It gave birth to a variety of business models and Shared prosperity. It has discovered the dynamic factors of logistics industry in Jing-Jin-Ji region (Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region) were related to the regional network, industry integration and business innovation, etc. This article, based on the investigation of "the networked logistics industry" in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, influence elements of logistics industry, established the model of combination of the dynamics. The model reflected the network in the process of logistics industry, which including four dimensions :the logistics industry benefit, scale of logistics, the logistics demand and logistics network resources, to simulate the trend of the logistics industry network. In addition, It observed the dynamic effect of the four-dimensional one completely changed. It has been found that the influence of scale of logistics efficiency and logistics more network logistics industry in Jing-Jin-Ji. But it is not obvious, the influence of the network resources, the logistics demand of network logistics industry in Jing-Jin-Ji area.

      • Increased Argonaute 2 Expression in Gliomas and its Association with Tumor Progression and Poor Prognosis

Feng, Bo,Hu, Peng,Lu, Shu-Jun,Chen, Jin-Bo,Ge, Ru-Li Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.9

Background: Previous studies have showed that argonaute 2 is a potential factor related to genesis of several cancers, however, there have been no reports concerning gliomas. Methods: Paraffin specimens of 129 brain glioma cases were collected from a hospital affiliated to Binzhou Medical University from January 2008 to July 2013. We examined both argonaute 2 mRNA and protein expression by real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR), Western blot analysis, and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The survival curves of the patients were determined using the Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression, and the log-rank test was used for statistical evaluations. Results: Both argonaute 2 mRNA and protein were upregulated in high-grade when compared to low-grade tumor tissues. Multivariate analysis revealed that argonaute 2 protein expression was independently associated with the overall survival (HR=4.587, 95% CI: 3.001-6.993; P=0.002), and that argonaute 2 protein expression and WHO grading were independent prognostic factors for progression-free survival (HR=4.792, 95% CI: 3.993-5.672; P<0.001, and HR=2.109, 95% CI: 1.278-8.229; P=0.039, respectively). Kaplan-Meier analysis with the log-rank test indicated that high argonaute 2 protein expression had a significant impact on overall survival (P=0.0169) and progression-free survival (P=0.0324). Conclusions: The present study showed that argonaute 2 expression is up-regulated in gliomas. Argonaute 2 might also serve as a novel prognostic marker.

      • Combined Detection of CEA, CA 19-9, CA 242 and CA 50 in the Diagnosis and Prognosis of Resectable Gastric Cancer

Tian, Shu-Bo,Yu, Jian-Chun,Kang, Wei-Ming,Ma, Zhi-Qiang,Ye, Xin,Cao, Zhan-Jiang,Yan, Chao Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.15

Our aim was to investigate the value of combined detection of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen (CA) 19-9, CA 242 and CA 50 in diagnosis and assessment of prognosis in consecutive gastric cancer patients. Clinical data including preoperative serum CEA, CA 19-9, CA 242, and CA 50 values and information on clinical pathological factors were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Univariate and multivariate survival analyses were used to explore the relationship between tumor markers and survival. Positive rates of tumor markers CEA, CA 19-9, CA 242 and CA 50 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer were 17.7, 17.1, 20.4 and 13.8%, respectively, and the positive rate for all four markers combined was 36.6%. Patients with elevated preoperative serum concentrations of CEA, CA 19-9, CA 242 and CA 50, had late clinical tumor stage and significantly poorer overall survival. Five-year survival rates in patients with elevated CEA, CA 19-9, CA 242 and CA 50 were 28.1, 25.8, 27.0 and 24.1%, respectively, compared with 55.0, 55.4, 56.4 and 54.5% in patients with these markers at normal levels (p<0.01). In multivariate Cox proportional hazards analyses, an elevated CA 242 level was determined to be an independent prognostic marker in gastric cancer patients. Combined detection of four tumor markers increased the positive rate for gastric cancer diagnosis. CA 242 showed higher diagnostic value and CA 50 showed lower diagnostic value. In resectable gastric carcinoma, preoperative CA 242 level was associated with disease stage, and was found to be a significant independent prognostic marker in gastric cancer patients.

Enhanced photoactivity of N-doped TiO2 for Cr(VI) removal: Influencing factors and mechanism

Shu Qin Wang,Wen Bo Liu,Peng Fu,Wei Liang Cheng 한국화학공학회 2017 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.34 No.5

To further enhance the photoactivity of virgin TiO2, we prepared N-doped TiO2 (N-TiO2) by sol-gel method and used it to remove Cr(VI) ions from water under visible light. The catalysts were characterized by TEM, XRD, BET and UV-vis techniques. Better crystalline structure, larger specific surface area and decreased band-gap width were obtained after the insertion of N atoms into TiO2 lattice. Several influencing factors were also investigated. The removal efficiency of Cr(VI) increases with the decrease of initial Cr(VI) concentration or the increase of catalyst dosage. Addition of glucose or some inorganic ions (Mg2+, Al3+) can promote the photoreduction process by improving the quantum efficiency. The kinetics and mechanism were discussed as well.

