항암화학요법 관련 오심과 구토 완화를 위한 비약물요법에 관한 연구동향

Purpose: Purposes of this study were to understand the current trends on complementary therapy in relieving chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and to suggest the future research direction. Method: Subjects were selected on CINAHL, MEDLINE, Korean Academy Data Base from 1980 to 2001 which used nausea, vomiting, chemotherapy and complementary therapy as key words in experimental studies. Eight korean articles and twenty-one international articles were analyzed in terms of general characteristics, research methods, and types of complementary therapy. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical methods. Result: Since 2000, researchers have more actively used complementary therapy. In subject characteristics, mean age was 35.5 years old, 45% of the researchers were performed with high level of incidence of chemotherapy induced vomiting, 14% of them set limit of consecutive cycle during research, and 65% of them did not comment the selecting criteria of sample. About 60% of them were designed post-test only control group: 35% used INV by Rhodes, 31% used Likert scale, and 24% used VAS for dependent variable. Muscle relaxation therapy was mostly applied for relief of nausea and vomiting. Conclusion: Further studies will be needed to control extrinsic variables affecting nausea and vomiting in research design and to accumulate evidence with studies applying various complementary therapies.

교정환자의 브라켓과 치아 경계부에 존재하는 치면세균막내 mutans streptococci 종 및 생물형의 식별

본 연구는 교정환자의 브라켓과 치아 경계부 및 브라켓으로부터 2 mm 이상 떨어진 치아 평활면의 치면세근막에 존재하는 mutaus streptococci의 종 및 생물형에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 시행되었다. 조선대학교 치과병원에 내원한 13세 이상 35세 미만의 환자 28명으로부터 브라켓을 장착하고 있는 61개 치아에서 치균세균막을 채취하여 mutans streptococci를 MSB 배지에서 선택적으로 분리한 다음, 이들의 지놈 DNA를 추출하여 dextranase 유전자를 표적으로 하는 중합효소연쇄반응법을 시행하고, 그 증폭물을 Hae Ⅲ로 소화하고, 이를 전기영동하여 제한효소절편길이에 따라 그 종을 식별하였다. 또한 생물형을 조사하기 위하여 생화학적 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 브라켓과 치아 경계부 및 브라켓으로부터 2 mm 이상 떨어진 평활면의 치면세균막에 존재하는 mutans streptococci 종은 서로 비슷한 검출 빈도를 보이나 두 곳에 존재하는 mutans streptococci 생물형은 서로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 브라켓과 치아 경계부 및 치아 평활면의 치면세균막의 mutans streptococci 생물형의 차이와 브라켓 주위의 법랑질 탈회 및 치아우식증 발병과의 상관관계에 대한 연구가 필요하다. The aim of this study was to compare the species and biotypes of mutans streptococci isolated from dental plaques sampled from the interfaces between the bracket and tooth surface and smooth tooth surfaces in orthodontic patients. Dental plaque was collected from the interfaces between brackets and teeth (test group), and from smooth tooth surfaces distant from brackets by more than 2 mm (control group). The dental plaque collected by a sterilized curette was transferred into a vial of 1 X PBS. The sample in the vial was vigorously vortexed for1 min and plated on mitissalivarius bacitracin (MSB) agar plate using cotton tips. The agar plates were incubated at 37℃ in a candle jar for 2 days, and again incubated for 1 more day at anambient temperature. Individual colonies were cultured in TH broth at 37℃ CO₂ incubator. The PCR-RFLP based on dextranase gene was performed for the identification of mutans streptococci at the species-level. For biotyping of mutans streptococci, biochemical tests were performed. There was no significant difference of the species of mutans streptococci isolated from both test and control groups. However, the biotypes of the mutans streptococci isolated from test and control groups were different. These results may offer the basic data to verify the relationship between the mutans streptococci biotype and enamel decalcification or dental caries in orthodontic patients with fixed appliances.

Background and Objectives: The aim of the study was to identify the factors associated with life satisfaction of hospitalized Vietnam veterans. Material and Methods: The data were collected from 200 hospitalized Vietnam veterans of 5 veterans hospitals in Korea from September 13 to 23, 2004. Information of general characteristics, health behavior, disease history, family function, depression and life satisfaction were collected by structured questionnaire. Results: The mean of life satisfaction was 21.48(±6.03), and the mean of depression was 53.10(±9.64). The prevalence of depression was mild depression 24.0%, moderate depression 43.5% and severe depression 25.0%. Depression was associated with life satisfaction and depression was higher, life satisfaction was lower. Family function and age were positively associated with life satisfaction, Conclusion: Life satisfaction was affected by depression and family function in hospitalized Vietnam veterans. Therefore, it was thought that psychosocial approaches such as improve depression and family function in care of hospitalized Vietnam veterans is required.

