        요한 네스트로이의 삶과 작품 속의 '아버지'

        Johann Nestroy(1801-1862) geho¨rt zu den drei bekanntesten Wiener Volksdichtern der Biedermeierzeit neben Grillparzer und Raimund. Besonders bei ihm wichtig ist es, daB er die Trivialliteratur des traditionellen Wiener Volksstu¨cks zu einer Kunst gemacht hat. Seine Begabung spiegelt sich in den Beinamen, die ihm erneut gegeben worden sind, "Wiener Aristophanes", "O¨sterreichischer Shakespeare". Die Auffassungen, die Nestroy als ein 'hoher, echter Philosoph'(nach Egon Friedell) oder als ein 'dramatischer Theoretiker' (wie bei Ansgar Hillach) bewertet wurden, kommen aber leider nicht selten am dem MiBversta¨ndnis u¨ber Nestroy und seine Werke. Denn es fehlt u¨berhaupt die erste und grundlegende Forschung an Nestroy: d. h. die biographische Forschung. Die langja¨hrigen Nestroy-Forscher Johann Hu¨ttner und Ju¨rgen Hein bekennen auch die mangelnde biographische Seite beim Nestroy-Forschungsgebiet. Aber die Annahme, daB dem Spiel Nestroys und seinen Werken eine relativ starke private Neigung innewohnt, wobei diese Ahnung ab und zu bei einigen Nestroy-Forschern aufgetaucht war, wurde leider in der biographischen Forschung nie vollsta¨ndig gewagt. Deshalb bringt hoffentlich die vorliegende Arbeit einen neuen Aspekt und eine ganzheitliche Sicht in die Nestroy-Forschung, um die geha¨uflen MiBversta¨ndnisse u¨ber Nestroy und seine Werke korrigieren zu ko¨nnen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden all die einseitig betonten Aspekte der Nestroyforschung beiseite gelegt und ganzheitliche Aspekte der Analyse aufgenommen: d. h. textimmanente und autobiographische, psychologisch-kritische Aspekte. Nach vorliegender Analyse erha¨lt das sog. 'Nestroyanische' seine biographischen Zu¨ge. Die vorgegebene Herkunft, besonders Konflikt zwischen seinem Vater und ihm, seine relativ negativen Erfahrungen kann man von seinem Schaffenswerk nicht trennen. In den 1830er Jahren, zum Beispiel, inszeniert Nestroy seine private Biographie, besonders aus den innerlich verletzten Beziehungen mit seinem Vater, und erhebt in einem 'symbolischen Befreiungsakt' perso¨nliche Bedra¨ngnisse zu einem o¨ffentlichen Kunstwerk: die biographische Zu¨ge in seinen Stu¨cken sind durch die Motive vom Konflikt mit dem Vater gepra¨gt. Sein literarisches Schaffen ist daher ein Versuch, u¨ber seine eigenen Lebensprobleme zu lachen. Nestroys Spiel und seine Theaterbu¨hne waren eine Ru¨ckkehr in die bewuBte Wahmehmung seiner inneren Verletzungen zu den Beziehungen zu allem und ein Befreiungsakt. Nestroys Theaterspiel ist als Ventil der Person Nestroys zu sehen.

      • A5083 同種材의 摩擦容接 特性에 關한 硏究

        This study dealt with the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy A5083 friction welds contained upset length, tensile test, hardness test, observation of microstructure and tensile fractured surface. The welding conditions of the maximum tensile strength of friction weld were revolution 2000rpm, friction pressure 50MPa, upset pressure 110MPa, friction time 1.0sec, and upset time 6.0sec. This study came to these conclusion as follow : 1.The maximum tensile strength was 355MPa which was 102% of the tensile strength 348MPa of the base material. 2.The conditions when maximum tensile strength was acquired, occurred dimple on the tensile fracture surface and upset length was 4.9mm. 3.The maximum hardness was Hv89 in the weld interface and soft zone was confirmed on the heat affected zone(HAZ).

        Inhibitory Effect of Galgeun-tang on RANKL-induced Osteoclast Differentiation and Bone Loss in Ovariectomized Rats

        Galgeun-tang (GGT) is a traditional Korean medication known to have a diaphoretic effect and to improve cerebral circulation. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of GGT on osteoclast differentiation and bone loss in ovariectomized (OVX) rats compared to Galgeun-tang fermented by Bifidobacterium breve (designated as GFT). GGT significantly and dose-dependently inhibited the receptor activator for nuclear factor κB ligand (RANKL)-induced tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) activity and the formation of multinucleated osteoclasts in RAW264.7 cells. In addition, GGT significantly reduced RANKL-induced mRNA expression levels of TRAP, c-Src, and Cathepsin K. To examine the effect of GGT or GFT in OVX rats, we administered GGT or GFT (15 mL/kg/day) orally to OVX rats for 12 weeks. GGT administration significantly reduced body weight gain in OVX rats. GGT administration also significantly reduced total serum cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol, and triglyceride levels in OVX rats. GFT administration significantly reduced serum LDL-cholesterol and triglyceride levels in OVX rats. Moreover, administration of GGT, but not GFT, significantly increased bone mineral density of the femur, which is normally decreased in OVX rats. In conclusion, these results suggest that GGT could have the potential to decrease ovariectomy-induced increases in body weight and lipid content and could prevent bone loss through its inhibitory effect on osteoclast differentiation.

