        신명기 사가의 관점에서 본 사사시대의 내전 연구

        이 논문의 목적은 사사시대에 발생한 내전에 대해 신명기 사가의 관점에서 분석하는 것이다. 이에 사사시대에 발생하였던 내전을 (1)기드온과 숙곳, 브누엘의 내전, (2)아비멜렉과 세겜의 내전, (3)입다와 에브라임의 내전, (4)단 지파와 라이스의 내전, (5)레위인의 첩 사건과 관련한 이스라엘과 베냐민 지파의 내전으로 분류하였다. 또한 각 내전의 원인을 신명기 사가가 제시하는 죄에 대한 문제를 기준으로 다루었다. 이에 연구자는 죄를 도덕적 죄와 종교적 죄라는 항목으로 분류하였다. 그리고 나서 개인과 공동체가 행한 악의 문제는 도덕적 죄로, 야웨에 대한 불순종과 우상숭배의 문제는 종교적 죄로 세분화하여 연구하였다. 기드온과 숙곳, 브누엘의 내전에서는 기드온의 개인적인 죄에 대한 도덕적인 죄와 공동체가 우상숭배를 한 종교적인 죄의 특징이 나타났다. 또한 아비멜렉과 세겜, 입다와 에브라임, 단 지파와 라이스, 이스라엘과 베냐민 지파 사이에 발생한 나머지 내전에서는 공통적으로 개인과 공동체가 행한 도덕적인 죄와 종교적인 죄를 발견하였다. 이 연구를 통해 신명기 사가가 사사시대의 내전에 나타난 원인을 개인과 공동체에 나타난 도덕적인 죄와 야웨에 대한 불순종과 우상숭배로 인한 종교적인 죄 때문이라는 것을 제시하고자 했음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 신명기 사가가 개인과 공동체에 나타난 도덕적인 죄와 종교적인 죄가 갈수록 커져가고 돌이킬 수 없었다는 것을 제시하고자 했다는 것이다. 즉 자기 마음에 옳은 대로 행했던 그들의 악은 점점 커져만 갔으며, 그로 인해 동족간에 서로를 죽이는 내전이 발생하였다는 원인론을 제시하고자 했다는 연구결과를 얻었다. The purpose of this article analyzes that internal wars in the periods of Judges from the perspective of the Deuteronomistic Historian. This study classified internal wars in the periods of Judges as (1) Gideon, Succoth and Penuel’s internal war, (2) Abimelech and Shechem’s internal war, (3) Jephthah and Ephraim of internal war, (4) Dan and Rice’s internal war, (5) Israel and the tribe of Benjamin with a case concubine of Levite. Dealing with a standard to the problem of sin that Deuteronomistic Historian presented the cause of each internal wars. Hence, the researcher classified items under moral and religious sin. Then the researcher subdivided study a moral sin that problem of individual and communities, a religious sin that problem of disobedience to Yahweh and idolatry. In the internal war of Gideon, Succoth, and Peneuel, Abimelech and Shechem, Jephthah and Ephraim, Dan and Rice, and Israel and the tribe of Benjamin appeared moral and religious sin of individuals and communities. Through this study the researcher was able to confirm that Deuteronomistic Historian suggested that cause of internal wars in the periods of Judges are from moral sin of individual and communities, and religious of disobedience to Yahweh and idolatry. Also, Deuteronomistic Historian was going to suggest it had built up and became irrevocable things that moral and religious sin appeared on individuals and communities. So it may be obtained through this study what it happened internal war killing with one another due to that so they had done the right in their own eyes that enlarged their wickedness.

