        안와골절의 외과적 접근에 대한 증례보고

        The Orbital fracture which is often combined with midface fracture can cause decreased visual acuity, limitation of eyeball movement, diplopia, enophthalmos, etc. Traumatic orbital fracture causes change of orbital volume, results in diplopia and enophthalmos thus, accurate repositioning of displaced bone and reconstruction of orbital defect with autogenous materials(cranial, rib, iliac bone, cartilage and fascia lata) or alloplastic materials(gelatin film, polyglactin mesh, methylmethacrylate, Teflon, silicone, Supermid, hydroxyapatite and metal). The key point of reconstruction of orbit is accurate repositioning of displaced orbital floor, lateral, medial orbital wall and sufficient bonegraft in anatomical defect. As this cases, we obtained good results through transconjunctival and coronal approach who were required orbital reconstruction. Also, we accurately diagnosed orbital fracture with C.T., 3D model and good result for orbital reconstruction with sufficient parietal block bone graft during average 16.8 months follow-up.

        The purpose of this study is to find the possibility and benefit of Activation of Communication between Administration and Residents through Virtual Reality Technology Looking at virtual reality technology in relation to administration and communication with residents, it has the advantages of economic feasibility and ease of participation, increased reliability through interaction, reduction of sunk costs through simulation, increased convenience of selection, and information delivery through high immersion. In particular, video using virtual reality is more suitable for a democratic governance environment, as the video using virtual reality allows the experiencer to select the object to view according to his or her choice, unlike general video that the administration delivers information unilaterally. If public administration and public administration played a significant role in the third industrial revolution of digital informatization in the past and took the lead in the private sector through administrative information system theory, it is difficult to find such a picture in the current era of the fourth industrial revolution. It is necessary that administration and public administration are leading the trend even in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. It is necessary to be aware of this and to find ways to use it in administration and communication.

      • 도시재생 뉴딜사업과 재개발 및 뉴타운사업과의 비교

        The purpose of this paper is comparison between Urban Regeneration New Deal Projects and Urban Redevelopment & New town Projects in South Korea in the perspective of role and pros & cons of them. First, I reviewed the history and of institution of urban regeneration in South Korea. Then I investigated practices and circumstances of urban regeneration in it from past to present. Last I compared Urban Regeneration New Deal Projects with Urban Redevelopment & New town Projects. Both projects have their own pros & cons each other. Especially Urban Redevelopment & New town Projects has great benefits in improving infra-structure. So I think we should keep it in mind at urban regeneration projects. First of all, the total demolition method has the most important effect of improving infrastructure. Even if the rate of indigenous resettlement is low due to the additional charge, it should not be overlooked that indigenous peoples who lived in the past can live in a place with better living conditions than before because they receive and sell more than the right to sell. However, there is a disadvantage that the community of the village may be disbanded due to this. Therefore, where village communities are active and residents are willing to improve their residential environment together, the Urban Regeneration New Deal is appropriate. In addition, it is necessary to promote the urban renewal New Deal project in the next best place where the business value does not come out for full demolition. However, even though redevelopment or new towns are possible, it seems unfavorable to prioritize the urban renewal new deal project that preserves existing buildings. This is because the urban renewal New Deal project is not very effective in improving infrastructure and cannot have a long-term effect. In particular, in terms of the use of underground spaces, the limitations of the urban regeneration new deal are clear. In conclusion, it is advisable to prioritize redevelopment or new town projects in urban regeneration, but to promote the urban regeneration new deal project in which existing buildings remain exceptionally in case of special circumstances.

      • 효모에 의한 알콜발효에서 Inoculum의 농도, pH 및 물의 종류의 영향

        The effect of inoculum level, pH and various water on ethanol fermentation by Saccharomyces W1 was investigated. One loop, 5%(v/v), 10%(v/v), 15%(v/v) and 20% (v/v) of inoculum were tested to find a proper inoculum level. It was found to be one loopful of yeast cell. For the pH range between 3.0 and 7.5, the optimum for ethanol production was found to be pH 5.5. The effect of various water on ethanol production was studied. Ethanol concentrations produced by using tap water of Seoul and Suwon, and ground water of Suwon University were fairly similar. However, in the case of distilled water, ethanol concentrations produced were slightly lower than others tested.

      • CAN 프로토콜 성능 해석에 관한 연구

        CAN에 접속된 각종 필드 장비들로부터 생성되는 데이터는 크게 산발적 실시간, 주기적 실시간 및 비실시간 데이터의 세 가지 종류로 구분된다. 특성이 다른 이러한 데이터들의 트래픽이 하나의 네트워크 미디엄을 공유하는 경우에 네트워크 트래픽이 적절히 관리되지 못하면 CAN 버스에 접속되는 응용시스템의 성능에 악영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 CAN을 자동화 시스템에 도입하는 경우에 실시간 데이터가 전송 허용 한계치를 넘지 않는 동시에 CAN 대역폭을 충분히 활용하도록 하는 대역폭 할당 기법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 또한 CAN의 이산 사건 시스템 모델과 제어 시스템의 연속 시간 모델을 통합한 통합 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발한다. 시뮬레이션 모델을 통하여 본 논문에서 제시하는 대역폭 할당 알고리듬의 타당성을 검증하고 실시간 데이터의 지연 시간이 실시간으로 동작되는 제어 시스템의 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. Messages generated from field devices connected by CAN bus are classified into three categories : (1) real-time aperiodic messages, (2) real-time periodic messages, (3) non-real-time messages. Because these share one CAN bus medium, if the traffic of these messages are not efficiently managed, the performance of the application systems interconnected into the CAN bus can be degraded. This paper proposes a bandwidth allocation scheme that satisfies the performance requirement of application systems as well as fully utilizes the bandwidth of CAN bus. Using the simulation model of CAN bus, this study validates the bandwidth allocation scheme and analyzes the effect of network-induced delay on the performance of control system.

