      • '남미공동시장'(MERCOSUR)의 경제 통합과 한국의 진출방안

宋基道 全北大學校 1995 論文集 Vol.40 No.-

During the '50s and '60s, the Latin American countries had taken a politics of the substitution of important and tried to make regional economic integration like the European Economic Community. The result of that politics supported by the ECLA(CEPAL) had appeared successful until the beginning of the '70s. But the economic growth had not lasted much time. Latin America has suffered the critical economic crisis originated by 'oil crisis' in 1973 and 1979. And, during the '80s, the economy of the region went from wrong to worse with denomination of "the lost decade." From the last years of the '80s latinamerican countries have begun the recovery of their economy with a rhythm of annual growth of 6%. And the civil government, that have replaced the military rule, took the new economic politics of "neo-liberalism" opening their market to the exterior, removing the barrier of custom, giving the advantage to foreign investments, etc. The Mercosur, economic integration of four countries -Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay- has gone into effect the 1st of January of 1995. Without a doubt it is one of the most important economic integration of the region. It represents about 70% of the GNP of Latin America. It is an Customs union that the member countries make accord to remove all the barriers that have prevented the free trade among them, and to take the common economic to the exterior. The relations between Latin American countries and Korea have been limited by the geografical distance and the cultural difference. And recently Korea is enlarging his commerce with the latin America. In 1993 the Korea exported to this region with 4,900 millions of dollars surpassing to the middle Asian countries. The objective of this article is to analyze the factors, causes and, outputs of the recent economic integration in Latin America, especially Mercosur. In my opinion, it is good time of increasing and profounding the relationships with them. Their economy is improving. And it is necessary that we have to give more attentions to this region.

      • 枕草子의 一考察 : Living in the Court and the Meaning

송귀영 단국대학교 1998 論文集 Vol.33 No.-

“Makuranosousi”is recognized as the oldest essay form in the Japanese literature, and “okasi”is the main line of it. In general, “okasi”has been known as the word to express the characteristic of “sei-syounagon”, of her cheerful, delightful, and superior sense of moment. From the existing researches made, however, is not easy to understand why “sei-syounagon”wrote the “Makuranosousi”and what were her real intention and motivation behind in writing the essay at that time. Therefore, the author of the thesis thought that it is important to examine in more detail the “batsubun”(footnotes) added in most of the existing block books of “Makuranosousi”today. Because, from these footnotes, the author saw the sign of fierce power struggle during the age of “ichijyo-tennou”, and also has seen the joys and sorrows of the then queen, “teisi”, and her brother “korechika”and his influence to the then a young queen, both as the concerned party as well as the victims of the power struggle. But “sei-syounagon”’s purpose in writing the essay was not seem to resent the world or blame upon the weakness of “ichijyo-tennou”. On the contrary, she is saying that one can not remain only in resentment or in skepticism forever. She is saying that, the at is the life(“ikirukoto”), and she does not overlook that it has the element of “time lapse” in it. When realized this, “the world”, in other words, a “life”could had been very “okasi”to “sei-syounagon”. For the reasons above, this attempts to deny the existing interpretation that “sei-syounagon”’s “Makuranosousi”is merely a collection of well written phrases of high wit and sharpness. The thesis attempts to show that “sei-syounagon”has more prudence and sincerity n her motivation and intention of writing the essay, and see how she had become progressively mature towards the meaning of the “life”as she wrote the essay. To achieve this purpose, the thesis attempts to freshly reexamine the existing interpretations with the standards and settings of its own, and for that, understanding the contents of “sei-syounagon”’s personal life becomes the prerequisiste. The significance of this thesis, therefore, should be found at the newly interpreted meaning based on the life of one woman, “sei-syounagon”.

The Effects of Bridge Exercise with Abdominal Drawing-in on Balance in Patients with Stroke

        ( Gui-bin Song ),( Ju-young Heo ) 대한물리치료학회 2016 대한물리치료학회지 Vol.28 No.1

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Bridge exercise with abdominal drawing-in on static and dynamic balance in patients with stroke. Methods: Forty patients with stroke participated in this study. Participation was randomly assigned to the Bridge exercise group (n=20) and the Bridge exercise with abdominal drawing-in group (n=20). A bio-feedback device was used when patients performed the Bridge exercise with abdominal drawing-in. This training was performed without any motion on the patient`s spine and upper belly part, and the pressure was held with the biofeedback device as 40-70 mmHg. Both groups received training 30 minutes per day, three times per week, for four weeks. Weight bearing, anterior limit of stability, and posterior limit of stability for static balance ability were measured, and Berg balance scale (BBS), Timed up and go test (TUG) for dynamic balance ability were also measured. Results: Participants showed significant differences between pre- and post-mediation in terms of weight bearing, anterior limit of stability, posterior limit of stability, Berg balance scale, and Timed up and go test (p<0.05). The Bridge exercise with abdominal drawing-in group showed a more significant increase (p<0.05). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, both exercises were effective for improving the static and dynamic balance ability. However we suggest that the Bridge exercise with abdominal drawing-in is more efficient for increasing balance ability in patients with stroke.

Effects of Neck and Trunk Stabilization Exercise on Balance in Older Adults

        ( Gui-bin Song ),( Eun-cho Park ) 대한물리치료학회 2016 대한물리치료학회지 Vol.28 No.4

Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of neck and trunk stabilization exercise on static and dynamic balance in older adults. Methods: A total of 30 older adults participated in this study. Participants were randomly assigned to the neck and trunk stabilization exercise group (NTSG) (n=15) or the trunk stabilization exercise group (TSG) (n=15). The NTSG performed a trunk stabilization exercise added to a neck stabilization exercise that included biofeedback. Both groups received training for 30 minutes per day three times per week for eight weeks. The anterior, posterior limit of stability and sway length was used to measure static balance ability, while the timed up and go (TUG) test was used to measure dynamic balance ability. Results: Participants showed significant differences in sway length, anterior limit of stability, posterior limit of stability, and the results of the TUG test between their pre- and post mediation evaluations (p<0.05). The NTSG showed a more significant increase than the TSG (p<0.05). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, both exercises effectively improved static and dynamic balance ability. However, the neck and trunk stabilization exercise is more efficient for increasing the balance ability of older adults.

A Low Jitter and Fast Locking Phase-Lock Loop with Adaptive Bandwidth Controller

Song Youn-Gui,Choi Young-Shig The Korea Institute of Information and Commucation 2005 Journal of information and communication convergen Vol.3 No.1

This paper presents the analog adaptive phase-locked loop (PLL) architecture with a new adaptive bandwidth controller to reduce locking time and minimize jitter in PLL output for wireless communication. It adaptively controls the loop bandwidth according to the locking status. When the phase error is large, the PLL increases the loop bandwidth and reduces locking time. When the phase error is small, the PLL decreases the loop bandwidth and minimizes output jitters. The adaptive bandwidth control is implemented by controlling charge pump current depending on the locking status. A 1.28-GHz CMOS phase-locked loop with adaptive bandwidth control is designed with 0.35 $mu$m CMOS technology. It is simulated by HSPICE and achieves the primary reference sidebands at the output of the VCO are approximately -80dBc.
