        정신분열증과 우울증의 지각결핍의 비교

        정신분열증 환자의 지각결핍을 타 질환군과 비교해 보기 위하여 1983.6.1부터 동년 8월 31일 까지 전남의 대병원 정신과 외래에 다니는 우울증 환자 20명 국립나주정신병원에 입원한 정신분열증 환자 20명을 임의 선택하여 Garner의 모형을 이용 카드 분류를 시행하고 그 자료를 토대로 수정분류시간, 공제지수, 비율지수 등을 산출하여 변량분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 양 군의 수정시간을 변량 분석한 결과 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 없었다. 2. 공제지수와 비율지수를 변량분석한 결과 과다성 분류와 여과분류에서는 공제지수와 비율지수에서 아무런 유의차가 없었다. 3. 주사분류에서는 공제지수 비교에서 1% 수준에서 비율지수 비교에서 5% 수준으로 우울증의 분류시간이 긴 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 살펴볼 때 여과기능의 결함이라는 지각결핍은 정신분열증의 고유한 장애가 아닐 수도 있겠다. The perception of stimuli with two dimensions (size and figure) was investigated using Garners card sorting method into schizophrenic and depressive patients. The comparison of three performance indices (redundancy, filltering, scanning) between two study groups revealed that 1) the analysis of variance of the corrected time shows no significant difference between two groups, 2) in redundancy and filtering sorting the subtractive and ratio indices show no significant difference between two groups, 3) in scanning sorting the depressive group shows significantly longer sorting time than schizophrenic group(p<0.01 in subtractive index, p>0.05 in ratio index). The above findings suggest that the previously known perceptual deficit(mainly filtering deficit) may not be specific only to schizophrenia.

        중소기업 재직자의 자기결정성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 커뮤니케이션 역량과 지식공유의 매개효과

        [연구목적] 중소기업의 생존에 있어 혁신성과를 창출은 필수적이며, 가용자원이 충분하지 않은 중소기업에 있어 인적자원은 중요 요소이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 달리 중소기업 조직구성원의 인식을 중심으로 자기결정성과 커뮤니케이션 역량, 지식공유 및 혁신행동 간의 구조적 관계에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. [연구방법] 연구대상은 중소기업 재직자를 대상으로 실시한 402부의 설문을 바탕으로 통계분석 패키지 SPSS 21.0과 Smart PLS 2.0을 사용하여 실증 분석하였다. [연구결과] 중소기업 조직구성원의 커뮤니케이션 역량 및 지식공유에 대한 인식이 자기결정성과 혁신행동 간의 영향 관계에 대한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기결정성과 커뮤니케이션 역량은 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 자기결정성은 커뮤니케이션 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 자기결정성, 커뮤니케이션 역량, 지식공유은 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 자기결정성과 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 커뮤니케이션 역량과 지식공유은 각각 매개효과와 함께 다중매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 중소기업에 있어, 커뮤니케이션 역량을 높이는 것이 조직구성원들의 혁신행동을 높이는데 효과적일 것이다. 또한 이미 커뮤니케이션 역량이 높은 기업의 경우에는 지식공유를 높이는 것은 비효과적일 것이다. [Purpose] This study examines the structural relationship between Self -Determination and Communication Competences, Knowledge Sharing, and Innovative Behavior. [Methodology] The survey was conducted on members of small and medium-sized organizations. and the sample of 402 copies was demonstrated with SPSS 21.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 [Findings] First, the results indicate that Self-Determination and Communication Competences have positive effects on Knowledge Sharing. Also, Self-Determination has positive effects on Communication Competences. Second. the results indicate that Self-Determination, Communication Competences and Knowledge Sharing have positive effects on Innovative Behavior. Third, in the relationship Self-Determination and Innovative Behavior, it was shown that Communication Competences and Knowledge Sharing had mediation and multiple mediation effects, respectively. [Implications] For small businesses, enhancing Communication Competences will be effective in enhancing the innovative behavior of the members of the organization. In addition, it would be ineffective to increase Knowledge Sharing for entities that already have high Communication Competences.