        Effect of gomisin A on osteoblast differentiation in high glucose-mediated oxidative stress

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Background</B></P> <P>Gomisin A is a lignan isolated from the hexane of <I>Schisandra chinensis</I> fruit extract with antioxidant properties. Oxidative stress mediated by high glucose is one of the major complications of diabetes mellitus.</P> <P><B>Purpose</B></P> <P>This study investigates the role of gomisin A in osteoblast differentiation under high glucose-induced oxidative stress in MC3T3 E1 cells and determines its relationship with heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and mitochondrial biogenesis.</P> <P><B>Methods</B></P> <P>MC3T3 E1 cells were treated by gomisin A following induced by high glucose levels and glucose oxidase to investigate the inhibitory effect of gomisin A against high glucose oxidative stress. Western blot analysis, alizarin red staining, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity, analysis of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and confocal microscopy were used to determine mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative stress, osteoblast differentiation and mineralization. To analyze the role of HO-1, the MC3T3 E1 cells were treated with the HO-1 inhibitor zinc protoporphyrin IX (ZnPP).</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>Gomisin A enhanced the expression of HO-1, increased mitochondrial biogenesis factors (peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1–alpha, nuclear respiratory factor-1, and mitochondrial transcription factor A), antioxidant enzymes (copper-zinc superoxide dismutases and manganese superoxide dismutase), osteoblast differentiation molecules (bone morphogenic protein-2/7, osteoprotegerin and Runt-related transcription factor-2) and mineralization by upregulation of ALP and alizarin red staining, which were decreased by ZnPP and high glucose oxidative stress. Similarly, gomisin A inhibited ROS which was increased by ZnPP and the high glucose-mediated oxidative stress.</P> <P><B>Conclusions</B></P> <P>The findings demonstrated the antioxidative effects of gomisin A, and its role in mitochondrial biogenesis and osteoblast differentiation. It potentially regulated osteoblast differentiation under high glucose-induced oxidative stress <I>via</I> upregulation of HO-1 and maintenance of mitochondrial homeostasis. Thus, gomisin A may represent a potential therapeutic agent for prevention of bone fragility fractures and implant failure triggered by diabetes.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstarct</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

      • The Antioxidant Effect of the Rhaponticum uniflorum Extracts on the Oxidative Stress in H₂O₂ induced Human Keratinocytes

        In this study, To investigate the antioxidant activities of Rhaponticum uniflorum extracts (RUE), we assessed scavenging activities on DPPH, ABTS radicals, and reducing power. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities (SC50) of RUE were 96.97±1.19 μg/mL and 31.26±0.13 μ g/mL, respectively, and the reducing power significantly increased dose-dependent manner. To study the antioxidant effecters of RUE in H₂O₂ induced human keratinocytes, expression of Nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) were determined by Western blot and qRT-PCR. RUE induced the expression of HO-1, a critical target enzyme of Nrf2, in a concentration-dependent manner. The expression of HO- 1 mRNA was also induced in H₂O₂-treated HaCaT cells but no significant difference in the level of HO-1 mRNA was observed. Taken together, these results suggest that RUE may be useful as a potential ingredient for anti-aging products.

      • AUTO-ADPT 조타시스템에 있어서 적절한 조타모드의 선택에 관한 실선실험

        PR-8000 autopilot system, in the training ship SAE YU DAL, provides two kinds of steering mode for the auto steering : these are the conventional PID steering mode and the adaptive steering mode(ADPT). Free combination of these two steering modes makes it possible to establish the stable control in all variation of weather at sea. ADPT steering mode has three selection modes, that is CONFINED(CONF.), ADJ. and OPEN mode. But there are not any correct data for field officers to use. Therefore in this experiment the writer analyzed the situations and suggested the proper way of steering mode selections with detected data through on-board experiment at sea.

