        디지털방사선사진과 구내방사선사진의 인접면 인공우식진단능에 관한 비교연구

        Conventional intraoral radiography continues to be the most widely used image modality for the diagnosis of dental caries. But. conventional intraoral radiography has several shortcomings, including the difficultly of exposing and processing intraoral film of consistently acceptable quality. In addition, radiographic retaking that was the result of processing errors. may result in increased discomfort and radiation dose to the patient. Rcently, various digital radiographies substitute for conventional intraoral radiography to overcome these disadvantages. The advantages of digital radiography are numerous. One of advantages is the elimination of processing errors. In addition, the radiation dose for digital system is approximately 20% to 25% of that required for conventional intraoral radiography. Another potential advantage of digital imaging is the ability to perform image quality enhancements such as contrast and density modulation. which may increase diagnostic accuracy. The purpose of this study was to compare the diagnostic ability of artificial proximal defects to conventional intraoral radiography, direct digital image(CDX2000HQ®) and indirect digital image(Digora®). Artificial defects were made in proximal surfaces of 60 extracted human molars using #1/2, #1, #2 round bur. Five dentists assessed proximal defects on conventional intraoral radiography, direct digital image(CDX2000HQ®) and indirect digital image(Digora®). ROC(Receiver Operating Characteristic) analysis and Two-way ANOVA test were used for the evaluation of detectability, and following results were acquired. 1. The mean ROC area of conventional intraoral radiography, direct digital image(CDX2000HQ®) and indirect digital image(Digora®) were 0.6766, 0.7538, 0.6791(Grade Ⅰ), 0.7176, 0.7594, 0.7361(Grade Ⅱ), and 0.7449, 0.7608, 0.7414(Grade Ⅲ), respectively. 2. Diagnostic ability of direct digital image was higher than other image modalities. But, there was no statistically significant difference among other imaging modalities for grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ lesion(p>0.05). In conclusion, when direct and indirect digital system are comparable with conventional intraoral radiography, these system may be considered an alternative of conventional intraoral radiography for the diagnosis of proximal surface caries.

      • 클렌부테롤 경피흡수제제의 개발

        The advantages of transdermal administration are avoiding hepatic first pass effect, minimizing inter- and intra-patient variation, maintaining steady-state plasma level to provide long-term therapy from a single dose, and allowing a rapid termination of drug input. Clenbuterol, a selective B_(2)-adrenergic receptor stimulant, has been introduced as a polent bronchodilator for patients with bronchial asthma, asthma, chronic obstructive bronchial disease. For the development of transdennal systems containing clenbuterol, two limiting factors ? long lag time and low flux - must be overcome. In this studym we altempted to select optimal formulation for preparation of clenbuterol patch using hairless mouse skin and flow-through diffusion cell. The flux of clenbuterol increased as the percent of clenbuterol dose dependently in the concentration range of 5-15%. Based on this result, we fixed the concentration of clenbuterol as 15%. The effect of various penetration enhancers on percutaneous absorption of clenbuterol through hairless mouse skin was investigated. Labrafil was the most effective enhancer, which increased the permeability of clenbuterol approximately 4-fold compared with the control without penetration enhancer. Optimal enhancer concentration was 3%. The effect of various adhesives on penetration of elenbuterol was also investigated. Among the adhesives studied, MA-31 was the most effective adhesive. Futhermore, the clenbuterol patch composed of 15% clenbuterol. 3% Labrafil and 82% MA-31, which gave most excellent penetration of drug in in vitro penetration study, maintained therapeutic plasma levelsin in vivo study using S.D. rats. These studies demonstrated a good feasibility of clenbuterol administration through the intact skin using a transdermal patch, and show a possibility of the development of clenbuterol patches.

        In the 21st century, called as unlimited competition era, the level of transportation service is a key factor to determine the degree of an international competitiveness. In order to get the better transportation service, a various of transportation infrastructures have to be constructed. An efficient transportation operation techniques are to be adopted as well. In this paper, a core factors of real time traffic information acquisition is suggested based on the national basic maps and GPS techniques. In detail, map matching and travel time estimation techniques are developed and applied to Kangnam area for case study.

