安東地域住民의 生活體育에 대한 意識構造와 活性化方案

The primary purpose of this study was to elucidate structure of consciouness about An-Dong Citizen's life be in sports and grope a device of activation. In order to meet this purpose, 977 questionnaires was analyzed according to sex, age, education, occupation and income. The results were as follows; 1) 84.4% of whole subjects felt necessity of Life be in Sports in every day life. in view of sex, 87.3% of males and 81.5% of females felt the necessity. 2) 81.8% of subjects regarded life be in sports as means of health improvement. 3) About the local facilities of life be in sports, only 9.4% of subjects satisfied and 64.9% of subjects revealed dissatisfaction. 4) Preference order in relation to the expansion of facilities appeared as follews; swimming pool(26.9%), tennis court(18.6%), gymnasium(11.4%). badminton court(11.5%), aerobic hall(5.8%) and bowling range(4.2%). 5) About making sport club, 82.4% of Whole subjects revealed affirmative answer. 6) About present participation in life be in sports, 30.1% of subjects answered being participated, but 69.9% subjects answered not being participated. 7) About necessity of coach of Life be in soprts, 66.0% of subjects felt the necessity. 8) The main reason of not attendance in Life be in sports were lack of leisure, economical difficulty, insufficiency of facilities. 9) 13.0% of subjects wanted to participate in tennis, 11.7% to swimming, 11.3% to badminton, 8.6% to mountaineering, 7.6% to aerobic, and 6.9% to bowling if circumstance permit. and then, the major device for activation of life be in sports were utilization and expansion of facilities, development of program, arrangement and nurture of coach, public information about life be in sports, support and construction of sports club, financial and administrative support.

영도구 자원봉사활동 활성화 방안 연구

The importance of volunteering service activity has greatly come to the front as a value to comprehensive politics, economy, society and culture and supplement. On 'the year of world volunteers', the organized 'Korea Commission' is in active service, and ahead of the 2002 Korean and Japanese World Cup, many efforts are being made for enacting 'the Support Law of Volunteering Service Activity' while the boom of volunteering activity is formed. The purpose of this study was to improve the volunteer activities in Yeongdo-Gu, Busan. The surveys were conducted by nongovernment organizations, religious organizations, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, universities and individual volunteers. The statistical analysis was used descriptive statistics by using SAS 10.2 program. The results of these surveys are summarized as follows: First,a membership of Yeongdo-Gu Volunteering Service Center established in 1997 is 1,277(man 634, woman 643) and its roles are to network with welfare facilities, to enhance the participating rate of citizens, and to educate volunteers and so forth. Second, as a result of individual volunteers survey, the subject of analysis were a total 64 cases of 45(70.3%) male and 19(29.7) female, their occupations are students 32(50.8%), housekeeper 13(20.6%). Third, Volunteers were participating in various fields of volunteer including social welfare, environment, transportation, health, culture and art. Thus operation plans to activate Yeongdo-Gu Volunteer activities are proposed as follows. First, it is necessary for assurance of volunteering resource in community and volunteering network construction for efficiency management. Second, it is also necessary for assurance of training program for volunteer.

Games can be categerized into two kinds-the one with physical contact and the one without it to decide victory or defeat. Soccer, which belongs to the former, faces a lot of deplorable accidents on the play ground, such as violence and physical assault. This is a concern in the sporting field of out country. It goes without saying that the chief aim of players is competing and winning a victory. Moreover, in soccer, physical contacts are very violent and direct, and the chance of winning a goal finshes up at a very short and decisive moment. Therefore, referees often have hard times passing a fair judgment and this may lead to players' distrust and discontent, and sometimes violence. This thesis aims at analyzing and clarifying various causes of playground violence. It is to help create a healthy atmosphere: fair and square sportsmanship of players, and assured and consistent judgment of referees, and just performance of duty of superintendents and coaches.

The main purpose of this survey is to analyze the event of practical examination that was executed in department of physical education and contrive new items for enterance examination in preceding practical examination, I discovered that test of power and agility was mainly evaluated in testing items. It is desirable, I think, but I will study deep into choice of event and distribution of marks according to the sex, and age.

정신병원 간호사의 공정성 지각과 조직몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of equality perception and organizational commitment on turnover intention of jobs among psychiatric hospital nurses. Method: Data were collected by questionnaire survey among 158 nurses working in 10 psychiatric hospitals from August 1st to September 30th. 2004. Results: The degree of turnover intention of jobs was significantly different by marital status, religion, qualification of psychiatric specialized nursing, monthly income and the location of hospitals. The correlation analysis showed that the turnover intention of jobs decreased as the equality perception and the organizational commitment increased. The hierachical multiple regression analysis showed that significantly related variables with turnover intention of jobs were religion, monthly income, equality perception and organizational commitment. The model explanation power was 53.1%. Conclusion: Because the equality perception explained 53.1% of variance of turnover intention among psychiatric nurses and organizational commitment was related with the turnover intention of nurses at psychiatric hospitals, activation strategy of organization must include the promotion strategy of equality perception and organizational commitment to decrease turnover intention of jobs among nurses.