      • Impact of COVID-19 on Hong Kong Women"s Health and Quality of Life

        Aim(s): The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a dreadful health crisis globally. The adverse impacts on Asian women, including those in Hong Kong, are considerable. Hong Kong community women"s pressure is immense due to traditional, cultural, social, familial, and personal responsibilities. We aimed to illustrate the impact of COVID-19 on Hong Kong women"s health and quality of life. Method(s): An interpretive phenomenological approach was used in this study. Chinese females over 18, living in Hong Kong, who could understand Cantonese, were invited for semi-structured face-to-face, in-depth interviews. Data were collected from August 2020 onwards after the "third wave" of COVID-19 in Hong Kong, one of the most severe waves. The audio-taped individual interviews were transcribed. Data analysis was concurrent with data collection until data saturation. The thematic analysis was adopted to understand and interpret the participants" experiences through interviews accurately. Result(s): Twenty-five women participated in the study, with ages ranging from 25-69. Three were single, 15 were married, six were separated/divorced, and one was widowed. Individual interviews with an average duration of 48 minutes. Three major themes identified were deterioration of personal health, unfavorable to human relationships, adaptation to external challenges. Eight subthemes have emerged: emotional and psychological distress, caregiver role fatigue and exhaustion, social activities avoidance, regrets of unfulfilled filial responsibilities, unhealthy marital relationship, tension among parent-child relationship, environmental and household hygiene practices changes, financial loss due to underemployment/unemployment/ resignation. Impacts were intensified among those women with a family caregiver role, low family monthly income, or low educational levels. Conclusion(s): The study demonstrated significant health impacts and quality of life challenges on Hong Kong women"s requiring extra attention and support from the local government, non-governmental organizations, and healthcare professionals. Promotion of strategies or activities that could enhance the women"s physical, psychological, emotional, social, financial, self-confidence, and quality of life are recommended.

        Pine needles attenuate receptor activator for nuclear factor-B ligand (RANKL)-induced trabecular bone loss by inhibiting osteoclast differentiation

        Background: The leaf of Pinus densiflora known as pine needles has been used to treat vascular disease, gastrointestinal diseases, and urinary diseases in traditional medicine. We evaluated anti-osteoporotic effect of water extract of Pinus densiflora (WEPN) on acute bone loss and osteoclastogenesis induced by receptor activator for nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL). Methods: After oral administration of WEPN (0.25 g/kg) for 5 days, femora were collected, and bone parameter [trabecular bone volume/tissue volume (BV/TV), trabecular thickness (Tb. Th), trabecular separation (Tb. Sp), trabecular number (Tb. N), and bone mineral density (BMD)] were analyzed by micro-CT analysis. Anti-osteoclastic effect of WEPN was examined using tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase activity and activation of RANKL signaling pathway. Results: We found that WEPN significantly attenuated RANKL-induced decrease of BV/TV, Tb.Th., Tb.N, and BMD but increase of Tb. Sp in femora. WEPN dose-dependently decreased osteoclastogenesis accompanied by inhibiting the activation of RANKL signaling components (JNK, p38, and p65) and mRNA expression level of osteoclast specific genes (NFATc1, c-Fos, TRAP, cathepsin K, DC-STAMP, and carbonic anhydrate). Conclusion: WEPN inhibition on osteoclastogenesis could contribute to attenuate RANKL-induced trabecular bone loss in vivo. Therefore, it might suggest that WEPN could be prescribed in traditional medicine or used in health functional food to prevent or treat osteoporotic bone diseases.

        Samul-tang Suppresses RANKL-induced Osteoclast Differentiation in RAW264.7 Cells

        Samul-tang (SMT) is a traditional herbal medicine used for the treatment of ischemic brain and heart diseases. In this study, we investigated the molecular mechanism underlying the inhibitory effects of SMT on osteoclast differentiation induced by the receptor activator for nuclear factor κB ligand (RANKL) in RAW264.7 cells. SMT dose-dependently and significantly inhibited the RANKL-induced tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP)activity and the formation of multi-nucleated osteoclasts. In addition, SMT significantly reduced the RANKL-induced mRNA expression of osteoclast differentiation-related genes that encode TRAP, c-src, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9, cathepsin K, and the d2 isoform of vacuolar ATPase V(0) domain (ATPv0d2). SMT also inhibited the RANKLinduced activation of MAP kinases and NF-κB p65, and mRNA expression of transcription factors (Fra-2 and NFATc1). In conclusion, these results suggested that SMT suppresses the RANKL-induced activation of signaling molecules and transcription factors, which consequently inhibits osteoclast differentiation.
