Many small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises(SMMEs) have introduced and operated Production Information Systems(PISs). While previous studies evaluated performance immediately before and after system implementation, few investigated the operational performance of PIS, which focuses on the performance over a given period after system implementation. This study analyzes the differences between performance immediately after system implementation(establish and stabilization period) and the performance after a given period of time(operational phase). It also investigates factors that positively influence operational performance. The results showed that downtime decreased more in the operational phase than in the establishment and stabilization phases. In addition, the CEO’s support, user training, system improvement and maintenance, and the expertise and interest of the person in charge of a system were all identified as critical success factors influencing the operational performance of PISs.

센서 네트워크를 구성하는 센서는 작은 배터리로 작동되기 때문에 센서의 에너지 소모를 줄이는 것은 센서 네트워크의 중요한 문제이다. 쿼리 기반의 데이터 전송방식에서는 싱크가 쿼리를 네트워크 전체에 플러딩하고 쿼리를 수신한 노드가 그 쿼리에 해당하면 감지한 데이터를 싱크까지 보고하는 방식을 취하고 있다. 이러한 방법은 항상 쿼리를 전체 네트워크에 플러딩해야 하기 때문에 많은 에너지 소모를 필요로 하며, 특히 제한된 영역으로 쿼리를 전달할 필요가 있는 응용에서 전체 노드들의 쿼리 플러딩은 매우 비효율적이다. 이 경우 영역을 분할하여 해당 영역에만 질의를 보낼 때 만일 센서 네트워크의 중심에 싱크가 위치하지 않은 경우 영역분할이 불균등하게 되어 특정 영역에 있는 센서의 생존주기가 급격히 감소 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 쿼리 전달 영역을 센서 네트워크의 구조에 따라 동적으로 결정하는 방법을 제시한다. 영역마다 균등한 수의 센서를 갖도록 영역 크기를 결정함으로서 센서 네트워크의 생존주기를 향상시킴을 검증한다.
스마트 거버넌스 기반의 부산시 스마트시티 교통정책 담론분석

본 논문의 목적은 부산시의 스마트시티 교통정책과 관련된 다층적 사회담론의 계량적 분석을 통해 시민의 거시적 담론과 의사소통 과정을 거쳐 정책결과로 나타난 미시적 담론을 비교하는 것이다. 이를 위해 민원 10,728건, 미디어 1,769건, 논문 121건 및 정책 보고서 11건을 수집하여 텍스트 마이닝의 핵심주제어와 토픽 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 민원에서는 부산시의 고질적인 교통분야에서 시민의 불편사항을 파악할 수 있었고, 논문에서는 교통정보, 교통 인프라, 스마트 모빌리티 등 스마트시티에 필요한 기술 및 인프라가 주요 토픽으로 추출되었다. 뉴스기사에서는 스마트 시티의 정책적 방향 및 구현기술과 서비스에 많은 부분이 할애되었고, 보고서에서는 스마트시티 구축을 위한 구제척인 정책 및 서비스가 확인되었다. 이와 같이 데이터 작성자, 매체, 목적에 따라 다양한 의견과 내용을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 빅데이터를 활용하여 다양한 이해관계자의 담론분석을 통해 정책의 정당성을 확보할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다는 학문적 기여점이 있다. 또한 지자체의 스마트시티 교통 정책의 개발 및 실행에 활용할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하였다는 실무적 기여점이 있다. The purpose of this paper is to compare the macro-discourse of citizens with the micro-discourse of policy through quantitative analysis of hierarchical social discourse related to Busan's smart city transportation policy. 10,728 complaints, 1,769 media, 121 papers, and 11 policy reports were collected. Keyword and topic model analysis of text mining was employed. As a result, civil complaints were identified citizens' inconveniences in the chronic transportation of Busan, and in the research paper, technologies and infrastructure necessary for smart cities such as traffic information, transportation infrastructure, and smart mobility were extracted as major topics. In the news article, a large part was devoted to the policy direction as well as technologies and services of smart cities, and in the government report, policies and services for smart city construction, were identified. Therefore, various opinions and contents could be confirmed according to the data creator, medium, and purpose. This study has an academic contribution to presenting a model that can secure the justification of policies through discourse analysis of various stakeholders using big data. In addition, there is a practical contribution to providing grounded data that can be used to develop and implement smart city transportation policies of a local government.
한국형 창조경제 생태계 조성 방안에 대한 내용분석 연구

The Korea government has been driving Government 3.0, a policy for building creative economy to overcome global economic crisis and strengthen national competitiveness. With content analysis, this study derived a new paradigm model which is designed to support the formation of a new eco-system for creative economy in Korea. Based on the derived paradigm, this study explored methods to form the ecological system for creative economy in two aspects. First, regarding methods to create the base for the eco-system for creative economy, formation of creative culture, innovation in the government, and nurturing creative human resources are identified as important factors. And, in terms of methods to create the eco-system for creative economy, creation of an eco-system where role of convergence of ICT (information, communications, and technology) are emphasized, creative cluster eco-system, an ecosystem where venture business foundation is active, and an eco-system raising globally competitive small companies are identified as critical factors. The academic contribution of this study is to expand qualitative research by analyzing literature data by using content analysis. The practical contribution of this study is that the results of this study can be utilized by police makers for better implementation of creative economy.
A Co-Creative Approach to Integrated Water Resource Management through Fostering Shared Value

Water is an important resource necessary for the survival of the human race and the ecosystem which we are apart of. Today many countries globally are facing the challenge of water scarcity resulting in a constant struggle for the economic and social development of these countries. Integrated Water Resource Management(IWRM) through fostering shared value is the solution to these water issues countries are currently facing particularly since it is cost effective and can be achieved in a sustainable manner. Therefore the goal of this paper is to present a viable solution to solve the challenges of managing water resource for future use in developing countries through creating shared value. The design of this paper is to provide a conceptual overview of IWRM through the use of co-creation with stakeholders. In addition a qualitative study employing a grounded theory approach to derive a conceptual model for a co-creative approach to IWRM in developing countries through fostering shared value will be employed. The findings for this research suggested that co-creation is the new solution to IWRM within developing countries. Particularly, since it harness and integrates knowledge, and viable solutions from various stakeholders within a country and worldwide to solve critical problems, while generating shared value for all stakeholders. This paper contributes to the practical, social and presents a viable strategy, through the use of co-creation, for the IWRM in developing countries.