Synthesis, Characterization, and Thermal Stability Properties of PVTNP-co-PVAA through the Azidoacetylation of Polyvinyl 2,4,6-Trinitrophenylacetal

        Bo Jin,Juan Shen,Rufang Peng,Yuanjie Shu,Shijin Chu,Haishan Dong 한국고분자학회 2014 Macromolecular Research Vol.22 No.2

A new energetic polymer, poly(vinyl 2,4,6-trinitrophenylacetal)-co-poly(vinyl acetate azide) (PVTNP-co-PVAA), was synthesized by a two-step process involving initial chloroacetylation and subsequent azidation of poly(vinyl2,4,6-trinitrophenylaceta). The synthesized polymers were characterized by elemental analysis, UV-Vis, ATR-FTIR, and1H NMR techniques. The glass-transition temperature of PVTNP-co-PVAA was evaluated by differential scanningcalorimetry (DSC), and the thermal stability of PVTNP-co-PVAA was tested by differential thermal analysis (DTA)and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). DSC traces showed that PVTNP-co-PVAA had two glass-transition temperaturesat -27.53 and 67.05 ℃, respectively. DTA and TGA curves showed that the thermo-oxidative degradation ofPVTNP-co-PVAA in air was a two-step reaction, and the percentage of degraded PVTNP-co-PVAA reached nearly100% at 600 oC.

Protein profiling predicts the response to anthracycline and taxanes based neo-adjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer

        Shu Wang,Houpu Yang,Jiajia Guo,Miao Liu,Fuzhong Tong,Yingming Cao,Bo Zhou,Peng Liu,Lin Cheng,Fei Xie,Deqi Yang,Jiaqing Zhang 한국바이오칩학회 2011 BioChip Journal Vol.5 No.1

Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer substantially benefits patients who achieve pathological response. However, clinical or pathological response information can only be obtained a period of time after chemotherapy. The identification of novel bio-markers or the application of new technique that can be used to predict treatment response before che-motherapy would allow therapy to be tailored on an individual patient basis. The purpose of this study is to identify the chemo-sensitivity and chemo-resistance related proteins using antibody microarray profiling, and to develop a multi-protein predictive model for breast cancer. Total protein was extracted from core needle biopsy samples obtained from 15 patients before treatment with neo-adjuvant TA(combination of taxanes and anthracycline) chemotherapy. Protein profiling was analyzed by antibody microarray. 10 pati-ents were used as training set to develop the predictive model using the software PAM(prediction analysis of microarray). Another 5 patients were used as a validation set to test the model. In cross-validation, the mole-cular predictive model showed an accuracy of 90%, in independent validation, the model classified the cases with an accuracy of 80%. In conclusion, the proteomic predictive model has the potential to predict pathological response to neo-adjuvant TA chemotherapy.

A fermentation strategy for production of recombinant protein subjected to plasmid instability

        Shu-Jen Chen,Bo-Shun Ke,I-Chung Chiu 한국화학공학회 2008 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.25 No.5

The appearance of plasmid-losing cells in a recombinant Escherichia coli culture was observed when the cell mass became doubled after induction, which corresponded to the timing of cell fission. Accordingly, a two-stage fermentation strategy capable of maintaining plasmid stability without selective pressure in a recombinant E. coli culture was proposed. In the first stage (cell growth stage), a high cell density culture was obtained by incubating the cells in the R medium. In the second stage (producing stage), the cells were devoted to producing the recombinant protein by introducing the fresh LB medium supplemented with isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG). It was necessary to prevent the doubling in the cell mass after induction; otherwise cell fission would occur and generate plasmid-losing cells. The present strategy is expected to be extensively applicable in recombinant E. coli cultures

Shu Yi Chu,Ji Bo Xiao,Guang Ming Tian,Ming Hung Wongb 한국공업화학회 2014 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.20 No.5

Preparation of activated carbon from Thalia dealbata was carried out. The T. dealbata-derived activated carbon (TDAC) was characterized by BET, SEM and FTIR. The potential of TDAC to remove reactive brilliant blue from aqueous solutions was investigated under varying conditions of pH, adsorbent dosage, contact time, initial dye concentration, and temperature. Adsorption equilibrium, and kinetics were further studied. Adsorption was favored under acid conditions, and the process attained equilibrium in 30 min. The pseudo-second-order model could best describe the adsorption kinetics. The equilibrium data fitted well with the Langmuir and Freundlich models, and the maximum capacity was 555 mg g-1.

      • Life Estimation of DC-Link Capacitor in Multi-operating Traction Drive System

        Bo Yao,Xinglai Ge,Lingzhou Shu,Huimin Wang,Zilang Hu,Bin Gou 전력전자학회 2019 ICPE(ISPE)논문집 Vol.2019 No.5

The reliability of DC-link capacitor in the traction drive system is regarded as a major problem that should be resolved well. Based on this, this paper proposes a life estimation method of DC-link capacitor to realize the reliability evaluation of the traction drive system. Starting from the capacitor life model, the actual multi-operating data is converted into the calculation of traction load through simulation tests, and the capacitor voltage and current ripple signals are obtained. Fourier method by combining the sliding window grouping with the neural network are used to analyze the dynamics of the hot spot temperature, and is optimized by use the Newton"s law of cooling. Finally, the capacitor loss is analyzed through the experimental test results, and the safe operation of the system is considered, and the lifetime of the capacitor under multi-operating conditions is shown.
