto fruits of apricot. In addition, European plum, Japanese plum, nectarine and kiwifruit were susceptible to the B. cepacia pathogen. However, the B. cepacia pathogen failed to cause any visible symptoms when it was inoculated onto 16 other fruits. This is the first report of a bacterial disease of apricot caused by B. cepacia in China.
College EFL Learners’ Metaphorical Perceptions of English Learning

This article explores college EFL students’ metaphorical perceptions of learning English in a minority area in Northwest China. 120 students (30 English majors and 30 non-English majors), participated in the study by completing a prompt “learning English is (like)… because…”. Through metaphor analysis, it is hoped to have an insights into how students currently perceive their experiences of learning English and what thinking the students’ metaphorical perceptions of learning English may stimulate. 115 metaphors were used for analysis in terms of attitudes towards English, types of metaphors and perceptions revealed through metaphors. It was found that students had a good understanding of English learning. Their metaphors revealed their beliefs about the English learning, about English learning process and about themselves as language learners. They understood that language learning was hard process and that being a successful learner requires a variety of demands such as hard work, perseverance, patience, and a positive attitude. The results of the study may help students in exploring an important aspect of their past, present and even future lives and teachers who work in a similar context in understanding these perceptions and using them to facilitate and foster their students’ English learning.
Exploring the Change of Chinese EFL Teacher Beliefs in Listening Teaching : A Metaphor Analysis

Metaphor offers a lens through which language teachers present their thinking about teaching and learning English as a second/foreign language. This study examined the changes of 25 middle school Chinese EFL teachers’ belief in listening teaching through the use of metaphor analysis. Multiple sources of data were collected, including elicited metaphors, questionnaires, reflection journals and workshop observations. Fifteen metaphors before and 21 after the workshop were identified. By comparing these conceptual metaphors before and after the workshop, this study found that the teachers’ negative attitude toward listening teaching was vanished and their view of listening teaching was broadened in terms of enhancing teacher-students ties and raising awareness of teaching design with holistic-multi-dimension understanding.
중국 신선식품업계 O2O모델의 고객만족도에 대한 연구- “허마샌성” 사례를 중심으로 -

본 논문은 허마샌성의 오프라인 체험점과 앱의 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 O2O모델 하의 신선식품업계의 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 분석하였다. 설문조사 분석의 결과에 의하면 온라인 쇼핑몰 서비스품질 차원들 중에 정보품질, 신뢰성, 편의성, 효율성, 반응성은 모두 온라인 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 재구매의도에는 효율성과 반응성만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 오프라인 체험점 이미지의 요인들 경우 오프라인 체험도(식사공간의 환경, 가공대기시간 및 맛)는 오프라인 고객만족도와 재구매의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고 고객서비스는 오프라인 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않고 재구매의도에만 유의한 영향을 미친다. 시설은 오프라인 고객만족도와 재구매의도에 모두 유의하게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 배송서비스는 오프라인 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지만 온라인 고객만족도와 재구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 고객만족도와 오프라인 고객만족도는 모두 재구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This paper analyzed the variables affecting customer satisfaction in the fresh food industry under the O2O model through a survey of offline experience shop and app users in HeMaXianSheng. According to the results of the survey analysis, information quality, reliability, convenience, efficiency, and responsiveness among all the online shopping mall service quality dimensions had a significant effect on online customer satisfaction, and only responsiveness and efficiency had a significant effect on repurchase intention. In case of the factors of the offline experience store image, the offline experience level(environment, waiting time and taste) has a significant effect on both offline customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Customer service does not have a significant effect on offline customer satisfaction, but only on repurchase intention. The facility did not significantly affect both offline customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Delivery service had a significant effect on offline customer satisfaction, but not on online customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Both online customer satisfaction and offline customer satisfaction had a significant effect on repurchase intention.

A dinuclear copper(II) complex of [Cu_2(aceace)4(dipyph)] [aceace = acetylacetone, dipyph = 1,4-di(4-pyridylethene-2-yl-)benzene] has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with lattice parameters a = 7.9584(16) Å, b =18.594(4) Å, c = 15.063(4) Å, β = 120.97(2)^o and Mr = 807.85 (C_40H_44Cu_2N_2O_8), Z = 2. Each of the Cu^2+ ion adopts a square pyramid geometry and coordinates with four oxygen atoms from two aceace ligands and one nitrogen atom from dipyph bidentate ligand. Magnetic measurement shows that the Weiss constant and Curie constant for the title compound are ‒0.22 K and 0.1154 emu·K/mol, respectively. Thermal stability data indicate that the title complex undergoes two steps decomposition and the residue is Cu_2O_4. In the potential range of ‒1.5 ~ 0.8 V, the title complex represents an irreversible electrochemical process.
