      • 觀光地호텔의 非需期對策 方案에 관한 硏究 : 釜山 海雲臺地域을 中心으로

        일반적으로 호텔의 고유기능은 숙박이라 할 수 있는데, 시대의 변천에 따라 사회적인 측면에서 호텔의 기능과 역할이 중요시되고 다양화를 요구하게 되어 현대사회에서는 호텔이 지역사회의 중심지로서 자연스럽게 사교문화의 중심이 되고 있다. 이러한 사회적 요구에 발맞추어 호텔을 찾는 관광객들이 호텔을 제2의 안락하고 편안한 집으로써 안주 할 수 있도록 손색이 없는 서어비스 제공을 해야 하는 것이 호텔의 책임이라 하겠다. 또한 오늘날 관광지호텔은 사람들의 여가활동에 대한 새로운 인식과 건강에 대한 욕구로 인하여 급속하게 객실 이용율이 높아지고 있는 실정이며 몇 년 전에 비하여 경영상태도 훨씬 나아지고 있는 것이 사실이다. 특히 소득의 증대, 여가시간의 증가, 교통발달로 인한 시간의 단축으로 인하여 관광객이 놀랄 정도로 성장추세를 보이고 있으며, 또한 관광 호텔이 계속적으로 늘어나고 있다. 이와 같이 관광객의 증가에 비례하여 관광호텔의 발전을 가져온 것은 사실이나 아직도 호텔 마아케팅 활동이 미비한 상태에 있다고 본다. 본 연군에서는 호텔 마아케팅에 패하여 실증적인 고찰을 하였으며 그 중심은 제Ⅲ장에서 제시된 실태조사를 분석함으로서 현상을 규명하고 문제점과 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 주력하였다. 결론적으로 관광지호텔은 도시호텔과 시장여건 및 조건이 틀리므로 이에 대한 마아케팅 방법도 달라져야 하기 때문에 각 호텔특성에 알맞는 마아케팅 기능을 구사하여 합리적인 판매전략을 시도하여야 하며, 또한 위에서 열거한 활성화 방안을 수용할 수 있는 경영주의 결심과 결단이 있을 때 관광지 호텔의 전망은 장기적인 측면에서 매우 밝다고 생각된다.

      • UR에 대응한 지역농업의 발전방안 : 시설원예농업을 중심으로 With an Emphasis on the Greenhouse Horticulture Farming

        The production of greenhouse horticultural products in the east region of Kyungnam province is now increasing, though the productions of other argicultural sectors have been rapidly decreasing. However, as the agricultural market lies under the big pressure of the WTO system having a goal of free trade of all commodities, greenhouse horticultural farming in the region also meets with many new problems. To identify problems and prepare development strategies of the greenhouse horticultural farming for the easten Kyungnam region, 10 villages in Kimhae, Yangsan and Miryang areas were selected as sample areas and 204 greenhouse vegetable or floriculture farms were surveyed using prepared questionaires during March-April 1995. From the analysis of the regional survey results, the following proposals are suggested for the development of regional horticultural farming : 1) There were still old-fashioned greenhouse facilities such as tunnel-type vynil house, no heating system and man-power watering. Greenhouse facilities should be modernized and automated in order to overcome the severe labour shortage problem constraining the increase of the greenhouse farming size and the enhance the degree of the commodity value by uniform quality control and year-round production. The money for the modernization and automation of greehouse facilities ned to be supported by the central government, because farmers lack the ability to fund the investment. 2) Not many farmers visited agricultural extension officers to obtain cultivation techniques of greehouse horticulture farming, because extension officers lack the manpower to help solving the greehouse farming problems. Agricultural system should be adjusted to the changing agricultural production structure. Extension manpower specialized in greehouse horticultural farming need be increased and located in the regional extension offices. 3) The major reason of farmer's pessimistic prospect for the future of greegouse horticulture was the possibility of overproduction of some horticultural products. To avoid the overproduction, new entrants to the greenhouse horticultural farming of products already culticated extensively should be limited and the government support must be given to the existing greenhouse farms and major production areas. 4) Local goverment, associated agencies, and farmers should work hard cooperatively to increase the export of horticultural products especially to Japan, the largest importer of agricultural products in the world. Local governments and associated agencies can provide informations related to the export market and provide the fund for the facilities of standardization of export products. Farmers must observe the export contracts, even though the domestic price exceeds the export price. 5) Collective marketing activities of greenhouse products were found to be mainly limited to transportation and handling of sales revenue. Central and local government should support the formation and collective activities of cooperatives of specilaized producers to enhance the bargaining power of farmers. 6) The role of local government should be increased. They should actively participate in the orientation of regional greenhouse farming and play an important role in the marketing of regional greenhouse products.

        Today, the new wave of information which results from the combination of computer and telecommunication has brought enormous changes throughout the society. As the changes of social system in the history have ranged from hunting to agricultural, and to finally industrial society, the society in the upcoming 21st century will be defined as 'the society of information' based on communication technology. The changes in the environment of the communication and the buying offer both new oppurtunities and the difficulties for consumer who have performed the activities in a traditional market environment. Under this circumstances, this study is to bring our attention to the problems and weaknesses of the consumer in the society of information. It is also to explore the causes and the forms of the problems. Finally, we propose some suggestions for consumer policies and the consumer education.

