한국 고유의 전통적 목조 건축양식에 의해 지어진 한옥은 가옥형태의 다양화 및 친환경 주택에 대한 선호도 증가에 따라 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 맞추어 한옥 대중화의 일환으로 다양한 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 이러한 연구들 중 하나의 성과로 한옥의 3차원 정보교환을 위한 개방형 BIM연구에서 IFC-XML을 이용한 한옥부재 라이브러리와 개방형 BIM 기반 브라우징 모듈이 개발되었다. 중립 포맷인 IFC에는 형상정보와 XML링크정보를 담고, XML에는 파라메트릭 정보를 담아 이종 BIM 도구들간의 정보교환이 가능하게 되어 한옥설계를 지원할 수 있는 환경을 제공하였다. 하지만 XML을 통해 한옥부재를 제작하려면 이에 관한 전문 지식을 가진 전문가가 코딩을 해야 하며, 하드 코딩방식으로 코딩되기 때문에 한옥 개별부재 하나를 코딩하는데도 수많은 시간이 소요된다. 이를 개선하기 위해 본 연구는 코딩에 대해 지식이 없는 비전문가를 대상으로 하는 IFC-XML 자동구축시스템 개발을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 통해 비전문가도 자동구축시스템을 이용하여 각종 한옥 부재를 XML로 구축할 수 있다. 따라서 전문가의 도움 없이 개방형 BIM기반 3차원 한옥 부재 라이브러리의 지속적인 구축을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. Han-ok, which is built according to the traditional Korean wooden architecture, is receiving increasing attention because of increasing preference for diverse house types and environmentally-friendly houses. Accordingly, various studies are in progress as part of popularizing Han-oks. As one of the accomplishments of these studies, in open BIM study for 3D information exchange of Han-ok, a Han-ok member library using IFC-XML and an open BIM-based browsing module have been developed. It provides environment that enables data exchange between different BIM tools by containing geometry data and XML link data in IFC, which is a neural format, and parametric data in XML, to supports Han-ok design. However, to produce Han-ok members with XML, a specialist with expertise must perform coding, and it takes a long time for coding one member of Han-ok because of the hard coding method. To improve this issue, this study aims to develop an IFC-XML Automatic Description System for non-experts who do not have knowledge in coding. This study will enable non-experts to create various Han-ok members by in XML by using the Automatic Description System. Therefore, we can expect to continue building 3D Han-ok member library based on open BIM.

파라메트릭 디자인 기반 한옥 부재의 지식 표현과 활용에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to support han-ok design for supply and popularization of han-ok using parametric design, To achieve this, represent design knowledge of han-ok components based on parametric rules on the basis of modeling principles and geometric association of han-ok to use various computer environment. This is realized to extract design DNA of shape and non-shape through meta modeling that be able systemically to describe information. In addition, construct the 3D Parametric model of han-ok component using this knowledge.

Dr. Man Soo Han. 1999. Language and Morality. Collected Papers on Christian Language Cuilture. The purpose of this paper is to tide over the "aphasia" in our head through "healing words" and to restore our morality to the image of God, that is, to help make humans human on the basis of linguistic morality. In order to achieve this purpose, this paper makes an introductory remark in chapter 1. This paper argues human and language activity in chapter 2. In chapter 3, worldview and language are argued. In chapter 4, "aphasia" of modern men and its healing are argued, and healing words and morality are proposed in chapter 5. Filially, in chapter 6, this paper proposes that "Logos lost" in the second Babel Tower Culture of our 21st century should be restored to "Logos Regained". (Founder & President of the Institute)

