Ice and Snow Art Landscape is unique urban landscape form in cold region. It is also artistic form reflecting the regional characteristics and cultural connotations as the symbol of the city. It has the important meaning for urban tourism industry and related industries. The construction of Urban Ice and Snow Art Landscape Information Database is an important channel promoting the development of Urban Ice and Snow Art. The research is based on modern network information technology, taking Urban Ice and Snow Art Landscape as research object. It puts forward on idea constructing Urban Ice and Snow Art Landscape Information Database, and design system architecture in the background using the technology of database, front design using DW, including Data Dictionary, E-R model, SQL, PHP and WEB publish. The development and Application of Urban Ice and Snow Art Landscape Information Database, is very necessary for the great-leap-forward development of Urban Ice and Snow Art Landscape.

Dynamic Interaction System Design of Urban Landscape Information Based on PHP Technology

In the transitional period of Urbanization, the urban landscape and its aesthetical experience became one of research priorities. Design and develop professional interactive information system is one of the most important thing for urban landscape design. The research uses PHP as core technology, uses DW which is the integration of MySQL-related technologies as developing tools, to set up a integrated system platform based on Apache, MySQL and PHP. It is a dynamic interactive information system of urban landscape based on Web technologies. This article described the structure and functions of the system, explained design methods of the database and application. The construction and application of the system can integrate landscape information of the transitional period of Urbanization, such as item information, engineering information, education information and artistic information, offer a human-machine interactive communication platform based on P2P mode (point-to-point). It will become innovative power for the development of urban landscape industry.
중국 연변지역 조선족, 한족 여성의 체형 및 사회 환경적 요인의 비교 연구

The purpose of this paper is to compare the body types of Korean-Chinese and Han-Chinese women in their 60``s dwelling in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. In addition, a survey was conducted to analyze the social and environmental factors that would decide the body types of these two groups of individuals. 1) The comparison of 74 items in physical measurements between the Korean-chinese and Han-chinese showed differences in 36 items. 2) As for the body measurements of women, difference was found between the Han-Chinese and Korean-Chinese in all height items except bust height, circumference, depth, length, and weight. The values of Korean-Chinese were lower than those of Han-Chinese. 3) Cluster analysis shows that Korean- Chinese women appear thinner in regards to common weight, while Han-Chinese women appear to be thicker in regards to with common thinness. 4) Korean-Chinese women dwelling in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture maintained unique traditional customs and eating habits of Koreaand were in constant contact with Korean cultures, which seems to make them care more about body management for health and beauty.
Structural damage identification based on genetically trained ANNs in beams

This study develops a two stage procedure to identify the structural damage based on the optimized artificial neural networks. Initially, the modal strain energy index (MSEI) is established to extract the damaged elements and to reduce the computational time. Then the genetic algorithm (GA) and artificial neural networks (ANNs) are combined to detect the damage severity. The input of the network is modal strain energy index and the output is the flexural stiffness of the beam elements. The principal component analysis (PCA) is utilized to reduce the input variants of the neural network. By using the genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters, the ANNs can significantly improve the accuracy and convergence of the damage identification. The influence of noise on damage identification results is also studied. The simulation and experiment on beam structures shows that the adaptive parameter selection neural network can identify the damage location and severity of beam structures with high accuracy.

One of the Chinese ethnic groups is Yanbian Korean-Chinese who immigrated from Korea Peninsula to China in the 19th century. Over one century ago, Yanbian Korean-Chinese inherited and developed their ethnic dance art. And great achievements have been made by them. The purpose of this study is to clarify the Yanbian Korean-Chinese formative characteristics of dance costume design and analysesthe stage efforts through formative factors. Dance costume design includes silhouette, color, material, lighting, etc. Based on Korean-Chinese dance works, this study analyses the relationship between design elements of dance costumes, formative factors and stage effects. The results are as follows: 1. Dance costumes which should combine traditional and modern characteristics, reflects the theme of the dance work. The figure of the dance, movement and lighting can also play a big part in the theme. 2. The costume color is able to express the dancers'character and the image of the work. 3. The costume material can be regarded as the most important factor for dancers, atmosphere and the image of the dance work. 4. Lighting plays an important role in conveying the emotions of the work.

