Hae-In temple is located in Gaya Mountains, Hapcheon-gun, Korea and a thousand years old monastery. Tripitaka Koreana has been preserved during 750 years as good condition in Hae-In temple. The preservation technology is summarized as the passive design methods harmonized with the nature perfectly. Haein temple have dealt with a flow fields in the storage hall. In this study, an indoor and outdoor flow fields in the precincts of Haein temple were analysed with field measurement and numerical simulation. On the basis of the field measurement results, the restoration cases such as rearrangement of Tripitaka Koreana and relocation of the rear fence of Biro-Jean were analyzed with CFD.

Mobile MPLS VPN에서의 QoS 지원

The term "VPN", or Virtual Private Network, generally means the public network of vendors which is providing a communication net and other network using WWW as a backbone of its WAN. the existing VPN is expected to reduce expenses and will improve the productivity, however, the network provider should accept the management complexity and the overhead after tunneling and encryption. But MPLS VPN can provide efficient VPN which would not need the address transformation and the additional overhead made by tunneling after giving separately ID. This paper describes the protocol for MPLS VPN which is about a node that moves based on Customer Edge (CE) router and supports a scheme for QoS.

본 논문은 방송환경의 변화와 새로운 정보통신기술의 도입에 따른 새로운 방송정책의 방향을 모색해 보고 있다. 산업화된 국가의 방송정책- 특히 케이블텔레비젼과 관련하여- 에 비추어 우리의 방송정책이 추구해야 할 방송철학적 지향점을 논술하고 그 문제점을 지적하고 있다. 본 논문은 방송정책이 이제는 정권정책적 차원을 떠나서 산업정책과 문화정책의 맥락에서 이루어져야 할 것을 주장하며 그 철학적 토대를 독일의 공영방송에 비교해 보고 있다. 케이블텔레비젼의 도입을 바로 앞에 두고 정책적 틀을 점검하며 성공적인 도입에 필요한 몇가지 전제조건을 서술하였다. 고전적인 미디어 철학에 바탕을 둔 뉴미디어 정책은 실패할 수 밖에 없기 때문에 케이블 방송, 위성방송의 도입에 따른 새로운 혁신적인 방송정책이 요구되며 새로운 방송법 개정이 필요함을 논하고 있다.

To study the effects of corticosteroids to the bone tissues, author grouped young(3 weeks affter birth) and adult ICR mouse by dosage, injected intramusculaily prednisolone, a series of corticosteroids, to posterior leg during 6 weeks per day, obtained femurs and tibias, measured the lengths of tibias and femurs. The portions of the distal end of tibial crests were cross-sectioned, general H-E stain was perpormed. The adjacent distal portions of femoral neck were sectioned longitudinally, observed endosteal surface by scanning electron micrscope The results were followings: 1. The adult group injected by large dosage (0.56mg/100g body weight/day) and the young group injected by small dosage(0.14mg/100g body weight/day) from 3 weeks after birth were significantly shorter than the normal group according to statistics. And the adult group injected by small dosage (0.14mg/100g body weight/day) was not different from normal group according to statistics. 2. In the light microscopic sutdy, the adult group injected by large dosage decreased in bone mass of compact bone severely, the adult group injected by small dosage changed a little grade. The young group injected by small dosage from 3 weeks after birth was not severe in bone change, but bone thickness decreased. 3. In the scanning elctron microscopic study, the adult group injected by large dosage and the young group iniected by small dosage from 3 weeks after birth decreased in trabeculae. The trabeculae of the adult group injected by small dosage were decreased slightly. 4. Integrating above all, the changes by prednisolone injection osteoporosis, of young period were more severe than those of adult, too.

독해력 신장을 위한 독해전략 실험 연구 : Centered on Middle School 3 중학교 3학년을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to find a way for teaching English reading comprehension to the students of English as a foreign language in Korea and to develop a teaching model for reading comprehension in reading classes. To achieve this purpose, this study was conducted according to the following procedure : (1) Based upon theoretical background and the survey of the English reading strategies, the main experimental study was conducted form March 1999 to December 1999. Two groups of students were selected from the subjects on the basis of test scores. One was the experimental group, 34 students and the other was the comparative group, 32 students. (2) The subjects of the comparative group were presented by traditional methods based on bottom-up process when they studied the main text. But those in the experimental class were instructed through reading strategies. (3) At the end of this work each student had a test. The test was composed of 25 items, 25 minutes, and 25 scores in each. The problems were made up of searching topics, main ideas, organization of passage and inference. The result analyses were shown as follows; (1) The questionnaire reported that almost all the students focused on word power, but neglected reading strategies. So they lost their interest in general English reading activities. (2) The experimental group had higher total comprehension scores, which showed reading strategies were significantly more effective than the comparative. (3) 4 reading strategies (previewing, predicting, scanning, skimming) demonstrated a greater effect in developing the reading comprehension ability of students. Some implications could be drawn from the results of this study; (1) In English reading classes, students could be presented different effective strategies on paragraph levels of the text and practice those strategies to the full use. (2) Students could recognize the importance and utility of reading strategies and do exercises through train to learn and develop their own effective strategies for successful reading.

