The addition effect of H₂on ignition of NH₃-O₂-Ar mixtures was examined in the temperature range of 1521-2193 K and the pressures in the range of 0.86-1.78 bar behind reflected shock waves. The ignition delay times were measured by monitoring pressure profiles and the OH emissions at 1.0 cm from the end wall. To complement the experiment, computer modeling study of the ignition of NH₃-O₂-Ar mixtures was carried out using various mechanisms reported previously.

염건조기(굴비)는 참조기를 염장·건조하여 만든 염건품으로 예부터 우리나라 사라들이 즐겨 먹어 왔으며 오늘날까지 그 수요가 증가하고 있는 우리나라 특유의 수산가공품이다. 본 실험은 굴비를 가공하는 데 있어서 염의 종류, 염장방법을 달리하여 가공할 때 발암성 NA의 전구물질인 DMA, TMA, nitrate 및 nitrite를 분석함으로써 굴비의 안전성을 위한 기초자료를 확보코져 하였다. DMA 및 TMA 함량은 굴비 가공 및 저장중 증가하는 경향을 보였다. DMA는 생시료에서 0.3㎎/㎏였던 것이 염장 3일 후에는 17.4∼25.2배 증가하였고, TMA는 염건 15일후에 9.6∼15.4㎎/㎏의 범위였는데, 대체로 마른간법으로 제조한 시료에서 DMA 및 TMA의 증가폭이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다 질산염 및 아질산염함량은 생시료에서 각각 3.6, 0.4㎎/㎏으로 검출되었는데, 가공 및 저장중 점차적으로 감소하는 경향이었으나 질산염함량은 저장 40일 후에 5.2∼6.5㎎/㎏의 범위로 다소 증가되었다. DMA, TMA, 질산염 및 아질산염과 같은 NA전구물질의 생성을 억제시키는 측면에서 볼 때 정제염을 이용하여 물간법으로 염장하는 것이 비교적 효과적이라는 결과를 얻었다. The changes of amine, nitrate and nitrite nitrogen in yellow corvenia were studied during its processing and storage in order to clarify the precursors of N-nitrosamine(NA) formation in the salted and dried yellow corvenia(Gulbi), prpared by using the different salting method like dry and brine salting by pure and crude salt. As a result, during the processing and storage of Gulbi, DMA and TMA contents were significantly increased in the yellow corvenia. And after 40 days storage the increase rate showed 25.7∼45.7, 3.3∼5.6 times higher than those of 0.3, 2.4㎎/㎏, respectively, in raw sample. Regardless of the processing condition, contents of nitrate were also increased irregularlly, while nitrite contents, during its processing and storage, were scarcely changed in the salted and dried yellow corvenia. During the processing and storage of Gulbi, DMA and TMA contents were less produced in brine salted and dried yellow corvenia using crude salt than in sample prepared using pure salt, while the former were more effective than the latter in inhibiting the production of nitrate and nitrite. Therefore, it was revealed that reductions of NA precursors such as DMA, TA, nitrate and nitrite were more effective in preparing with the brine salting method than with the dry salting method.
신경병증성 통증 모델쥐 뒤뿌리신경절의 Nitric Oxide Synthase 아형 및 NADPH-diaphorase 발현에 관한 연구

Injury to peripheral nerve somtimes lead to neuropathic pain. Nitric oxide(NO) is increased in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of neuropathic pain models, and L-NAME, a nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor, reduces neuropathic pain. However, it is not known that underlying mechanism of NO involvement in development and maintanence of neuropathic pain. It was found that there were three NOS isoforms-nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS. It is also necessary to investigate NOS isoforms in neuropathic pain. The aim of this study is to investigate NOS isoforms and NADPH-diaphorase expressions and underlying mechanism of NO involvement in neuropathic pain. The 5^th lambar (L5) DRG were obtaind after tight ligation of L5 an L6 spinal nerves for 7 days. Toluidine blue stain, immunohistochemistry for nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS, and NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry were performed. All specimens were observed under light microscope. nNOS expression was increased significantly in the cytoplasm of the DRG of ligated side at 7 day post-ligation (7D PL). eNOS expression was also increased in the blood vessel, a few neurons or satellite cells, and cell membrane of Schwann cells in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. iNOS expression was increased in a few blood vessels and cytoplasm of small neurons in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. NADPH-diaphorase expression was increased significantly in the neurons of the DRG of ligate side at 7D PL, but NADPH-diaphorase expressions were weak or absent in the blood vessel and Schwann cell in the contralateral DRG and the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. It is suggested that NOS isoforms may be closely related to development and mantanence of neuropathic pain in order of nNOS>eNOS>iNOS.
자연언어에 토대를 둔 조직 연구방법 : 스토리텔링 구조를 중심으로 Focusing on the Text of Story-telling

