이 硏究는 靈芝의 성분을 알고져 시행하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 일반성분은 약용버섯인 수설(Ganoderma applanatum)과 비슷하다. 특히 P, Ca은 수설보다 대단히 높다. 2. 5개 지역의 성분함량은 단백질은 곤지암이 15.6%로 가장높고, 지방은 곤지암이 4.5%로 높고, total suger는 파주가 25.9%로 높고, reduced suger는 곤지암이 1.26%, crude fiber는 곤지암이 58.7%, ash는 곤지암이 1.38%, Ca는 강화가 1652ppm, Mg는 강화가 595ppm, Fe는 여주가 56ppm, Mn은 강화가 45ppm, P은 강화가 2335ppm, Ge은 강화가 67.5ppb로 가장 높다. 이 영지는 앞으로 natural health food, functional food, 21 century food, medicinal drugs development가 기대된다. These studies were conducted on aproximate component of Ganoderma lucidum. The results were as follows: 1. General components are similar medicinal Ganoderma applanatum. But, P, Ca were very higher than Ganoderma applantum 2. The isolates of 5 locations show as follow: The concentration of protein and fat is highest in Konjiam isolate(15.6%, 4.5%) and total sugar is Pa-ju isolate(25.9%). Reduced sugar and crude fiber are most abundant in Konjiam isolate(1.26%, 58.75%). Konjiam isolate turns out the highest ash concentration (1.38%). The concentration of Ca and Mg are highest in Kang-wha isolate(1652ppm, 595ppm), Fe is in Yu-ju isolate (56ppm). High concentration of Mn(45ppm), P(2335ppm), and Ge(67.5ppb) enrich Kang-wha isolate. Ganoderma lucidum is expected to be natural health food functional food, 21 century food, and medicinal drugs.

To improve administration of ketolorac tromethamine, we prepared matrix tablets with Eudragit (RS 100 or 30D), diluents (avicel:lactose=l:l or Ca phosphate) and Mg stearate using wet-granulation method. Sustained release matrix tablets using Eudragit® RS 100 7 and 10% decreased dissolution rate at pH 1.2 and 68 Ca. phosphate as diluents showed more decreased dissolution rate than that of avicel:lactose (1:l). Sustained release matrix tablets using Eudragit® RS 30D also showed very effective sustained release of KT.
Hydrochlorothiazide의 microcapsule 제조와 평가

The microcapsules of hydrochlorothiazide using Eudragit RL were prepared by the solvent evaporation process in liquid paraffin phase, and the microcapsules of hydrochlorothiazide using Ethylcellulose were prepared by the solvent evaporation process in water phases. The size distribution, drug content, interaction between the drug and the polymer, dissolution test, observation of SEM were investigated. The results are summarized as belows. The Eudragit RL microcapsules and Ethylcellulose microcapsules obtained were spherical, uniform and free flowing particles. As the dispersing agents (Eudragit RL-magnesium stearate, Ethylcellulose-sod, lauryl sulfate) were fixed, the preparation of microcapsules showed constant in particle size distribution. The actual drug contents of the Eudragit RL microcpasules were lower than theoretical drug contents, but the actural drug contents of the Ethylcellulose were higher than those. No interaction between the polymer and the drug was observed from the results of TLC, UV, IR, DSC. The release of hydrochlorothiazide from the Eudragit RL microcapsules except for the release in pH 8.0 phosphate buffer solution was not increased when the drug: polymer ratio was increased. The dissolution rate of hydrochlorothiazide from Ethylcellulose microcapsules increased with increasing drug: polymer ratio. Scanning electron micrograph study revealed that microcapsules prepared by this method showed comparatively rough surface when drug: polymer ratio was decreased.

