        Application of Formative Assessment to College English Writing Teaching -- A case study in Yanbian University in China

        English plays an overwhelming role in achieving the communication and idea exchange among people. English writing is a skill of output, which can reflect one’s comprehensive cultural competence and logic thinking ability. There is no doubt that English writing is one s kill which can be acquired only in a hard and long way. As one means of expression, writing helps people to make a direct communication with each other without restriction of time and place, which can witness the lighting up the flame of thinking and penetrating ideas. In sharp contrast with the importance of English writing, students in the universities and colleges show an indifferent attitude towards English writing, mostly caused by the reason that the universities adapt the traditional English teaching method and evaluation. This research applies the formative assessment into English writing process tentatively and tries to explore the influence that formative assessment exerts on students' writing proficiency. The author proposed that formative assessment attaches more importance to the process of learning, with multiple types and tools of assessing to provide timely and effective feedback to facilitate teaching and learning.

        中国京津冀地区人口均衡发展研究

        The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) region is an area that most population conceptualized in China. However, in the process of population development, there are also problems of poor coordination among population, resources and environment and other external systems. Based on this background, this article firstly analyzes the population development status of the BTH region. On this basis, the entropy method is used to construct a comprehensive evaluation system for the balanced development of the population in the BTH region from the internal and the external population system. The comparative advantages and significant problems in the population development of the BTH three places provide reasonable policy recommendations for the coordinated development of BTH. The results of research show that Hebei Province is significantly behind Beijing and Tianjin in the coordinated development of population and economic systems. In contrast, Beijing and Tianjin have certain disadvantages in terms of resources and social systems. Therefore, In terms of population development, complementary advantages of BTH can be effectively achieved. On the basis of the above conclusions, this article puts forward some suggestions on the construction of Hebei campuses of universities in Beijing, strengthening the transfer of industries from Beijing to Tianjin and the adjustment of Hebei's industrial structure.

        Modelling drying-energy consumption in automotive painting line based on ANN and MLR for real-time prediction

        By taking energy awareness and efficiency into consideration, this research applies multiple linear regression (MLR) models and artificial neural networks (ANNs) for predicting the real-time heating energy demand and natural gas consumption in the drying chamber of an automotive painting line. With the estimation of the correlation and randomness during the painting process, a total of six fundamental variables that integrate energy, product and process data are considered in order to cover the impact factors of the natural gas consumption. The independent variable value, used to calibrate and evaluate the model, is obtained from our constructed energy consumption monitoring system. In the prediction cases, the ANN-based model, which offers a well performance, provides great precision in the determination of the natural gas demand with an R2 coefficient and other error measurements of over 90%. Based on the MLR model, the process temperature and the corresponding variation are found to be two decisive factors for the natural gas consumption. It is foreseen that the ANN model, which can effectively perform input/output mapping, is reliable and powerful for predicting the natural gas consumption and estimating the energy demand. Being a general data-driven method, our method is convenient for application to other heating process lines and even other energy-consuming plants.

        Study on grinding mechanism and machining technology of Si3N4 ceramic spindle

        In order to improve the machining accuracy of the cylindrical surface of silicon nitride ceramic spindle, the machining technologyof the cylindrical surface of ceramic spindle was studied by high-speed universal cylindrical grinder in this experiment. Firstly, the primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the surface roughness of ceramic spindleis determined by orthogonal experiment, then the influence law of single grinding parameter on the surface roughness ofceramic spindle is explored by single factor experiment, and the prediction model of the grinding surface roughness value ofceramic spindle is calculated by numerical analysis software, and finally the optimal processing parameters of the cylindricalsurface of ceramic spindle are obtained. The experimental results show that the grinding surface roughness of silicon nitrideceramic spindle first decreases and then increases with the increase of grinding wheel linear speed and workpiece linearspeed, and then increases with the increase of transverse feed speed and axial feed speed. The relative error between the predictedvalue of the prediction model and the actual measured value is less than 5%, which shows that the prediction modelhas a good prediction effect and provides a theoretical basis for actual machining

        Deformation Analysis of Engineering Reinforcement Straightening Based on Bauschinger Effect

        The Bauschinger eff ect is an important factor in metal forming process. Reinforcement straightening is a type of metal plastic forming processes, and it is theoretically infl uenced by the Bauschinger eff ect. However, in the fi eld of steel straightening technology, there is no study on the existence and infl uence of Bauschinger eff ect in the straightening process of steel bars. This study adopts the method of combining experiment with fi nite element simulation analysis. Firstly, based on the steel straightener, the HRB400E steel bar specimens were loaded forward and backward by adding tension pressure sensors and strain gauges, and the data were collected and analyzed. Finally, the exact constitutive parameters of reinforcing bar material are obtained through the tensile test of reinforcing bar, and the properties of reinforcing bar material are set by using the parameters combined with the multi-linear kinematic hardening model, so that the real simulation material model can be obtained. Experimental and simulation results both show that the yield limit of the reinforcement that is produced by plastic bending decreases noticeably during repeated reverse loading, moreover, the yield limit only decreases once in the subsequent reverse loading process. The study concludes that the Bauschinger eff ect exists in the straightening process of steel bars. Through the study, the existence and infl uence of Bauschinger eff ect should be fully considered and studied in the process of theoretical research and application of steel straightening, and at the same time, the reference basis for improving the accuracy and quality of steel straightening should be provided.