Dr. Man Soo Han. Human's Image and Language Activity in Enlightened Society. Collected Papers on Christian Language Culture. On the basis of restoration of human's image created in God's own image, this paper aims at the establishment of enlightened society by healing the language activity affected by a disease in our heart. In this connecton, this paper makes an introductory remark in Chapter 1, arguing social characteristics and human language activity in Chapter 2, human personality in enlightened society and healed human's image in Chapter 3, the language activity in enlightened society in 4, and finally this paper reaches a conclusion in Chapter 5. Especially, in Chapter 3, as a healed human's image, this paper emphasizes the types of spiritually beantiful image, affluent image at heart, and a cooperative human's image. Also in Chapter 4, this paper suggests the language of mentality and the language of healing. Especially, in the language of healing, as seen in James Chap. 3, we must speak with care we must control talk and cultivate thought. In controlling talk, powerful tongue, perverse tongue, and polluted tongue airs discussed. And, in cultivating thought, humble wisdom, gracious wisdom, and peaceable wisdom are discussed. In conclusion, this paper proposes that we must establish enlightened mental personality and brighter humanity based on the language of mentality and healing, so that we may enlighten our corrupt society. Man Soo Han. 1997. Worldview, Culture, and Language. Collected Papers on Christain Language Culture. The purpose of this is to restore morality in language based on living sacrifices in pious, biblical and social-ethical dimensions. And, on the basis of this Purpose, this paper also aims at the establishment of Christian worldview which is the central systematization of Christian culture from which stems its values and system. In order to achieve this purpose, this paper makes an introductory remarks in chapter 1, In chpater 2, this paper argues that worldview functions as congnitive foundation and emotional security. And it integrates culture and monitor culture change based on validation of the deepest cultural forms. In chapter 3, Christian worldview has some words about the cross, reconcilation, life and salvation on the basis of the answers to the questions of our own, such as " I have been redeemed" " I have been called.", and " I am His." Besides the worldview, Christian culture is argued here that its core is the very understanding that we must live a life of living sacrifices in faith, hearing the word of God. In chapter 4, biblical language and morality are argued. It is argued that Jesus is a perfect communicator, a persuasive speaker with consummate skills of speech. It is also proposed that morality is restored only through Jesus as a perfect communicator. And, morality is also restored through our purification and beautification of our language lives. Animal-like language is to be changed into the language of making humans human. In chapter 5, our abstaining from profanity of our sacred words and not to tell a lie in the presence of God and in human society are proposed. In chapter 6, biblical language are proposed. They are symbolic, dialogical, and praying languages. Finally, in chapter 7, this paper proposes that restoration of morality in language is carried out only through the faith that it is not we who speak, but the spirit of our Father who speaks in us. With the help of the spirit we must speak with each other in our Christian culture based on Christian worldview. (Director of the Institute)

Dr. Man Soo Han. 2003. Semantic Representation of Tenses in the English-Korean Bibles : Centering Around the Present Perfect Tense. Collected Papers on Christian Language Culture. Christianity is a religion with a long history. And it is important for us Christians to trace the history of Christianity. For since the dawn of history there have been many historical events, fact, and figures in the Bible. However, we must remember that the Bible is a unique book. The Bible is not intended to be a mere chronicle of events, a history for history's sake, or even a complete biography of the nation. The Bible explains the causes behind all of them. But their causes are divine as well as human. The Bible is parts of the revealed Word of God. All of the events in the Bible have been recognized as integral parts of the God-planned and God-directed course of history. After all, they raise the question of the historicity of the accounts. The course of history, extending from Creation to last days, has the historicity of the accounts. In between the starting point and finishing point is biblical history. Thus faith is an essential part of understanding the historicity of the accounts. And at the heart of this biblical history can be found to have been God's covenant. As God's people, we Christians must look back and see what God has done, and on the basis of that we must make it possible to look forward to the fulfillment of the promises. This is the point (aspect) of the paper in which we must consider. This paper aims at the tense of present perfect to express and explain the historicity of the accounts on the basis of differences of tense in the English-Korean Bibles. In our considering "what God has done" and "the fulfillment of the promises" chiefly veined throughout the Bible, it is not too much to use the tense of present perfect to express or explain them correctly or exactly. For the form of present perfect tense refers to time now past but in some way connected with the present. And it is often used to indicate that an action or a state that has begun in past time is still continuing toward the future. The close relation of the present perfect tense to present time is also explained by its origin. On the basis of the arguements above, this paper makes an introductory remark in chapter 1, In chapter 2, the differences of tenses between the English Bible and the Korean Bible are argued. And this paper argues the historicity of the accounts in the Bible and present perfect tense in the English Bible in chapter 3. In chapter 4, semantic representation of the tenses of present perfect form in the English-Korean Bible is examplified in many respets. In conclusion, this paper proposes that the fundamental elements in the Bible should be studied and represented by Hellenic tenses on the basis of the Hebrew language in chapter 6.