        It is very difficult to test the concrete quality, because the concrete consists of various materials, such as cement, sand, gravel, water, and etc. Therefore, the concrete has difficulties to estimate quickly its quality, compared with the other materials, Accordingly, we can't reflect quality control result quickly, a fresh concrete has many serious problems (economical problem, structural problem, etc.) after being cast in place. Especially, it takes a long time to discover the problems so that it's difficult to consider a counterplan when we discover them. And it takes not only many cost to Solve those problems, but we can't also remove perfectly fundamental ones. Besides, it results in shortening a whole building life, nevertheless the damage is small and limited. Therefore, the earlier test system of concrete quality is needed for the solution of the problem. The purpose of this study is to develop the method of earlier concrete quality control and its system, which evaluate the concrete 28 days strength in concrete. And this study establishes the general equation for the prediction of 28 days strength from the results of the earlier test. Also the method adopted ultras-onic velocity and electric resistivity as specific characters. This study proposed the method, the general equation, and the system for earlier concrete strength evaluation so that we may achieve convenient and quick quality controls.

      • 쑥 및 인삼 급여가 한국재래산양육에 있어서 지방산 조성 및 TBA가에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 쑥, 인삼 및 쑥과 인삼 병용첨가가 흑염소육 중의 지질, 지방산 조성 및 TBA가에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 그 결과 쑥, 인삼 및 쑥과 인삼 병용첨가 사육시 총지질을 유의하게(p<0.01) 저하시키는 작용이 있었으며 흑염소육의 지방산 조성을 크게 변화시켜 linoleic acid 함량을 낮추면서, palmitic acid 함량을 증가시켰다. 또한, 흑염소육의 TBA가를 유의하게(p<0.05) 낮추는 것을 볼 때 흑염소육에 다량 함유된 불포화 지방산의 산패를 억제하는 것으로 사료되었다. 이들 결과는 흑염소육의 노린내를 제거해 육질을 개선시키는 필요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. This study was performed to investigate the effects of mugwort and ginseng on the fatty acid composition and TBA value of meats in Korean Native Goat. A Total of 12 Korean Native Goats were equally into four groups; Control, Mugwort(4%), Ginseng(1%), Mugwort & Ginseng(4%+1%) groups were supplemented to the basal diet for 40days. These Korean Native Goats with the liveweight of average 9.9kg were slaughtered to obtain samples from loin. Meat samples stored at -20℃ for 7days were analyzed quantitatively to obtain the changes of fatty acid composition and TBA value in total lipid. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. Total lipid contents were significantly(P<0.01) low in Ginseng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups, compared with the Control group. 2. Composition of fatty acid in total lipid of loin were categorized with 6 different fatty acids. Palmitic acid content from loin was highest among saturated fatty acid followed by stearic acid and myristic acid, and oleic acid content was highest among unsaturated fatty acids followed by linoleic acid and palmitoleic acid. Palmitic acid levels decreased remarkably in Mugwort, Ginseng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups, compared with the Control. Linoleic acid levels also decreased in Mugwort, Ginseng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups. The ratio of the compositions of unsaturated and saturated fatty acids in total lipids increased remakably in Mugwort, Gineng and Mugwort & Ginseng groups compared with the Control group. 3. TBARS(thiobabituric acid related substance) of mugwort, ginseng or mugwort & ginseng supplementation to the diet decreased significantly(p<0.05) in loin. These results indicate that mugwort or ginseng supplementation in Korean Native Goat may be effective, to increase the stability of meat or decrease total lipid and unsaturated fatty acids.