유전체 연구를 위한 Well-plate 자동 교환 시스템의 개발

In this study, the automatic system exchanging well-plates was developed as a basic stage of the genome project. The developed system consisted of the plate fixing well-plates, the well-plate cassette, the head to move a well-plate from the well-plate cassette to the plate fixing well-plates before genome work or from the plate to the cassette after the work, the manipulator to move the head on the X, Y and Z axes and the control system. The performance test to exchange well-plates with the robotic system developed was carried out. The time to set an well-plate from the weD-plate cassette onto the board fixing well-plates was 55 seconds and the time for 9 ones was 8 minutes and 15 seconds. It took 57 seconds to move a well-plate from the board to the cassette and 8 minutes and 33 seconds for 9 ones.

反芻家畜의 飼料로 利用하기 위한 鷄糞사일리지의 衛生學的 硏究

This study was carried out to evaluate the hygienical value of silage made from cage layer excreta, rice straw and wheat bran. Cage layer excreta and rice straw were mixed in the ratio of 100:10 and 70:30 with 0 and 10% levels of wheat bran in each treatment. Ensilage was made in the small polyethylene vinyl bags containing 1.5kg of mixtures. Results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) Total bacteria counts of the initial mixtures were quite high but reduced rapidly after 3 days fermentation, especially on the mixtures of 63% layer excreta: 27% rice straw; 10% wheat bran. 2) Two salmonella groups (B and D) were isolated from the silage of 3 days fermentation and of 30 day-fermentation, respectively. However, no pathogenicity exhibited when in-jected two isolated into the abdominal cavity of each mouse. 3) Fairly high contents of lead were analyzed from a layer excreta, but diluted with the mixing of rice straw and wheat bran. 4) These results suggest that the mixture of 63% layer excreta: 27% rice straw: 10% wheat bran is desirable, considering hygienic aspects.

Archery에 있어서 Full Draw Time에 관한 硏究

洋弓競技에 대한 期待와 重要性이 더욱 增大되고 있는 이때에 Archery에 있어서 心理的인 狀態와 함께 가장 重要視되고 있는 Full braw time에 관한 硏究를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. Full draw time은 2.64±0.81sec가 理性的으로 나타났다. 2. Full draw time과 記錄에 대한 相關關係는 女中, 高공히 0.13∼-0.12사이로 나타나 거의 相關이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 따른 CR의 檢證은 女中 30m에서 (P<0.02)로 意義가 있는 것으로 나타났고 그 외는 (P>0.1)로 意義가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 3. Full draw time은 長距離에서 短距離로 갈수록 길어지는 傾向을 보였다. 4. 3om의 記錄은 女中(8.76±1.12), 女高(8.69±0.83)의 差異가 없었으나 50m의 記錄은 女高가 (7.91±1.01), 女中(7.37±1.92), 보다 훨씬 높았다. 5. 距離別 記錄은 30m가 제일 높았고, 그 다음이 60m, 70m, 50m順으로 나타나 50m가 제일 어려운 種目으로 나타났다. 6. Full draw time과 記錄의 分布는 1.4∼3.0sec에서 女高는 集中的으로 나타났으나, 女中은 個人差가 많아 넓게 퍼졌다. The expectation and importance in Archery are increased greatly and I summarize the study on Full draw time which is important in psychological condition as follows. 1. Full draw time showed an ideal in 2.64±0.8/sec 2. The correlation between Full draw time and recording showed between 0.13∼-0.12 in both girls' middle school and girls' high school. And so they are not related each other. According to the fact the verfication of CR showed that P<0.02 has the meaming in the 30m of middle school and expect that P>0.1 has no meaning 3. Full draw time showed that it becomes longer from the long distance to the short distance. 4. There was no difference between middle school(9.76±1.12) and high school(8.69±0.83) in 30m, but in 50m high school (7.91±1.01) was much higher nhan middle school(7.37±1.92) 5. In recordings according to the distances, it was the highest in 30m and 60m, 70m, 50m appeared in order and 50m showed the most difficult event. 6.Full draw time and the distribution of recording showed intensively in 1.4∼3.0 sec in girls' high school, but in girls'middle school the distribution was widened because of the individual's difference.