        Effects of Phenytoin and Diazepam on the Seizure Activity in the Cortical Dysplasia Animal Models

        Dysplasia-associated seizure disorders are markedly resistant to pharmacological intervention. Relatively little research has been conducted studying the effects of antiepileptic drugs(AEDs) on seizure activity in a rat model of dysplasia. We have used rats exposed to methylazoxymethanol acetate(MAM) in utero, an animal model featuring nodular heterotopia, to investigate the effects of AEDs in the dysplastic brain. Pilocarpine was used to induce acute seizure in MAM-exposed and age-matched vehicle-injucted control animals. Field potential recordings were used to monitor amplitude and numbers population spikes, and paired pulse inhibition in response to stimulation of commissural pathway. Two commonly used AEDs were tested: diazepam 5, 2.5mg/kg;phenytoin 40, 60mg/kg. Diazepam(DZP) and phenytoin(PHT) reduced the amplitude of population spike in control and MAM-exposed rats. However, the amplitude of population spike was nearly eliminated in control rats as compared to the MAM-exposed rats. Pharmaco-resistance was tested by measuring seizure latencies in awake rats after pilocarpine administration(320mg/kg, i.p.) with and without pretreatment with AEDs. Pre-treatment with PHT 60 mg prolonged seizure latency in control rats, but not in MAM-exposed animals. The main findings of this study are that acute seizures initiated in MAM-exposed rats are relatively resistant to standard AEDs assessed in vivo. These data suggest that animal model with cortical dysplasia can be used to screen the effects of potential AEDs.

      • 미소 진폭 파형벽을 가진 유로내에서 응축이 수반되는 초음속유동의 Prandtl-Meyer 팽창에 관한 실험적 연구

        The characteristics of the Prandtl-Meyer expansion of supersonic flow with condensation through a channel with a small amplitude wavy wall are investigated experimentally. In the present study, for the case of moist air flow in the type of indraft supersonic wind tunnel, the dependency of formation and reflection locations of the oblique shock wave and the distribution of flow properties are clarified by flow visualization and pressure measurement with the variation of the specific humidity and temperature at the entrance of the wavy wall and the attack angle of the wavy wall to the main stream. Also, we confirm that the wavy wall plays an important key role in the formatio of oblique shock wave, and that the effect of condensation on the flow field appears apparently.

      • Glutamate 억제제가 Pilocarpine에 의한 경련 및 기억장애에 미치는 영향

        목적 : Pilocarpine에 의한 경련 및 기억력 저하에 glutamate 수용체가 관련이 있는지 검토하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 생쥐에 pilocarpine을 투여하여 야기되는 경련 및 기억력저하가 glutamate 수용체 길항 약물인 MK-801 및 NBQX를 전처치하였을 때의 반응을 Morris Water Maze의 방법으로 관찰하였다. 결과 : MK-801과 NBQX를 전처치하고 pilocarpine을 투여하였는 바 pilocarpine에 의한 경련유발은 억제되지 않았으나, pilocarpine에 의한 reference memory와 working memory의 저하는 MK-801이나 NBQX를 처치로서 억제되었다. 결론 : Pilocarpine에 의한 경련작용에 비하여 기억력저허가 glutamte 수용체와 관련이 있는 것으로 보인다. The role of glutamate receptors in the genesis of pilocarpine-induced seizure and seizure-related memory deficit was studied using MK-801 and NBQX. After pretreatment with MK-801 or NBQX, pilocarpine was administered intraperitoneally. Both drugs had no effect on the behavioral seizure activity and onset of seizure activity. Memory was tested with reference and working memory version of Morris water maze at 20th day after pilocarpine treatment. Reference and working memory deficit was produced by pilocarpine. These deficit were prevented by MK-801 or NBQX, which were given in once a day for 4 day at 7th to 10th days after pilocarpine treatment. These results show that although MK-801 and NBQX do not have anticonvulsant property they can prevent pilocarpine-induced memory deficit.