        Precision assembly simulation of skin model shapes accounting for contact deformation and geometric deviations for statistical tolerance analysis method

        Tolerance analysis methods, which are important to achieve a balance between manufacturing costs and functional requirements, have been studied and improved over the last 30 years. This paper proposes a new method to improve the precision of assembly simulation for statistical assembly simulation; by investigating the effect of the geometric deviations and mechanical behaviors of assembly contact on the stack-up assembly deviation by combining the recent theories on the tolerance analysis of rigid bodies and local contact deformation. To improve the precision of the tolerance analysis, real parts with form defects were simulated with the help of non-nominal skin model shapes. The SMSs were first considered to be rigid, and a quadratic optimization-based method for the rigid body displacement was used to calculate the initial contact points of all the SMSs. Next, contact deformation, following Hertzian contact theory, occurred at the initial contact points, which changed the relative positions of the SMSs in the subsequent interactions. The iteration process was convergent, and the final simulation for tolerance analysis could be generated after several iterations. Case studies demonstrated the practicality of the proposed method. Their actual assembly deviations were simulated by combining the effects of geometric deviations and local surface deformations. Since the proposed tolerance analysis framework based on statistical assembly simulation, it is expected to control the functional requirements of mechanical assemblies with much rough tolerance design and help optimize the tolerance in the future.

        Genomic, evolutionary and expression profile analysis of Hsp70 superfamily in A and D genome of cotton (Gossypium spp.) under the challenge of Verticillium dahliae

        In this study, we comparatively analyzed the 115 Hsp70 genes identified in Gossypium raimondii, Gossypium hirsutum and Gossypium arboreum genomes. Those Hsp70 genes unequally distributed among chromosomes in A and D genome of cotton (Gossypium spp.), and were classified into 29 groups according to the homology of them. Based on the localization information of the orthologs in Arabidopsis, the Hsp70 proteins were predicted to locate in cytosol, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondrion or chloroplast. Homologous analysis indicated the evolutionary conservation of Hsp70 in cotton. In addition, those Hsp70 genes were differently expressed in Suyuan-045, Hai-7124 and TM-1, which were highly resistant, resistant, and sensitive to Verticillium dahliae respectively. The expressions of 26 Hsp70 genes were induced by Verticillium dahliae except for Hsp70-07/16/25/26, and the result suggested the potential involvement of them in responding to Verticillium wilt. Hsp70-08/30/31 was highly expressed in both Suyuan-045 and Hai-7124, and it was hypothesized that they might be involved in the resistance to the invasion of Verticillium dahliae. 144h after inoculation with Verticillium dahliae, the expression of Hsp70-13/14/15 was only up-regulated in Suyuan-045, and it was assumed that they might be involved in resistance to the extension of Verticillium dahliae. Further study on those Hsp70 genes would be valuable to reveal the role of them in Verticillium wilt resistance.

Whether or not a building group has a door leaf, as a place for people to enter and leave the building, the door frame is a must. Thus the door frame is an inevitable ubiquity of the architectural community. According to different regions and its different materials, the decorative methods and decorative themes of their door frames have their own characteristics.

        부모의 지지 및 방임이 학교 밖 청소년의 진로성숙에 미치는 영향 연구 - 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 학교 밖 청소년이 인지한 부모의 지지 및 방임 경험이 진로성숙에 영향을 미치는 경로를 탐색하여 학교 밖 청소년의 진로성숙을 위한 개입을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2018년 한국청소년정책연구원에서 실시한 학교 밖 청소년 실태조사 데이터를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 학교 밖 청소년이 인지한 부모지지와 부모방임은 진로성숙에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 자아존중감을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 자아존중감은 부모의 양육태도와 진로성숙에 있어 완전 매개효과를 가짐을 알 수 있다. 이를 근거로 첫째, 청소년의 자아존중감 향상을 위한 부모의 지지적 양육 태도에 대한 교육, 둘째, 방임적 양육태도를 가진 부모를 위한 상담 및 사례관리 개입, 셋째, 청소년의 자아존중감 향상을 위한 참여형 프로그램을 제언하였다. This study explores the path where parental support and neglect experiences perceived by out-of-school adolescents affect career maturity and seeks out a strategy for out-of-school youth"s career maturity. The study was conducted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in 2018 using data on the status of out-of-school youths. According to the analysis, parental support and parental neglect recognized by out-of-school teenagers did not directly affect career maturity and indirectly affected self-respect. Therefore, self-respect can be seen to have a full effect on parenting attitudes and career maturity. Based on this, the government first proposed education strategies for parents" attitude toward improving self-respect, second, long-term planning and case management of customized career paths for each juvenile intervention that could interfere with parental anxiety, and third, actual participatory programs for improving youth self-esteem.
