        Many people carry numberous portable devices, such as laptops, mobile phone, PDAs, for use in their professional and private lives. Ad hoc wireless communication between devices might be loosely defined as a scheme refereed to as ad hoc networking, which allows devices to establish communication, ant time and any where without the aid of central infrastructure. Mobile ad hoc networks, the issue of routing packets between any pair of nodes becomes a challenging task because the nodes can move randomly within the network. Mobile Ad hoc network poses a significant technical challenge because of the many constraints imposed by the environment. Thus, the devices used in the field must be lightweight, so it need to be energy conserving so that battery life is maximizes. In this research, In this research, we propose new routing scheme which is based on node's remaining battery power. The new routing will increase battery life at all nodes and network stability The purposed scheme uses routing table based on node power aware metrics., so the packets through nodes that have sufficient battery power.

      • 숯첨가 사료투여가 넙치의 면역반응에 미치는 영향

        숯첨가 사료 투여가 넙치에 미치는 영향을 알기 위하여, 넙치에 숯 1%, 3%, 5% 첨가사료를 8주간 투여하면서 성장, 혈액성분, 비특이적면역능을 분석하였으며 어병세균인 Edwardsiella tarda 균의 공격 시험에 대한 방어능을 조사하였다. 숯 첨가 사료 투여는 넙치의 성장과 라이소자임 활성에서는 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 못했지만, 5% 숯첨가구에서 혈액 중의 total protein과 cholesterol의 농도가 대조구에 비하여 낮게 나타났다. 그리고, 숯 3% 첨가구에서 두신 식세포의 활성 및 병원성 세균인 E. tarda에 대한 방어능도 가장 높게 나타났다. The charcoal effects on the immune responses of flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus were studied. Fish were fed an experimental diet supplemented with 1%, 3% or 5% of charcoal to a commercial diet. Several factors such as weight gain, hematological parameters, nonspecific immune responses and resistance against Edwardsiella tarda were evaluated 4 and 8 weeks after the administraion. The changes of body weight and lysozyme activities were not signigicant among tested groups. But cholesterol and total protein concentration in the blood were significantly lower in the 5% supplemented group than in the control. The production of superoxide by macrophage from the head kidney, examined by NBT reduction, was significantly higher in the 3% charcoal supplemented groups than in the control. The survival rate after an artificial challenge with 1×10^exp(7) cells of E. tarda per fish was significantly the highest in the 3% charcoal supplemented group.

      • Drosera rotundifolia와 D. spatulata의 조직배양시 식물체 재생에 미치는 몇가지 영향

        Drosera spatulata는 영양분의 요구도가 낮아 1/2MS배지에서 가장 많은 식물체가 재생되었다. 대부분의 Drosera속 식물들은 식물체의 재생과 생장에 질소원의 요구도가 낮아 D. spatulata와 D. rotundifolia의 경우 MS배지의 1/4배에서 가장 많은 식물체가 재생되었다. 적정 sucrose의 농도는 식물의 종마다 달라 D. spatulata의 경우 4%에서 D. rotundifolia는 1%에서 무처리구에 비해 많은 식물체의 재생을 보였다. 대부분 활성탄은 식물체의 재생에 효과적이었으나 뿌리의 형성은 억제되는 경향이었다. D. spatulata는 0.05%에서, D. rotundifolia는 0.01%에서 가장 많은 식물체 재생을 보였다. 식물체 재생은 D. spatulata는 0.6%의 agar를 첨가한 배지에서 D. rotundifolia는 액체배지에서 가장 효과적이었다. pH 실험의 결과 D. spatulata는 pH 4.5에서 가장 많은 식물체 재생을 보였다. The study was conducted to fine out the effect of Drosera species showed generally low nutrient requirement, the highest shoot production was obtained with 1/2 strength of MS medium for D. spatulata than with any other strength of MS medium tested. The nitrogen requirement of Drosera species were also relatively low. The maximum shoot regeneration was achieved when cultured in 1/4 strength of nitrogen contained MS medium. The optimum sucrose concentration for each species was different, such as 4% for D. spatulata; 1% for D. rotundifolia. In general, activated charcoal had positive effect on shoot proliferation, but had negative effect on root formation of Drosera species. The best shoot regeneration was achieved on MS medium containing 0.05% activated charcoal for D. spatulata, 0.01% for D. rotundifolia. Shoot regeneration of Drosera rotundifolia was better in MS liquid medium and D. spatulata showing best results on 0.6% agar. The maximal shoot proliferation was achieved on the media adjusted to pH 4.5 for D. spatulata respectively.

        田漢의「관한경」硏究

        Contrary to Chinese classical drama, Drama 〔Huaju〕 means the modern play concentrated on speech. TianHan was the famous play writer who introduced western drama and opened and developed the theatrical ground in China. He wrote over 60 dramas. One of them was 『GuanHanQing,』 which is a historical drama created newly on the writing background and performance of 『DouE'Yuan』 of GuanHanQing who was the writer of Zaju in the Yuan. In the thesis, I study the writing background, characters, and thematic consciousness. 『GuanHanQing』 is a historical play which is faithful to the history. In it, Tian Han exhibited creativive ability not a historian but an artist and reflected the social aspect of those days and made works which fitted for the reality of China as well. Expecially TianHan put his heart and soul into characterization and thematic consciousness of 『GuanHanQing,』 in which historical figures coexists with fictitious figures by calling them characters. In addition, the love toward the people and criticism toward the trend of the times and the rulers are fused with the thematic consciouness founded on TianHan's spirit of nationalism.

        Reality time services such as VoIP or Video streaming service require high level quality of service. Quality of service proving scheme in wireless LAN based Home networking is analysed in this paper. We analysis MAC QoS problems in IEEE 802.11. And, analysis IEEE 802.11e MAC frame added QoS control field and control frame for resource reservation. Hybrid Coordination Function define service priority depending on traffic Spec. element. Hybrid coordinator polls each terminal depending these elements. And Enhanced DCF use 8 different Inter frame Space and CWmin to discriminate traffic categories.

        PVAc 라텍스 접착제의 열적 안정성에 대한 고찰

        Latex polymers are widely used for adhesive, binder, paint etc. Especially the PVAc(Polyvinyl acetate) latex which manufactured by vinyl acetate and vinyl alcohol as protective colloid is a useful environmentally friendly adhesive. To increase useful property of PVAc latex, this study was carried out for checking thermal characteristics and physical condition of PVAc latex by DSC, FT-IR, Pyrolyzer GC-MS. The activation energies of thermal decomposition for 40, 48, 56, 64% solid content of PVAc latex were found as 28.1~36.0kcal/mol by Kissinger's method and 17.2~22.0kcal/mol by DSC method. Actually, reasonable solid content could be consiered as 56% because of activation energy and adhesive characteristics. According to the effect of protective colloid for 4, 10, 15, 20wt%, the activation energy shows same tendency to both method and in case of 15wt% has been found as the highest activation energy. The mechanism of thermal decomposition was mainly estimated by main chain scission, not by side group on FT-IR analysis. Main component of Pyrolyzer GC-MS result were consisted of CH₃COOH, CH₃, H₂O and light gases(CO, CO₂, CH₄ etc).