야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

집합건물 회계처리기준의 개선방안에 관한 연구

[연구목적]다수의 구분소유자가 존재하는 집합건물에서 관리비를 둘러싼 분쟁이 끊이지 않아, 법무부는 2021년 2월 집합건물법 시행령 개정하였다. 이에 따라 일정 요건을 충족하는 집합건물 관리인은 복식부기회계와 발생주의회계에 따라 재무제표를 작성해야 하고, 감사인의 회계감사를 받아야 한다. 2021년 7월 법무부는 집합건물 회계처리기준을 제정하였는데, 본 연구는 동 기준을 분석해 개선방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. [연구방법]연구목적을 달성하기 위해 구분소유의 공통점이 있는 집합건물과 공동주택 관련 법규와 회계처리기준을 비교․분석하였고, 관리비의 결정 주체, 주된 정보이용자와 정보이용자에게 유용한 정보를 검토하였다. [연구결과]집합건물 재무제표이용자에게 유용한 정보를 제공하기 위해 집합건물 회계처리기준의 개선방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 회계처리기준에 구분소유자와 점유자를 이해관계자로 명확하게 기술해야 한다. 둘째, 공동주택 회계처리기준에서 제시한 일반원칙을 기준에 포함해야 한다. 셋째, 집합건물의 회계정보에 대한 비교가능성을 높이기 위해 회계연도를 획일적으로 규정하고, 집합건물정보시스템을 구축해 집합건물 재무제표를 비교할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 넷째, 집합건물 관리에서 발생할 수 있는 부정을 적시에 예방․적발할 수 있도록 내부통제와 관련한 통제절차를 기준에 포함해야 한다. 다섯째, 정보이용자에게 유용한 정보인 주요 보험 가입, 주요 적립금 명세, 미납관리비 연체 금액을 주석으로 기재하도록 해야 한다. 여섯째, 집합건물 특수성을 고려한 회계감사기준을 제정해야 한다. [연구의 시사점]본 연구는 정보이용자에게 더 유용한 회계정보를 제공할 수 있는 집합건물 회계처리기준의 개선방안을 제시했다는 공헌이 있다. [Purpose]Disputes over management costs in the condominium buildings have continued. Therefore, the Ministry of Justice revised the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Ownership And Management of Condominium Buildings in February 2021. Accordingly, managers of condominium buildings who meet certain requirements must prepare financial statements according to double-entry accounting and accrual accounting and undergo external audits. This study aims to analyze the standards and suggest improvement plans. [Methodology]I compared and analyzed the laws and accounting standards related to condominium buildings and multi-family housing that have a common property of division and ownership, and reviewed information suitable for the decision maker of management costs, main information users. [Findings]The results of this study are as follows. First, it is necessary to clearly describe the sectional owners and occupants as stakeholders in the accounting standards. Second, the general principles presented in the multi-family housing accounting standards should be included in the standards. Third, to increase the comparability of the accounting information of the condominium building, the fiscal year should be uniformly defined, and the condominium building information system should be established so that the financial statements of the condominium building can be compared. Fourth, control procedures related to internal control should be included in the standards to prevent and detect irregularities that may occur in condominium building management in a timely manner. Fifth, information users should be instructed to write in the footnotes relevant information such as major insurance subscriptions, major reserve details, and overdue amount of unpaid administrative expenses. Sixth, accounting audit standards should be established in consideration of the specificity of the condominium building. [Implications]This study has a contribution in that it suggests an improvement plan for the collective building accounting standards that can provide information users with more relevant accounting information.