링구조 광통신 액세스 망에서의 요구 대역폭에 따른 버퍼 크기 분석

In this paper, we present an active optical network(AON). The AON uses the dense wavelength division multiplexing(DWDM) from optical communication access network of ring type, and will be able to provide the smoothly service in the Bandwidth on Demand by using DWDM. It supports the connection of the multiple wavelength and the Sub-carrier from the optical gigabit ethemet switch. The wavelength add drop multiplexer(WADM) extracts a specific wavelength, and composes a node of the ring network. The specific wavelength becomes demultiplexing in the Sub-Carrier and it is distributed in the user. The active connection of optical gigabit ethemet switch where the distribution of access network is started and access terminal connection equipment is possible. By the BoD from the AON it compares the buffer size which changes, and it analyzes.

활동중심 유아언어평가도구 개발을 위한 기초 연구 : Focused on Speaking and Listening

The purpose of this study is to provide preliminary data to present a method and a direction of assessment through demonstrative application and to develop a performance assessment instrument based on teaching and learning mactivities that can assess young children verbal ability focused on speaking and listening. The research contents for the purpose of this study are as follows: · Formulation of a tentative plan for a performance assessment instrument to measure young children verbal ability focused on speaking and listening. · Demonstrative application of the tentative plan at the age of 4-5. The research findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the study drew up a tentative plan for a performance assessment instrument to measure young children verbal ability focused on speaking and listening. The first tentative plan was drawn up on the basis of previous studies and literature research. The one following, investigation of the degree of appropriateness of the first tentative plan through questionnaire surveys on professionals. The question items of the survey included assessment working, assessment areas, assessment contents, and assessment criteria. The second tentative plan for a performance assessment instrument to measure young children verbal ability focused on speaking and listening was formulated on the basis of the degree of appropriateness presented by professionals and other opinions. The assessment areas of second tentative plan included the eight areas and the assessment questionnaire of second tentative plan consisted of a total of 21 questions items. The two assessment workings included:"storytelling in picture looking" and "retelling in storybook listening". The assessment criteria consisted of three points, respectively. Second, the second tentative plan for a performance assessment instrument was applied demonstratively to 48 children who aged 4 to 5 and the goodness of items as well as the tool were examined and differences according to gender was analyzed. In terms of the item goodness, the scores of each item were high with two points or higher and the standard deviations were largely low at 1.00 or below, and the item discrimination was high. In terms of the tool goodness, an internal consistency obtained as reliability was .79, which means that the instrument is relatively reliable and the second tentative plan was concluded through the examination for the validity of the first tentative plan by experts and therefore the content validity was verified. To examine the difference of verbal abilities by gender, an independent sample t-test was conducted; there was not a significant difference by gender excepting area of listening manner.

This study given here presents the results of an experimental investigation of the iron contents contained in the city water which not used for a long time in the winter. The measurements were performed after turning on and for flowing water in a moment. And the quantitative analysis was studied by chemical form and the results were as follows. 1. The content of the ferrous ion was 113.8-14.4 ppm, water soluble iron was 22.5-14.4 ppm and acid soluble iron was 150-10 ppm. 2. Iron contents of the each chemical from gradually reduced but it appeared high value than standard value of city water until five minutes.

DSP를 적용한 디지털전력량계의 위상보상 기법

This paper deals with a mathematical framework for design and implementation of a digital electricity meter that compensates by digital signal processing the phase error due to the unique characteristics of each electricity meter, which gives us more precise measurement of electricity energy. We use a kind of delayed power technique to recognize the phase error which is then compensated by a FIR (finite impulse response) filter. Then we calibrate the scale with two methods: amount based and instant value based. As the whole calibration process is conducted under single unity power factor of standard meter, calibration time can be considerably reduced with better result. It illustrates a simulation result using simple I-tab FIR filter based on the proposed framework.
