      • 인체구강상피세포의 배양조건에 대한 연구

        Human epithelial cell cultures were initiated from explants of normal human oral mucosa. Growth parameter and cell type were assessed by DNA concentration and morphology of the cell lines. Tissues were excised and epithelial cells isolated by collagenase digestion. Spermine was used in order to inhibit overgrowth of the epithelial cells by fibroblast. The effects of different medium formulations were compared. Cultures maintained on the same volume of RPMI 1640 and Dulbecco's modified minimum essential medium containing 10 % fetal bovine serum, 10 ?g/ml of insulin, lng/ml of somatomedin and 10 ng/ml of epidermal growth factor showed optimal and maximal growth. For each cultured human oral epithelial cell the DNA content was in the- range of 5.7 pg to 6.6 pg. This culture system provides epithelial cells that can be used for a variety of dental and biochemical studies.

        Human being is considered as a "social animal" and tries to improve its own innate talent and skill and to satisfy its own desire. In this social situation, students must learn not only knowledge but also how not to hurt others. In other words, it' s more efficient to be aware of how to apply knowledge to anything else appropriately. In this respect, living guidance for teenagers, which is related with the social need and the students' development, is most important among any other service to help teenagers. Here are some considerations to guide their lives, to promote their desirable culture, and to lead them to the right direction. First, socio-environmental measures : It' s needed to clean up the harmful environment around teenagers and to establish some following policies. Second, encouragement of home education : We can take some examples such as decision of home motto, friendly conversation, Home Day, etc. Third, intrinsic attempt of school education : The national spirit can be based on the harmony between study guidance and living guidance. Fourth, activation of protective organizations : Teenagers can have dreams and ambitions by the protective organizations, which is responsibility of our nation and our era.

      • 胚培養에 의한 은행나무 Clone의 大量增殖에 관한 硏究

        最近 植物組織培養의 技術을 作物의 品種改良에 應用하려는 움직임이 漸次 高潮되고 있다. 따라서 植物의 組織片을 利用 植物體를 大量 增殖시키는 硏究는 勿論 이러한 技術을 利用한 育種의 硏究가 活發스럽게 진척되고 있고 또 實用化되어 많은 分野에서 活用되고 있다. 그러나 大部分의 硏究가 被子植物의 組織片이나 未熟胚를 材料로 하며 이룩된 것이며 裸子植物을 材料하여 硏究된 것은 그다지 맑지 않다. 大體的으로 植物의 特性에 따라서 再分化의 可能性이 희박한 것도 있고 培養環境에 따라서도 器官의 分化 특히 不定芽의 形成에 多少差異가 있는 것으로 報告되고 있어서 培地造成에 관한 多樣한 硏究가 必要하다. 다만 未熟胚와 成熟胚를 培地에 利用한 實驗은 powell, A.M Her와 W. Wood(1983)는 未熟胚를 B5培地에 2.4-대신 NAA와 BAP를 첨가 植物體를 分化시켰고 Daviat webbz, Willam Arias & Eugenio de Hostos(1986)등은 은행종자의 胚를 White media와 M.S media를 利用 Callus를 形成시켰고 Callus가 形成된 切片에서 Amyloplast Tannin cell Secretory duct들이 현저하게 나타남을 觀察하였다.Thompson과 Garden(1977)은 組織培養으로 一年에 100萬本 以上의 Popla(포프라) 나무를 繁殖시킬 수 있다고 報告되고 있고 Cheng(1978)은 Pear clones로 前者와 비슷하게 成功했음을 報告하고 있다. 金(1982)등은 胚培養에 의한 Pinus rigida X P, taeda F, clone의 大量增殖에 成功했음을 報告하고 있다. 本 硏究는 裸子植物의 代表的인 植物의 하나인 은행나무 종자의 成熟胚로 부터 Callus誘導및 培養과 染色體分裂 그리고 Mutiple shoot의 誘導 및 生産, mutiple의 發根 또 育苗過程으로 大量增殖 可能性을 考察하고 그 結果를 提示코저 한다. Examining from the mass propagation system through tissue culture, mass propagation can be obtained through the cultivating process such as multiple shoot induction by meture embryo of Ginkgo biloba seed, production, footing and pot seedling. to obtain cleanse mature embryo from the Ginkgo biloba seeds gathered in the previow year, it is necessary to eliminate the hard seed coad wothout causing any scar and it is found that the seed which has sleek and glossy surface of coat germinates good shoot as they maintain highly freshness. The germination of multiple shoot was most favorable in the state of M.S adding BAP 0.2ppm and M.S adding IAA 0.1ppm and kinetine 1ppm, though it showed some difference accoding to clone, and 6 or 7 shoots germinated per a mature embryo, The basic media which added IAA 0.1ppm was generally faverable for rooting when the shoots were tranplanted after the germination of multiple shoots. Callus induction medial was most faverable for the callus induction of mature embryo in the media which supplemented M.S adding 2.4-D 2ppm/1 and M.S adding 2.4-D 2ppm and kinetin 0.2ppm.