      • 세탁기시장에서의 소비자피해 실태 및 소비자요구에 관한 연구

        This study examined the consumer needs on an electric washing machine market. For this purpose, survey was conducted using questionaire. The data included 321 women living om Seoul. Statistics analyses were conducted using frequencies, percenties, mean, ANOVA. The major findings were consumers require improvement about economizing function of washing machine and a catalog and a sales networks. Therefore, economizing function should be better and a catalog should be detailed and a discount store should be enlarge.

        구조화된 정보제공이 간경변증 환자의 지식과 자가간호 수행에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of structured information provided on knowledge and self-care behavior. The subjects of this study were both hospitalized patients and outpatients in K university hospital. The instrument use for this study were the knowledge assessment tool and self-care behavior assessment tool by Eom Soon-Ja(1998) and they were modified for liver cirrhosis patients. The data were analyzed by t-test, Chi-square test, Pearson corarelation coefficients using SAS program. The results of this study were as follows. The experimental group which had received structured information provided showed greater increased knowledge of liver cirrhosis (P= .001). The experimental group which had received the structured information provided indicated increased self-care performance rate, especially after information about diet(P= .001), activity and bed rest(P= .001), drug therapy and visiting the hospital(P=.001), prevention of a complication and observation(P= .001). In conclusion structured information provided showed increased in the degree of knowledge and self-care behavior, so information showing is an effective nursing intervention. It is much needed to employ information showing for chronic patients.

      • 행정서비스에 대한 소비자평가와 소비자요구 : 구청의 행정서비스를 중심으로 focus on a district office sevice

        The purpose of this study is (1)to investigate the level of the consumer valuation and comsumer needs on a reform of administrative service and (2)to identify the influencing variables. For empirical analysis, it used the data on 511 persons collected in the Chunju. The questionaire method was used for data gathering. The major findings are as follows : (1)The level of consumer valuation on a reform of administrative service is quite low. And consumer needs on a reform of administrative service is quite high and expecially the need on 'a government employee' is very high. (2)The level of consumer valuation differed significantly according to 'number of visiting' 'visiting purpose' 'attitude on administation'. The level of consumer needs differed significantly according to 'age', 'occupation', 'attitude on consumerism'.

      • 온라인공동체 구축을 통한 소비자-판매자 관계의 변화 전망

        The Drastic development of Information technology has given us both opportunities and risks. So this kind of movement might be recognised as a socioeconomic revolution parallel to the Industrial Revolution. Most of all, as the population of Internet user is expanding, internet is regarded as a communication method to make and intensify connections among people rather than a library of information. This trend results in online communities where people are gathering along based on common interests not common places. The History of online community is at most 30 years. It began to prosper quite recently. Two attributes of online communities, double characteristics of network and community, have enabled the interaction without time and spacial constraints. Focused on e-commerce, the interaction among consumers as same community members can stimulate the production of information about product, price, stores, uses and so on. The interaction between consumers and business agents including producers and sellers can be accelerated on the internet more than in traditional markets of the real world. Self-help production of information by consumers has a great potential to increase the bargaining power of consumers. The intensified relationships with business agents based on their interaction can be another factor to change the old unbalanced status between them. Emerging online community might be the place to test the possibility of consumer driven market. Because it showed us some clues of friction free markets and presumption by consumers. This research is exploratory to predict the changes of relationship between consumers and business agents and delineate the future market based on the development of online community. To estimate the impact of online community on consumers' interest and market, further studies on korean online communities in full bloom are required.

        이 논문에서 저자는 개 부분 가환군과 Endomorphism 환의 비유사 이데알을 정의하여, 두집합인 개부분 가환군들의 집합과 Endomorphism 환의 비유사 좌 이데알들의 집합의 사이에는 1대 1 대응관계가 있음을 증명하였다. 또한 폐 부분 가환군을 정의하고, 폐 부분 가환군의 집합과 Endomorphism 환의 비여 유사 우 이데알들의 집합 사이에도 1 대 1 대응관계가 있음을 증명하였다.

        다람쥐 원숭이의 Bordetella bronchiseptica 감염 예 : Saimiri sciureus

        A dead, female, 3 years old, squirrel monkey (Saimiri sciureus) was submitted and examined. Before death the monkey has showed lethargy, recumbency and inappetence since November 14, 2001 and died in November 17. Grossly much fibrin was deposited on the pleura of right lung, pericardium, and diaphragm(pleural part). And reddening of right lung was seen. Histopathologically lung showed severe fibrinous pleuritis, severe edema, thrombosis, and focal necrosis in parenchyma. Also much fibrin and mononuclear cells were deposited on the pericardium. In bacterial culture on the pleura and parenchyma of lung, and pericardium, B. bronchiseptica was isolated. Therefore we confirmed this case as the fatal case by B. bronchiseptica in squirrel monkey.