      • 平生敎育 槪念의 發展과 大學의 社會敎育

        This study focuses on the relationship betwen the development of a lifelong education and the role of a college education. As we have no clear concepts of a lifelong education yet, there are many difficulties in applying it practically to the existing educational laws, systems, and organizations. According1y the development of the basic concepts of a lifelong education will be helpful in overcoming the lack of criteria that currently exists for our understanding of a lifelong education and which are badly needed by administers and educators. In the light of the said aims of this study, the ideological bases of lifelong education have been studied in regard to the limitations of a college education, and the demands in a changing society, as well as the education needed for self-realization. Thus, the major concepts of a lifelong education from this study can be summarized as follows: 1) the process of unifying all the education that promotes the growth and development of the human being. 2) the unification of all the fields in which this education is conducted. 3) the derivation from emphasizing a philosophical standpoint for pursuing a meaningful life. 4) the self-learning with can be conducted at any time, at any place. With the above conceptional bases, this writer has tried to suggest practical assignments for lifelong education in college by presenting its social function and by reviewing several patterns and solutions of social education for people in community, while considering the colleges' professional services for the development of the community.

        실온과 체온 상태의 국소 마취 약제주사시 통증 비교

        Background. Infiltration of the skin and subcutaneous tissue with local anesthetic solutions may cause transient pain and discomfort. Heating local anesthetic solutions to body temperature has been suggested as a way of reducing the pain associated with injection. We designed a double blind crossover volunteer study to investigate the effect of warming lidocaine on the pain associated with subcutaneous injection. Methods. Participants were 40 healthy adult volunteers, 22 years of age and older, and they were the medical, nursing staff and medical students. They underwent 1ml subcutaneous injections of the study agent through 25-gauge needles. Following a standard crossover protocol, 'room temperature' lidocaine(20℃) was injected into one midvolar forearm and 'body temperature' lidocaine(37℃) into the opposite arm. Pain assessed by visual analogue pain scores and 'volunteer's comparison of pain on injection. Results. Twenty-six volunteers thought that lidocaine at 20℃ was more painful and four thought that lidocaine at 37℃ was more painful, ten volunteers did not express a difference. Median pain score for injection at 20℃ was 37 and at 37℃ was 35.5. Difference of two median scores was 6.5. Conclusion. The simple procedure of warming to body temperature reduced the pain associated with subcutaneous injection of lidocaine. It is an inexpensive and practical method that should be considered for routine use in the ED.

        In this paper, we propose a contour-based motion estimation scheme. It is based on the observation that the most significant frame differences occur along moving object edges. It uses discontinuities in image brightness and frame differences to estimate displacements along edges, and avoids the difficult feature-matching problem. The proposed system transmits the contour motion information as overhead information to the receiver. But as only one motion vector per edge neighborhood needs to be transmitted, the overhead is relatively low, while achieving an impressive reduction in the motion compensated prediction error.

        용사코팅용 나노 WC-12Co 피드스톡의 제조

        This study investigates the fabrication of WC-12Co feedstock powders with weakly locculated slurries by spray drying under various conditions. The morphological defects and flocculation states according to the amount of additives are evaluated to prepare spherical WC-Co feedstock powders with little morphological defects and homogeneous microstructures. The characteristics of feedstock powders, heat treated between 850-1200℃, are analyzed via SEM, EPMA, and mercury porosimetry. The results showed that with the increase in heat treatment temperature the portion of larger pores around 10 μm increased while, that of smaller pores of 1 μm lessened due to the coalescence of WC particles, forming dense feedstock powders with little defects such as hollow or craters. The feedstock heat treated at 1200℃ showed a porosity of 42.2% and a density of 8.28 g/cm^(3) as well as uniform distribution of pores and Co. (Received January 19, 2004)