        A concept of data flow computer is a radical departure from that of Von Neumann type computers since the central concept of sequential execution is discarded. Data flow model offers an entirely new way of view the execution of program. This paper describes the data flow graph partitioning algorithm for enhancing the efficiency of the data flow architecture which consists of Processing Elements, Distributor, Arbitrator and Global Memory, and evaluate the performance of the proposed data flow system.

      • 실시간 화상처리 기법을 이용한 다물체 위치 추정에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 실시간 고속 다물체 화상처리 기법을 개발하고자 한다. 최근 들어 비젼 시스템의 응용은 검사 및 로봇위치 제어등 여러 분야에서 급속히 증가되고 있다. 비젼 시스템을 이러한 응용분야에 적용하기 위해서 3차원 공간상 물체 위치 값을 CCD카메라로부터 얻어진 이미지 정보를 변환하는 것이 필요하다. 검사 및 로봇위치 제어 등에 비젼 시스템을 적용하기 위해서는 이미지 평면에서 물체의 중심위치를 아는 것이 필요하다 특히 3차원 강체들의 경우에는 형상을 나타내기 위해서는 여러 개의 큐들이 필요하므로, 여러 개의 큐들의 위치 값들이 하나의 이미지 평면에서 동시에 결정되어야 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기위해 여러 개 큐들을 동시에 처리하는 다물체 화상 처리 기법을 본 논문에서 제시하고 개발된 알고리즘의 타당성을 실험을 통하여 보여준다. This study is to develop the high speed multi-object image processing algorithm in real time. Recently, the application of vision system is rapidly increasing in inspection and robot's position control. It is necessary to transform the physical coordinate of object into the image information acquired by CCD camera, which is called image processing, in order to apply the vision system. Thus, it is necessary to know the position of object in the image plane to apply the vision system in the inspection and robot's position control. Particularly, in case of rigid body using multi-cue to identify its shape, each position of multi-cue must be calculated in an image plane at the same time. To solve these problems, the image processing algorithm on the position of multi-cue is developed. Finally, the experiments are performed to show the practicality of this algorithm.

      • 자동차용 발전장치의 특성 시험설비 개발

        The objectives for this project is to develop the test equipment of the automobile alternator's characteristics. The main activities and the results of this project are summarized as follows. 1. State-of-the art analysis of automatic test equipment for factory automation. 2. System analysis and design the test equipment of the automobile aiternator's characteristics. 3. Development of software for the alternator's performance test. 4. Development of hardware for control system. 5. Total system integration test. We developed the automatic test equipment for automible alternator's characteristics with personal computer which basis on the microprocessor pheriperal devices and sensing devices. We hoped that our developed systems are very useful in automobile alternator's test equipment and that the interest for factory automation is incresed in industry environments.