Experiment was conducted to investigate the relation of growth characteristics, nutrient amount absorbed by tobacco plant, chemical components, changes of NH4 -N and NO3-N in the soil, yield, quality and price per 10a. Nc2326 and Burley 21-tobacco plant grew in sandy loam and clay loam by treated different levels of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium fertilizers. the results were summarized as follows. 1.The plant height, length and width of the largest leaf, fresh weight and dry weight of tobacco leaves and stem of NC2326 and Burley21 were greater in clay loam than those in the sandy loam during growing. 2.The amount of nitrogen and phosphorous in tobacco leaves and stem absorbed by NC 2326 grown in clay loam were increased by 60days after transplanting, and then decreased, and amount absorbed by Burley 21 increased continuously in sandy loam and clay loam till the harvesting time. 3.The contents of potassium, calsium and magnesium in the leaves of NC 2326 and Burley 21 were increased continously during growing period and the amount of patassium uptake was greatest. 4.Total nitrogen, total alkaloid and reducing sugar in the dry leaves of NC 2326 and Burley 21 showed no differences between the plot of sandy loam and clay, but Burley 21 showed higher content of total nitrogen and alkaloid than NC2326. 5.Changes of NH4-N and NO3 -N in soil decreased gradually during growing period. Amount of NH4 -N in the plot of Burley 21 was higher than that in NC 2326 during glowing period. 6.The best yield was shown in the NC 2326 glowing in clay loam soil and quality was highest in the sandy loam. The highest price per 10a, 590, 400, was shown in clay loam with 10-10-20kg/10a fertilization.

The o/w microemulsions containing β-carotene were made from 3 or 5% w/w oil(soybean oil, cottonseed oil and isopropyl myristate) and 15, 20 or 25% w/w nonionic surfactant (Cremophor EL, Cremophor RH 40 and Brij 97/Pluronic F-68(2:1 w/w). They are characterized by particle size distribution, surface tension and viscosity. Also, stability study was done by antioxidant, long-term storage for 6 months.

Ketorolac (KA) and ketorolac tromethamine (KT) is the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and has been used widely. To improve its frequent administration by control of drug release. we prepared SLM of KA and KT using Mirj 45 and 52 as surfactants and tripalmitin and tristearin as lipids by spry drying method SLM, as a disperse system for injection, were evaluated by measurement of particle sizes. SEM and drug release pattern As a result. spherical SLM were prepared and their particle size were in the range of 25-125 μm, which were dependant on the types and contents of lipid and sururfactants. Their dissolution rate were decreased as increasing lipid contents.

Extract of Centella asiatica(ECA), which is poorly water-soluble extract from the Centella asiatica is known to express excellent wound healing properties. ECA-β-cyclodextrin (asiaticoside-β-cyclodextrin and genin-β-cyclodextrin) solid dispersion system, which was prepared by freeze-drying method, was formulated as gels containing poloxamer 407 and propylene glycol, and evaluated with respect to their viscosity. stability, skin permeation and drug amount in the skin of hairless mouse. The average molar ratio asiaticoside-β-CD and genin-β-CD was 1:1,7 and 1:22, respectively. When the molar ratio of genin and β-CD was 1:5, madecassic acid made 100% solid dispersion system and asiatic and about 65%. In dissolution study, >99% of asiaticoside from asiaticoside-β-CD was dissolved in 5 minutes, and >99% madecassic acid and >64% asiatic acid from genin-β-CD. The apparent viscosity of poloxamer 407 gels with ECA-β-CD solid dispersion system increased in proportion to poloxamer 407 and gels showed that asiaticoside was most stable and madecassic acid stable and asiatic acid similar to stability of gel with free ECA. The permeation amount of asiaticoside in poloxamer gels through-hairless mouse skin decreased as the concentration of poloxamer 407 increased. When propylene glycol was added at the level of 10%, the permeation amount of asiaticoside at poloxamer gels through hairless mouse skin increased but from 15% it decreased. The permeation of asiaticoside into the skin of hairless mouse was estimated to be about 0.10 ㎍/㎠.