        SOI-ZMR 에서 실리콘 박막의 재결정에 미치는 씨드 및 그리드의 영향

        We have recrystallized p-Si thin film using periodically-arrayed seed windows and grid patterns. With continuous seeding effects from periodically-arrayed seed windows, nearly single crystalline films with few defects could be recrystallized. The recrystallized film had same crystallographic orientation with single crystalline substrate. Thermal profile at solidification front could be modified periodically by buried p-Si grid patterns in capping oxide. As a result, defect trails having same spacing with grid patterns could be localized. Defects were localized with grid spacing up to 80㎛, but above 80㎛ defects became irregular due to unstable solidifying front. At relatively low incident beam intensity, films having low defect density could be obtained. As the beam intensity increased the defects became irregular.

        Inadvertent Dural Puncture during Caudal Approach by the Introducer Needle for Epidural Adhesiolysis Caused by Anatomical Variation

        There have been reports of abnormalities in the lumbosacral region involving a lower-than-normal termination of the dural sac, which is caused by disease or anatomical variation. Inadvertent dural puncture or other unexpected complications can occur during caudal epidural block or adhesiolysis in patients with these variations, but only a small number of case reports have described this issue. We report a case of dural puncture by the introducer needle before attempting caudal epidural adhesiolysis, which occurred even though the needle was not advanced upward after penetrating the sacrococcygeal ligament. Dural puncture was caused by a morphological abnormality in the lumbosacral region, with no pathological condition; the dural sac terminal was located more distally than normal. However, dural puncture could have been prevented if we had checked for such an abnormality in the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) taken before the procedure.

      • 철도경쟁체제에서의 철도시설사용료 구성 체계

        본 연구는 향후 철도운영경쟁체제 도입 시 철도시설사용료를 산정하기 위한 기초 방향을 제시하기 위한 목적에서 적합한 철도시설사용료 구성 체계를 제시한다. 철도운영경쟁체제를 이미 시작한 유럽 국가를 중심으로 철도네트워크라는 공간적인 개념을 사용하여 철도시설사용료를 정의하였다. 여기서 사용료는 링크와 노드에서 발생된다는 관점에서 각각 선로사용료와 역사사용료로 구분될 수 있고 그 합을 철도시설사용료라 정의하였다. 용어 정의 후 선로 및 역사사용료 부과 목적을 분석하 고 각 목적을 적절히 대변할 수 있는 운영환경 특징 요소를 각 목적별로 분류하여 철도시설사용료 구성 체계를 제시하였다. 이러한 체계는 향후 신뢰할 수 있는 철도시설사용료 계산식 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        복합환승센터 접근교통수단의 승하차 시설배치기준

        본 연구에서는 복합환승센터 접근 교통수단의 정류장시설 배치기준을 개발하였다. 복합환승센터의 시설배치기준은 접근교통수산(Access Mode)의 승하차시설의 상대적인 위치선정에 관한 것으로 접근교통수단 하차 후 주교통수단 (Main Mode)의 승하차 시설까지 이동거리를 최소화하도록 기준을 제시하였다. 이동거리 중 계단은 평면거리 보다 큰 가중치를 적용하였고 에스컬레이터는 평면거리 보다 적은 가중치를 적용하였다. 효과 척도로서 접근교통수단별 이용자 가중평면환산거리를 채택하였다. 최종적으로는 본 연구에서 제시된 기준을 기존 김포공항에 적용하여 접근교통수단의 승하차 시설의 위치와 접근시설의 개선방안을 제시하였다. Layout Criteria are developed for an access mode's on and off facility at multiple transfer centers in this paper. Layout Criteria are location issues between a main mode and access modes in terms of the on and off facility one another. The total distance between them has been suggested to be minimized. In the distance calculation stairs are considered to be more difficult and than open space. On the other hand an escalator and an elevator are treated as easier than open space. Considering the number of people between on and off facility, the weighted average distance is suggested to be a MOE (Measure of effectiveness) for layout criteria at multiple transfer centers. Finally, the layout criteria are applied to the existing Kimpo airport terminal and some improvement ideas are suggested.