This study is to analyze the compitition structure and the brand image of the formalwear and the preferance of the brand group among the age of 20's females. The 207 samples of 20's females who live in Cheong-Ju city. The results of this study are followed as: The market competition structre appeared in positioning map have been constituted into four groups of the "Tomboy y'sb","lollol·selly·besti-belly","VOV·o.z.o.c·Joinus",EnC·i.n.v.u". The brand-trasfer of each group may easily be taken place as each compition among these groups was much feeble. By investigating the image of the formalwear brands appeared in positioning map, it may be presented that horizontality dimrnsion is "cute-ellegance image", and verticality dimension is "mannish-feminine image". Group Ⅳ such as EnC·i.n.v.u is brand which are prefered and purechaseed by the age of 20's females, whereas the preferance and puechase of brand such as VOV·o.z.o.c·Joinus.

Objectives : The aims of this study were to identify the intake and following process for subjects at high risk of transition to schizophrenia and to examine the neurocognitive, social, and emotional functions of the subjects compared with healthy controls. Methods : Symptomatic individuals judged at high risk for schizophrenia ('clinical high risk') within Youth Clinic were assessed and followed up. They performed a neurocognitive function test, a social function test and an affective function test. Twenty healthy controls were recruited in this study. Results : Among eighty-two subjects contacted through the Youth clinic, sixteen subjects were judged as the clinical high risk group. Fourteen subjects among the clinical high risk group showed deficits in several domains of neurocognitive functions, such as visual recall memory, verbal short term memory and executive function. Social and affective functions are also impaired in the Cli-nical high risk group compared with healthy controls. Two of 15 subjects (13%) developed a psychotic disorder within 6 months. Conclusion : This study illustrates the state of follow-up study for a clinical high risk group. Despite low numbers and short durations, some impairment of several functions in the clinical high risk group suggests possible predictors of psychosis.

인간이 갖고 있는 감각 기관은 시각, 청각, 후각, 촉각, 미각의 총 다섯 가지로, 이를 모두 활용 할 때 이상적 공간 상호작용이 가능하다. 본 연구는 화장품의 공간 연출 계획 시 오감적 요소를 접목하여 브랜드 이미지를 구축하는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 3월~6월 15주간 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 <융합연출디자인> 수업에서 진행된 수업의 결과물로서 작업물을 정리하였다. 그 결과 본 연구는 제품이나 서비스를 직접 경험할 수 있도록 다양한 엔터테인먼트적 요소를 결합하여 기능적 만족감과 더불어 체험적 만족감 제공하는 오감적 디스플레이를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 오감을 활 용한 뷰티 쇼룸으로 감각을 공간에 어떠한 방식으로 적용할 것인지에 대한 정립을 했다는 데에 의의가 있다. 아울러 다양한 매체와 공간의 개념이 일반화 되어 가는 오늘날 기업 환경 속에서 오감적 체험을 기반으로 한 공간연출은 가상의 공간속에서도 유연하게 적용 가능한 디스플레이 요소로 확인되었다. 또한 본 연구는 향후 이와 관련된 쇼룸 공간 개발에 있어서 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

리듬체조 Stag Ring Leap 동작의 운동학적 분석

The purpose of this study was to provide kinematic analysis of Stag Ring Leap motion in Rhythmic Gymastics. As subjects selected, five national woman athletes in Korea were performed the motion three times and selected best motion to be devided for seven phase. For the data analysis, it was utilzed by technique of three dementional analysis of each kinematic variables, used by K3D Program for data treatments, and used by Excel (Version 7.0) for calculating process of the data analysis. The results that have got by analysis of distance, velocity, and angles from 5 phase of last step, most important out of total phases to 7 phase of peak point were as follows : 1. It was appeared the most effective motion that center of gravity of body should support highly in time of left foot of last step from the ground for ideal Stag Ring Leap motion, angle do knee joint should support widely, and time consumed for hopping should be minimized. 2. It was appeared the best performance that movement velocity of hands was 11.06 ㎧, 10.64㎧ from 5 phase, 8.35㎧, 6.49㎧ from 6 phase, and 2.45㎧, 2.45㎧ from 7 phase for each right and left hand. 3. When upper trunk tried to arch shape, it should be supported that quick movement velocity of hands be required flexibility of shoulder joints of upper body, as well as flexibility of cervical, lumber, thorax parts. 3. In addition, it was appeared the best performance that angle of shoulder between right and left, respectably from 7 phase was 259.5˚ and 252.8˚ , 77.7˚ and 87.1˚ in case of knee joint, 135.3˚ and 303.9˚ in case of hip joint, and 153.9˚ between right and left hip joint. In order to attract the best ideal motion from peak point, it should be required that fast flextion of right hip and knee joints, maximally extended left hip joint, and training for the muscular strength of left thigh. Especially, it should be trained that flexibility and strength for supporting angle of hip jont. 4. Author considered that many studies after this study should be accomplished to grafting of kinematic and kinetic analysis for commited better optimal model of Stag Ring Leap motion,
