인터넷 사용인구가 급증하고 이들의 웹사이트 방문빈도가 많아짐에 따라 인터넷 비즈니스의 성공 척도로서 웹사이트의 질적 정도의 중요도가 높아지게 된다. 특히 최근에 여러 공공기관이나 객관적인 평가기관들이 인터넷 웹사이트에 대한 평가를 시도하고 이에 대한 중요성을 강조함에 따라 인터넷 웹사이트의 평가에 관한 관심과 연구가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 이와 같이 증가하고 있는 인터넷 웹사이트 평가모델을 제시하고 국내 웹사이트들을 중심으로 이 모델을 평가·검증하는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 쇼핑관련 사이트 중 새로운 중개상(intermediary) 기능을 수행하면서 새로운 비즈니스 모델 및 사이트로 인정받고 있는 가격비교쇼핑(price comparison shopping) 사이트를 대상으로 전개하고자 한다. 오늘날 누구나 쉽게 인터넷을 통해 재화나 서비스를 구매할 수 있게 된 것은 다양한 비즈니스 모델과 쇼핑몰이 개설되었기 때문이다 오히려 이러한 현상은 소비자로 하여금 어느 사이트에서 어떤 물건을 얼마의 가격에 구매하여야 하는지를 결정하기가 어려운 상황이다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 제시된 것이 비교쇼핑을 가능하게 해 주는 가격비교 사이트들이다. 그러나 이러한 사이트에 대해서는 아직 이렇다 할 만한 평가모델과 그 적용 연구가 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 가격비교 사이트를 대상으로 연구의 평가모델을 적용하고자 한다. 여기서는 2001년 상반기에 한국능률협회에서 제시한 웹사이트 인증 평가모형을 중심으로 사용자들의 웹사이트에 대한 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾고자 한다. 즉 본 연구는 웹사이트 이용자가 유용하게 이용하고 있는 대표적 사이트로서 가격비교 사이트를 선정하고 사이트 방문자들을 대상으로 한 표본조사를 통해 평가모형의 타당성과 사용자들의 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 찾아봄으로써 가격비교 쇼핑사이트의 설계 및 구축 의사결정에 중대한 지표를 제공하고자 하였다. A community of believers does not constitute a world of faith. Examples of the former can increase and diversify while the latter expands and unifies. Only love, trust, and respect can overcome conflict, strain, and tension. We cannot learn the former if we are not confronted with potential examples for the latter, They are one in the same as opportunities; it is only for us to choose how we will respond.

Islamic Legal Reasoning for the Justification of Tax Evasion: The Case of Indonesia

Religiosity is often perceived as a trait that can effectively suppress attitudes and behavior that lead to people evading taxes. However, this study finds that Islamic religiosity has a complicated relationship with tax evasion. This study employs a mixed-method, which involves collecting, analyzing, and integrating quantitative and qualitative research, and this integration provides a better understanding of the research problem. Qualitative analyses of the sermons of prominent Islamic clerics speaking on taxes on YouTube channels revealed different views. The textualists/conservative clerics viewed taxes are prohibited based on the fact of Islamic history and tax prohibition stated in a hadith. Furthermore, tax compliance is determined solely by the threat of punishment from the government. On the other hand, the moderate preachers seem to be more flexible in response to tax issues. They involve the framework of contextual and analogical-historical practice. Quantitative analyses from the survey found that Islamic religiosity is not directly correlated with tax evasion. However, the sentiment of Islamic law adoption by the state has significantly mediated the correlation between them. In addition, respondents who affiliate with moderate Islamic organizations tend to have less justification of tax evasion than those who affiliate with conservative organizations or movements.

SenwotWharton 1983, is a small braconid genus with only two previously described species. The genus is revised using morphological characters and a phylogenetic analysis of COI sequence. Senwot Wharton is reported for the first time from Thailand and two new species: Senwot yinxianggaoae Yao n. sp. and Senwot jiyuanyaoi Yao n. sp. are described and illustrated. A key to species of the genus Senwot is presented.

Strategic Cross-Subsidies and Vertical Integration in Opening Telecommunications Markets

This paper analyzes the strategic role of cross-subsidies under vertical integration. We consider an incumbent firm which operates in a regulated market (switched telecommunications service) and a competitive market (unswitched service). Fitting cost data generated with an engineering cost proxy model to smooth functional forms, we first assess the extent of cross-subsidies due to allocation of common costs and managerial effort. We then focus on the cost incentives of the regulatory scheme in the regulated segment and identify situations where the incumbent may blockade entry in the competitive segment.