      • 지구성 트레이닝이 하대정맥 횡단면적에 미치는 영향

        6주간 지구적 트레이닝에 의한 대정맥에 있어서 횡단면적의 증가와 같은 형태적 적응이 유발된다는 사실이 명백히 밝혀졌다. 그리고 이러한 지구적 트레이닝에 따른 대정맥 횡단면적의 증가율은 대동맥의 증가율보다 컸다. 이러한 지구적 트레이닝에 대한 대정맥형태의 적응은 운동중의 활동근과 심장사이에서의 혈액환류를 효율화하고 전신지구력의 향상에도 부분적으로 기여하는 것으로 생각된다. A study was conducted to determine non-invasively the effects of endurance training on the size of the inferior vena cava in humans. Twelve healthy male subjects were assigned to either and exercise-trained group(ET, n=14) or a sedentary control group(S, n=10). The ET group underwent cycle-endurance training for 8 weeks(80% Vo2max, 40min/day, 4days/week). The S group led normal lives during the 8-week period. Before and after the training period, cross-sectional areas(CSA) of the inferior vena cava and the ascending and abdominal aorta were measured by echography. The CSA of the inferior vena cava after training was no significant difference in the S group. hese results indicate that the inferior vena cava can be morphologically altered as an adaptive response to endurance training. We consider that this adaptation partly contributes to the improvement in the efficiency of venous the aorta, the degree of change was smaller than that seen in the inferior vena cava, implying that the factors of adaptation and adaptability to endurance training in the inferior vena differ from those in the aorta.

      • 미천산 (美川産) 담수어의 미세분포상에 관하여

        The microdistribution pattern of fresh-water fishes in the Mi stream was studied from May 8 to July 18 in 1977. 1. Total 32 species were identified, including 9 species known to live at survey area. 2. The common species were Zacco temmincki, Coreoper ca herzi, Puntungia herzi, Acheilognathus signifer, Gnathopogon majinae at station 1. Gnathopogon majimae, Zacco tennincki, Z. platypus at station 2, Pungtungia herzi, Acheilognathus signifer, Coreoperca herzi, Zacco temmincki at station 3, Coreoperca herzi, Zacco temmincki, Z.platypus at stations4. 3. Acheilognathus signifer, Carassius auratus, Cobitis rotundicaudata, C. taenia were recognized to inhabit mainly in the pool. Zacco platypus, Z.temmincki, Coreoleuciscus spendidus, Mmogurnda obscura and Liobagrus mediadiposalis were recongnized to in habit mainly in the rapid. 4. The species diversity of the studied stations were comparatively high (Mean = 2.9285), and the equitability was high, too(Mean = 0.6970). The species diversity of the pool and rapid did not show the significant difference(P>0.05), and the eauitability of them did not eithed(P>0.05).

      • 수학과와 타 교과 내용의 연계성 분석

        수학은 다른 교과의 효율적인 학습에 기초가 되는 도구 교과이다. 본 연구는 수학과와 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있는 사회, 과학, 실과 교과서에 제시된 수학 관련 내용을 분석하고, 학습 내용의 상호관련성 및 수학과와의 지도시기를 비교·분석하여 수학과와 타 교과의 바람직한 연계성을 찾아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 사회, 과학, 실과의 학습 내용 중에는 수학 학습과 관련이 있는 내용이 많이 활용되고 있으며, 서로 밀접한 상호관련성을 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또, 도구 교과인 수학과에서 먼저 학습된 내용이 타 교과 학습 활동에 활용되는 것이 바람직한데 이들 관련 교재가 수학과에서의 학습보다 타 교과에서의 활용이 먼저 되고 있는 학습 내용이 있었다. 따라서 교육 내용을 조직하고 배열할 때에는 교과간이나 교재간에 상호관련성 뿐만 아니라, 수학과와 타 교과와의 연계성이나 관련성에 대한 고려가 필수적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. As Math is the instrumental subject providing the foundation for effective learning of other subjects. This study set was out to analyze the math-related contents observed in Social Science, Natural Science, and Practical Arts, which had close relationship to math, compare and analyze the interrelation among the learning contents and time for teaching with regard to math, and search for the desirable articulation between math and other subjects. In conclusion, there were many contents related to math in the Social Science, Natural Science, and Practical Arts and was close interrelationship between the learning contents of math and those of other subjects. In addition, it's the best that concerned contents should be learned in math before being used in the learning activities of other subjects. But there are some learning contents that were used in the learning activities of other subjects before being covered in math in some textbooks. Therefore it's necessary to consider not only the interrelationship among subjects and textbooks but also the articulation and relation between math and other subjects in organizing and arranging educational contents.