This paper analyzes the performance characteristics of the Chinese Painting's Meticulous Techniques, regarding the Chinese writers' works of fashion illustration as examples. At the same time, it sums up the infinite possibilities of using many painting techniques in Fashion Illustration. Basing on study the literatures, this paper studies the definition and characteristics of the meticulous techniques in Chinese Painting. It also analyzes the performance characteristics of meticulous techniquesin Chinese Fashion Illustration, such as the Baimiao techniques, the Meticulous Dancai techniques, the Meticulous-color techniques and the casual point Perspective techniques. Its findings are as follows: the first technique is the Baimiao technique of painting within the Fashion Illustration. The Baimiao techniques can show the author's spiritual realm most vividly depending on the hook and line method. Second, the Meticulous Dancai techniques and Meticulous-color techniques which change the color screen can make the painting rich and multi -colorful according to the author's intention. Third, the Casual Point Perspective techniques are applied to reach at the effects of decoration and the special plane of the visual effects in a fashion painting. Thereby the Casual Point Perspective techniques fully display the visual function of fashion painting.

From ancient to present, picture and costume is the same as reflector of the ages so we can say the picture and costumer are the molding of spiritual culture and recognition of beauty expression of human being in the specific ages.<br/> Therefore, under such theoretical background, this study had researched the textiles design and costume design at the base of examining molding spirit and beauty consciousness of chinese pictures which well represent the tradition of oriental picture.<br/> Research method included both literature review and design development. In order to investigate the relationship between painting and aesthetic aspect of costume design, expressive technique of chinese painting were examined.<br/> In addition, the ways in which techniques of western and oriental paintings were applied by fashion designers were analysed motifs were developed based on chinese paintings using Adobe Photoshop 7.0 LE. These motifs were used in garments by applique and painting technique. 100% polyester fabric and transluscent Silk were used in order to enhance the oriental image of the garment. Orange, silver grey were the main colors with coordinating various colors.<br/> The conclusion was as follows.<br/> (1) The new style of textile design was explored by applying the colors, molding and design of painting of flower and birds which one of traditional type chinese picture.<br/> (2) The illustration which used computer and hand been carried to create the modern design of costume and variety of color.<br/> (3) The lustrous fabrics were used to show the peculiarity of chines tradition costume, and the transluscent vertical silk was utilized to in order to emphasize the expression of colors.<br/> (4) In the study of costume design, the new design which will be adopted to costume was presented by utilizing chinese painting. Furthermore, it was introduced to the modern costume without losing the traditional sense of chinese costume.
The role and mechanism of lncRNA NEAT1 in the fibrosis of pulmonary epithelial cell

Background Pulmonary fibrosis is a serious clinical fatal disease. Epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) and lncRNA NEAT1 have been implied in its development and progression. Objective To study the role of lncRNA NEAT1 in the progression of fibrosis in human pulmonary epithelial cells (BEAS- 2B). Specifically, BEAS-2B was transfected with NEAT1 and miR-29c, EMT and cell proliferation were measured and the expression level of relevant genes was determined by Western blot. Result Results showed that NEAT1 promotes fibrosis and proliferation of BEAS-2B cells via the up-regulation of α-SMA, Vimentin, Snail and proliferation-related genes including Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E; miR-29c is a target gene of NEAT1 and through which NEAT1 regulates EMT and expression of proliferation-related genes. Conclusion This study investigated the mechanism of pulmonary fibrosis progression by elucidating the role of NEAT1/ miR-29c in the fibrosis and proliferation of BEAS-2B cells, thus providing a basis for the new therapeutic targets of pulmonary fibrosis.