      • 환경친화적 수용성 대전방지제의 합성 및 그 응용에 관한 연구

        Water soluble anti-static coating composition(AS-2001), multi-functional(anti-static and slip-stop)and anti-static functional paint coating agents were formulated. Firstly, the multi-functional coating agents were formulated with AS-2001 and slip stop(SㆍS) with water-born polyurethane. The additive of multi-functional coating agent varied from 5 to 12 wt%, depending on the amount of polyurethane used. The optimum amount of coating agent was 10 wt%, The ratio of coating composition AS-2001: SㆍS was 8:2. The surface resistance and friction factor of coated layer were 10^(9)Ω/㎠ and 0.88 in optimum condition, respectively. Secondly, the anti-static functional paint was formulated with AS-2001 and water soluble paint. The additive amounts of AS-2001 are varied from 5 to 20 wt% depending on the amount of water soluble paint. Results showed that the surface resistance of coated gypsum board decreased up to 10^(6)Ω/㎠ as the amount of coating agent increased. However, water soluble paint was aggregated in 20wt% addition of AS-2001, causing coating problems. Anti-static and anti-stain effects were excellent even though 5 wt% of AS-2001 was added in the board.

      • 파트너십에 의한 지하철 입구 공간의 쌈지공원 설계 및 시공

        A pocket park is valued in securing green space in downtown and improving urban view in the aspect of natural and environmental values, and it signifies a lot as the center of local residents’ community and harmony as well. Since subway exits and surroundings that have high portions in taking up street space due to lack of green space in downtown aren't made full use of, valuable pocket park place. Dangni Pocket Park of subway exits is a park completed with cooperative works and partnership by students, specialists, administrative organizations, businesses and civilian organizations, etc. without support of special budget. The study site was finally chosen to the space between exit No.1 of Dangni subway station, after analyzing the surrounding circumstances, availability and accessibility of the space among the several subway station exits of Saha, Dangni, and Hadan Station in Busan Metropolitan city. For the designing process, The Citizens organization for Million Amenity Park performed the planning and project proceeding, and 19 design drafts were proposed during the class of landscape architecture in Dong-a University. Design review panel members discussed to select the best draft in practical and authentical, and the related experts reviewed and revised to present the final design plan. The construction was conducted was performed under the cooperation between the civil, authorities, and industrial organizations, among which Saha District office managed for the waste treatment and maintenance matters. The graduates of landscape architecture department of Dong-a University and related industrial enterprises supplied landscape materials and related labors, were supported by 20 members of GPM, one of clubs of Dong-a University volunteered durig the most of construction progress, completing the Pocket Park of subway exits through partnership.

        한국재래산양 β-lactoglobulin 유전자 5'flanking 영역의 염기서열 분석

        본 연구는 한국 재래산양의 β-lactoglobulin(β- LG) 유전자 발현조절부위의 특성을 구명하기 위하여 PCR기법으로 specific primer를 이용하여 β-LG 발현조절부위를 증폭한 후 염기서열을 분석하여 Sheep종의 β-LG유전자 발현조절부위의 염기서열상의 차이를 분석하였다. 한국 재래산양의 genomic DNA로부터 PCR기법을 이용하여 β-LG 유전자 발현조절 부위를 증폭한 결과 Sheep종에서 보고된 바와 같이 1,077bp의 단편크기로 증폭되었음을 확인 할 수 있었다, Sheep종에서 보고된 β-LG 발현조절 부위의 염기서열과 한국재래산양에서 분석된 염기서열간의 차이는 총 897개의 염기중 46개의 nucleotide에서 차이를 나타내어 94.9%의 상동성을 보였다. 특히 한국재래산양과 Sheep종간 염기서열상의 차이는 Sheep종의 T염기가 재래산양의 C염기로 치환되었거나 반대로 Sheep종의 C염기가 재래산양에서 T염기로 치환되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에서 β-LG유전자 발현조절부위의 염기서열은 재래산양과 Sheep 종간에 높은 상동성을 보였으나 이들 종간의 발현조절부위의 염기서열상의 차이에 대한 유전자 발현조절 관계와 전사요소는 앞으로 연구가 더 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study was analyzed by PCR technique with specific primer in order to investigate the characteristics of β-lactoglobulin (β-LG) gene 5'flanking region in Korean native goat. This work confirmed amplified product of 1,077 bp fragments obtained from the amplification of β-LG promoter from genomic DNA using PCR in Korean native goat. The nucleotide sequence of β-LG gene 5'flanking region in Korean native goat as compared with that of sheep β-LG were different at 46 base of 897 nucleotides, and showed high homology as about 94.9% each breed. Especially we confirmed that the difference of nucleotide sequences between Korean native goat and sheep were consisted of T→C substitution and C→T substitution reversely. As a consequences, the sequences of β-LG gene 5'flanking region showed a high homology between Korean native goat and sheep. Furthermore we should be studied that relationships between the control of gene expression and nucleotide sequences of transcription factor in Korean native goat.
