The focus of this study was the influence of organic acids such as acetic, citric and malic acid on the dissolution of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and phosphorus (P) on chicken thigh bone. As the concentration (0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4%) of acetic, citric, and malic acid increased, the resultant contents of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus were higher than that of the control. When the boiling time (2, 4, 6, 8, 12 hours) was increased, dissolved amounts of several minerals from the chicken thigh bone increased- Calcium dissolved the most when chicken stock was boiled for 12 hours with 4% of malic acid added. In addition to minerals, amino acids and proteins were further extracted by adding organic acids. The soup stock, which contains minerals such as calcium, can be obtained by boiling the chicken thigh bone for 12 hours with an organic acid.
4-Pentenyl 라디칼의 전구물질 합성에 관한 연구

2,2-Dimethyl-1,3-propanediol을 출발물질로 하여 6단계의 반응을 거쳐서 4-Pentenyl 라디칼의 전구물질인 5-cyano-2,2-dimethyl-4-pentenyl bromide를 함성하였다. 또한 각 단계의 반응 생성물의 구조를 핵자기공명 분광법과 GC-MS를 이용하여 확인하였다. 5-Cyano-2,2-dimethyl-4-pentenyl bromide as a radical precursor was synthesized via six stems from 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol. The identifications of reaction products were also performed using H-NMR spectroscopic and GC-MS techniques.
衣流用 크롬유혁의 내클리닝性에 關한 硏究 : 드라이클리닝에 依한 變色과 硬化를 中心으로 On the Fading and Stiffening by Dry Cleaning

This study is to examine the cleaningproof by dry cleaning runs and parts(shoulder, belly, butt) of garment leathers tanned chrome. This study is composed of three methods of test; color difference test, surface view by scanning electron micrographs, mechanical properties measurement by KES-FB system. The results obtained were as follows: 1. In stiffening of parts of sample, the belly is the best degree in smoothness, fullness, softness. But that of the butt have been found to be the worst degree and to be thick. 2. In fading of parts, the shoulder is an extreme case, but the belly is the best among three parts. 3. In dry cleaning runs, the view after 3 runs has been found to be the best result. 4. The stiffening after dry cleaning 1 run have been low grade, for the sample absorb much solvent of dry cleaning. And, the fading and the decoloration are to be worse after 5 runs. Because the leather surface is affected by dry cleaning runs.

3-p-아실옥시페닐-6-(p-((S)-2-메틸부틸)페닐피리다진 유도체들(CnH2n+1COO, n=6-11)을 합성하였다. 이들 화합물을 DSC 및 편광현미경을 이용하여 상전이를 조사한 결과 이들은 Smectic C*(Sc*) 상을 지니는 액정 화합물인 것을 확인하였다. 이 화합물을 합성하기 위하여 p-((S)-2-methylbutyl)phenacyl chloride(□)와 β-keto seter(□)를 각각 (S)-2-methylbutanol로부터 3단계, 그리고 페놀로부터 4단계 과정을 거쳐 얻었고, 화합물(□)와 화합물(□)로부터 5단계의 합성과정을 거쳐 최종 목표 화합물을 얻을 수 있었다. 3-p-acyloxyphenyl-6(p-((S)-2-methybutyl)phenyl)pyridazine derivatives (CnH2+1COO, n=6-11) were synthesized. These compounds showed smectic C*(Sc*) mesophases by the DSC measurements and the polarizing microscopic observation. In this synthesis p-((S)-2-methylbutyl)phenacyl chloride(□) and β-keto seter(□) were synthesized from (S)-2-methylbutanol in 3 steps, and from phenol in 4 steps, respectively. The target compounds were synthesized from the compound(□) and (□) in 5 steps.

쓰부라야 신고(円谷眞護)는 나카노 시게하루(中野重治)의 <아와레> 세계를 <유모어 (웃음) → 휴모어 (인간성) → 슬픔 (울음) > 이라는 구조로 분석하는데 이 구조성은 나카노 시게하루(中野重治)의 시속에서 어떻게 그려지고 있는 것일까? 그것은 사람이 단순히 불쌍하다고 하는 쌀쌀하고 차가운 정서의 세계가 아니고 고전적인 일본의 정서인 「모노노 아와레(もののあわれ)」의 세계를 동경하면서 인간에의 한없는 애정을 갖는 나카노 시게하루(中野重治)의 따듯한 인간성을 보이는 청취의 세계이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 이 정서는 나카노 시게하루(中野重治)의 부모를 포함한 가족에게 뿐만 아니라 보편적인 인간애의 내용을 갖는 점에서 뛰어나 있다. 나카노 시게하루(中野重治)의 <아와레>는 유모어, 휴모어, 슬픔 그리고 행복이 공존하는 세계이고 그래서 현대적이다.

Saccharomyces cerevisiea, which has been known as antistress compounds, was hydrolyzed by proteinase producing SCP-20. The addition effects of SCP-20 on the food intake regulation mechanism were studied measuring the expression amount of neurotransmitters, such as NPY and NOS, which can increase food intake in hypothalamus, and CCK, which can decrease food intake by using immunohistochemistry method. The 0, 2, and 5 g/kg SCP-20 was orally administrated to the experimental animals for one week. The expression of NPY and NOS was increased in the group of 5 g/kg administrated animals while that of CCK was increased in the group of 2 g/kg administrated animals. The results of this study suggested that SCP-20 may influence the control mechanism of oral dose-dependently. Further studies are needed to elucidate the roles of SCP-20 on the changes of food intake regulation controlling neurotransmitters.
디메틸설폭사이드에서의 고분자량 아크릴로니트릴 중합체 및 공중합체의 합성과 그의 섬유에로의 응용

To obtain polyacrylonitrile of high molecular weight (>1,000,000) under optimum solution polymerization condition in dimethylsufoxide, which has very low chain transfer constant, using an azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, we examined the effect of water content in reaction mixture, and the concentration of monomer and initiator on the conversion rate and polymer properties. As a result, homo PAN with Mw=1,330,000 and about 12% of conversion was prepared under the condition of[AN]=7 mole/1 and[AIBN]=6.0x10-4 mole/1 at 50℃. Copolymers with AN and other vinylic monomers such as methyl acrylate, itaconic acid, and acrylamide, having considerably high molecular weight were also prepared under similar condition. These polymer solutions after direct dilution with DMSO were suitable enough to be applied to high strength fiber formation by dry-jet-wet spinning technique. Tensile strength was improved more than twice as high as that of common acrylic fiber used as apparel.