      • 고등학교 운동 선수의 일탈 행동에 관한 연구

        This study is aimed to verify what are the major factors affecting teenager athletics' deviant behaviors, being trained systematically and continuously at schools, and to present the basic material to prevent those behaviors and guide after the fact and foster young athletics at schools. 1. The level of deviant behaviors depending on gender showed significant differences in every type of deviation from public order, property, status, interpersonal relations, and seclusion deviation. Male sthletics were on higher level than female in all 5 types of deviation. 2. The level depending on parents' professions showed significant differences only in the type of deviation from status. The level was high on the professions of professional work, administrative work, blue color, sales,, clerical work in sequence. 3. The level depending on parents' educational level showed significant differences in the types of devation from public order, property, status, interpersonal relations. On the deviation from order the level was high on over post-graduate, high school graduate, and middle school graduate in sequence. On property, over postgraduate, middle school graduate, and primary school graduate; on status, over postgraduate, universities graduate, and high school graduate; and on interpersonal relations, over postgraduate, universities graduate, and middle school graduate, all in sequence. 4. The level depending on amount of allowance showed significant differences in all 5 tyupes of deviation. On the deviation from public order, the level was high on the amount of over ₩160,000 and ₩120,000∼₩160,000 in sequence. 5. The level depending on athletics's career showed significant differences in all5 types of devation. On the deviation from public order, property, and status, the longer the career, the higher the level of deviation. 6. The level depending on sport events showed significant differences in all 5 types of deviation.

      • 화학적 간장해에 대한 시호와 황금의 보호효과

        In oriental medicine several valuabel prescriptions for hepatic diseases usually contained the Bupleuri Radix and Scutellariae Radix. The possible protective effect of these oriental herb on hepatotoxicity induced with benzo(a)pyrene(B(a)P) in vivo were examined. Water extracts of Bupleleuri Radix, Scutellariae Radix and the mixture of both Radix were separately administered by orally to rats with hepatic demage induced by B(a)P(0.1 mg/kg, i.p.) and their effects in the serum were biochemically investigated. B(a)P treated group had siginificantly increased AST, ALT, ALP and LDH activities of Radix, Scutellariae Radix significantly diminished these increased enzyme activities. Increased total lipid, triglyceride and total cholesterol contents of serum by B(a)P injection were decreased by administration of water extract of Bupleuri Radix, Scutellariae Radix and mixture. Favorable results of this experiments indicate that herb mixture can be considered as a good therapeutic agent for the treatment of hepatic injury.

      • Fowler-Nordheim 터널링 전자주입에 의한 질화 게이트 산화막의 특성 분석

        금속-산화막-반도체 전계효과 소자에서 차세대 게이트, 산화막으로 연구되고 있는 질화산화막을 N_(2)O 가스를 사용하여 2-단계 공정으로 성장하였으며, FNT 전자 주입을 이용하여 전기적 특성을 분석하였다. 열산화막을 질화시킬 경우 절연파괴 특성에서 질화전의 산화막 보다 신뢰성이 향상되었다. 또한, 질화산화막은 게이트 전자주입이 기판 전자주입보다 고열전자에 의한 열화에 좀 더 취약하였으며, 90~130A˚범위에서 두꺼운 질화산화막 일수록 쉽게 열화되는 경향을 확인하였다. 질화산화막의 게이트 전압의 극성 의존성 및 두께에 따른 열화의 차이를 설명하기 위한 모델을 제시하였다. Nitrided oxides which have been investigated as alternative gate oxide for Metal-Oxide- Semiconductor field effect devices were grown by two-step process using N_(2)O gas, and were characterized via a Fowler-Nordheim Tunneling(FNT) electron injection technique. Electrical characteristics or nitrided gate oxides were superior to that of control oxides. Further, the FNT electron injection into the nitrided gate oxides reveals that gate oxides degrade more both if electrons were forced to inject from the gate metal and if thicker nitrided gate oxides were used in the thickness range of 90-130A˚. Models are suggested to explain these phenomena.