이 글은 기존의 주류 조직이론에서 다루어졌던 것과는 다른 새로운 형태의 글쓰기를 시도하는 글이다. 사회과학의 한 부류인 조직이론이 인간을 다루는 학문임에도 불구하고 자연과학적 전통에 경도되었다는 점을 조심스럽게 비판한다. 그리고 인문학적인 토대 위에서 조직학을 재구성할 수 있으리라는 기대를 담고 있다. 구체적인 연구질문은 두 가지다. 첫째, 독자가 소설이나 시를 읽듯 자연언어를 통해 조직을 읽을 수 있는가? 둘째, 자연언어 가운데 가장 대표적인 스토리텔링의 구조는 어떻게 되어 있는가? 이 글은 조직인을 다양한 사건과 행동을 결합하여 의미를 만들고 그러한 의미를 스토리 구조 속에 저장시키는 존재로 바라보며, 조직을 다양한 스토리들이 상호작용 하는 언어 게임의 장으로 정의한다. Mainstream methodologies of organization are too close to those of natural science, which treat man or woman as inactive and meaningless part of the whole. There are, however, many difficult situations that natural science approach fails to address. This study is trying to develop an alternative way of studying organization different from the mainstream. Two assumptions are introduced to highlight the topic : this study describes man or woman as a story-teller who weaves many events and actions into a meaningful text, and organizations as fields of language game where multiple stories interact with each other. What factors are comprised in and by what processes' the story told? Is it possible to read or write the organization as novelists or poets do? These are main questions of this study.
실험계획법을 이용한 대형 사출물의 사출성형 해석과 검증에 관한 연구

The large injection molded parts technology such as instrument panel, front and rear bumper are presented for a precision molding. Some lead time and cost are required to product these part from design to mass product. Recently, CAE is widely used in product design, mold design and analysis of molding conditions to reduce time and cost. The optimal molding conditions can be obtained by DOE(Design of Experiment). The optimal design applications with CAE and DOE have been used in small molded parts. However, application to the large molded body is not reported. In this paper, optimization of injection molding process is studied for quality control in mass production of automobile bumper. Mold temperature difference is chosen through robust design of injection molding process, the molding process being optimized in term of shrinkage and deflection. The optimal conditions through DOE are validated by using injection molding analysis

Rehabilitation medicine is an area which tries to help people who have physical inconvenience in everyday activities to live like healthy people as much as possible by training programs. As society gets more advanced and as the standard of living continuously rises, the need of the "Rehabilitation medicine" is also increasing. Also as we are entering into the aging society, especially geriatric rehabilitation medicine is getting more and more attention as a method to maintain the healthy lives of the elders. However, the standards related to medical care space for rehabilitation medicine is not thoroughly prepared. Although requirement for geriatric hospital is increasing, the standard of geriatric hospital is not following up to regulate them properly. Therefore, in this study, I will propose a'suitable planning'needed in geriatric rehabilitation by analyzing the rehabilitation sections of 5 general hospitals and 1 geriatric hospital.

With the coming of information society, network is proven to be a very effective form of organization that has replaced the hierarchical or bureaucratic structure in industrial society. Theoretical meanings and exactness of the structure, however, have not been fully clarified. The article explores the logical limits or constraints of a network organization comparing it with the traditional hierarchical structure and with the matrix form. An analysis shows that network does not always work well in comparison to the other two structures due to the information overload to the networkers, especially to the network coordinator. Overcoming this difficulty, the article proposes another form of organization structure named grape-bunch organization, which emphasizes the role of middle manager. Grape-bunch organization can be a viable alternative in the information age or be a transient form toward an information age.

For the purpose of investigating the positive rate of rubella antibody and sero-conversion rate after rubella vaccination, 863 high school students of the two regions were studied from April 21st, 1996 to September 20th, 1996. The main results were as follows; 1. Positive rate of IgG in male was higher than in female, and the rate of IgM was also higher in male than in female. 2. Positive rate of IgG by blood type was similar, but positive rate of IgM was higher in AB type than the others. 3. Positive rate of IgG by vaccination was similar to all groups, but positive rate of IgM was higher in which was not vaccinated group. 4. Positive rate of IgG and IgM, having vaccination card, was less than which was not having vaccination card. 5. Those who were vaccinated acquired IgG(+) regardless of an existence of IgG antibody, and 28.3% of IgG(-), IgM(+) male who was not vaccinated became IgM(+), IgG(+) after 3months later. As a result positive rate of male was higher than female. The author conclude that vaccination is necessary to prevent from rubella for them.
